Held my granddaughter?s birthday party here and it was outstanding in all ways - customer service, food, decor(had her name in lights) and immediate help when needed. Our server kept the food and drinks refreshed as soon as needed. It was totally stress free for me!

We had a great time bowling here for my 53rd birthday, with my family. The staff were great, especially Evelyn and Miguel and David at the front desk. They made our visit very enjoyable. Drinks were awesome and so was the bowling. Place was very clean and organized. Best bowling experience in the IE. We will definitely come back. Thank you!

The family atmosphere is great. Customer service is wonderful. Food was good. Choices for music and music videos not so sure. Great for adults but not for kids. I notice kids come here often and music videos don't change. Other than that this place is great

We had a birthday party at the Bowlero in Norco and we had an awesome experience! The staff was friendly and offered great service. They were attentive to our needs and served us delicious food! Special thanks to Angel and everybody else for making our birthday celebration so special! It was my first time to a Bowlero and there is so much to do and the atmosphere is something else!

They don't maintain anything in this bowling center. When you bowl the lanes are not maintained properly and your ball comes back from the pins with dirt and grime on it. It's the worst for spectators having a tall wall right behind the bowlers seats and Mickey mouse tables down in the pit. Strictly a profit bowling center and they don't care about bowlers who do it as a sport. I bowl in a league but if they don't start maintaining the lanes it will be my last.

A very nice place for Bowling and having some nice time, our kids really like this place, it was a full house on a Monday so we enjoyed playing together in the kids arena, even the grownups enjoyed their time with a drink, highly recommended place for adults and kids

Cool modern interior with multiple screens above the bowling lanes showing the day's sports game, kid's show and music videos. The sitting area are comfortable and sleek. The food was good with friendly service. There's a video arcade area near the entrance. Overall, great fun for all.

A good bowling area with good service, food, ambience and quick responsive staff. Food available is better than some fast food joints and the price is not super expensive. The value based lanes and game is decently priced. Gets crowded during weekends and reservation are available.

Friendly service. First time there. Place was very clean, bathrooms were clean. Ordered 2 pizzas, nachos and a pitcher of beer for a little over 30 bucks. Pizza and nachos were very good.

We had a blast. The service was great and the new look of the bowling alley is perfect. It's a little pricey but not of you figure up what you pay per game if you knock out a lot of bowling for unlimited for a couple hours. The food tasted great and the beer was crispy cool. We took a party of 20 girls to this Bowling/Arcade. The food was great! We sat at the high tops at the bar and the bartender was fantastic. We loved playing beer pong and the arcade also. We would visit again

It's hard to find a bowling alley in the middle of the day anymore that doesnt have the black lights and the twilight bowling theme. I think there is a time and place for it and on a weekend during the day isnt it. The lane kept messing up on us at first, skipping bowlers, but the staff was able to fix it from happening. It's a very clean bowling alley. Reserved lanes for 2 hours 3 to 5pm for time reference, and the staff was helpful, professional, and checked in on us to see how everything was going more than a few times. Very impressed and will be going back!

My 1st time there for my niece party. It was so much fun! Nice cool, dime atmosphere. Our waitress provided excellent customer service. She kept bringing all the unlimited wings, soda, pizza it was great. I would definitely recommend having a birthday there are just to go hang out and have fun.

I was not familiar with this chain but we were invited to a kids party and went to our first one yesterday. They have a mixture of 60s vibes (decor) and modern upgrades ( TVs everywhere). The have lots of lanes, a bar and a kitchen. The kitchen is set up to look like an old streamline trailer. The staff is really friendly and efficient. The managers made me and my group feel really uncomfortable. Bartender was really rude, she gave my drink to the person sitting next to me while I went to get my phone. When I returned she gave me a dirty look and look displeased to have to make my drink again.Then we were warned about underage drinking rudely by a manager because a few of our work colleagues were underage and our overage colleagues had ordered beverages. What really ticked us off was a second staff member coming by shortly and telling us ?

The staff I interacted with apart from the front desk person was extremely rude they threatened to kick me and my group out for underage drinking when we weren't. Maybe next time check cameras before making accusations ruined my entire night. Do better

I took my family bowling today to have fun since I needed that right now. I just want to say that Alex at the event service in the front was so accommodating, outgoing and friendly. He needs a raise, because we need more people like him doing customer service. Yvonne the waitress was sweet and helpful during our bowling experience as well. These two definitely deserve a big thank you and my time here today was wonderful.

This bowling alley has a huge arcade. The lanes look new and the seating around the bowling area is a nice L shape.

I have never felt more discriminated than tonight. The women that seemed to be a manager or supervisor tonight on staff seemed to have it for us as soon as we walked in. She made me feel like we were not welcomed. The other staff were lovely, I would recommend to not deal with a women manager on duty, she seems to have it against people of color.

Arcade prices are very high and it is not surprising that it is always empty. The place is always clean, food is decent and lanes are well maintained. The staff is the best thing.

It's okay... it seems a little run-down compared to other bowleros. I had some mechanical issues as well. Like every other bowlero, it's expensive. 20 bucks for a domestic beer... The one saving grace is the staff who are really cool. They need to either drop the prices or fix the place up because, as is, the atmosphere doesn't come close to justifying the cost.

Liked the overall ambience. The arcade has many options for kids and teens. Lanes are well maintained. Good place for hosting a birthday party or team luncheon.

Went bowling for my nephews birthday. They couldn't put up the bumpers for him.or my niece so they had a pretty terrible time. They also refused to honor a Groupon so that wasn't very cool.

A very nice facility, clean, and People working here are on ?Point? they are happy, and all around with Family or Friends this place has it, a good time for all. The ordering of food and beverages via specific hyperlink at each table is genius! The Garlic fries were delicious we all dug in and had a few pitchers of beer to wash them down. Great time. Had a great time there today with my party. Was taken care of by Carlos. He was a great host/server. He was constantly checking up on us to see that we were good. Would return sooner than expected just because of him and the rest of the workers.

The actual bowling alley is nice, but the vibes are below zero. The staff is very unwelcoming and borderline rude. For spending close to $500.00 on bowling, food and arcade, we definitely will never go back there again, hopefully they can be a bit more polite towards their guests and not make them feel like they are burdened to have them.

A bit of a hit and miss on the service of the front desk. While I had a great time when I first was here, during a second visit, the front desk representative was very dismissive and did the bear minimum for talking. The bowling experience itself was great, area was clean. Though there was a lot of people sitting in areas where there was no game running for them. This was the case with mine. Food can be a quite costly though that is definitely optional.

I have been bowling here for 25+ years. Loved every second of it but since it switched I have not been wanting to come back. Approaches not taken care of and sticky on the high end. Floors not cleaned properly. Management not wanting to take care of what needs to be done. Haven't been there in a year and glad I haven't. We had so much fun! It has been years since I have been to this one. The bumpers are automatic which was so nice to share a lane with your kids. The couches on the lanes were nice! And it was such a fun atmosphere. However it ended up costing us way more than they thought it would. It's about 12 dollars per person which isn't bad but for an hour it's more than we thought. The website is kinda confusing, shows a $20 charge per person which they give back to you in vouchers for food, but when we went they said they haven't been doing that for a while. Nice place for family to have fun together. There is also an arcade as well with nice selections but the prize/rewards machine seems empty or options are limited. The music was a bit too loud while we were there. It was hard to hear each other. Parking is pretty easy even on the weekends. Restrooms are clean. This place is a scam. As family of 4 we paid $91 with shoe rental. We went in thinking it was $8 a game for the family. Boy were we wrong. It was $8 per person PER GAME!!! and we only played 2 games. Never in my life have I paid so much to bowl 2 games with my kids. I will never come back with prices like these. Families beware. You're better off going to Dave and Busters and spending your hard earned money there.

Looks completely different than the picture. They are really trying to upgrade it to make it COVID safe. Only gave it 4 stars because we reserved a party and they promised an attendant would be by to come check on us periodically, but they only showed up at the end to let us know our time had elapsed....for around $200 for 2 hours, they should have stopped by more, we would have ordered more food and drinks if they had ??

Since Bowlero took over a Brunswick house, seems like management has no clue on how to run a bowling alley. Seems like what the league bowler has to say no longer has an impact on how they maintain the facility. I'd rather see it become a brunswick again.
