Customer Reviews

I highly recommend Bowlero Murrieta! We planned our son?s 7th birthday here and the place is beautifully ran. Amazing upgrades and spotless. The manager Wyatt made sure to take good care of us! He checked on us numerous times and made sure we had everything we needed. I appreciate phenomenal customer service like Wyatt?s! Because of our experience my family and friends will be booking their kids birthday parties here as well. Hannah our server was so sweet, she was definitely put to work with the amount of

We found a great Groupon deal for 6, included shoes and 2.5 hours of bowling. We also got a Groupon deal for arcade credits. Make sure your entire party is present and know what shoe size because the timer starts as soon as they scan the voucher. Then you walk to your lane to set up. At least 15 mins is lost. We came on a Saturday right when they opened at noon because we couldn't make reservations on line with the Groupon deal. Otherwise, having the on line reservations is handy. There are 40 lanes. You

I had an amazing experience at Bowlero Bowling Lanes in Murrieta, CA! This was a first-time bowling for me and my son, Tammy, the general manager, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She was incredibly kind, patient, and explained everything we needed to know about how the lanes worked. Her warm, helpful attitude made our visit enjoyable and memorable. Thanks to her, we left excited and are already planning our next visit! I highly recommend Bowlero for anyone looking for a fun, friendly atmosph

Bro! Bowling was fine. But when we checked in to get a lane we were asked if we wanted to play unlimited and my husband said yeah, but this young lady behind the counter said ?do you want to open a tab?? Right after. And this is the first time we have been here and there are no signs explaining the difference between opening a tab and unlimited. So we said sure. We thought it was for food and drinks while we stay. Then when leaving she tells us we were charged for 7 games individually. Costing us a $80 plu

Just had a terrible experience tonight me and my eight friends decided to go fellowship and talk about the Bible. The floor manager started off with attitudes and given a strict orders. My autism friend forgot to put her shoes on before the game didn't even play and she kicked us all out also calling the cop. The white manager didn't like us because we were Mexican And we were talking about the Bible folder that we're not allowed to talk about Christianity and the facility also called the cops because we de

All beware. They used to host a version of unlimited bowling 7 days a week. After driving all the way up there, and despite the website still saying they had unlimited on Saturday nights, we were told at the check in counter that they had just ended the unlimited Saturday night special today. No heads up at all to customers and a very poor business decision in my opinion. Front desk staff has always been great and I hope management wises up and brings it back, but until then we will likely be taking our bus

The staff are very plesent! For four people with shoe rentals, two games, it was 82-84$ ish. Wasn't bad at all. Has a very lovely small arcade and small cute prizes! The summer pass isn't to expensive either. Not a huge selection for bowling balls, but no complaints. I l9ve the variety in the sizes fkr most to all bowling balls!

This was my first time hosting a birthday party at a bowling alley and it was amazing! Their staff (Lydia, Chloe, & Kryssi) were so nice, attentive, & stayed on top of everything. The food was actually pretty good, I was surprised with it not being a restaurant. Definitely try their chicken tenders. I highly recommend doing an event here. No clean up and THE KIDS HAD SO MUCH FUN!

The people working at the counter are really nice. However, the lady in the kitchen is rude. Every time we go there and order food, she always has an attitude. If you're that miserable, why are you working there! We stopped going there and now go to the one in Moreno Valley. The food takes so long to make, and it's very sloppy

It's a great place for some family fun on the weekend ! I highly recommend it's something besides a movie! I will say the bathroom ?? could of been cleaner. And the food was good if you're into chicken nuggets and fries ??. Be sure and make reservations ahead of time to reserve a spot. Saturdays will get busy. I love bowling ?? I wish we had a bowling ?? alley near us!

They shouldn't offer a package with unlimited Arcade cards if it doesn't allow you to earn/claim the prize points. We spent a good amount of money to bring the kids for a fun afternoon only to find out we weren't accumulating points from the games we played. Imagine the disappointment from all the kids when they found out there wasn't any points or prizes to redeem. The staff should have mentioned these were the terms before we purchased the unlimited package.

I'm terrible at bowling and I can't afford to get better. I think I'll take up cornhole... but...... this place is fantastic, clean, Pizza is excellent a d staff is super friendly..

Old guy who worked in the bar was rude, unfriendly and uninviting. Never smiled once while getting drinks. Seemed annoyed when I asked for sofa water and lime since I don't drink, but I also ordered a couple beers for my friend's. He wasn't worth a tip but tipped 10 bucks anyways...... Aside from that the bowling was fun and music was awesome!!! From desk girl with really curly hair was super friendly and helpful since it was out first time there. Will try it again.

Fantastic experience! My friend had them set up a 50th birthday celebration for her husband. This place put out some awesome decorations and the food was good too, especially the chickens wings! We had a great time and Audry was really helpful! Thank you to the team at Bowlero!!

If you don't play in a league, don't bother coming here. They reserve most lanes for league play, so if play casually you can expect to be bunched up with kids that don't understand boundaries and parents that want to do anything other than be parents to their kids. Edit: Why waste my time emailing you. Nothing will change the fact that non-league bowlers are second-class citizens at bowlero. I'll spend a little extra for a positive experience at an establishment that respects all of their customers.

If you get an unlimited game card BEWARE you don't earn a single ticket to be redeemed for prizes. The prizes are dollar store quality but if u have going kids who think they are earning tickets it's crappy to find out that they actually get 0 tickets

We had planned on going to AMF lanes in Hemet when a pipe broke making them shut down for the day and cancel all parties. My son was turning 10 and had planned on this day for two months. We were so happy that they were able to move his birthday party to this location. The staff were hit by all the extra parties as well as ours. I was so worried it wouldn't be the same as AMF in Hemet. This place is WAY WAY BETTER! The whole staff were amazing and wonderful. They made everything so great even while be slamm

Top pick for a date night for my boyfriend and I. We love going during the ?unlimited bowling? times as we get to play as many games as we want until we are tired for a set price. Very clean place, I just wish balls would be re racked after as on busy nights you get stuck with the balls in your lane and not the sizes you want. The place gets pretty busy especially on league nights. Overall a nice standard bowling alley with good food? would not recommend the pineapple juice though.

I have always been impressed by the quality of service given by the team employed here. They have consistently gone above and beyond what I have asked. We came here for a birthday party and found it revamped and impressively remodeled as Bowlero. The lanes, the seating, the fun offerings outside of simply bowling. They have a walk up snack bar ingeniously set up as food truck, the bar looks a fun alternative for adults in an all around welcoming environment. The setup for the party was well thought and

I have visited Bowlero in Murrieta a couple of times now. Once with co-workers and another time with my kids. It's well kept and the staff is helpful. I believe it is fair priced and a good place to hang out for a date or place to take the family out to. It also makes a great option for team building events.

The staff is VERY PROFESSIONAL! They were very accommodating to us. I was there with my two granddaughters ages 6 and 11. I was visiting from out of town and appreciated the kindness that your staff exhibited.

Had to wait quite a while just to get a lane, but other than that, it's a decent place

My son wanted a bowling party for his birthday this year. Glad we chose this place. Not only did they do a cute set up but the food and service was amazing. We were able to bring some balloons which was just a small bouquet. Our host Julianna was amazing. She was sweet and constantly checked in on us. She was on top of everything! We were always informed when they were bringing things out. Best part is everyone had a great time. Would definitely do it again!

If I can give this place less than 1 star I would. so I went here and there machines weren't working to purchase a game card. I was able to get a card and do some gaming because my other kids got one from the counter, they spent a lot of money and when they went to retrieve prizes that were wisely available, they were locked and not available after being advertised. my card was stolen from the counter by someone, the staff came and gave it back to me, I signed for it, I checked my account and was charged 4

This was an awesome birthday party for my severely disabled son. He loves bowling. Our waitress was super attentive and the food was good. We had a blast. For the actual experience we would give the place 5 stars. I gave it only there stars because it booking representative cheated us out of 4 movie tickets. When we booked the party for my son the advertisement said if we booked an event before May 31st we'd get 4 free movie tickets. So when we didn't get the 4 free tickets, my daughter called and was told

I WOULD TOTALY GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS, FIRST OFF WE RESERVED A LANE FOR 8:30PM WHEN WE GOT THEIR IT WAS ON TIME, THEN THEY STARTED MOVING US FROM LANE TO LANE BECAUSE THE LANES WERENT WORKING, SO WHEN WE FINALLY WERE SET UP THE SUPERVISOR LADY SAID SHE WOULD ADD TIME TO OUR LANE. WHEN 10PM CAME THEY TURNED OFF OUR LANE AND SAID WE WERE DONE WHEN WE WENT TO THE FRONT TO TELL THE CASHIER WHAT HAD HAPPENED SHE REFUSED TO GIVE US THE 45 Minutes that we were owed and paid for. Don't go here, They won't even

This Bowlero is absolutely amazing the staff and managers are all kind and friendly. We started going here when we moved out to the area in March and now the staff knows our names and the bartenders remember our orders. The lanes are usually good and oiled and when your there on league nights everyone is just great.

Very nice establishment, very clean , the food was good and the drinks were cold , I will be taking the family back again .

Loved this place! Very well managed. So organized and the staff was amazing. We had a party of 55 and they treated everyone so well. Very grateful for our soccer teams experience here.

5 Star Customer experience!! This is a great bowling alley that is family friendly. The entire staff was amazing and helpful. Special shout out to Kelly, She went above and beyond expectations to help my family & I with our bowling experience. I would highly recommend this business for anyone looking to have some FUN. We will be back.

This review is for the pro shop. The pro shop guy was given a job to drill two holes and engrave per request. This guy messed up both. Sloppy on his paint for the engraving and not to mention wrong color. Placed finger inserts and I didn't ask for them plus the inserts didn't fit properly. I could only imagine how that ball would roll. Thank God I got my money back! He offered no way to make it up! AVOID THIS PRO SHOP! On top of all that when he told me to come within and hour to get the ball that he messe

Had end of year team ?? party and Bowlero did a great job! Kryssi was our host, she was incredible. Did an amazing job and attentive to supporting us and the kids! She even put up some fun decorations for the team. Thank you, what a fun night!!!

Best birthday party experience and very reasonable! Our host was very helpful and kept the drinks filled. The kids had a blast! Definitely coming back next year.

Great place, good lanes. Food pricing is average and my kids enjoyed the arcade

What a great day! Christmas Eve and everyone else was closed. Bowlero was open and the staff and manager were so friendly and accommodating! We had a great time! Highly recommend!

Very clean, nice staff, and a lot of bowling balls to choose from. Prices are a little high. I recommend going Monday through Thursday before 4pm if you want to get a cheaper deal.

We went to go shoot pool and their only pool table was broken, so we didn't buy any drinks or stay. What a disappointment. More pool tables need to be added ??

I recently celebrated a birthday at Bowlero, and I honestly can't say enough good things. The arcade was super cool, the environment is great, but honestly, what really made the difference was Stacie. She anticipated every need, was cheerful and knowledgeable, and just made the entire experience so much better. I know my friends and I will be coming back just to see her (I personally live a little closer to a different Bowlero, but she is worth the drive!) Amazing, life long memories were created. (I just

We've tried calling multiple times about a party we booked online. Keep getting transferred and leaving voicemails and noone will call back. It's been 2 months of this

My fiance and I came for a fun night out to their unlimited bowling monday nights. We arrived more than 10 minutes early so we could get a lane at 8 pm. We received a spot on a waitlist and an estimated time of half an hour to wait. There were 10+ lanes available when we arrived. We were not given a lane for almost an hour and they still wanted $17.89 per person for less than 2 hours of bowling. That's ridiculous! No thank you!

Bowling alley was nice! The service was great too considering our party had 5 kids with high energy. So I really appreciate the immediate help when there were questions.

Here's the thing its a bowling alley, a beautiful renovated bowling alley to he exact EXCEPT our visit on the night of Sunday, July 15th was less then stellar. We were in lane 8 and our lane malfunctioned a minimum of 10 times with us waiting at least 3-6 minutes for them to fix it EVERYTIME. We payed for 2 games and because of the lane malfunction we barely were able to start our 2nd game. We only got to the second round before the alley was closing and we had to leave. The food menu looked like it would h

They really need the Hour long Bowl sessions back. Because paying per game is way too much money. $78Bucks for 3 people for only 2 games Had fun but most likely won't be back until the cosmic bowling ( 2 or 3 hour sessions ) are back.

Had my daughters bday party here today and wow this place really delivered. They decorated great, were prompt and very gracious. I really want to shout out Audrey. She was freaking amazing. She was super busy but had a smile on her face and a great attitude the whole time. Also, the manager and general manager on duty were very kind. Thank you Bowlero. Keep it up!!

On a league on Sunday nights and I was welcomed as if I'd been bowling there my whole life. Great group of people just wish they would stop sandbagging lol ?? awesome staff I hope to get this level of service when I move to AZ!

The place is always busy. Food is a little expensive, but it's very nice in there.

First time there!!! I love this place. Everyone is Super nice ??

We had an Awesome experience?. Food was delicious and Customer Service was First Class. Not disappointed with anything!

Great place also check out Essential Junk Hauling local service

We ordered a pizza and beer combo when we first got here and then we played two games and they never brought us our pizza so when we went to go ask for a refund, they charge us more for the beer even though we never got our pizza that is the reason for my review. The little waitress girl was gave me a super attitude and then the manager Bryan also had no empathy for us. He basically just told us that we have to pay more for the pitcher of beer, even though we didn't have any food all night long over the tw

We had our team party here and everything was perfect! Krissy the manager (and her staff) made sure everything was taken care of, set up nicely, and decor was perfect (soccer theme)! Sarah was our Hostess and excellent service! Food was great too! The kids and parents really enjoyed!

Thanks to our state government increasing minimum wage and forcing companies to have skeleton crews this bowling alley is not a very good establishment. Rarely have we had solid customer service. Deal was good getting in but service in all areas is WEAK!!! It all starts at the top. FIX IT!!!!!!

The new manager Ash is amazing. She's always so cheerful & happy. It's always a pleasure to talk to her.

Fun place, good deal during specials

They just upgraded the software, but it's not working properly. They assigned us a lane and it wouldn't set nor reset at all. Each time you bowl had to call for service. Made for a frustrating night. Finally changed lanes and it was a little better. I would wait for a few weeks before going back.

Terrible customer service. Waited 10 minutes to order food during a low traffic time. Never got a number for my food so I had to keep guessing when it would be ready. While bowling got moved to another lane for a birthday party. Manager claimed the lane was ?broken?. The a/c was basically non-existent, so hot.

Worst customer service ever. They were so rude and when we walked in with my 2 year old son and his water she told us to get out cause we can't bring outside drinks in... Didn't even say hello or anything first right at the entrance. the balls kept getting stuck in the back. I went with my wife and kids and won't bother coming back. It's not what it used to be

The days staff were friendly and wonderful. More pros: + At one point the manager passed out amazing warm cookies. +The food was well portioned and evenly priced. +The lanes were not too packed +the arcade is small, but the Mario Kart game was fun +clean restrooms! The whole alley was very clean.

Booked a party here for my teens, and it was amazing and well worth it. They had such a great time everything was perfect from staff, food, and service was exceptional. I definitely recommend 100%

Went here for the first time for my uncles 40th birthday. My aunt got like a party package. It was really fun and food tasted good. I feel like they need to step up their pace on the time frame of food being brought out. I understand the cooking process but fresh fruit was an option that also lacked time. The bowling was fun but during our 2/3 hour duration, the lanes broke down on us 3 different times. The manager was cool and let us have an additional 30 minutes, which we did not use, but the thought was

Good bowling alley. Went for a company function, had a great time. Plenty of balls for those without their own. It was catered through the bowling alley, so I dont know what the regular food was like, but the boneless wings, cheese sticks and sliders were really good, and the staff made sure we were always stocked up on everything we needed, (it was a party of about 60 or so people). They are definitely worth a return visit.

There for our company party. All you can eat and drink, alcohol included. Food came out late. Couldn't order at the bar. One server bringing drinks... Need at least 2 servers. Bowling was fun.

Been here twice and really enjoyed the atmosphere and environment! I definitely would go here again if I want to go bowling again. Not something I do very often, but maybe I should try to bowl more!

Everyone is very nice there and we had a great time. Nothing wrong with some healthy competition in the family.

I hosted my granddaughter's birthday party here. I was referred to this location and was told nothing but the good things. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I showed up hours before my event so I could reserve a few tables for the adults who were attending with their kids. No one could tell me where my lanes would be. I finally was told at 4:15 pm what lanes my party would be at and my party was scheduled at 4:30 pm. They were just setting up. My food ran out and I asked for it to be replenished, a

Me and my family had a great time. Staff was very attentive and super friendly and helpful. We had a ball definitely will be going again. BIG thank you to Krissy she was awesome and took care of me and my family

My review is for the Murrieta location. I bowl here in league and at least one other day for practice. I have been coming here for the last 3 years. I have a big issue with the lack of space in the actual bowling area. They place two tables in the bowling area that just get in the way, especially during league play. Which most of us remove at least one table and place them in the aisle. Lose lose for everyone!! Second biggest issue I have is a service fee charge they automatically add onto on all orders of

Not bad, offers unlimited bowling from 8-11, but you can't really get a lane till around nine so you only get 2 hours. Lanes were pretty freshly oiled because of leave I believe which was nice. Weren't allowed to do league style practice either which we wish we could?ve done. Overall 3.9/5.

We sat at the the bar while waiting for the rest of our party to arrive and were greeted by an older woman with either no customer service or was bothered by us being there and said "what do you want". The place is very pricey. We ordered 2 pizzas also nachos, and loaded fries with "beef." Don't do it! they were gross the beef was mushy and didn't taste good at all. But it is clean as far as the restrooms and establishment go. It's not a place where I'd be excited to go to again.

Very unfortunate. We came here to celebrate our team party. Sadly the service is awful and don't come hungry it takes over an hour to get your food only to find out they got the order wrong. Mind you I left 20% tip on a $123 tab. I guess that's what happens when you order first expecting to have a decent experience. Bummer I was wrong and now I have 11 families that joined me that will not be coming back.

?? for food Waited 50mins for $30 overcooked chicken wings and oily, soggy, undercooked garlic fries. Not to mention my friend order a sampler tray 10mins after me and received her order 10mins before me. Don't order food here just eat before. ???????? for bowling Bcuz I mean that's what you're here to do; 4 stars bcuz the pricing here is just expensive. ?????????? for alcohol drinks Bcuz honestly this was the only good thing keeping me less crabby that night.

So much fun. Great environment with such friendly and helpful staff.. all smiles and great attitudes..

Lane 3 did not work and after an hour of back and forth they gave me a free 2 hour. I will go back and hopefully won't get a lane with problems. Food is terribly expensive. Not the best food for that price. Beer was cold.

Fun family experience. Not too expensive

Love it! We play on a league there. Sometimes, the lanes break down, but that is at all bowling alleys when they are used constantly. The food is so dang good. Usually eat dinner there every weekend.

Had a birthday party for my 17yo son and his friends. They had a blast, the service was excellent especially Michelle our server and from Kryssi the manager, they did a lot to give us a fun time. We would come back and recommend this place!

Very clean and lots to do besides bowling (pool table, and arcade). Food available for purchase and bar. Great customer service!

Visited the area for my cousins and they suggested to come here for an evening. Food was better than expected and the overall cleanliness of the bowling alley was top notch. Kudos to Brady for making everything easy to order and to set us up with a lane.

It's dirty ?. Needs a deep clean! They do not sell ice tea!!!! A very popular drink ??? please consider to sell ice tea like all other Bowlero establishments I have been to ? they have ice tea? why do you not sell ice tea???? ( I have bowled in this building for 24 years and the time without ice tea have been very sad ? Bowlero just add ice tea !)

Had a really good experience at this Bowlero. The staff seemed extra keen on making sure our need were met, and were super friendly throughout. Had an issue with one of our lanes and it was fixed promptly. Time was not showing properly, it was adjusted and extra time was given for our trouble. Tammy the operational manager went above and beyond to take care of some details surrounding my brother's birthday party. Professional from start to finish. Would definitely recommend.

Came here for the after 8 pm unlimited bowling they're a little on the expensive side but it is a pretty nice place. Not a lot of different size bowling balls more on the bigger side for those. We did not end up staying until 12 like we had planned to after our bowling ball kept getting stuck on our lanes and the manager came over to help us she was not nice about it AT ALL! It got very uncomfortable for us the way she was talking and acting about it , we decided to leave earlier she was a small thin blonde

Good bowling alley, also has food and a game room

There is a young lady there at the front desk ( at night after 830pm week days) with zero customer service skills. Not accommodating and really rude. Everything else was decent, but interacting with individuals like that really makes it difficult to enjoy a good time.

I liked it at first but in lane 16 the reseting of the pins constantly was getting stuck and we had to contact the employees multiple times everytime

The ambiance in this bowling place is so cool! love the promo they have on Groupon recently. Had my husband?s birthday here. A little busy after 5pm. spacious even so. The arcade is a plus! Crane here is not that hard. Was able to get something when we go. I was able to get big stuff toy too so it's a must try.

So glad, we were able to reserve an event here in such a short notice for a weekend birthday. Our guests and birthday child had an amazing time, food and drinks are constantly being served. Manager and server (Shayna, not sure of spelling) took care of us and made sure that our whole experience is something worthy of a 5-star.

Came on a Sunday, got to meet Frank (Go Pack Go) at the bar area. I was the only one there (midday) while the kiddos played a few rounds. He was nice and respectful made great conversation with everyone that came by for a quick drink. I would definitely come back on a Friday or Saturday night like he mentioned. Thank you for your great service, be back soon.

Great place for food and fun! The lanes are well kept and have comfortable seating. Bar pours good drinks as well. The arcade would be better if you could just use quarters instead of having the card system. Really enjoy the atmosphere.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are pool tables in arcades still good in this modern age?

Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
