Bowlero Norco

Bowlero Norco

Reviews Summary

Most reviews praise the clean, modern facilities and friendly staff, with many enjoying the family-friendly atmosphere and good food. Several highlight excellent service during parties and events. However, criticisms include high prices, inconsistent front-desk service, and poor lane maintenance, especially for league bowlers. Some mention hidden fees or policies, while others note overcrowding or unresponsive management. The arcade, bar, and overall vibe are often appreciated, but cost and occasional service issues dampen the experience for some. Ratings are mixed, with strong 5-star endorsements and notable 1-star complaints.

Customer Reviews

Held my granddaughter?s birthday party here and it was outstanding in all ways - customer service, food, decor(had her name in lights) and immediate help when needed. Our server kept the food and drinks refreshed as soon as needed. It was totally stress free for me!

We had a great time bowling here for my 53rd birthday, with my family. The staff were great, especially Evelyn and Miguel and David at the front desk. They made our visit very enjoyable. Drinks were awesome and so was the bowling. Place was very clean and organized. Best bowling experience in the IE. We will definitely come back. Thank you!

We had such a good time! The place was very clean, food & drinks were good & the service from the manager Alex was amazing! He made sure we were always taken care of! So appreciate him! Can't wait to come back!

Very kid friendly. Great atmosphere and tons of fun! Employees are nice too!!

Haven't bowl in 20 yrs.! My brother in law recommended this place! very clean ..equipment. bowling balls needed upgrading. Otherwise we all had a great time! The food prices were quite expenses.

The family atmosphere is great. Customer service is wonderful. Food was good. Choices for music and music videos not so sure. Great for adults but not for kids. I notice kids come here often and music videos don't change. Other than that this place is great

We had a birthday party at the Bowlero in Norco and we had an awesome experience! The staff was friendly and offered great service. They were attentive to our needs and served us delicious food! Special thanks to Angel and everybody else for making our birthday celebration so special! It was my first time to a Bowlero and there is so much to do and the atmosphere is something else!

They don't maintain anything in this bowling center. When you bowl the lanes are not maintained properly and your ball comes back from the pins with dirt and grime on it. It's the worst for spectators having a tall wall right behind the bowlers seats and Mickey mouse tables down in the pit. Strictly a profit bowling center and they don't care about bowlers who do it as a sport. I bowl in a league but if they don't start maintaining the lanes it will be my last.

A very nice place for Bowling and having some nice time, our kids really like this place, it was a full house on a Monday so we enjoyed playing together in the kids arena, even the grownups enjoyed their time with a drink, highly recommended place for adults and kids

Cool modern interior with multiple screens above the bowling lanes showing the day's sports game, kid's show and music videos. The sitting area are comfortable and sleek. The food was good with friendly service. There's a video arcade area near the entrance. Overall, great fun for all.

A good bowling area with good service, food, ambience and quick responsive staff. Food available is better than some fast food joints and the price is not super expensive. The value based lanes and game is decently priced. Gets crowded during weekends and reservation are available.

Friendly service. First time there. Place was very clean, bathrooms were clean. Ordered 2 pizzas, nachos and a pitcher of beer for a little over 30 bucks. Pizza and nachos were very good.

We had a blast. The service was great and the new look of the bowling alley is perfect. It's a little pricey but not of you figure up what you pay per game if you knock out a lot of bowling for unlimited for a couple hours. The food tasted great and the beer was crispy cool. Definitely going here a lot. Thanks for a wonderful Saturday

Only bowling alley around that opens before noon on Saturdays. Staff is friendly. Food is good, French fries recommended. Restroom is clean. Good music playing at all times. Not rushed to be done. Game room. Bar. Kid friendly.

Very nice atmosphere, very clean. Used house balls and had a ton of fun. Staff is great and they offer a military discount.

Good place to have a fun time with friends or family, prices per game and shoe rentals are crazy high, group of 4 expect to spend at least $200.00. Employees are very friendly. Biggest problem, owners don't invest much on keeping lanes in good working condition,

Bartender Araceli is so awesome. The employees are friendly and the atmosphere is always great. My kids get excited every time we go. I love it??

We took a party of 20 girls to this Bowling/Arcade. The food was great! We sat at the high tops at the bar and the bartender was fantastic. We loved playing beer pong and the arcade also. We would visit again

We had an amazing time alex the event coordinator was more than helpful when it comes to being dedicated to his work. We simply asked a question about bowling and he went above and beyond to no only find the answer but direct us to our location and explain in detail how things work in the bowling lanes since it's been a while...

It's hard to find a bowling alley in the middle of the day anymore that doesnt have the black lights and the twilight bowling theme. I think there is a time and place for it and on a weekend during the day isnt it. The lane kept messing up on us at first, skipping bowlers, but the staff was able to fix it from happening. Good strong bloody Mary's from the bar. They were a bit expensive though. Bowling was like 5 bucks a game and shoes were about 4.50. Not too bad. There is coupons available on groupon for c

Great spot for my son?s 9th bday party! Delicious food, helpful friendly staff, clean?the only issue we had was that one of our 3 lanes didn't work for the first 45 minutes and some of our guests were only able to bowl for the last hour. Overall great experience!

Beautiful venue for parties or a night out with friends or family. We came here for a birthday party and the staff were very friendly and attentive.

Whole family came for afternoon bowling. Lots of lanes open. Food a bit pricey but good. Cost approx $15 a person per game. We had a blast

It's a very clean bowling alley. Reserved lanes for 2 hours 3 to 5pm for time reference, and the staff was helpful, professional, and checked in on us to see how everything was going more than a few times. Very impressed and will be going back!

My 1st time there for my niece party. It was so much fun! Nice cool, dime atmosphere. Our waitress provided excellent customer service. She kept bringing all the unlimited wings, soda, pizza it was great. I would definitely recommend having a birthday there are just to go hang out and have fun.

An awesome experience and fun times with excellent customer service and delicious food, not forgetting the cocktails and beer!! Perfect spot for Birthdays and Office events

Amanda was MAGNIFICENT during the planning process. She was so professional, super responsive, and made the process a breeze! I was impressed with the whole experience: pre-planning and onsite. Thank you for the perfect experience. KT was SOOOOOOO helpful and took GREAT care of us. He made sure our food stayed stocked. Liz, she was super helpful as well. She got us checked in so fast and was really great. Overall is was just an exceptional experience. Everyone we worked with was absolutely exceptional! Tha

I liked the place it is clean staff friendly and always ask about drink specials. I liked how they accommodate kids and help them bowl for them to enjoy.

I was not familiar with this chain but we were invited to a kids party and went to our first one yesterday. They have a mixture of 60s vibes (decor) and modern upgrades ( TVs everywhere). The have lots of lanes, a bar and a kitchen. The kitchen is set up to look like an old streamline trailer. The staff is really friendly and efficient. They were working quickly to get everyone through the line (shoes, questions, etc). At the lanes, since it was a party, they had counters with food (pizza, chicken strips

Good bowling alley. Friendly staff. Not to busy. Good pizza and nachos. Lots of food options. Regularly maintained bowling alley. Fun designs. Lots of large screen TV along the back wall of the entire bowling alley. Find music. Multiple bathrooms. Multiple ball sizes up to 14 lb. Not a new bowling alley, but a great time.

This place was very fun. I went to a field trip here and it was super fun. They gave us unlimited soft drinks. They have an arcade and at least I remember 44 lanes for bowling. I would love to go there again but this time with my family.??

Always excellent customer service from Bowlero and this location doesn't disappoint. From checking in for my son's 15th bday party, to ordering food, the process was seamless and enjoyable! Their customer service is excellent!!!

The managers made me and my group feel really uncomfortable. Bartender was really rude, she gave my drink to the person sitting next to me while I went to get my phone. When I returned she gave me a dirty look and look displeased to have to make my drink again. Then we were warned about underage drinking rudely by a manager because a few of our work colleagues were underage and our overage colleagues had ordered beverages. What really ticked us off was a second staff member coming by shortly and telling us ?

The staff I interacted with apart from the front desk person was extremely rude they threatened to kick me and my group out for underage drinking when we weren't. Maybe next time check cameras before making accusations ruined my entire night. Do better

Alex and Angel our servers for our company event did a great job. Thanks guys for having us great job.

Lots of fun and great friendly and attentive staff.

Had a wonderful time . We had my 7-year-old granddaughter birthday party there, and her and her friends had a blast, and I know because they told me so, lol ?? also the associate, I believe his name is Alex and he had a partner both was great and they kept a great look out for us they served us pizza chicken tenders fries fresh fruits oh the grapes was to die for they the sweetest I've had this year so far and of course the drinks . In all, it was a pretty good day . Thank You all for the service

I took my family bowling today to have fun since I needed that right now. I just want to say that Alex at the event service in the front was so accommodating, outgoing and friendly. He needs a raise, because we need more people like him doing customer service. Yvonne the waitress was sweet and helpful during our bowling experience as well. These two definitely deserve a big thank you and my time here today was wonderful.

We had a great time! I haven't been here in years, nice to see they have updated the place. Saturday night was not busy. I will definitely be bringing my family back.

This bowling alley has a huge arcade. The lanes look new and the seating around the bowling area is a nice L shape.

Plenty of lanes, Not overcrowded at night. Small Arcade, Bar, checks all the boxes

I like the upgrades to the bowling since I've last been there a few months ago was a little shocked at the cost of pricing for the weekends however the two alcoholic beverages that we did have were very sweet the atmosphere of the music choice in was great the service wasn't as rapid as I'd hoped you would have been took a little while to have our drinks ordered as well as to receive our three beverages otherwise we had a great time and plan to go again when the prices are a little bit cheaper during the we

Last time I was here it was called something else, so it's definitely been a while. Very nice and clean facilities, no issues with our game. It was a bit busy but we were able to get in fairly quickly. The patrons next to us has paid for a bunch of time on their lane next to us. They approached us an asked I'd we would like to use it because they had stopped playing early. Very nice of them! However, we were immediately approached by an employee and told no. We explained that we were given permission

Affordable at least on a Sunday. Clean! No drama. Plenty of assisting devices for little kids.

Fun ?? bowling experience . First time here and it's a pretty ?? place to just chill and bowl a little friendly game with your family ??or the Bae ????

Awsome customer service. From check in to lane service to food service. 5 stars just for their awsome staff. Very attentive. We had 4 families..total 18 people and the staff processed us through quickly and effectively. There are a couple of things I would like to see changed... 1- price. Little bit high. $32 per person (and that was with the coupon code). But with inflation, everything has been more expensive. 2-what I would assume is bigger kitchen with more equipment is needed. Because although the food

It was so empty when I went and the staff is so friendly and attentive here! Loved every moment of it! The arcade games were so fun too!

I have never felt more discriminated than tonight. The women that seemed to be a manager or supervisor tonight on staff seemed to have it for us as soon as we walked in. She made me feel like we were not welcomed. The other staff were lovely, I would recommend to not deal with a women manager on duty, she seems to have it against people of color.

Celebrated my son?s 21st birthday July 27,2024?. Absolutely perfection!!? I was questioning to do this?since where really not a bowling family, but what a great experience!? so much fun, perfectly decorated from the Bowlero staff!? our helper was Angel M. He was absolutely great with out guests, on point with our needs and any concerns!?. Alexander Quezada (event manager)? was also absolutely great in explaining everything and getting us started when we arrived!? already thinking of our next event to celeb

I attended a company group function. I found Bowlero Norco to be an Organized, clean facility; personnel are courteous and provide good customer service and a fun atmosphere

Really nice atmosphere, clean, and very phone.

Heather is a great bartender, very attentive and polite.

Arcade prices are very high and it is not surprising that it is always empty. The place is always clean, food is decent and lanes are well maintained. The staff is the best thing.

It's okay... it seems a little run-down compared to other bowleros. I had some mechanical issues as well. Like every other bowlero, it's expensive. 20 bucks for a domestic beer... The one saving grace is the staff who are really cool. They need to either drop the prices or fix the place up because, as is, the atmosphere doesn't come close to justifying the cost.

Liked the overall ambience. The arcade has many options for kids and teens. Lanes are well maintained. Good place for hosting a birthday party or team luncheon.

Went bowling for my nephews birthday. They couldn't put up the bumpers for him.or my niece so they had a pretty terrible time. They also refused to honor a Groupon so that wasn't very cool.

We enjoyed ourselves and recommend Brunswick Bowling Alley to everyone who bowls. Just remember to buy a Groupon, because it can get expensive bowling by the hour??

A very nice facility, clean, and People working here are on ?Point? they are happy, and all around with Family or Friends this place has it, a good time for all. The ordering of food and beverages via specific hyperlink at each table is genius! The Garlic fries were delicious we all dug in and had a few pitchers of beer to wash them down. Great time. Be mindful it is Family venue. Enjoy, and cheers ??

Bought a Groupon and cant use it same day.

Had company Christmas party here and had so much fun that I will be back on my own.

Had a great time there today with my party. Was taken care of by Carlos. He was a great host/server. He was constantly checking up on us to see that we were good. Would return sooner than expected just because of him and the rest of the workers.

This place was great. Took my nephew here for his bday and he had a blast. In my opinion, their arcade selection is subpar but to my nephew it's perfect. The arcade selection is the only reason why I gave 4 stars

Fun place for the kids and service was great

First of all I love the videos that you play that's a good choice a very good mix. my grandson's birthday was set up very nice.a very good place for a kids birthday. Kids and adults love the bowling.

Had a great time with my daughter and grandkids.

Good place to spend with the family. Great atmosphere, always clean. Staff always very helpful & moving around. You will definitely come back again.

We walked in on a Friday night and was told it was an hour to an hour and a half wait. The atmosphere is fun and plays good music. We walked across the parking lot to inn n out and by the time we finished eating the lane was ready (about 15 minutes). We ordered drinks but it took until the 8th frame to get them and she didn't get the order right, so we played another round while we waiting for the rest of our order. Drinks were pricey and the games ended up being per person so for 2 adults and a child it wa

I called this place to reserve a lane and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. I decided to drive out on a Thursday night with my kids to surprise them. They were so excited when we walked in to go bowling. The lady at the counter informed me that you can't bowl Monday through Thursday nights because the lanes are taken for clubs. Needless to say I left with my kids crying instead of having a good night. If you aren't open to the public during specific hours it wouldn't hurt to advertise it. Even the au

The actual bowling alley is nice, but the vibes are below zero. The staff is very unwelcoming and borderline rude. For spending close to $500.00 on bowling, food and arcade, we definitely will never go back there again, hopefully they can be a bit more polite towards their guests and not make them feel like they are burdened to have them.

Yooooo service here hella dank, them $7 Thursday's always coming in clutch. Shoutout the dude that bowls backwards he hella dope. The wings here are dank them hoes hella crispy. 10 outta 10 would recommend would bowl again ????

Good experience. We got a Groupon that included 2 hours of bowling and shoe rental here that ended up being a good deal. It's pretty classy for a bowling alley with nice decor and a fancy bar. There were a lot of people, but it didn't seem crowded. Facilities and restrooms were clean and well-maintained, and there were several birthday parties where everyone looked like they were having a great time. The arcade is good, but I complained that the ticket dispensers weren't working and felt dumb when they to

A bit of a hit and miss on the service of the front desk. While I had a great time when I first was here, during a second visit, the front desk representative was very dismissive and did the bear minimum for talking. The bowling experience itself was great, area was clean. Though there was a lot of people sitting in areas where there was no game running for them. This was the case with mine. Food can be a quite costly though that is definitely optional.

I have been bowling here for 25+ years. Loved every second of it but since it switched I have not been wanting to come back. Approaches not taken care of and sticky on the high end. Floors not cleaned properly. Management not wanting to take care of what needs to be done. Haven't been there in a year and glad I haven't. When I went there saw bartender throwing glasses and breaking them in front of guests. Never felt safe in that location. Needs for security or police presents to keep homeless and crack head

We had so much fun! It has been years since I have been to this one. The bumpers are automatic which was so nice to share a lane with your kids. The couches on the lanes were nice! And it was such a fun atmosphere. However it ended up costing us way more than they thought it would. It's about 12 dollars per person which isn't bad but for an hour it's more than we thought. So that was why I gave it 4 stars. But I did see that they have some summer deals for kids to bowl all summer which I wish I would of see

The website is kinda confusing, shows a $20 charge per person which they give back to you in vouchers for food, but when we went they said they haven't been doing that for a while. It would've been $500 for 8 people which is insane, but glad that wasn't the case. Food was great atmosphere was nice, it looks amazing after the remodel they did. Although I couldn't find a size 11 ball ????? Used a Groupon for 6 people, no trouble at all. All in all a great time

Decide for yourself if you should stay away from it based on facts. If you care about transparency and honesty, it is not there. Have you ever heard about blackout dates and times? If yes, how about making it a hidden corporate rule that you don't know about but applies to you? When you pay for a seasonal pass, you do not see or hear about the hidden rules. But when you use your pass they tell you very politely that "it is the corporate policy which we can do nothing about it except voice your concern to th

Very professional and my kids love to go there. Food is always good and the bathrooms are always clean. My kids and I say this is the best bowling area we've ever been to!??

Pretty good games and food

Super fun, minus one star because they were understaffed on a busy night! Service for drinks and food was very slow. But our families had a lot of fun bowling and at the arcade. Love their specials, music, and clenliness.

Evelyn our waitress was exceptional! The food was spectacular! The bowling alley was very clean, friendly staff, great music and overall a fabulous experience!

If you plan on bowling here, bring lots of cash. Noon on a Monday- $75 for three of us to bowl 3 games. Oh and a mug of domestic beer comes in just under $10!!!! Corporate greed at it's best. Take your family to a nice dinner instead.

Nice place for family to have fun together. There is also an arcade as well with nice selections but the prize/rewards machine seems empty or options are limited. The music was a bit too loud while we were there. It was hard to hear each other. Parking is pretty easy even on the weekends. Restrooms are clean. It is located in the same plaza as In And Out Burger.

Very courteous and friendly.

Went for my nephew's 7th birthday party. Both kids and adults had a blast. Bowling, arcade, food, and alcohol. They have something for everyone.

This place is a scam. As family of 4 we paid $91 with shoe rental. We went in thinking it was $8 a game for the family. Boy were we wrong. It was $8 per person PER GAME!!! and we only played 2 games. Never in my life have I paid so much to bowl 2 games with my kids. I will never come back with prices like these. Families beware. You're better off going to Dave and Busters and spending your hard earned money there.

Looks completely different than the picture. They are really trying to upgrade it to make it COVID safe. Only gave it 4 stars because we reserved a party and they promised an attendant would be by to come check on us periodically, but they only showed up at the end to let us know our time had elapsed....for around $200 for 2 hours, they should have stopped by more, we would have ordered more food and drinks if they had ??

After almost 20+ of not bowling, we came back for a holiday party, and it was AWESOME!

Since Bowlero took over a Brunswick house, seems like management has no clue on how to run a bowling alley. Seems like what the league bowler has to say no longer has an impact on how they maintain the facility. I'd rather see it become a brunswick again.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are pool tables in arcades still good in this modern age?

Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
