Bowlero North Scottsdale

I normally love Bowleros. The vibes are awesome and the decor is so cute. This spot was no exception in those regards. However, be aware that when we went (a Saturday afternoon) the pins were String Pins. We couldn't figure out why we weren't getting strikes and it's because the strings inhibit that typical pin behavior - striking other pins. I understand for maintenance and use, it's probably easier and less costly. But it's very frustrating. And harder for kids, too. They also reset our lane in the middle

We went on a weekday at 4pm and there were plenty of lanes open. We didn't need to reserve any. The service was very good. It was a fun time for adults and kids. Video arcade, food and cocktails available. Pay per game per person + shoe cost. 4 ppl was about $90 for 2 games

I had my Birthday Party last night it was beyond my expectations, shout out to our server Kyra amazing service she provided all night. The Manager Kayla with warm welcoming and explaining the whole thing. Nevertheless bartender Jose& Camila for amazing drinks they make. The food was great as well. I couldn't ask for more. We had an awesome experience today celebrating my husband?s 40th birthday. Everything was all ready for us when we arrived. We had a great experience at this bowling alley! Our group?2 adults and 1 child?bowled for two hours and had a fantastic time. The lane features were convenient, especially the automatic bumpers that go up or down depending on who's bowling. We visited this location while traveling for a friend?s birthday. The GM Nathan was so inviting, professional, personable, and his customer service was exceptional. He checked in with us though out our time in the bowling alley. He helped our server with running food. Jennica (our server) was phenomenal. This place is pretty much a rip off. I went for the first time with my partner and my brother. For the 3 of us to play three games it was $105. On top of that, the food was awful and was way overpriced for what it was. We got two small 12 inch pizzas, and some wings, which ended up costing $60, which I guess would have been fine except it took 40 minutes to get 1 pizza, and 8 wings because the kitchen was slow. Came to this alley from out of town. As an active bowler and a member of the usbc, I expected a typical house shot. However, the lane conditions were terrible. The house balls are all drilled the same. The 8lb balls have small holes, the 10lb balls have medium holes, and the 14lb balls are massive. However, the most frustrating thing at the alley is that they do NOT advertise that it is string bowling, and to me, that's a false advertisement and poor taste. I've been to quite a few bowlero?s around the valley. Today I chose to make the 45min drive to visit this one thinking it'd be the nicest one. The pins are on strings. I have never been to a bowlero that has pins on strings. Might be the first time ever that I've even seen pins on strings. I couldn't tell you how frustrating and a waste of time it was coming here. If you're a bowler I would not come here

This isn't your parent's old bowling alley from when you were a kid. It's colorful, has chive tv playing, service to the lanes, a full sit down bar, and an arcade. Nice bowling experience ? friendly and attentive staff, various balls of different weights already loaded into the machine, and you can have bumpers appear/disappear by bowler. But this place is very expensive - we paid around $10 per game not including shoe rental ?? We went on a weekend afternoon and maybe 10% of the lanes were taken. I assume the high price keeps most going elsewhere. But if you're looking for less crowds and willing to pay more for that, Bowlero is your place.

Great place to bowl!! Super spacious and fully stacked w an arcade area, huge bar, and kitchen!! No wait during the day on a saturday. It was pretty pricey for two games and a rental $60 but i saw that they have really cheap deals in the evenings on the weekdays.

This was a great time! The bowling alley is very nice and is filled with great arcade games that use a digital card system to pay with credits and the 'tickets' you win get loaded on the card! I love Bowlero. Every time I go I get the same waiter, Chad. Chad treats me and my parties with the up most respect and serves us quickly and efficiently. Chad is like a well oiled machine. He gets the job done!!! Great service and truly cares about the experience of our bowling. 1000% to him.

This place is Amazing!!!! We had my son's birthday party ?? here. This place was the biggest bowling alley I have ever seen . It's so glamorous, even has Chandeliers . I liked this bowling alley, we went mid day on a weekday and it had a good vibe. Good for kids. There was an arcade, a bar with fried delicacies, and of course bowling. The staff were friendly and helpful. It did seem a little expensive but then again you are in Scottsdale

Well this place is only designed for parties. Not real bowling. There was no oil on the lanes and there is no way a regular bowler could bowl on these lanes for practice. The facility is very impressive but not what I was looking for

Fun place! We went on a Thursday evening. The place is very new, less crowded. Bowling and shoes rental rates are very normal too. The place has a nice ambience too. They have a lot of arcade games too. The food options are also pretty good with a lot of varities. The staff here is very friendly too.

I really enjoyed my time at Bowlero. We were on Lane 20, and everyone in our group felt as though the entire lane sloped to the right. The lanes also dont have arrows partially down to help you aim. Additionally, the ball return is a bit close to the lane and you can't stand very far to one side if you need to. Staff was friendly and tried but need to give it another 5 months to work out the kinks. Bar was comical took 30 min with no one in here to get basic drinks. Then took 30 min to get the bill. Keep in mind there were 10 people total in here. The manager was rude when we brought up the concerns and tried to do it amicably. I would think they would at least learn how to use the register. A decent bowling alley with 36 lanes. We went on the holiday weekend and still only had to wait about 10 minutes before we were able to get two lanes for our party. Bowlero has been around for awhile but new to the 7000 E. Mayo Blvd area. Great for large parties, family, friends. They have a bar, arcades, photo booth and food. What more could u ask for! Clean facilities and very organized. The layout of this place is amazing. Even a place to store your shoes and purse right at your table. Loved it .will be back again!

We had our kiddos birthday party there and it was great! Only issue was I paid for a kids buffet which ended up being a lot of food. When the kids were done eating some of the parents began to graze on what was leftover (which was a lot) and because of that they charged us $90 more which was pretty ridiculous. Waxed lanes!! Good fun for everyone with pretty good food. Arcade is a little lackluster but I doubt anyone's going just for that. Biggest problem is the lack of light on the lanes, I cannot see the alignment marks. All in all a great place.

This place has a great ambiance but the service is absolutely horrible. Mistakes on bills, servers who don't know the menus, and 20+ minutes in between check ins when we were the only table in the section. The food was extremely oily, there were 2 difference brands of chicken in our tender basket. This place really needs to get their act together if they're going to justify their prices.

Was there briefly for my granddaughters 9th birthday, it turned out great! She absolutely loved it. It was 2 hours of watching her completely enjoy herself. Friendliest staff!!! Kept very clean, no wait (went on a Sunday), good food. It is very well kept and has beautiful and fun decor! My only gripe is the price - as a family of 5, it was very expensive to bowl, but I'm sure you're paying for all the compliments I gave above! Definitely recommend!

Listen!! The staff is incredible. This was my first time at Bowlero. I only came for a company holiday party, but I was blown away by staff, from the bartender, shoe rental, to the food service. The experience was 10/10. It was a reflection of their leadership, I'm sure, because once I met Macky (sorry if misspelled), I understood why! Not just me, but the patrons around me were given attention and care that really went above and beyond. I had so much fun thanks to the entire team here.

Had our company team building here today, amazing staff very friendly, attentive, everything was so clean and just perfect. Reservations were easy and quick to make. Dan came over throughout the event along with our attendant to make sure we have everything and everything was going perfect. Food was out on time and was delicious! The place is nice clean , food ok . But they put their own tips on which is 15%. I didn't see that on my receipt when I got home. We were a family of 5. I thought when it's a group of 6 and up. Well I guess they have they own rules. Just heads up if you have 5 people they will take their own tips. So make sure you don't tips twice. Other than that . It's nice area to hang out

The manager was very accomadating and understanding of our larger group reservation that turned into a small get-together. Satisfactory resolution for an issue they could have easily said, "Oh well." Staff were very attentive as well throught the visit.

Go to Groupon 24 hours before and get a steal of a deal!!!!! They have it for like 4 people for $65 pretty regularly!!! Lots of fun, nice and clean place to have fun!

Great atmosphere for casual bowling and arcade games, but unfortunately that's where the good ends. If you care much for bowling, this is not the place for you. The lanes are not properly taken care of and bone dry. My ball was the most scuffed I've ever seen it after only two games. Service was slow, drinks were not brought to us, they were just left on the bar to be picked up. I understand a busy night but this was not and was disappointing. Not worth the prices.

We had two separate kid's birthday parties over the same weekend and both went great. The kids had a great time and the staff was amazing. It has been one of the best customer service experiences I have had since businesses have struggled to deal with staffing issues/shortages. At one point I approached a maintenance employee for help thinking he would direct me on who to speak with and instead of passing me off to someone else he handled my needs without a blink. Really great atmosphere and experience!

Lanes are kept up and well oiled. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Could use more options for heavier balls with smaller finger holes but overall a great place to bowl!

I am not much of a bowler but it seems to be a really nice place. My only problem is the prices are extremely hot. For four of us. It cost cost us almost $100 for three games. That may be going price today but I thought it was very high. They have a bar and food which I've heard is also very expensive. There's a lot of TV screens up all around. And of course an arcade. I know my grandson and his friend enjoyed the place.

Be careful and don't make a prepaid reservation unless you absolutely have to! There is no cancelation policy for any type of refund. You will find it easier to cancel a flight than with Bowlero. Also, make sure to check Groupon or you will get financially taken advantage of by booking directly with Bowlero in advance. Prices on Groupon are less than half what Bowlero will charge you directly. Very poor options.

It was nice but the customer service needs lots of work. The man with dreads at the bar kept on disappearing to the point where the lady took it upon herself to give us our beer since the task was too hard for the person we ordered from. He also dropped the ball when my son ordered food. I did have a great time for Father's day but customer service needs work.

We had an absolutely amazing party here today. The staff was absolutely amazing! Everyone was so friendly & helpful.
