This was my 1st time here. It looked very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were clean and smelled fresh. There were only 2 other families bowling when we got here. My only complaint would be the cost to bowl 3 games. I felt it was a little high. $56 for 2 people on 1 lane for 3 games. That's a bit steep in my humble opinion. We still had fun, and that's all that matters. So, thank you for having me.

Fun times at Bowlero with my buddies from work. We foolishly think that one practice for a few hours is going to get us tournament ready. HA! It looks like everything is super clean. We made a reservation and they were waiting for us. They had balls ready at the lane and made it simple for us to all get checked in. We went in at 9:30, ordered beer, then came and told us that it would close at 10 today. We had to leave the game halfway because they didn't tell us in advance that we normally play for 4 hours. It was like there were no consumer rights, and it wasn't right that they cleaned the place with a cleaning machine just to spite us.

I came here for a work function on a Thursday evening around 4:30. Since it was a weeknight and early, there wasn't anyone else there. My company had reserved at least four lanes for us. Like most bowling allies, this place was dimly lit with multi-colored lights/lasers and music that any age can get down to. I stopped in for some practice but picked a bad time. The lanes were dry, no oil, so my ball didn't slide at all and was hooking extremely aggressive. Was difficult to find the pocket. Don't bowl here if you are a serious bowler. So many pocket splits and mysterious lack of pin action. I usually bowl 220-240 per game. Never had 2 strikes in a row despite burying the ball in the pocket 95% of the time.

Excellent and affordable bowling experience. This place has been renovated well, has a great arcade, and they offer a full bar. A great entertainment option.

Fun place, good service and good selection of beers and food... but I really HATE the pins on the strings thing... its just not real bowling. I'll be sticking to the places that still have real bowling for as long as I can.

Took my mother, nephew, and son here. Amazing service, great food, as well as knowledgeable staff members. Extremely accommodating to needs. My son has autism and requested a song, and they played it for him. Highly recommend, very friendly, family atmosphere.

Took my son and his gf here for bowling/games on a Saturday night. Every employee was friendly & helpful, especially the person that we purchased the bowling from?can't remember his name. They shared the ranch salad and it was great - the kitchen split it for them, which was great.

OG Scottsdale Old Town bowling right here. Bowlaro polished it up with a neon disco vibe. Fresh arcade/bar area. Food is on par. Everyone is friendly, and the service is efficient. I wanted to steal the shoes (they had my cc tho). The only thing... those pins, balls, and alleys seemed a tad worn and/or warped. Maybe the same we used twentyish years back!? A good time was had by all!

Great place and great service. Came out with my family, and from the very first meeting with the staff I was impressed. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Met the manager Noah, and he made us feel very welcomed, and since it was our first time there, he took time to help with all the requests. We just hosted the annual fundraising event for my daughter's middle school at Bowlero last night and I have to give them a 10/10! We have utilized a different venue the last couple years and one of the parents recommended we check out Bowlero. The staff was absolutely wonderful! Staff was great, food was great but they DO NOT HAVE PINS bowling. Its fake pins on a string. Its terrible. Everything else about going was good, but the string bowling was terrible. Its like video game bowling but worse. If you like bowling, do not come here. Pins fall randomly, stand back up randomly, its just chance. How you bowl the ball has little impact on the result. I had a decent time celebrating my birthday here on October 18. The service started off quick, but slowed down as the evening went on. We were assigned the far-right bowling lane, which wasn't a huge issue, but it did feel a bit awkward.. Overall a good experience.

My 8 year old daughter attended a birthday party here. The girls had fun with the bumper lanes. The birthday package came with pizza, chicken strips and fries. The mini arcade was fun for them too. Good place for a kid's party

Awesome bowling alley in old Town Scottsdale that is fun for singles, couples, and groups! Food is satisfactory for a bowling alley, but it is the comradarie and hanging out with friends and meeting people that matters most. Clean atmosphere, good staff, and a whole lot of fun!

What a great bowling alley! The staff was super friendly and accommodating! They had the cutest sign for our family when we came and made sure we had a great time and checked in frequently to see if there was anything we needed. A fun time for all ages!

We had a team event here and the service was some of the best I have ever seen. We had a waitress assigned to our group and she was very attentive. The food is better than you'd expect, the lanes are clean, and it's a chill place. The arcade is a little dull, probably would appeal more to kids. The drinks were also very delicious. We brought our restaurant staff here for our belated team holiday party on Super Bowl Sunday. I was in a league at the AMF in Tempe for a couple of years and never have I ever had the insane level of hospitality that we received at the Scottsdale location. The GM Dan was the kindest, most wonderful and attentive person I've interacted with in a customer experience setting in a long time. He was absolutely wonderful. This place is aesthetically pleasing for sure. There are huge tv screens all the way across the lanes. What's super weird is that there are strings attached to the pins. It messes up your game for sure!. The price is what took me back. It's 9.99 per person, per game. The shoe rental is $6.00. The first game with shoes for four people is running you $70. Then, $44 for each game afterward. *The video shows the PINS ON STRINGS. Pins that would normally fall down are held up oddly by these strings.

I paid $47 for two games for two people with shoes, and $10 for two iced teas. The bowling was fine except for a couple instances of the pins not setting correctly. The staff was friendly. The iced tea was some of the worst I've ever had - tasted like water. Didn't play any arcade games but took a look around; it seemed like kind of an afterthought. There are no other activities here. What a great experience! We wanted to do something with some friends a little earlier in the evening on NYE and saw that they had a great NYE package. We were able to get reservations for a 2 hour slot around 5:30. When we checked in at the front desk. I was impressed with all the New Year?s decorations. Plenty of places to take pictures. The manager/lane designator was a complete phony. Clearly played favorites and let someone take a lane in front of me then told me to get in the virtual line despite neglecting the QR code when I spoke with him 5 mins prior. Went here for a work team building event. This location is very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly. The food was ok bar food. Pizza was the the biggest let down. The chicken tenders were the highlight with a very crispy breading and delicious seasoning. The lanes, balls and shoes looked well kept.

It's really a great place for a date, friends going out, etc. The TVs are cool (but puts the pins in the dark), the seating is better than plastic chairs in old school bowling alleys, and the music was fun. It's just overpriced for a family outing. Places that do hourly pricing are so much better for a family.

Went to granddaughters B-day party there. This is a great place for stuff like that. Plenty of games for the kids - 8 to 16 - and, if you like to bowl, they have 20+ lanes. This is the old Frontier Lanes if you've lived here for a few decades. Really well "reinvented". Nice bar, but the draft beer lines were frozen the night we went. They do have bottled beer. Food is " OK" but not restaurant quality. Still, you won't starve.

We had our company holiday party here. They have huge TV screens above all of the lanes. They play a variety of music that everyone seemed to enjoy. The bar is stocked with cold beer and mixed drinks. We had employees checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The whole place is very well kept up. So the very beginning at checkout I was going to ask how much it was for a single game of bowling and the cashier just slams me with "ok 2 hours of unlimited bowling" which I didn't really want but I just did it anyway (personally I think 2 hours of bowling is a little too much) but the total game to about $25 per person. Prices are quite reasonable when compared to mavericks. I mean Holy cow! 35$ at bowlero compared too $75-100+ at mavericks! So hats off too the Bowlero. If you go searching for prices on the website, you may notice you'll have a hard time finding that information. I'd speculate it's because they know nobody will come if you charge 80 dollars and change for an hour and a half (2 games) for 4 people. This was after a 45 minute wait to play as 8 of their lanes (out of something like 30, I don't recall exactly) were out of order. Bar staff and front desk staff were decent and drinks were good though!
