????? I rarely leave scathing reviews, but my visit to Bowlero Niles was downright unacceptable from start to finish. Here's why I'll never go back: ? Zero hygiene supplies: Every hand-sanitizer dispenser was empty. In a bowling alley full of shared equipment, that's a major health hazard. ? Staff MIA: There were no waiters or service staff to be found?not even to grab a bottle of water. I spent more time hunting for anyone who worked there than I did enjoying myself. ? Just awful. I have done league here for 2 years now and it has gotten more and more dilapidated. There is always junk on the floors and on the approach, which is super dangerous. Not to mention, but also, half of the lanes are glitched and don't work properly, including the keyboards. Also some of the staff at the center are very rude for no reason whatsoever. If you want to be safe and comfortable, don't go bowling here.

Did my son?s 12 birthday party here today. Had to increase the guest count (more than double) last minute. They were so kind, so accommodating, and just amazing in every way. I've spent 3 times what we did at this party at other venues and no place has come close in terms of customer service/general niceness and professionalism from staff. Had a great time last night bowling there. Nice bar and staff was amazing. My dad has mobility issues, he was able to bowl and they gave us a lane close and convenient to the door. Was little pricey for 3 ppl for 2 hrs but overall worth it. Will definitely be back again!

Had a great time at this bowling alley! The lanes were well-maintained, the atmosphere was inviting, and everything just seemed to run smoothly from start to finish. The staff was friendly and attentive. Definitely a place worth coming back to!

Enjoy coming here they really have downside the large fries look more like a regular now not worth the price!! Having to change from a 4 to a 2 now so disappointing the lanes dirty, have to wait 2-3 minutes for the ball to come back or just use a house ball so can't even enjoy the game cause of the aggravation and yes have been here before and just kept disappointing me can't see coming back here no more especially since there are other places. Figured it was maintained better but not.

I went here for a friend's birthday party and we had a great time. The waitress was great, and the vibe was cool. The only reason it wasn't a 5 was the tv monitors were fuzzy and not very clear. Overall, we had a fun time.

I am a teacher and brought my kids here for a field trip. We had to book this reservation last minute due to our other venue not being authorized. They had everything set up for us when we entered. Everything was great from the time of booking with Jennifer C. on the sales team to the in store manager, Luis. He greeted us with a smile and took care of every need in a timely manner. My cousin had her birthday party here. When we got in at 4:00PM the staff here had everything laid out and ready to go. They even had a sign with her name on it and her new age! The bowling alley had great things for kids including bumpers, lighter balls, and kid-centered food. The location includes great parking situated between Waukegan and Milwaukee and you can enter from both sides. The alley includes an arcade which is cool. If you are celebrating a birthday party here is the place!

We had my sons 11th birthday here last week and it was awesome. The kids had a great time. The staff was attentive. And the way they set up our space with my son's name in lights was a nice surprise. Shout out to our server, Aileen, who was really on top of her game. She made the whole experience seem effortless. And the amount of party you get for the price point really can't be beat. 10/10 would recommend!

This place is very run down. The older women at the bar is on the edge of retirement, she seems very bothered doing mixed drinks that it makes you super uncomfortable ordering anything. Our lane was given to someone else as we had already set our things down and has stepped away to grab a drink which was super annoying. Our game also stopped mid game and just froze, we had to wait for someone to come fix it. Overall, much better places to go bowling.

It has been a frustrating experience with reservations and gift cards. Everytime we try to reserve lanes at this Bowlero, it's an incredibly frustrating experience. Last-minute reservations seem impossible, and it's always a long wait if you don't book in advance. We recently purchased Bowlero gift cards from Costco and were eager to use them. I once celebrated my birthday here with a bunch of coworkers friends. Place is nice food was great. Only thing i would recommend is i hope they open at least 3 pm or at least early than other bowling alley around. Classic bowl is around in area they open early but honestly we prefer this bowlero so please open up a little early.

They have a security guard at the door with a metal detector, I walked in she asked me to put my small bag and phone, keys, etc in a clear plastic box. Then proceeds to open my bag and my small wallet without permission even though the woman ahead of me just opened her purse and she barely looked in it. I wasn't even intending to write a review but people have to know. I don't even want to write how bad my experience was, jeeze. Never coming here ever again. Want a refund. Took like 20 minutes to get a game going, brought my parents. They asked for my ID for alcohol then my parents, yeah they're totally younger than me. Great staff, well organized, affordable pricing. Probably not your typical review but we threw a birthday party for my 6 year old at this Bowlero location. Mike, one of the managers, was on site and did a great job helping with 20+ little kids, parents, etc. Jessica did great setting everything up and answering all of our questions beforehand. Slipped on floor. Hurt my back as well as my knees and wrist. The floors were not wiped down. The alleys misfunctioned numerous times to the point we had to change lanes. I called corporate to ask how to handle my accident. Finally 4 days later I received a call. Then was told I would hear from someone. Never did.

I have host my daughters birthday here, and I love it. I have recommend it to family members and they have had an amazing experience as well. The place is a lot of fun! Good customer service, clean and well maintained. Only 4 stars because the food selection is very poor. I wish they had some healthier options like some humus with veggies, salads and grilled chicken.

At first, the place was pretty good in the early Friday. We played 2 or 3 games ordered food and ordered some drinks. After some point, they told us they didn't want to serve anymore alcohol. We weren't acting rowdy in any shape or form. We just left the establishment afterward. If they don't want our business, then okay, we'll go elsewhere.

The bowling facility itself is pretty solid in itself. Lanes are pretty true, easy to use console for player info, and adequate quantity of bowling balls. Food is pretty standard bar fare and the alcohol is reasonably priced. However, I have called this place twice about whether or not there were league games scheduled. My family and I went here last night on an Friday and it was a pleasant experience. It wasn't too crowded. We got a lane right away and the kids had a great time. I don't write many reviews, but the staff here- namely Sue and Gina- went above and beyond to make sure our party was a success. They saw we had our hands full with the kids and took food orders from our lane, rather than making us use the order window. They even made multiple trips to bring us the food/swap out pitchers of pop so we didn't have to leave the kids unattended. Terrible Experience - Do Not Recommend! I had the worst experience at this bowling center. The customer service was absolutely awful. They abruptly closed early, without any notice, while we were still playing. To make matters worse, they refused to refund us for the time we paid for but couldn't use! When we tried to talk to the staff about the situation, they were rude and dismissive, showing zero concern for their customers. Normally we come once a week, but now we realized they stealing money. They charge Covid admin fee at the admission and then again when you order drinks and again when order foods. How many Covid fees can we pay? That's stealing money. Do not come on Tuesdays, its more expensive and the service is bad. Seriously?

The front desk staff wasn't polite. They made us wait telling the lanes would open for walk-in at 8 PM and then gave the lanes to people who showed up at 7. 40 PM. We were asked to wait for another 30 min. Bad communication, un polite behavior and doesn't care about the customer. In the end if you don't make the customers feel good then why would I ever come back? Thanks but no thanks.

Went to this location on Wednesday and it was a great time. They had leave so I waited but it's understandable spent some time in their arcade while I waited. Place was awesome. Didn't have any issues finding a lane. And went on a Sunday deal where it was buy 2 games get the 3rd half off (20$ for 3 games). You also get a 5$ arcade card. I didn't get to check out the arcade but it looked nice. As far as lanes go they were well kept. A little more oiled than what I'd like, but that's part of the game.
