My experience was better than expected. The service was amazing, with all personnel caring about our requests and commodities. The food was great. My daughter and family had a great time.

We had an awesome time at Bowlero Norcross! The place was clean, the staff was super friendly, and the lanes were in great shape. We came with friends/family and ended up staying longer than we planned because we were having so much fun. The music and lights added to the good vibes, and the food and drinks were surprisingly solid for a bowling alley. Whether you're competitive or just out to have a good laugh, this spot is perfect for all ages. Definitely coming back soon!

I rented 4 lanes for my fiance's birthday and had an array of ages from toddlers to seniors, and everyone had a complete blast! The atmosphere was so fun and easy going, and the employees were phenomenal. Everyone in our party genuinely had a great time and I can't recommend the place enough!

The staff is great!! Awesome! Spectacular! Everything they're just truly the best. They know what they are doing and are good at it! Server/Bartender was always checking in on us and on every alley :) food was yummy!

Overall great venue, we use this facility for work events and i will admit they are VERY attentive to your needs, the price is VERY fair especially for the Customer Service and amount of food and drinks they provide. The atmosphere is light and entertaining. Highly recommend especially if you want a team gathering or just a family event.

I like the ambiance unlike Arkansas I didn't have to wait for hours. The moment we walked in within 5mins the lane was allotted and shoes were given. My friends and we he a very good time.

Witnessed the manager screaming at one of the employees. He is so degrading to her and she's always so sweet to us and gives us the best service. Someone needs to report him. She doesn't deserve to be treated that way. Wow smh

Had a tournament here and this place is awesome. The food, the staff, the lanes, even the bathrooms (for a bowling alley at least). Would love to have a bowling alley like this in our area. I believe the only downside is cost, but I am sure if you were on a league it would be worth it. This is a long review and we don't bowl here on a regular basis, but I can't imagine that there is anything more you would want from a bowling alley.

We had a blast. There is a small arcade section and a lot of lanes to choose from. They serve food, but we didn't order anything. Everything was a little pricey, so be prepared to come out of pocket.

The large group I was with all had a great time! We had a small buffet set up with flatbreads, chicken tenders, and spinach dip. Everything was great but the dip was awesome! Service was on point. Bowling is always a good time and the lanes are nice.

Get a lane, 31, order a couple of drinks. Finished one game, lane glitches out and switched over to lane 32, STILL no drink. Go to bar to cancel drink order and bartender hands, now melted ice, drinks to my wife and continue to cancel drinks. Start playing second game and this lane now starts glitching out as well and put 10 pins down for each turn. Leave and inform that we didn't get our drinks and two lanes glitched out on us $43 with no care. Not coming here. No thanks.

We had fun at this location. The location is cleaned and cozy. Everyone seems so friendly and attentive. Shout out to the Manager who kept checking on our party to make sure everything okay. Half way through every game we played the turns would overlap eachother mixing up the score or our pin placement machine would freeze or malfunction we changed lanes and it still kept happening staff was quick to fix it but got less polite to us after the 2nd time it happened at least 7 times we only played 3 games

I had a great time. Everything is refreshed and new. The deals to bowl are great, better than some of our other bowling alleys. Also, the arcade was not to shabby, they have all the most popular ones. My hostess was attentive and sweet.

This place looks nice on the inside but they are wayyyy overpriced. Me and 3 friends payed 45 bucks for 2 games and shoe rentals. We were the only people on the lanes. It seemed rediculous. Then it took forever for someone to help us. The counter was empty the first 5 minutes we were there. Then we had a gift certificate debacle but that's a story for another day.

Went to bowlero with my wife and 2 kid... had a rough experience, largely due to the management. First, the staff was extremely unhelpful and seemed disinterested in assisting customers. When we had an issue with our lane malfunctioning, it took over 15 minutes to get anyone to address the problem. Great place! We went on a Saturday night and it hardly had anyone there. The menu doesn't offer the most variety, but we got quesadilla's and there was a lot of food and it was hot and very good. Alley looks great with renovations, came on a weekday and it's not busy at all. Besides us, there's one other bowler in the afternoon. PSA bowlers the lanes seem to always be sticky during open bowling. Compared to Stars and strikes, you would think Bowlero would be more bowler friendly but they're most definitely catering towards open bowlers by having all lanes have balls sitting in the ball return with little space for your own balls. I went to bowlero last week and my experience was far from satisfactory. They charge you after you finish playing, not upfront. And the final bill was loaded with unexpected fees. These hidden costs were not mentioned beforehand, making the total much higher than anticipated. And it's already overpriced compared to other bowling alleys around the area. The lack of transparency and the surprise charges will make sure I won't be returning and would advise others to be wary of this place they are deceptive!! I

The entire experience was great. From booking to the bowling and customers service we had an easy and seamless experience. We celebrated 2 birthdays plus fathers day and couldn't be happier. The manager came and introduced herself and our sever was funny and attentive. They made sure we were happy and taken care of. We will definitely be returning.

Firstly, the lanes were not well-maintained. We encountered multiple technical issues, such as pins not resetting correctly and balls getting stuck. This significantly disrupted our game and wasted a lot of our time. They charged our drinks $20 when they were actually $11, lying to us. Despite repeated requests for assistance, it took ages for someone to come and fix the lane issues. When they did, they were rude and acted as if we were inconveniencing them. Would not recommend, I Luv bowling is way better.

I've been going to this bowling alley for the past 25 years since it was Brunswick Lanes. I haven't been in a while, and wow, I am so impressed. The service was 12/10. My wife and 2 kids use to come here 2 years ago and had a great time and the prices were reasonable for us 4. We paid $50 for two games 4 of us and now after just leaving the same Norcross venue we were shocked to be charged $90 for 2 games...mind you 1 game was a free promo game from Tmobile which was very deceptive!! We were thinking the free game covered the whole family of 4...No it was $9 per person then One person gets the discount for 1 game. This included bowling shoes...Still too dayam expensive

I had a very disappointing experience at this bowling alley. The prices are outrageously high for what you get on top of that the lanes malfunction the entire game, causing constant interruptions and delay for the price they charge. I went to Bowlero Norcross after having two awful experiences at another location. This was my third visit to this location. As always, I did not find it overcrowded and did not have to wait for a lane. While I didn't order any food or drinks, people in my party did, and the hostess was very attentive. I took one star off only because I wish they had more 8lb bowling balls.

We reserved a lane about two weeks ago, and it was awesome. I love the big tvs in front of the lanes so you can easily watch sports and bowl. Perfect if you have people in your party that love sports and some that don't. Great date location. The arcade is fun as well. Highly recommend this place!

They were short staffed that night but miss Briana accompanied all of the guest there! She was such a sweetheart accommodating all of our needs and never hesitated to check in to see if we were okay!
