hope this message finds you well. I wanted to bring to your attention a disappointing experience we had during our recent visit to your facility around 4:00 PM. During our time there, we interacted with an employee named ReBA, whose approach to customer service was unfortunately far from what we had expected. When we arrived, it appeared she was engaged in bowling with friends, and when approached, she seemed visibly frustrated to assist us. This was our first time here, we celebrated our kids birthday and I can't say enough good things about this location! The staff were all amazing!!!! Shout out to Noah, Calista, our host, (apologize on if the spelling is wrong) and the staff at the front. Everything was beautifully put together. We had no issues whatsoever. Absolutely awful customer service. The staff was extremely rude and kept complaining that we shouldn't bowl at the same time as the lane next to us even though we waited like they asked. They still kept giving us attitude for no reason. We paid for the unlimited bowling option but barely got to play. Very enjoyable....did not get to actually bowl this time, but the arcade was just as fun. The bone-in wings were "the bees knees" and the quesadilla was awesome. Can't wait to have another opportunity to go back. Great atmosphere too!!!

Bowlero Normandy is top notch!!! Not only is the staff friendly and inviting but the manager Noah goes above and beyond to make sure the guest experience is spectacular. I recommend this center to everyone who wants to have a great night out!

Synthetic lanes, so beware if you're used to wood. Only 1 side of the house has lanes, so if a league is bowling, good luck. Staff is friendly and food is pretty good.

First off I didn't even know this place existed we were supposed to be going to woodlawns AMF bowling but due to the wind storm The powerhead got knocked out so we were sent here for our party instead which still wasn't that bad of a ride. Do not recommend! We drove 30 minutes for the unlimited bowling deal that was posted on their website just to be disrespectfully laughed at when we asked about it as they told us it didn't work anymore in a snarky voice. It's a bit crazy that a few friends going bowling is such a big event, not to us but to Bowlero it is. To reserve a lane is not a simple task, it's a big ?event? with a contract and an Event Fee! The event fee states that it covers items that are normal operating expenses which would already be factored into the regular cost of bowling. Lane 7 had constant mechanical errors with the ball return shutting off and the pin-clearing arm getting stuck. We lost half of our pre-paid two hours of bowl time with no compensation.

We hosted a birthday party for our teen, and everything went smoothly, from making the reservation to checking in. I was pleasantly surprised by the effort put into setting up the party, which featured fall-themed decor and our son's name in lighted letters (though he wasn't too thrilled about that). We had a great experience here! I hosted a party for my daughter. The general manager and our server were amazing. They checked on us several times. I only took one star off because our lanes got stuck a few times and the restart buttons didn't work. However, once we told the staff, they were quick to fix it. We had an amazing experience at Bowlero in Ellicott City! The manager, John, and his staff went above and beyond when we were having trouble with our lane. Not only did they fix the issue quickly, but John also took the time to show my family how to properly curve a bowling ball. They really know what they're doing, and it made our night even more enjoyable. The food was great, the lanes were clean, and weekdays are perfect if you're looking for a more relaxed, chill vibe. Great environment. Went on a Tuesday night they have a $2.22 special. Good drinks. We were late getting there and didn't get to finish our game, but they gave everyone a coupon to come back for a free game.

Bowled a great tournament there. Their house shot is definitely a challenge as I haven't bowled on one like it before

Unlimited Bowing for $19.00 is non existent , Sunday after 6 pm is always booked for a league. There is no spot for the special deal.

We went on Mother?s Day?s (Sunday). It wasn't crowded, it was a nice place to spend time with the family. We didn't eat much, the fries were hot, other family members stated the hot dogs (beef) were good. The bathrooms were clean. The staff was friendly and assisted with everything we needed.

Get here early during the weekend. After 8pm expecta an hour to two hour wait for a lane. Staff was very courteous but short staffed. Tables and chairs could use a little cleaning. Overall had a good time.

Normandy has improved. Even though Ed isn't there, Mr. John is great with the lanes and customers. Really nice guy. The manager actually will go oil lanes. I don't think she should ever have too. I still believe Bowlero is headed in the opposite direction of making future bowlers however, at least this house has turned around and is doing much better...

I was there for my jobs' employee appreciation event for our office. Although only half of the employee's who signed up to come had actually shown up, we still had a great time! The staff was super kind and professional! The pizza was really good and so were the soft drinks. I will be returning with family and friends!

He stated the system would not allow him to apply the discount for more than one person and on one check(we were trying to pay for everyone on one check). I had a family get together at Normandy lanes and everyone had a blast. I was pleasantly surprised with the nenu options along with the taste of their food.

Awesome experience we had with our group this past weekend. First time coming as it was our group outing and definitely enjoyed our night. Place was well kept and we had no issues with renting out shoes and bowling. What stood out the most was customer service! The young gentleman named John helped us throughout our games and even brought us a pitcher of water as a courtesy, very attentive and cared enough to chat with us. Will definitely come back!

The staff goes out of their way to help you. Bartender has beer waiting for you and on your tab when in line. Food is hot and fast. Bathroom is clean. Manager is friendly and helpful with our many league questions. The pro shop is very knowledgeable. 1 star off bc I hate that the tables aren't fixed and that there is not a step up or down on the approach, any bowler knows how much that cuts down on lane debris. My family waited well over an hour for a lane. We kept busy by playing games in the arcade but the prize machine wouldn't work. The guy at the front desk was very helpful and managed to get one item out, but ultimately couldn't figure out the issue and we decided we would come back another time to use the tickets earned. We had so much fun there, and we will definitely go back. I would advise you to make a reservation. We waited almost an hour to play bowling. They have some games to keep you busy while you are waiting, but they are not cheap. I can't say anything about the food. We ate before leaving the house.

I hadn't bowled in about 30 years. Bit of a shock, blasting music, black lights and big screen TVs . But the alleys and other facilities were well maintained. And staff very helpful and friendly. Good experience!

Recently moved into Maryland and took the family here on this very rainy day in June. Mom, dad and three little kids. While the 2-hour outing was certainly not cheap, we had a lot of fun. John was so great with his customer service. I joined a league for the first time and he is so attentive when I come to practice on the weekend. Always makes sure I have water and spends time to chat with you before you actually bowl. Makes the experience very enjoyable when you have people like John on Your team. Keep up the great work

Great environment, great lanes, friendly and accommodating staff. The alleys were clean and modern. There are a variety of balls of different weights and colours to choose from. They have a nice snack bar with table service. I had apple cider beer and it was really nice. They also have decent food and a nice bar with great service. Most times, it gets really busy, so I'd advice you check availability via a phone call before you dash out. This place is great for groups and good for leagues. You'd love it :)

The manager kamil Syed was really good and helpful. She managed everything very well. They took all safety precautions and I felt safe to be there and enjoyed.It was clean. Also the food was very good. Social distancing was nicely maintained. Manager took an excellent effort to help everyone.

I was hoping to walk into memory lane and see Normandy Brunswick. It's been revamped and the machines and lanes and atmosphere were ok, not great. It was also a late, Saturday night experience with all the lights dimmed or off, and black lights on as if it were a rock-n-bowl, however there was no music on at all, which made it pretty weird. Looks like a fun place for teens and 20-somethings. $10.69 per game is about 50% too expensive IMHO

The lanes and pro shop are great. The food is good. The last couple of times some of the staff can do better with customer service. The was a lack of energy as if it was a bother versus it being a pleasure. New management and agree is a delight.

The mixed drinks are not very good, the beer tower is a fun choice if you got a few friends to share it with. The seatings are not very comfortable and it was very crowded on the night we went, we were assigned a lane that is 2 tables away from us.

This is a really nice bowling alley. We got a Groupon for $80 something for 6 people for 2 hrs. This also included shoe rental. They have a 100 oz "Power Tower" of beer with lots of options to choose from. It was great for a night out with a group of friends or even family.

I came in with my family, and we waited in line for like 15 min. Just to have the lady tell the guy, who came in after us, that they have a lane for him. But then told us that they didnt havre any other lane available for another 30 to an hour. Asked to talk to the manager and he was rude as well. Not going back. Would not recommend.

They do not care about customer service at all. Manager Aniya was very rude and not accommodating towards our group at all. Bowlero should consider keeping her off the schedule for closing shifts. It was clear she was in a rush to close the alley at 11PM while we were still playing and they don't close until 12AM. Very disappointed and will not come back.

This place is pretty run down. The website is so misleading- it makes it seem like a really upbeat and nice place, but it's pretty gross- especially the bathrooms. I would give 0 stars if I could! Bad customer service, unprofessional, and rude! No respect for your waiting time, and would give your spot for someone else maybe because she knew him!
