A nice place to bring family in enjoy a wonderful time. Me, my sister, in my son. It was his birthday. We had an awesome time. For my sister, it was the first time play bowling in brings families together.

Great service and place. We had an amazing time for our son's 16th birthday. Great food, and it's for all ages. Would recommend. We catered our event in Norwalk CT.

Came in on Thursday and the place was amazing.. just want to shout out Justin before I forget he was our bartender and remembered all our orders without writing it down my family was super impressed!!! Great job bowlero and great job Justin!!!!!

We've been dying to go bowling, but all the ones by us basically closed or are run down. So we figured to give this spot a shot since we always see it when we get donuts close by. We had a great time celebrating two occasions. The staff were friendly, the place was clean, a fun atmosphere and the prices reasonable. We'll be back.

Went with my 2 sons under 10 for a friend's party. The food was great and the bowling was fun. The kids loved the game room..it was similar to Dave and Buster's but cleaner and a bit cheaper. Everyone enjoyed themselves! Definitely recommend

Today was a celebration for twins to celebrate their 48th birthday. The place was electric and the workers from the front desk to wait staff were all smiles and helpful. The lanes and seating areas were clean and comfortable. The food and drink were excellent. All 10 of us had a terrific time and would recommend to all to stop by and enjoy the experience at Bowlero in Norwalk, CT.

Visited with my daughter and her friend. Enjoyable time in a clean and spacious environment. Staff was friendly and attentive. Ample parking available at $11.99 per game and $7.99 per shoe rental. Opted for the alley sampler and kids tenders meal. The fries were a tad salty, a couple of wings were chewy, and the cheese bread slightly stale. I made a mistake and booked my lane for the wrong date. I decided to try my luck and took my family to see if they had an open lane for us (I was prepared to double pay). However, the staff and manager were super accommodating and just transferred my reservation for that night. Bottom line, we got a lane on the spot, didn't pay twice, and I didn't have to argue with anyone; the stuff just got it done. Thank you, we had a great time!

I would 10/10 recommend them they were very nice and accommodated us very well & we got our summer passes for our kids and they love it here, enjoying the summer was very much needed

An absolute gorgeous of a place that is well maintained. As part of a company event, we had a bowling night with food and drinks. Decor - fantastic. The alley and the arcade well designed. Drinks - great, especially the draft beer. Service - friendly. Food - satisfactory. Improvements - the POS system quite often kept skipping a turn for many of our players. That was definitely a bummer for the competitive team spirit. Overall, a great place to spend with friends, family and colleagues.

10 out of 10 will always come again. The vibes are great, the food is good enough for a bowling alley, and the drinks are perfect. Double dates, adult birthday parties or just a chill night bowling. Just go! You won't be mad that you did ??

Bowled a few games with some friends for a birthday party, and we had a great time! The facility was in excellent condition, there were plenty of bowling shoes and balls for everyone and the food and drinks were great, we had a great time and I would recommend this place haile.

We always have such a fun time and Thalia is so nice! They also have an arcade that the kids love! Good for a rainy or snowy day and every Wednesdays games in arcade are half off!

We took our foster kids bowling... It was so fun.. they loved it and so did we. It was expensive tho... After including a drink each, it was over $200.

The bowling was good. The management was good. The staff at the desk gave us a bit of trouble. There was an advertisement on the screens for a discount on the 3rd game. We played three and when it came time to pay they made it difficult to get the discount because we didn't let them know before the third game? what? Management made it right, but it shouldn't have come to that. Beer is expensive but there were food and drink specials. Overall bowling experience was good.

I waited 25 minutes for water. Server seemed like she didn't even want to be there. Atmosphere was trash, better management could lead this bowling alley to be half decent in the future.

Huge fun zone of bowling, arcade games and lazer yah. of course it's a little expensive but the facilities are well kept and there is lots to do for groups of all ages. very accommodating for happy hours, will set up food stations, or birthday parties. staff is helpful. would recommend this place.

My husband and I came here and had booked a lane for 2 hours; it was really fun! Service is friendly and they have some tasty drinks.

Had a great time at bowlero in Norwalk last Friday! Kudos to all the staff that was assisting me with the children. Evan was our waiter chef Alex came out and checked on us to make sure the food was on point which of course it was Victor and Justin also helped me at the desk. It was my first time here and I can't say I've had a better experience bowling and can't wait to come back. Everyone deserves a raise.

Justin was very helpful and personable. Honestly one of the best servers we've had here. The manager Tim was also very hospitable. I love the change over to bowlero and come here frequently. I always have a great time and again great job Justin!!!!!

Came down to visit family and we decided to stop by this location for some bonding time. Our server Peijia was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to meet our needs! Our cups were never empty and she offered a lot of help with setting up our lane. I really enjoyed our experience, and the excellent service played a huge role in that.

They upgraded the place nicely. The service was fast, the staff was friendly, dj was great and my wings were not bad coming from a bowling alley. Will be going again

Great Groupon deal! It was about $20 a person with the Groupon and included shoe rental. Loved our experience. First time bowling in a while, and learned pretty quickly that 2 hours of bowling is a long time - we played 2 games with 4 people and it was a little over an hour before our arms tired out

Had a great time. Most of the kid ramps need repair, but they do have bumpers. Food was good, but food service was a little disorganized...we got our food pretty quickly, but had to ask twice and wait 15 min for our sodas after our food came.

This was our first time coming to this bowling alley for a birthday party. My boys had soo much fun. They were able to play in the arcade for a hour, then a game of Lazer tag and then bowl. The food was pretty good and came fast. The staff was really nice as well. I will definitely visit again

Bowlmor was a blast! The $2/per game Tuesday bowling nights after 8pm is the only affordable way to go these days... Perhaps the music could be lowered a bit , but otherwise quite the great experience! Even brought a free water pitcher to our table! Thanks, Bowlmor!

The guy who was behind the bar Justin helped me out alot and was the best guy ever

Fun place for casual bowling as they have black lit lanes, big screens at the ends of the lanes showing various sports and TV channels, and plenty of sitting room. However, this is not the place to go for serious bowling as the couches stick out into part of the lane and the lighting makes it somewhat difficult to see. The food was average overall. They also offer Lazer tag which is a lot of fun as the course is quite large and well laid out. There is also an arcade.

BIRTHDAY: we celebrated my son?s birthday yesterday at Norwalk Bowelero and I gave my rating a 2 based on the customer service I received from the manager. An absolute blast! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was electric. The lanes were in top-notch condition, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The bar served up delicious bites, and the drinks were perfect. A definite must-visit for anyone looking for a fun night out with friends or family!

Came for a birthday party and had a lot of fun! The place is big enough to accommodate a large party and there are various activities for everyone. Unfortunately the bowling system was a little outdated and kept pausing during our game. The arcade games are fun but with limited selections. But would come back again on another weekend with friends!

Nice bowling alley but I didn't like the loud music and the distracting screens everywhere. Very hard to talk as the music drowned out everything else. The space is also very dark which makes it hard to see the pins. Rental shoes were comfortable. Good selection of balls.

Nice Bowling alley. Very expensive! And if you are going to charge top dollar for Nachos, they should be at least half way decent. Not microwaved soggy chips that the fixings fall off of when you try to eat them. Then the fall into a pile of mush. $140 for three games! Definitely the most expensive night of bowling I have ever experienced.

Great time. Ileana was so accommodating. Evan was a great. Even the guys at the arcade toy redemption were super nice. Good bowling. Fun arcade. Tito's mule was a good drink and the food is good value. My only complaints are there are no high chairs for kids available in the food area and they don't have an ADA accessible ramp at the front door.

Me and one other person played 3 games in one hour and 15 minutes and it somehow cost $90 absolutely insane prices

We booked online in advance ? and had a very easy setup, high-touch attention from our hostess. She set everything up for us, and helped grab us food & drinks right out of the gate. We played 3 games and had a great time! HOWEVER ? booking online was definitely more expensive than booking in person. There's like an $11 fee just for booking online ? then the 1.5 hour window was about the same cost as playing 4 games I think ? so anyway, it's really not cheaper, but better book online.

Got Scammed! Ordered a quesadilla for $11 and got a lightweight quesadilla which was NOT WORTH THE $11 I WASTED AT THIS PLACE!! It was lacking some meat, unlike a good quesadilla from a Mexican restaurant or that I would make at home. I wasted my $11 at this bowling alley. Shame on you for your pricing! On the plus side, we were treated nicely by the staff (I attended on a field trip with my camp I work at) and enjoyed the arcade and the facilities were clean! The food is so overprices here!

It was very good. I had fun with my coworkers. The employees were friendly but there was one who was in her cell. It seemed like what she was watching or writing was more important.

I was a little nervous because of the mixed reviews here but I could have not been more impressed. The check in was super fast- fastest of any bowling alley- they got my rowdy group of 12 teenagers their shoes fast! Really appreciated the staff who were super nice and friendly. But every lane has a giant TV screen at the end, which is just awful! We came to bowl, not watch TV. Our whole world is full of screens -- it would be nice to do a family activity that doesn't involve them. Several of the TVs were playing music videos that were inappropriate for my small children to see. I asked the very very nice staff to change the channel on those TVs and they did, so thank you!

This place is amazing. Great, we had a good time, but the food in this place is absolutely way too expensive. omg!!! Go have fun, and then after eating out is cheaper, there are plenty of pizza places in the area.

Fun experience bowling, the place was clean and well maintained. We had a Groupon that included the shoe rental. The appetizers are good I highly recommend the cauliflower bites (very small portion size for 7.99$) they have combo offers on food and drinks. Great place to organize office and birthday parties. We had made a reservation for a group of nine people to bowl for two hours and paid $429 upfront. However, upon our arrival, we were assigned a host who conveniently failed to mention that ordering food and drinks through them would incur an additional fee of $90, which did not include gratuity. This information was not communicated verbally or anywhere on the website. We find this practice to be unacceptable and dishonest. Had we known about this additional fee, we would have bought our food from the count

Great family place for parties and get togethers with friends and family. The food is good from the chicken sandwich, tenders and the pizza. The staff are very friendly and accomondating. They made the birthday party better than expected and our hostess was exceptionally nice and helpful.

Honestly, I didn't know how to rate this place. There are constant problems with the pins and the lane, and where you keep score, you name it. Food costs an ARM and a leg when you order from the lane. But I like the environment and everyone who works there seems friendly and approachable.
