Today my family and I went to Bowlero Mount Prospect. We were greeted by Sam. Sam was and is OUTSTANDING!!! And so was his crew. He greeted us, also took our food order and even thou there were other parties , and a few leagues requesting his attention, he managed to take care of everyone with a calm voice and a smile on his face, from taking the food orders, drinks to the shoe sizes. This is for the concessions. Ordered food at 1:30 for my son and his friend. At 2:15 the friend's order comes, then it's 2:40 and still no food for my son after being told "I'll check on it" a couple times. It was an order of wings. Wings! It got taken to the wrong table...which is odd because the receipt has the table number, and shame on the recipient for not being honest. Had a blast on a Friday Night with some out of town friends! The atmosphere is classic bowling alley with a very friendly and attentive staff. Would recommend reserving a lane ahead of time to ensure space especially on a Friday! The arcade was fun but the main draw is definitely the lanes and welcoming crew.

I am from Las Vegas nv. Just Recently moved here.1sr time to this place. I tip well and I order both beer and food . They took away my beer when I was not I was not looking and not finished with my pitcher, I paided for all night blowing and was offended by the lack of respect . I would never Recommend this place. Due to the fact they stole out of my pocket. My money is long and wow. What a way to treat a paying customer. Smh

I absolutely love this place. The staff is really friendly and easygoing and polite. There is a bowling alley, pool tables, and arcade games. Fries is sooo good. I would recommend you try it. I would like it if there is more sweets to order. Also, pool tables are in a rough shape it would be nice if they cleaned them a little and fixed them.

The bowling was nice. The food was so so. Need some upgrades. $12.00 for 1hr of pool. However, the balls get trapped, and it's so annoying getting them moved (which takes time off your pool game). You have to get on the ground to shuffle them down from under the table. Our server was awesome. I wish I could remember her name.

Went here to have good time with kids and dinner outing. The margarita we ordered from the bar seem like no alcohol was add. Me and my husband was not happy with it when we asked the girl at the bar she said 1 shot was added but for sure it was water down. Food we ordered was terrible. Great place to bowl. I Recommend this location to everyone. They run unlimited bowl throughout the week and have great rates. Wes the manager is a class act, runs a great alley, I cannot recommend this place enough.

I had my daughters 7th birthday party here and I HIGHLY recommend it here! Gina, the manager on duty was extremely friendly, attentive and present for all my needs. The atmosphere was relaxing with the orange tinted lights. The game room was a blast, lots of toys won. Lastly, the food was good and the kids said it was the best party ever! Went there for a fun family game of bowling this Saturday. Popped in and they said no bowling until late that night since there is a tournament. Odd for a place to be a public establishment and not offer services to the public.

So there I was on my way to a perfect game when the lights dimmed for night bowling. If not for that I would?ve got a 300 I promise! All jokes aside, I love coming here. Went to this place with our kids for some fun. The weather was nice on that Saturday, so to our surprise, it was really busy and there was only one person on staff there. He did a great job assisting customers, taking food orders, and answering questions. Once the other staff came to help, they were eager to assist. At the end of the day our group has a great time made enjoyable by both the staff and atmosphere. We really had fun that day.

My friends and I come here every Friday night for a good game of pool and some drinks. The staff is very friendly creating a welcoming atmosphere. The venue itself is quite clean and modern. There are great food and drink options that are surprisingly affordable. Overall, the Bowlero is truly a hidden gem in Mount Prospect.

I went here during a Saturday afternoon with a group of friends and our kids and didn't end up leaving until 7ish because we were having a blast! The kids loved the arcade and picking prizes. The staff was awesome and the food was really good, we really enjoyed the fries. We would definitely come here again.

Friendly welcome from the staff. Lanes in good working order. The snack bar had sandwiches and pizza. The clean bathrooms were a plus.

The place was good and so was the food, but the there was one employee named WES ,he was so rude to us. I really felt it was very unethical of him to talk to the customers in such a manner. I totally felt he was straight up racist!

Deceptive business! They don't honor their specials! My friend brought me here to celebrate my birthday, we arrived at 6 pm for the unlimited play Monday deal for $15 including shoes . They said it doesn't start till 7. So I showed him the ads all over the tables that say unlimited bowling starts at 6, he laughed and said that just changed right now and wouldn't honor it. The bill should have been 15 plus tax, instead charged 40 each! Charged us more than double! Never using bowlero again

The lanes were very well spaced so that we didn't have to worry about being on top of other bowlers. It's was very clean and set up very well for the party! So much fun

Went on my birthday and I was hot as a pistol. Lanes are very solid for those throwing hooks. We got a little side of fries before our dinner across town and they are piping hot fresh. Good vibes here. Picked up a 6-7-10 split. Have video footage if you don't believe me.

Had a great double date here. Had a whiskey and coke, they made both really strong and I loved it. We played pool but the balls kept getting stuck so they just need to fix that. Service was great very kind and very nice. Floors were kind of sticky. Bathroom situation is not the best either. I'd come here again for the atmosphere and drinks tho.

They were super accommodating for our large party that came in at 6pm on a Saturday with no reservation. Order your drinks and food first if you want to get them before you're done playing, though

Just went here with my whole family to celebrate my dad?s birthday and had the absolute best time. Clean lanes, great music, awesome arcade, and friendly staff. Special shout out to their manager, Sam, for showing us great care and making sure we had everything we needed all night. This place is so fun!!! We brought family from out of state and we all had so much fun. They have so much to do. The drinks are great. Their food is pretty good. But honestly, I like that its always busy. That is always a great sign. Oh, and a huge plus is the music they play. The music def. pumps you up and I respect that atmosphere.

Amenities and infrastructure could use an update!!

First of all, Logan and Kyle set my group up quickly and efficiently. They were consistently helpful throughout the whole night! The Bartender Lisa is also fantastic. Kind, efficient service?and she got the movie changed to Home Alone for us! Great times had by one and all! We'll definitely be back!

It's a nice place to gather. They do add an 18% gratuity to any food or drinks ordered, which seems a little high especially if you're just grabbing a beer and carrying it yourself to your table. The receipt that you sign includes the 18% gratuity in the total price but doesn't line item it and then there's an additional tip line. I was honestly expecting better from this place. The marketing leads you to believe that this is a top notch bowling ally but the one in Mount Prospect feels like a minor step up from a Brunswick Zone. Nothing felt top notch or high end, and for the price you pay you'd expect quality like a Pinstripes Bowling alley. The bathrooms look like they are original to the structure's build. I haven't been bowling in such a long time. It was a super fun night Lisa was our bartender. She was super friendly and fun to talk to. Gina the manager was amazing and very friendly. I frequent this bowling alley over other alleys in the area for a handful of reasons. You receive amazing benefits for joining a league. The center has great daily deals as well for the general public. The staff is amazing and friendly. Shout out to Gina, Sevanna, Sam, and Josh. There are also newer faces I haven't mentioned, but they have been amazing as well. I have no complaints here and highly recommend people to this location.

BEST PLACE EVER!! This is one of my Go To for Date Night or just for a Friend's night out. The atmosphere is always such a vibe and a good place near most establishments. Also I feel safe knowing this place is Clean & the workers care about their guests. Keep on Rockin !! My servers name was Lisa... This is a good house for the PBA tournament, staff is organized and efficient. There's more Sq footage here than my home Bowlero so it doesn't feel as crowded.

Danny was super helpful, patient, and was great with my kids. He seemed to be helping everyone in the place and made our experience a great family date night. The kids are already asking when we will return.

Worst place. Don't go. Last night wasn't busy. The manager came to us and told to wear the mask all the time. We wasn't agree and she said she will call the police. She was super rude with us and with others. I understand wearing the mask when you go to the restroom or at the bar but not when you're playing or sitting only at your table and keeping that social distance. I hope she's not the owner and soon they will change the management.

Had a great time. Alley was busy and they only had one bartender and waitress working. They did a great job managing the bar area and bringing food orders out despite being shortstaffed. They were polite, friendly and really hustled.

Overall good experience, decent food, friendly and helpful staff too! There were some issues with some arcade machines like the basketball hoops only had one ball on one side of the machine, somewhat of a lack of lighter bowling balls with larger finger holes and our score kept tracking wrong, we asked a staff member and they fixed it right away though! The staff at this bowling alley treated my entertainment team amazing. Chi-City Tumblers had a blast! We decided on this bowling alley because it is close to our gym. Danny and Sevana were incredible. The guy running the kitchen was great as well but I didn't catch his name. Just an overall 10 out of 10 experience.

Ok so we had fun. But they charged a service fee without servicing us. 18 percent for what? We had to do everything ourselves.. and order drinks from the bar. Drinks were not as described on the menu. First of all where are my ?? lol?? The Bowerlo in Virginia near my house is 10 times bet ter.. I was visiting Chicago and thought I'll give them a try..

I go here at least once a month with my friends during the summer because of how nice it is. The staff is really nice and helpful, the food is really good, and the place is relatively clean.

I went to the Bowlero in Niles and this location was just as fun! My friends and I had an amazing time and the food service was great. Facility was clean and the staff were very friendly. Kimi was also super helpful and mellow when we needed something!

I would give them 0 stars the way they treat their customers. I booked a Birthday Party with Bowlero Mount Prospect 3 weeks in advance, paid $373.95 deposit (most of the Birthday Places would request only $100.00). I had to cancel the Party within 48 hours, I emailed and called numerous time to hear from Christine and Gina, General Managers, the deposit is Non-refundable. Went in on a Sunday from Chicago. It was not busy when we arrived around 3pm. They charge per game per person and a shoe rental fee. We were assigned the lane right in front of the cashier who I guess was the manager. It's overpriced on food.
