My wife and I went there for a night out. We had a Blast! 3 games of bowling, an hour of shooting pool, and some time in the arcade. Large pizza, a pitcher of beer, and a couple drinks was about a hundred bucks. It was the most fun we have had since moving here!

I frequently bring my kids and family here, and my son loves the pizza. However, when I tried to order a pizza to go tonight, I was informed that the kitchen was closed due to a large party. If you want to get scammed then please go ahead and do business with Leslie and Kristin. They charged my card once without my authorization and never gave me the deposit back when I cancelled 4 days ahead of time for an event I scheduled. I NEVER signed anything stating I wouldn't get a deposit back or I would have never gave a deposit in the first place. To charge someone's card again after the fact is straight up unprofessional and wrong. Scammers.

Was at the bowling alley two days ago for 6 games. Was charged 20% gratuity without authorization. My receipt showed the correct amount but the charge on my account contained an add'l 20%. The receipt showed that I did not sign off on a tip. I brought this to the attendant's attention but he said things were fine on their end but something is amiss because I was charged more & two days later the increased charge is still on my account. Took the kids to have fun and games and we had a good time

The prices are ridiculous! I took my wife and son to go bowling 2 games each. That's 6 games and shoe rental. They wanted $84 for this!! That's basically 14 dollar a game. And people wonder why all activities in Montgomery are dying off. Business owners are wanting unreal prices for people to go do stuff. Did you ever stop to think hmmm if I lower my prices I'll get more business??

Visited gaming arena, there aren't many games to play. Some of games were not working, we bought card while some arcade machines were asking for coins only.

Really nice place. The arcade machines don't work half the time, and I had to wait forever for any help from the staff. I also would have appreciated a more modern system for managing game info. Other places have touch screens and you can set up the bumpers for the kids yourselves. That was not the case here. And they didn't have enough dinosaur ramps for all the kids that were there.

Great place to go for ppl who like to hang later in the night. The atmosphere is very vibrant and a lot of fun. It can be a bit pricey but it's worth it!

Staff and management are all amazing- friendly, helpful, and problem solvers. My only issue with Bowlero Montgomery is the reservation system- it is highway robbery. Do not make a reservation if you are going on a weeknight before 8 pm and you're in a large group- you do not need it and you will end up paying double what it would cost if you had just showed up and paid at the counter. Reserving the lane makes sense if you are a small party and want to rip through as many games as possible in the time limit

I came to Bowlero to throw a birthday party for my daughter. I was assisted by Mark throughout my visit. We already had it scheduled and paid for but he was very helpful. We went over the whole party plan and when would I like the food brought out for the kids. Mark came and checked on our party at various points to see if everything was up to standard. I tell you that everything was freshly made and hot when it was served to us. We were provided with anything we needed which made for an awesome experience!

The bowling alley is a typical bowling alley/arcade. $5.00 for a soda is insane. And the food is mediocre. The alcohol beverages were water down. But nonetheless we enjoyed our time. Save money by purchasing a Groupon for the experience.

Can be a little pricey but over all a great experience

The service was subpar, and the lane we were put on, the bumper guards didn't work when we requested them. We had a toddler with us, which they saw and still put us on a broken line despite it. Other than that, it was a good day.

Great entertainment for the family and arcade/lane deals!We were able to bowl three games and provided arcade points for a very reasonable price.We also ordered nachos and pizza from the food court menu which were brought to the table within a reasonable timeframe and much cheaper than expected. Our experience last night was made incredible because of the help and service from Kyara, Ashley, and Ali. The worst customer service!!!! The lady taking orders was the worst! Ask for something on the menu she didn't have and she said this is a bowling ally! Lady it don't matter what this is, if you have a menu then you should have what's on it. Can't sell the sampler because we don't have everything for it. Just rude. This was my first time visiting and it was for my birthday/engagement celebration. The kitchen staff needs training or something. We got the wrong food and the food was either burned or cold. Even the other staff said the cook was really slow. Drinks were okay, however, it was hard to taste the liquor in the mixed drinks. My 1st time there and enjoyed it very much. Just thought there should've been more help up-front at the concession area. Took awhile to place a food order or to get beer.

Decent bowling experience. The workers at the concession left some to be desired. They didn't have much pep in their step and got pretty backed up with two customers. Also no drinks other than beer until their bartender comes in, in the late afternoon. How am I supposed to drunk bowl at 3pm on a Sunday drinking single glasses of draft beer. This place has nice lanes and plenty of space. However, the customer service is terrible! My husband and I have been here 3 times and all 3 times we have to wait forever for service rather that be to get a lane or order food. All the employees hang out in the back so no one is at the desk to greet customers. We've had to wait up to twenty minutes for a lane and have given up on ordering food. Management needs to reevaluate their current staff.

A large house with well maintained lanes and extras. The bar service and food is great, and the arcade is sizeable and modern. Leagues are put on frequently and I'm excited to join a couple. We were visiting family out of town and we came here to have a fun night. My wife is very pregnant and wanted to have fun with the family. She obviously has a disadvantage and I wanted to even the playing field. I asked if they would put up the bumpers for her and someone asked the manager and they were instructed to tell us NO. This bowling alley is very well maintained. It is a large facility that can accommodate a lot of people without feeling crowded. It has a modern arcade, a party room, store, dance floor, bar, and seating area. The lanes are slick and clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. This Brunswick location is easy to recommend and even easier to revisit!

so my friends and I came in Monday night to enjoy some late night bowling. Very good bowling alley for both adults and kids. Very friendly staff and absolutely the place to be both during the day and at night. If you aren't into the club scene and want to take your date someplace fun, this is hands down the place to be. There are adult drinks, arcade, billiards, and it has food you can order. They don't have pitchers for regular drinks. Also our Lane had some malfunctions with the pins not returning and balls getting stuck in the corner behind the pin set up. But regardless we had Fun and it was great.

This was an average bowling experience, nothing spectacular about the location nor services provided. Bathroom was clean, and arcade games looked to be working. However, I was told not all the pool tables were in good condition. I was with a group, and at one point we had nearly 8 people in our area. This place is the most unorganized, unprofessional establishment that I've been to in a long time. I'm not sure how they run there day to day operations under the current management. New management is needed for this place. The lack of time management, accountability, accuracy and professionalism makes this place distarous, which makes it a strong HELL NO for me!

Really great place to go bowling. Prices are reasonable and there are plenty of specials to take advantage of. Food selections are good, but come with a price tag that is typical of bowling alleys, skating, arcades etc. Pretty nice bar and several pool tables if that's interesting to you. Definitely a top place for groups to have fun in the river region.
