I had a blast! The arcade games were awesome, and the prize selection was huge. Bowling was a lot of fun, and the staff was super friendly. It's definitely a great place to hang out and have a good time!

Had our work Xmas party here - super fun! Good food, bowling was super fun (my highest score ever), they played awesome music, nice bar AND arcade games. I will totally come back here! Plus, it's in the Collection, so you can eat elsewhere, then spend time bowling if you don't want bar food. Parking is a nightmare on the weekends here, but the atmosphere was fun.

Awesome bowling alley. Not a super fan of the bowling pins being on strings but it was still fun. Great selection of bowling balls, bowling shoes were comfy, food was excellent quality. Not good for families or a couples date night. This place seems to have a lot of child and or gang problems because the front doors are like checking into a prison. With metal detectors and the want to be cops at the front doors were very aggressive and antagonistic kind of people who aspire to be corrections officers and truly want to hurt people. We went here for an impromptu date night, and it was a ton of fun! We had never been before and wanted to go bowling so we gave it a try. The wait for bowling was a little lengthy, but we expected that. We ended up getting food and drinks at the bar while we waited. The food took a while to come out and the drinks were quick. This place seems like it could be fun if you're here for a party with a lot of people to eat, drink and try to bowl, but it's definitely not for real bowling. It's a party place, not a bowling alley. The floors and lanes are SUPER sticky from all the food and drink spills, the balls are dirty, and the pins are connected to strings which actually affects the way they fall and knock each other over. Spent $200 for 2 games of "bowling" for 9 people. Overpriced. Pins are on string. Go to Buena Lanes, get 2 lanes for 90 minutes for half the price and actual pins that are actually set and follow expected physics. And it's safe enough that you don't need security guards.

Real great time at Bowlero, my family and I usually come for bowling. Today we came in for the arcade games. We had a successful day 1 hit gave us 1000 tickets and we ended up getting more than we would get at other arcade places.. Today was out lucky day I guess haha .. A beer and juice took over 20minutes to get to our lane! It wasn't busy either. I am a waiter at a restaurant and it's very important to be attentive to your cliental. Many of the workers lacked social awareness.

Booked one lane for 7 online. They automatically gave us 2 lanes, so we complained. They took one lane away and then did not give us a refund for the second lane because of a *convince fee* for booking online. Asked for the lane back since they wouldn't give us a refund anyway, and they wouldn't give us the second lane?!?! Food took forever to get to our table to the point we just canceled it and left. Dumb expensive already, and they still want more money.

I stopped in with family to show them what it looked like inside and ended up staying a while! We played some arcade games, walked around a bit, watched others bowl and ultimately ended up sampling some food as well. This is definitely not your traditional bowling alley, it's so much more!

This place was so much fun. Got a great deal through Groupon, but on a sunday its pretty good deals. The staff super friendly and the food yummy. And lots of things to do...i kid u not. Absolutely blown away! I called 2 days before my twins 8th birthday asking if we could get a package for a birthday party. The woman that took my reservation was nice and helpful giving me options to fit my budget. So it's been 40yrs since I've been bowling and oh my gosh has it changed! This place was amazing! Everyone in our party was impressed with everything they had to offer. A clean bowling alley? Are you kidding me? It was spotless! And they have this incredible arcade that had the kids going nuts!

Staff was very amazing but unfortunately there's no places to sit. If you want to have beer and hang out and watch the game go to Yard House or BJ?s but if you want to bring the kids and have fun at the arcade this is definitely the place to be. The bowling was fine, although a bit pricey, and the facility was clean. We had a group of four and ordered their cheeseburger w/fries, chicken tenders w/parmesan fries, and street tacos w/parmesan fries. Most of the food was average, but the parmesan fries were soaked in oil. There is also an extensive arcade in the facility.

We came on a Sunday night. All of the staff was really friendly from the front desk to the people bringing out food and drinks! Bowling was a lot of fun, they have a nice booth to sit while you play. I had my son's birthday party at bowlero, we had a great time, the staff, Kelly, (manager) Cristal, (server) and Ariana (host) were amazing, and on top of things. My Son & Daughter In Law had my Granddaughter's 11th Birthday Party at Bowlero last weekend. This is a new venue, serving Ventura County. Most of the reviews here are either pathetic jokes or just pathetic people that who don't know how to behave and wanna play the victim when attention is called to them. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, some of the servers that come to mind like Jackson, Lexi, Ana and so many others just have the best attitudes! I was really impressed with the experience I had at Bowlero. The facility was very clean. The staff provided excellent service, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. Wasn't that packed, then again we did arrive early, just to check it out, big screen TV's against the wall when bowling, was pretty nice. I only asked if they had pricing for parties, and it's pretty simple, but nothing to look over, still atmosphere was ambient, again this is in the early late hours, but security was out and about nonetheless .

Staff was supper friendly and helped us out with a guy who wouldn't leave my married friend alone even with her husband right there with her. They stepped up and took care of the situation quickly and professionally. Offering complementary sodas to make up for everything.

Facility is nice, clean, and having the bumpers go up and down per player is pretty cool. However, I had specifically asked if it was 6.99 per person per game or 6.99 per game. The clerk responded it was 6.99 per game not per game per person. When we went up to pay the new clerk charged us per person per game. When I informed him that was not the rate we were told all we got was a too bad so sad attitude.

My fiance and I are huge bowlers. Came from out of town to visit my sister and BIL. This was one of the worst experiences we had with bowling. The food and beverage department forgot about us twice. This place is so so. If your there for arcade and food, it is not bad. Bowling is pretty bleh. Lanes width is horrendously small, the floor where you stand and place your feet to bowl is so unevenly waxed, the balls are unevenly waxed, and the balls have odd sized hole. Maybe because they are duel medium/large/small holes, so the ball is not as good as a bit when it is just a standard. I don't know what was up with the pins but wow they do not act at all like pins. I was there at may 5th around 8pm, i was getting my shoes and the cashier guys is being really rude and no respectful. make peoples uncomfortable and my whole group of friends think he's being really rude and rolling his eye. That really ruined my 16th birthday. BADEST DAY EVER!!!!!!

Went for half priced arcade games on a Wednesday, in particular to play some Mario Kart. The place wasn't packed and we didn't have to wait long at all to play any of the games we wanted to. With being half priced we were able to walk away with a couple cool prizes including a unicorn nightlight and art set for my daughter. The photo booth is super fun and awesome with all the borders and stickers you can add to your pictures. Drinks were great; I even requested an off menu candy shot and it was delicious.

The pins had strings on the top of them instead of falling freely. We played for two hours and never saw a pin spin in our lane or any others. If I was a better player that might not matter, but I'm a poor player so I always find myself having to try to "clean up" for spares. When the pins don't spin it's significantly more difficult. I have gone to bowlero a bunch of times and every time it's been horrendous. Lanes and floor are always dirty, staff is extremely slow, and people are served way too much to drink. The amount of times I've seen people abuse the bar and get overly drunk is outstanding. There are families trying to have a nice time however people are getting rowdy and overly intoxicated. Super fun, cute, && romantic place to be! The music was fun, fluctuated early 2000s to now. As we entered, a song from Pitch Perfect played, my girlfriend && I felt stoked. We made reservations for New Years Eve Ball drop from 9-1 . Everyone was sO warm.welcoming and made us feel like family. The music was on point! We had a company party here. Food was good, bowling was fun. For a company party the space is a little cramped. We had 3 lanes but it was still hard to squeeze by each other and there was zero room for plates and drinks. The drinks you needed to order two at a time, because it took awhile to get your order or for the server to come back for our orders. It was busy, a line waiting outside. You have to go through security and they use a wand on you. It felt very much like the airport to get in.

Ive been bringing my family here for a while now, and had been saving up my tickets, and when I finally tried using them the staff didn't believe me and wiped my card clear of the tickets/points, and called security and escorted my family out of the place and threatened to call the police after taking everything we EARNED away. We went last night on a Friday. It was honestly an awful experience. 45 min to an hr waiting in line to get in. If you leave to get something out of you car, they make you wait in line again!!! Even if your party is at their bowling lane waiting for you. What the heck is that about. So I didn't even get to bowl. Especially because there is no where to sit. It was so packed. The waiters literally ignored us the whole time. Took 40 min to bring 2 drinks to our table. We couldn't find our waiter to get food.
