Bowlero Moreno Valley

Bowlero Moreno Valley

Reviews Summary

The reviews show a mixed experience. Many praise the fun atmosphere, friendly staff, and family-friendly environment, especially for parties and events. However, several complaints highlight poor customer service, high prices, billing issues, and inconsistent food quality. Some guests felt misled by pricing or had negative interactions with staff. While some had great experiences with attentive management, others faced frustration over table policies, delays, or unmet expectations. The venue seems better suited for casual visits than large events, with pricing and service being common pain points.

Customer Reviews

I brought in my 2 young sons to bowl for the first time over this past weekend. Right away Heather could see I was a bit overwhelmed trying to find the right balls for them and helped us. She made it so much fun picking "special yellow" balls. Same color as SpongeBob and they loved it. She set up the ramp for us. They had a blast. I give Heather 5 stars. She was wonderful.

We recently visited this bowling alley to celebrate a friend's birthday, and we were not disappointed. The atmosphere was fantastic, and we were thrilled to have our own lane with food and drinks included. Admittedly, the price was a bit steep, but considering the overall experience, it was well worth it. The service at this bowling alley was exceptional. The employees were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout the entire evening. They went above and beyond

They need to have better communication when checking in. We took a table to leave our things while bowling and a few minutes after the manager comes with a waiter to ask us if we are going to order anything making it seem that we couldn't get a table without having any food/drinks. We were eventually going to place an order but we were looking at the menu. After a while, we are about to eat and another employee comes towards us causing a big scene by kicking us out from the table saying we couldn't sit ther

I reserved a few lanes for an office event. The staff was sooo good and helpful and accommodating. They assigned a manager to our party who met our every need and request and THEN some. Even the small decorations and set up they had for our group's name was such a great touch. Bowlero in MoVal, you guys ROCK!

My family and I decided to go to bowling last month, and we wound up having a great experience. We were experiencing some issues with our lane and the food order, but the manager Brittany did an amazing job accommodating us. She was beyond sweet with the children and took care of our issues without hesitation. Will definitely be returning with my family in the future.

This place is a fraud. My family of three went bowling in March and the cashier named Ashley helped us out. She was one of those ?overly friendly in a suspicious way? person. She didn't answer questions straight up, she made too many jokes, and took us like 20 minutes to start bowling. It's like she wanted to gain everyone?s trust. When it came to sign the receipt, she folds the receipt so you can't see the ?tip? option & just makes you sign. Therefore, she can tip herself & add that up with the total. The

Came here to celebrate on Mother?s Day with my family. I brought my Owala water bottle with me as I always do everywhere. Was never informed I couldn't bring water with me. I got up to bowl and when I came back to my seat my water bottle was gone. I thought maybe someone in my family had moved it but no one had seen anything. I go to the front desk to see if they had it and there it was, in the TRASH. They had to have been waiting for me to leave it unattended for just a second so they could then throw it a

Great place great game deals. I just wish the music videos were a little more kid friendly ?? my kids (ages 2-10) don't need to see half naked girls or men on the screen right in front of their bowling lane ??

Okay location. The manager Heather could use some customer service classes. She's rude and NOT very customer service oriented . There's a pro shop, pool tables, and an arcade here . Restrooms are filthy. Both staff and users can be blamed for this .

Clean, fun environment. Snack bar was slower than slug sliding backwards in salt. I thought the pizza was awful, my hunny though it was great...to each is their own I suppose. Overall had a great time with the family!

After some consideration I have deleted my previous review and am giving a more relevant review. My previous review was mostly my take on how the manager runs the place. However I don't want my review to bring down the reputation for this center and the wonderful people that run this center below the manager. With that said I want to say that some of my biggest issues previously with this center (pin racks and lane conditions) have been addressed quite nicely. The mechanics have repaired the lane condition

I just started bowling this year and made this place my home. Every time I walk in, the staff is very welcoming. Katy at the counter makes you feel like family. Thank you for everything Katy!! I highly recommend this location for your gatherings and to join a league.

Very fun, very cool, great stuff show. There's nothing but love on new year's.Had a wonderful time, we'll be back soon

Cool spot to chill and have a Cold Beer! Also Good combo deal on pitcher n pizza. Bartender Audon(I think) was on point. Great Service! Will be back.

It was my first time to this establishment ( bowling alley ) and it was so much fun. We were on a company outing ( wayfair ) with all you can eat pizza, wings, and soft drinks. The service was by far top notch, and the food was just as good. This was a very clean environment for a bowling alley with so many people in it. I bowled a 242 game, so much fun. I think I just found my new go to spot for fun !!! By the way, I'm the one in the aqua blue shirt in the back to the right.

We played pool. The atmosphere was great.. The pizza wah hard and over cooked. Ruined the night.

Enjoyed a night here. Overall, reasonable investment for fun. They have deals posted online. Staff is very helpful. The balls need some replacing, especially small and medium sizes. This is a big deal for safety. Hope they take care of it soon.

The place is nice and clean. Our server was definitely engaged with us and helped us on everything that we needed. Thank you Emily for making my dad's 50th birthday a success! We will definitely be making more party reservations in the future.

I rarely go bowling but I was at Bowlero twice in the last quarter for different events. I was happy to see some changes from the old Brunswick but I'm wondering if it was possibly due to new COVID-19 guidelines. Bowlero is located on Sunnymead Blvd just south of the 60 freeway between Perris Blvd and Heacock Street in Moreno Valley. Upon entry, you can rent shoes and purchase games to the right. The prices are fairly inexpensive and you can reserve lanes online. This will help save you time especially wh

Took my grandkids to the unlimited bowling. Got the gift cards from Costco. Great deal.

I love to take my kids with my husband to come to Bowlero and have a little competition they have really good prices , it's fun, up to date music playing , have yet to ever reset the pins or any problems during the games , there not too many people but it's never dead ! They have a cool arcade , bar , pool table area , and snack bar etc ... it's fun here and I promise ur kids will have a great time! One thing I will say that's not to great about this bowling alley is that right next door is the Xola hotel s

Awesome is the word I'd use for describing Brunswick Zone bowling and Arcade. It was my first time there, and I loved it. The employees were very helpful and funny. They had enough lanes for other people to bowl while the Bowling Leagues we're playing. It's a perfect place for family fun. Good food and the bartender was so sweet and funny also. If you haven't gone there, I'd Suggest you go and try it. bring your family's and have a great time. I'd give this a ?? Stars. We're coming back again next weekend.

Usually pretty friendly staff and decently well maintained

Great place for our family and the kids have fun!. Big enough to social distance your group. Arcade area is small but good pick of games. Bar is good and reasonably priced.

Couples date night was a success. As you can tell, bowling was serious business for us lol. We played men against woman and we won of course. The food was delicious, my hubby and I ordered the hot wings with bone in. The fries was tasty as well. Great place to visit.

Good vibes, and the energy is good as well. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Great place, very accepting. Staff is super pleasant!

Customer service was mediocre at best. Common sense is not obvious to Moises the the transgender

They suckered you in to a REDICULOUS price BY JUST TAKING YOUR CARD NUMBER AND HAVEING YOU PAY WHEN YOUR ALL DONE seriously 12 dollars a game. Went on a date with my wife and apparently each person pays this much for each game. we played three games and paid over 100 dollars PLEASE tell me where that makes any damn since. GO BACK TO BEING BRUNSWICK WHERE you pay by game right away and it was only 6 bucks a game BOWLERO YOU SERIOUSLY SUCK AND YOU TOOK ALL ENJOYMENT OUT OF THIS PLACE. Will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN

Great place to spend time with family or friends. Love unlimited mondays ????

We went to play pool and the area was clean the food is excellent and a very nice environment

Vivi is great , she is So great!! Vivi has amazing customer service and is great at multi tasking. We go often enough with our kids that she actually remembers us! Besides her, there is the young girl with the black hair that is also great at multitasking and has good customer service. On our most recent visit 09/08 we took our kids to bowl and play arcades as usual, we always spend at least $150 ... Tonight we asked about 3 ppl it they were gonna fill up the prizes so our kids could claim something for all

We did go bowling at the Brunswick Bowling Alley in Moreno Valley, and we did appreciate being able to watch the Dodger's. However, everything is freaking expensive, bought a pitcher of beer ?? and that's all I could spare. Other than that, the management was polite and respectful. Thanks ??

We usually have an excellent time here. My family and I have the season passes for the summer and have had no problem so far! Recently, we had an issue with the manager Ivan who was checking us in using our season pass and claimed it had already been used that day when it hadn't and offered us no solution or problem solving. He was very rude. Another employee (I didnt get her name) was very professional and helped us figure it out. When the problem was solved, it was not an issue on our end but Ivan was rud

I love coming to this bowing alley! It's very much so family friendly, with tons of adorable and funny animations on the screen for your scores. I came for the first time three weeks ago and I come once a week now ever since. Don't miss out on the nice fun out here in MoVal:)

It is a good place to spend time with friends, family etc. They have a good customer service and also they have cheap games on sundays and Tuesdays it's like $2.79 per game, per person, you'll have great time there! I'll definitely come back!

Don't go here unless you want your balls to be chipped. The pro shop won't fix unless it's the damage is on your track

Bowling was fun and facility was neat and clean. But we feel as if we've been duped. A female employee was very talkative but was not clear about the pricing. The four of us were under the impression that bowling was $11.99 per game + $5 per person for shoe rental. When it came time to pay, the 4 of us were charged over $70 for a single game of bowling. Turns out it's $11.99 per person, which was not conveyed to any of us; It's not even properly advertised in the screens behind the employees. It doesn't sa

I made reservation and made payment online. Facility was clean and bowling was fun but when came time to checkout and paying for food saw charges of reservation fee and felt overcharged when asked for receipt the employees took over 20 minutes and acted suspicious when asked for my card and went to back office area. The following day I had 2 charges to places I have never shopped at and only time card was out of my sight was while employees had. Now looking at reviews I see that 3 weeks ago similar situatio

Katy is awesome ! She should get a raise , give her a raise ! She's very welcoming

This place is not what I expected. The lanes suck. There's confusion about the tables. We Sat a far table because all the ones around our lane where taken. Then people left and we moved to the closet table to our lane. There was no one around and we still got asked to move to the right table when the people before us were using out table and nobody told them anything!!! The food is horrible. Salty wings, horrible bread it tasted bitter and old!!! Drinks are nothing but ice. Don't come here people!! Price

Wr brought out our baby son he needed some 1 on 2 time with only his parents....Not his siblings!!

This was the first time I've been here since they redid things. The place looks a lot nicer inside. We were able to get a lane the evening we went right away which was nice. The only thing that I found frustrating was they didn't have enough lighter bowling balls with medium sized finger holes. So I was unable to find a ball I could use without getting my fingers stuck. They may have had someone on lanes using a lot of them, it was hard to tell, but I couldn't find a ball I was able to use that fit decently

We went on a Friday night and it was about eight of us. We ended up getting two lanes because they can do up to six people per Lane. We got the unlimited play which is close to about $30 per person once you include the shoes. We ended up ordering the picture with the pizza and also the sampler which has a little bit of everything. I have to admit the food was a lot better than I thought it was going to be. We ended up playing a total of about four rounds and on the one of the lanes we had the smaller childr

Have tried on 5 different occasions to call the bowling center to inquire if the pro shop was open. The last time i called was aug 16th at 4:10pm. None of my calls were answered so aug 16th I went to the center around 4:30pm and upon arrival I found the pro shop closed. I stopped at the service desk to ask why no one ever answers the phone and that I have tried on numerous occasions to reach someone. The attitude of the worker at the service counter was horrible. She smirked at me and said she was too busy

Haven't bowled in years :D so fun!

Food Drinks and atmosphere was amazing !! Katy at the front desk deserves so much recognition. She has an awesome personality, funny, and someone i look forward to seeing when visiting. I highly recommend !! prices are good, staff is great, but Katy is the Superstar ?? Thank you for making my date nights and family nights enjoyable .

Its fun but good luck getting a table. People had to stand around and play waiting for a table to be available. Becareful when they start your time. We paid got shoes and had no table. We ordered food and drinks. They wanted to count time whet we left the counter. They actually had to kickout the group before us. They were still enjoying there food and had a baby, but they made them leave. I felt so bad, they looked to be enjoying themselves but they had no more tables or chairs and they made them leave so

Awesome place! I had a party for my daughter here and she and her friends had a great time. Shawanna the general manager was amazing and incredibly helpful.

We had a good time! I didn't like the set up as there are #'d tables at the lanes so it was a bit crowded & confusing but it was a nice time out.

Great place! My kids had lots of fun

Came here with my 2 sons and had a blast. Went the next week with my daughter. We had a great time both days. Looking forward to going back.

Went to this location with a total of 15 people. Both adults and children. We had two lanes during a weekday. We order over $100 in drinks and $75 worth of food. First it took almost 2 hours to even get our food. The food came out in sections and was either over done or under done. I ordered two pizzas, was charged for two pizzas and only got one. The quantity of food was hardly any. When I went to the counter about my other pizza, the lady working with an attitude said? I hear you say we missed something,

Update I did Email Bowlero as they asked but Absolutely no luck with the response*** I celebrated New years 2024 at this bowling alley It was all good up until the count down the the waiter NEVER brought out our champagne that we PAID for so my FAMILY was not able to do our New Year Cheers and when I ask the supervisor she has the nerve to say "Well at least you're not working like me" What?!?! I paid $400 for that! I had the manager come to my table she was better and A Lot more understanding. Not celebr

Had my son's birthday party recently in this location and we had an amazing time. The employees were ALL sweet and super helpful. Always checking up on us and asking if we needed anything. We had up to 20 people and it was a bit on the expensive side. We did rent 3 bowling aisles, had on-going drinks, and enough food for everyone. I think it's worth it due to how expensive it would be just to have a regular party at home. The location is very clean and atmosphere is quite fun

Good food, good drinks great time.Staff is awesome

Pricing not transparent,if you come here **PAY UPFRONT** don't put your card on file because the pricing they give you at check in n totally different at checkout, final time coming to LOCATION !!!!!!!

Fun bowling here with the kids. We brought in cupcakes for my niece's Bday. Ordered the sampler. Unfortunately related to Covid there arcade was closed. It was a little pricey and they add a Covid charge. If you like to bowl I say go!

My sons unit had a Christmas gathering we all had a blast thank you.

Spent so much time dealing with over charges it took away from enjoying date night with my partner. Do NOT do a reservation and add anything chargeable to it. Something as simple as menu items were $1 more each on the bill than on the menu. Not even going to vent about the ?event fee? increasing every time you add anything! Such a horrible experience! Definitely overpriced too.

My son was on a special needs bowling league here, and the staff is so helpful and friendly. Well maintained, good vibe, and clean.

It was so much fun the staff was amazing

Good fun. Good prices. We had a great time there. Will come in again.

First time here and it was a blast! Rates were great for cosmic bowling on a Friday night. Great selection at the bar and lots of open lanes, didn't have to wait long for a party of 10.

We have been going here for years multiple days a week, we also join leagues, so we are regulars and we have always had good experiences with all the employees here. On this particular day we unfortunately had IVAN ?helping? us. HE WAS RUDE AND HOSTILE with no valid reason or explanation. HE THEN PROCEEDED TO MOCK US AND TALK DOWN ON US in front of other customers and employees. No other employee has ever treated us this way in all the years we've been to Bowlero. IVAN is on a power trip and should learn f

Very friendly staff nice atmosphere comfortable good times and lots of fun.

Love this place. I give the staff A+ celebration new years eve and will go back again

I must say my experience was excellent. Ashley Rose was a stand out employee, she worked customer service, support and housekeeping. Great personality. Thanks so much!

Great condition. Clean facilities and friendly staff

Went there with a group of friends and kids. Played 3 games... had a couple glitches with the score displaying correctly but aside from that it was amazing. The arcade was my enemy the whole night.. but the staff that worked on the night of 7/26/23, was amazing. From the guy who checked us in name started with an E. To the staff guy working the bar. Drink where amazing. Food was hot when served so that's a plus.. the Closing crew made it a great experience. And I got my Oscar the grouch stuffed animal fro

Bowling here is costly the food was good our lane kept breaking down and UT took a long time to get it fixed although they did offer extra time we were not able to use it because we had other places to be which was a bummer but they were really nice about it.

Opened on time but let elders go inside to use the restrooms.Food hot and fresh, staff a little standoffish but very nice place to dine. The lady in the booth behind me couldn't stop rocking to the 80's music playing . This review is for the golden corral on Day Street, don't know why it's under the bowling alley

I planned an event at this location. It was ADA accessible for the party but not to bowl (at least not in. The location we were sitting), for that reason a 5 Star wasn't given. However, the event went so smoothly from the moment of check in for roughly 20+ guest including kids. The Manager at that time (unfortunately forgot her name) and our party host Erika were incredibly attentive. Absolutely amazing service and great food and drinks for the cost of the event. I will definitely party here again.

The employees acted suspicious with my card. They tried to charge me $300 for a group I wasn't with and the next day I had an additional charge of $99 that I didn't make. I'm not sure if it was a mistake but Im not going back.

This bowling alley is modern and has a new arcade compared to the Brunswick that used to be there. Pricing right now is $6.99/per game for each person. Shows are $5.99. For 4 bowlers and each playing one game and 3 shoes (I have my own bowling shoes) it was $45. A little pricey for just one game but everything is more expensive. I'd like to try the unlimited bowling after 8pm to play more games and that may be more worth it because it's $16.99/per person and shoes included.

Good fun for whether on a double date or with the family and friends. But don't come hungry cause it is kinda pricey for no GOOD reason.????

Great place to go for a fun night out with family & friends. Service there awesome, a full house food& drinks served in a timely manner. Most we'll be back. Manger & employees very pleasant. Thanks to all the staff keep up the good work ????

They have good equipment and their lanes are well cared for I always have my best games here ...and they have a great bar with friendly staff

Had a great time with my sisters. The atmosphere was very nice. They remodel the inside and its very clean. The staff was friendly.

I took my daughter that is 21, my boys youngest boys 6 and 7 years old. We had fun but for two games each, shoes food and drinks was $180. ?? They charge a 15% tip automatically if you order a large pizza or appetizer, so be careful on what you order. Or if your running a tab, so order individual items at a time. Hope it helps you out.

Lots of fun with the family.... bowling, pool, and arcade

My booking experience from 2021 was good, I went from liking this place to realizing it's not good to book a party with food, because if even the smallest change in your planed event changes and you would have to reschedule the event and you won't be getting the food you payed for in the original reservation and only get 1 hour play time and only get 1 lane. Last time I got a win back I was allowed 2 lane and up to 10 guests that could be invited. I'm not happy with the changes.

We loved our New Year's party package value. The staff was extremely polite and service minded, which is rare anymore. We had a pleasant all-around experience.

Had a small party for my son's 6th bday and we had a good time. Staff was great. Food is good.

Had a BIRTHDAY party there for my son and it was great. The staff was very helpful and attentive to us. The manager on duty kept checking in on us to make sure everyone and everything was good. It was only our second time there but I do recommend it for BIRTHDAY'S.

Great deals after 8pm . It's way more cheap than round 1. And great place to have fun with friends and family !!

We were sitting at the tables wild bowling come to find out that the lanes have certain tables assigned to them we didn't know that the manager twice made us move and there was nobody on the lanes next to us he's simply insisted that we leave all of our stuff at the tables farthest away from the lanes it was idiotic I've never seen such a stupid thing before I don't know if it was the manager but it was a male employee who apparently just came from some other bowling alley to work out hours so so so so so s

Attended a birthday party on Sunday the atmosphere was good the employees were great but the pizza was pretty bad it reminded me of a time in JR high where they dared me to eat a piece of cardboard it's sad that I had to relive that moment at bowlero pizza having been a business owner I realize there's overhead to cover but the food is something you you never want to cut back on

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are pool tables in arcades still good in this modern age?

Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
