Customer Reviews

I set up a family bowling day for a Christmas present for my children and grandchildren. Everything went just as promised. The staff was attentive and very helpful. We had a great time.

Great event just finished celebrating a good buddies birthday. Not only was it a great game of bowling but the service, drinks, and food were great. Big shout out to Brandy Jordan and Truek for waiting on our party. Highly recommend for any social event 10/10 experience.

Had a party of 7 Saturday night! We called to reserve a lane and the staff were great! Everything from the food to the bar. Staff was incredible! I wish I could remember the managers name but she literally treated us like VIP. So did another male manager there! I was so impressed with this place and will definitely be going back!

Hosted my daughters 15th birthday party here last night. Manager went above and beyond for us, and we didn't have to worry about anything the entire event, even on a league night! Food ordered came out hot and delicious! Most importantly the kids had a great time! The management and crew there knocked it out of the park! Wife now wants her party there in February! Good job!

Bowing was a blast!!! Jordan always phenomenal we will be back soon!!!! Thanks Jordan for making this experience once in a life time!!

Went for a bowling tournament. The bathrooms are badly outdated. Everything else looks good and the staff is so nice. I do however think that $5.49 for a soda is way too high even with free refills.

Valero?s has always made every social and business event, easy and simple to set up. All of my friends and coworkers have always enjoyed their times. It has always been the best service and great quality food and drinks. I would highly recommend anybody to use Bowlero?s as a space to host Public events. Members Jordan Evans and brandy right also can't forget the best bartender Tiana reed. 10/10

The very best part about this great establishment is the young lady in that world in the concession stand her name is Ashley Evans she perfect in all ways yall keep her u can't do better.

Great place, friendly staff and great place to bowl. They need to lower the room temperature. It is always hot and humid. They play the same four songs over and over it's really annoying. I would suggest having a decades night and rotating them on different days each week. Like one night 70s one night 80s, one night 90s and so forth and then the next week change them up to different nights from the previous week. Other than that I enjoy bowling at Camellia.

Fun place. We've been twice with 4 girls. Kid friendly.

I was there to watch a school play in a tournament, the bleachers that were set up needed to be on risers. Those who chose to be seated instead of standing for hours could not see anything due to the height of those bleachers

Little expensive. Out of our 10 ppl party, we paid 5.99 each for shoe rentals. It was a good time though!

I went here, and there was a woman in there and I believe her name was Kaitlyn. She was rude to me and my friends when I asked for help with something. Ruined the whole experience. So if you plan on going I wouldn't recommend dealing with her or associating with her.

Clean environment, super friendly staff, great place to take family!

We brought our entire staff to Bowlero this past Sunday 12/15/24 to bowl and Jordan took great care of us! We received exceptional customer service from Jordan! A great time was had by all of our staff. We will be back!

New team is great but the place could really use some maintenance in bathrooms and clean your pizza oven.

They have definitely put some money back into this place. And going out of their way to make it a good time

Great service, above and beyond helpful and courteous. Everything was clean and functional. Great for a family or team event.

This was the first visit to this bowling alley for me and my family. The wait was only about 10 minutes to get in and get our lanes and shoes. We sampled some of the food and it was good. The areas were clean and there were staff who were walking around cleaning up after other patrons left. We enjoyed our time here. Great job.

Awesome place to celebrate a birthday. They made my daughter feel so special

What a place We will be back

Have had tons of fun both times i went.

Whew didn't realize bowling has gotten so expensive Try to get there early. Heck buy some bowl shoes if you go often. Lanes are good working condition nice vibe

Really appreciated the manager Payton for correcting the mix up on the reservation. The staff was also really nice.

Fantastic staff, great atmosphere, super reasonable price wise. We went for my daughters birthday just a small group of 6 and only 4 of us bowled. We had an amazing night.

I decided to do bowling while in Mobile with my grown kiddos so we could gather and have fun verses sitting at a restaurant and this was a brilliant idea!! Elizabeth the GM was spectacular with her customer service which made me miss the south even more. Elizabeth walked us to our lanes and explained everything, she provided our food cards and explained how we use them also! Jordan was also very helpful checking in with us while bowling!! The bar staff (that guy) was on point and funny making the bar fun an

Had a super great time. Great atmosphere and staff. Matt specifically was super helpful with everything we needed and all the questions we had. Can't wait to go back!

After work shenanigans, we enjoyed some lighthearted fun at Bowlero. The friendly atmosphere made it a memorable and exciting experience!" Nice friendly environment we had a Blast!!

We had a wonderful time while celebrating our granddaughters birthday!!

I was there last weekend and was blown away by the experience! My friends and I were hesitant since Bowlero has kinda been the bane of actual bowling, but not here. Lanes were actually working and our waitress was very attentive. Even got to talk with the head mechanic there and he seems really passionate about his work. I think matt was his name? Definitely will be coming back!

The employees were all great! The alcohol rules were a bit ridiculous and definitely costly. $17 for a pitcher but neither of us were allowed to order it without the other....and we didn't want to leave our belongings unattended so we could both go down to the bar. A little unreal because we are both in our late 40's.

Birthday party was great. Nice but very busy at unexpected times.

The balls are in really bad shape. You must pay per person per game so it is mega expensive, especially with a large group. They do not allow reusable water bottles so you must get their water bottles in plastic, creating unnecessary trash (which they blamed on COVID). Pizza was undercooked.

Great atmosphere and staff. Kids had great time. Highly recommended

Really a top notch place. Very well maintained and exceptionally clean. Very hard working staff. We will be back for sure.

Had a Birthday party here. A lot of fun. We have also bowled here. Expensive on Saturday night one game 4 people and shoe hire was $43. Plus the food is very over priced:( shame really.

Jordan was great! Will be back!

I booked my son's birthday party here and was highly impressed. The staff was great and so was the food. Despite the place being packed and two other parties going at the same time, the staff didn't disappoint. The kids had so much fun and so did the adults. The staff was there to assist with our every need. I highly recommend having your party here. You won't be disappointed. Can't wait to do it again.

The Pitts (where bowlers sit) are super tight. Hard to get up to bowl with tables crowded together. They are too close. Lanes often break duringeaque bowling. Staff is very nice and try to be helpful.

Great atmosphere and service. The food is a little pricey but was very delicious.

Always a upbeat place. Front desk always helpful management always doing something to make it better.

Clean and well maintained. Lots of lanes open on Sunday. (42 lanes total)

Went there for the first time last night and it was a blast! Savannah at the front desk was so friendly and helpful and even interacted with us on who was winning (I lost FOUR times btw lmao) There was also another gentleman that was at the desk when we got there - he was clocking out so I couldn't catch his name - but he was awesome as well and made us feel welcome. The cocktails we ordered were also super delicious! Friendly staff and friendly customers, will definitely be back!

If you want to call to inquire about the cost for a family of 4 wanting to bowl for 2 hours on a Saturday night, be prepared to be overly interrogated by a 22 year old who will tell you that it will cost you, ( with a package deal that only includes 2 drinks from the bar? we don't drink) approximately $200 Then, when you pick yourself up off the floor, he will then ask ? well what's your budget?????. When you don't like that question ( who does just spit out the cost for 4 people with shoes for 2 hours) he

Very clean and well kept up Great staff ??

Great place to hang out. Pretty clean for how busy they are and staff is nice. The price has definitely risen a lot; $6 per person for shoe rentals on top of the game price is a bit steep, but it's still fun if you come in a group.

Caitlyn, Matt, Tori, Jeannie, Bryan, Daniel, Jordan, Tianna, Jeremy, Courtney, Jordy, Mo, and everyone at Bowlero Mobile rock! Love the leagues, love the people, love the pride that the employees have! ????

Prices are terrible for what the place is. They take advantage of people around the holidays.

Zoe and Liz were so incredibly helpful. We had a pretty large group and they were both very attentive. They helped us get our shoes quickly. They got my grandson, who is 6 and small, a ball that he could bowl with easier. They were super nice. We will most definitely come back!!

Great place. Drinks are high but expected. Pizza wonderful.

Ugh. Since this is now the only bowling alley in Mobile, this is your only choice. We went bowling on a Sunday evening. With maybe 10 to 12 people. My advice would be to reserve your lane or lanes online to avoid a lengthy wait like we encountered. The food was ok. Bar closed at 830. No announcement made for that. Then at 10pm right in the middle of our game the lanes shut off and that was that. I've been to this bowling alley more times than I can count. I wasn't pleased with this visit at all. I will say

Had a great time bowling with some of my Church members at Bowlero located in Mobile Ala. Everyone had such a wonderful time. Thanks to the staff. Hope to see you again soon.

Had a great time here! Very nice facility clean with bowling pool tables and arcade. :)

My husband accidentally made reservations here for this past Sunday night, when it was suppose to be Skyline (we live closer to it). Upon discovering the mistake, my husband tried to cancel the reservations before the 7:30 p.m. mark, however, they only have a computer answering. Three days now my husband has tried to speak with a human there, to no avail. Because we did not go there, obviously, they charged us $120.00 on our debit card. This is ridiculous on their part. And as I understand, it was bowl

Have been coming to this place for over a year now. Wish they would update the machine Have had brand new balls get deep gouges the pro shop fixed them but it's the point. Was there this past Sunday and other people experiencing the the same thing. The staff is great but the old equipment needs to be gone

I haven't been in a very long time but I had a blast

The Christmas hours posted on the website were incorrect. Other out of town guests and I drove 30 min based on your site to spend some time together, and we were informed they planed to close at 10 vs the midnight posting. Please keep your hour?s accurate.

This place has just been remodeled with all the upgrades

Unfortunately we didn't have a good experience and likely won't be back. Although the menu was available online, prices weren't listed, which made it hard to plan for our event. The food was very expensive and tasted average at best. The bathrooms weren't clean and didn't have soap available. The clerk told my kids and their friends not to waste their money in the arcade (half of the machines were broken) and, kindly and unprompted, offered them ice cream instead. We accepted her offer, of course, thinking

Came in with some friends and had a great time! Matt Jackson is always such a big help and is a staple of the bowling alley!

Staff was polite, working, no one on their phones on the floor, great staff potential. Need to raise voices due to loud music. They handled the crowd well, despite the lines. Great for kids. Clean inside. Bathroom was not clean, but with the crowd it's expected to be a bit messy. Wait time was a little irritating, but understandable. Overall good experience. ?? Side note: guests, please keep your kids from playing and doing cartwheels near the lanes. It's irresponsible parenting and annoying for other patr

When we first walked in we were taken care of fast. We got on the waitlist and not too long later we were texted about our lane. All the associates were very nice. The girls behind the bar stood out to me the most. They worked very well together and were very kind. I can't wait to come back soon!

They put In new tables and chairs for guests. They are terribly uncomfortable due to the tables being tall. I'm 6?4? and have to climb up onto the chair I want to sit on. This was a waste of money and not a good idea.

My experience, go to a different bowling alley . $4.25 soft drinks ( oh but free refills) I don't even want to think of cost of fries. $12 -14 per person per game , ac was broke our fan was broke , bumpers wouldn't collapse even after being told kick them down. This was suppose to be a fun night out with family. 7 of us played 2 games cost us $170 , no pricing lists , old balls , uncomfortable chairs .. this was a Friday night typically rock and bowl is typically $20 per person bowl til 1am . No they

First off we stood at the desk for 15 minutes no help. One gentleman said he told them (other coworkers) they had a line. Still left there waiting for another five minutes while they(employees ) remained in the office. They dropped the first pizza on the table. The second was terribly burned. My husband and 14 of his coworkers just wanted to unwind. Service was not up to par. Will not be using this alley for their company league. Spent over $200 in this place. So not worth it. Attitudes from employees and

went on Sunday night had a blast only thing i was suggest is on there website they have a deal for sunday night bowling unlimited $14.99 comes with shoes, unlimited bowling games, and a $5 arcade card but they dont have a fineprint or avertise this is per person deal and they really should mention that. Other then that is was fun, clean, and busy!

Had a great time here for a date night. We were both really impressed at how nice everything was! The staff is very friendly, pricing is typical when not taking advantage of a deal, and our lane never had a mechanical issue (which is rare in my experience!).

Had my daughters 14th birthday here. Service, atmosphere, and food was great. Everyone of the teens loved the party.

It's a really nice place with cool Lanes and food and beverages while you bowl.. my only complaint would be when they have specials like certain price all you can bowl you can never get in there before 10:00 p.m. to bowl for just 2 hours and it's not supposed to be like that.. very nice people working inside I'm sure it's not their fault the policies are so bad. For example the website says all you can bowl from 6:00 to close and turn out to be nine to close and then we couldn't get a lane till 10:45. ??

The staff was really friendly and the place looked great clean lanes me and my kids really enjoyed bowling and the atmosphere there

It's okay. Pretty packed all the time. Kids have a good time but they need more people working. At least open both registers on busy nights one for check in and one for check out. Sucks to wait the really long lines to check in and to check out. Other than the very slow check in and very slow check out, it's okay.

It took 10 minutes to get checked in because the person checking us in was also working the concession stand. I waited an hour to order food because there was no staff. When someone came to work, she asked me to come back in fifteen minutes. I did and she told me 20 minutes on 2 large fries. It's been over 30 minutes. We keep having to go get more bowling balls because ours are getting stuck in the return machine. They have not kept up maintenance on the lane and are incredibly understaffed.

Went to order loaded fries cause I have a gluten allergy and they had no cheese or chili for them so no nachos either, then went to get a hotdogs with no bun and they didnt have any hotdogs. Pizza took forever, and lady seemed like she was in a bad mood. They did give us an extra hour of play for our inconvenience.

We been taking advantage of the discounts on Sundays. Fun place to go and kick back for a bit. Also, the carbonation to syrup ratio in their sodas are spot on! We came here at 6 o'clock on Sunday evening because of the deal they had going on. My husband and I got our shoes and a game each for $15.47 which I thought was pretty good. It was super busy and extremely loud which is pretty much to be expected in a bowling alley. It's kind of a slow moving line to get your shoes and then another slow moving line

If I could give them 10 stars I would! We always go to this bowling alley but this time we went for a different reason. We decided to do our gender reveal for our first child here . The manager Kevin was so supportive. He helped us get a bowling pin to spray paint the right color , as well as make sure it was seen at the correct time. I think the staff was more excited than we was. Thank you AMF for a perfect day.

Our family had a GREAT time. All 11 of us!! Food was really good, the staff (all) were super nice and efficient. Have to make it a regular family fun night!

Awesome experience, the fact that they are running this center with the lack of employees they have is amazing, especially in today?s world where nobody wants to work, these guys show up day in and day out to make sure we can have fun with our family and friends, so next time you go, maybe thank the employees for their hard work, because they could easily get unemployment and not have to work. Please get these guys some help or maybe a pay raise or something. The employee named sky is also so handsome and i

Slow kitchen staff. By slow on Monday it's usually extra special if you end up with the one. They tend to close the kitchen a lot due to backed up orders and can not ever keep up. They need a better POS system bc their system is still in the stone ages, they have to print all their tickets, a lot of which hangs up and only fits around ten tickets on the wall and if more becomes stressful to the workers and confusing and it shows everytime they get busy. The general manager needs to care more as in order t

It was a family Sunday getaway. We get here and bowl 2 times and it cost over 160.00 for 10 people. 6 were kids. 3 bottle of water were over 9 dollars. Thats super pricey. Our lanes messed up several times. I would not recommend.

I love this place everyone that works there deserves a raise because they are severely understaffed but makes it happen. The building is old and needs some major improvements. And what happened to Kevin where did he go I never have a problem when I go bowling here and the food rocks. Was very busy tonight and those guys were awesome thank you for a wonderful time

I enjoyed the atmosphere. The snack bar is strangely "high end" with the amount of food they actually cook. It's not just nachos and popcorn. They serve alcohol and although expensive, well made and worth the money. And later on the normal lights go off and on come the blacklights. Nice choices of music. They also have a mini arcade.

Expensive and slow service. We went at 4 pm and it was about half full. We tried 3 times to get drinks before we got someone to take our order. Then we ordered food and it took forever! Plus they forgot part of the order so it took even longer! Then when we finished and went to pay it was over $200! Because it's about $6 per person per game. That adds up when you have a group! Won't be back.

Food was great and the lanes were oily!! Had a great time with the family. The sea add needs updating and most machines were down but you are there to bowl primarily. Had a Groupon for four but have a family of five. I've used that Groupon before and just alternated games but wasn't allowed to do that this time. Made me feel some type of way.....

It was fair just to small for a ternament

Amazing and fun also great for birthday parties

Staff was great ! We got there not long after they opened. It was my 5 year olds first time bowling he had a blast. I wouldn't normally order a burger from a bowling alley but I'm glad my husband did great burgers! Thank you again for a good memory for my son! The only complaint is games need a little more TLC. But still had fun just the same thank you again ??

Nice friendly atmosphere. We had a little trouble with the bumpers and the ball getting stuck in the gutter, but other than that, it was a pretty good time.

Cons: The lanes are always messing up!!!!!!!! They turn the lights off at no specific time, using black and disco lights instead. This dramatically affects your score. Food is very expensive. Pros: Food is irresponsible. Great atmosphere! Better than the one on hwy 90. Students can get discounts at certain times. Summer passes available for ~$50 and includes 3 games per day if you start before 8:00.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are pool tables in arcades still good in this modern age?

Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
