Customer Reviews

I had a great experience reserving my lanes online with Hilary who was very helpful and informative. When I checked in last night, John the manager was very professional and friendly to me and my cousins needs, he checked on us regularly. He was kind and even gave us a few thank you coupons. This is what great management looks like. Our server Show was very attentive through out the night. The food and drinks came out quick and her service was top notch and matched her personality. We definitely had a gre

Very clean. We bowled 3 rounds and had no issues with the lane. Food is above average but nothing unique.

We had a last minute work event dilemma and I spoke to Myles about it. He told me not to worry have the FedEx employees to come to Bowlero for the outing. Myles went over and beyond to make sure it was a success. Everyone had a good time! Will definitely be back for our next work event.

This is a great and fun place to visit with friends and family. They also have great discounts and specials if you belong to a league. I had a great time with a friend. The la e that we were assigned was giving us issues but the staff were very kind and accommodating and were able to change us to another lane.

Had last minute event with about 40+ Fedex employees, friends and family members. Myles came through clutch and was able to accommodate us. Impeccable hospitality, customer service, security, food, drinks and game experience. Everything was amazing! Thank you so much for the enjoyable time!

Nice atmosphere fun times along with tons of laughs. I can't hardly wait until we visit again! If you haven't been yet you need to visit soon ??

Hosted my kids' birthday party here. Great place. Kids had so much fun doing the bowling as well as in the arcade section. We ordered pizza, fries, and a nacho station. The food was good, friendly staff. Lemonade was really good.

Came for a night of fun. The LED lights didn't come on until after 10pm which is why I came. A little inconvenient bc you have to wait for the leagues to leave, but I still stayed. Drinks were good. Food was average. Music was played. Air was on and not too hot. Overall I'd come back!

Great experience at this location. Purchased 2 summer passes online and came into this location to pick them up and use them today. The lady at the front desk was so nice and professional and just had an awesome attitude. We ordered food as well and it was really good (steak quesadilla and garlic fries). Not to mention the place is very clean including the restrooms. Yes, it's a little older inside and has more of a retro feel, but there is nothing wrong that!

We had our son?s birthday party here. Food was all really good! And we are picky haha. Wings and garlic fries were amazing. Staff was nice and helpful :) we would do it again! We will come back for a family outing. Thank you for making the day special!

First let me thank the manager Nicole and server Serena! Nicole greeted us and introduced Serena right away. They assisted us in getting settled for my husband?s surprise. Serena was efficient and kind and able to meet the needs of our party. Nicole was extremely polite and knowledgeable about the event and was ready and prepared for my guests. I hosted my husband?s birthday party at the Bowlero for my family which was a party of 10. The location was easy to book and customer service was very flexible when

My 2 kids and I had such a wonderful experience at Bowlero Marietta last night. The service was fabulous. We will only be bowling here from now on.

My experience was not to good. The waitress while she was nice forgot to give us the extras for the kids. Bowling alley was dry as heck. The area we were at had sticky stuff on the floor. The people next to us didn't make any better with their kids getting on our lane and using our balls

DO NOT BRING YOUR OWN BALL TO THIS FACILITY!!!! My ball was damaged by their machines. It put two really deep cuts into my ball . I left it with the shop and when I've come back to pick it up , it is EVEN WORSE NOW! There are a MIMINMUM of like ten more spots in it now. The shop said they can't fix it. The manager said they can't do anything. They DID. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO RECTIFY the fact that my ball was damaged.

The bowling was fun here and the staff was friendly. I enjoyed the food. However the the drinks are weak, and honestly, everything is overpriced

Went with the kids to bowl. It was crowded but had plenty lanes. Kids had fun, they have bumpers for the younger kids. Ordered food and drinks. Nice time

Family friendly, plays music, serves alcohol, game room. 2 ppl 2 games $62. Different ethnicities. Only one thing I saw no one eating food, so I did not buy food. Overall though, great visit, will be back. I had one drink and felt like Beyonce. Alcohol was definitely present in the glass.

The crispy Cauliflower was too spicy/hot. My balls kept getting stuck. But the waitress was friendly.

A++!!! The cowboy burger and garlic parm fries were extremely good. The cook did that. And they brought our food to us. The Bowlero on Austell Rd needs to do better in comparison to this one in Marietta!!!

Thank you for hosting a last-minute day out as we celebrated and remembered the life of my oldest son. We needed that temporary sanity break. Sorry, he kept messing with the pins!!! Lol

Great local alley for those families or weekly leagues. Great staff ready to accommodate to the little kids with the ramps or whatever they're called to roll the ball down the alley for the small kids. Or get ready for the league bowlers. Not that I've been a league bowlers but they seemed to accommodate them as we noticed rollers coming in with fancy tavel bags. Average food to get you through your craving while bowling.

Sunday Funday outing. Nice, clean facility. Great customer service. Food portion could be better but I won't take away a star just for that. We will return again!

We had a wonderful time at the bowling alley. The location was perfect. The atmosphere was great. The alcohol was definitely on point. The music and the vibe was great.

Very fun and great customer service drinks are awesome and the pizza is good. Family fun or just a group of friends it's worth the drive and the money spent

Awesome service the associate were really sweet and helpful. Bowling was fun and the food was pretty good and a decent price

The service was slow and we was booked for 2 hours. Our lane messed up the whole 2 hours it took an extra hour to play because of the lane. Food came out wrong when it came back it was cold. I just know I want to come back to this location.

100/100: couldn't have a better time. These guys gave us great time, food, music and professional attention. The manager was always checking on lines and tables. A good place to spend with family and/or friends. Great deals on bowling lines weekdays and good food.

Popped in on a Friday night at 9:45pm and was thrilled that they had lanes open! They were kind enough to let us know that if we waited until after 10pm then its unlimited bowling for $18! We had a couple drinks at the bar, they had a fair selection of IPA beers on draft and we played shuffle board since the 1 pool table was busy. Bar tender was awesome and they dont keep your debit card so no worries about leaving it behind!

The cosmic bowling lanes did not have lights at all on the lane we were assigned. This was a terrible experience and it was supposed to be for my grandchild and I to be together for Christmas. We had never been there& there was no one around to help us know how to play games etc. I will never go back or recommend it to my friends.

It was cool to go at 11 because it's unlimited bowling. We had fun but so many young people there it's crazy. Quite packed. The drinks were ok, nothing spectacular. I had fun!

Dry un-oiled lanes, filthy rental shoes that stick to the lane and leave sticky debris on the floor, every ball return in the place completely full of balls right at opening (see photo), cracked balls left out for use. $25 per person for two games during early hours. Not a nice bowling alley and they're not even trying where they could find success.

Marietta Bowlero gave our work group an outstanding service. Thanks Manger Myles....

Fun place. Food was great so were our drinks. The kids really enjoyed it. Good family fun

The drinks were great! Our bartender waa amazing ????. Friendly & Fun! The lanes worked perfectly!

My grandson and I really enjoyed ourselves. The only thing I didn't care for was how long it took them to come clean up after the family left that shared our station (they didn't come until after the next person came, played and left). I was also surprised that they never cleaned the bowling balls......NOT once. AND I think there was only 1 staff member that wore a mask and 1 other patron, besides us.

Great place for family and friends time fun time! Great service and clean establishment.

Real cool atmosphere food was amazing

I love this place. The food is a little expensive but it was all pretty good. These fish bowls are HUGEEEE, and there's a great arcade. You can have a buncha fun here no matter how old you are.

Fun Place to Spend Time with Family. We took my niece bowling at Bowlero over the Christmas holiday break. We had a great time and the venue was nice, clean, and not over-crowded. I appreciated that they assigned people coming in to every other lane instead of packing us on lanes side by side when they had the room to do so. However, I wasn't a fan of paying a premium holiday rate just because the schools in the area were on break. It would be one thing to pay a higher rate if the place was packed, but it w

Great Bowling ?? Spot. Great Service Great Food and Prices

Good service, clean bathrooms and great equipment. One of the men's bathrooms had a flushing issue and a crooked door, but otherwise, great place.

This place is always relaxing to come to! Special shout-out to Shay, Kobe, and Miles! My favorite people to interact with! All 3 provide excellent customer service! I have also spoken with Nicole who is very polite as well. I have come here many times and they always make it a pleasant experience. And on the occasion where the ball return does act up continuously, they make sure I am put on a different lane with better conditions. The food is great too!????. I do recommend!

Everyone was soo nice we had a group of 8 and the staff was so helpful. Food was prettt good. Milkshakes were awesome

Great place to go bowling. Lighting is always kept low for a good atmosphere to hang with friends. The food is leagues better than traditional bowling alleys.

Had a fun evening bowling with family, they have a nice little game room and the food was great.

I recently had the most appalling encounter with a senior manager, Lisa C. Not only did she lack basic customer service skills, but her rudeness was off the charts. From the moment I walked in, Lisa looked like she'd rather be anywhere else, and she made that very clear. When I politely asked a question, her response was drenched in attitude, complete with eye rolls and an audible sigh. She interrupted me constantly, acted as if my concerns were beneath her, and practically scoffed at me for even asking. He

Most of the Food is bland. It looks good but it taste like paper. The wings were good. Nachos not good, mozzarella sticks not good, chicken tenders were okay. The bowling was fun and the drinks were good. It had a great vibe. If you don't want to bowl you can sit in the bar area and hangout. Great service. It was my mother birthday We really enjoyed ourselves. In addition , the food was horrible everybody at the table was sending their food back to the kitchen. Their were only one individual cooking in kitchen. I decided to order pizza . I WAS THE FIRST TO ORDER AT MY TABLE !!!!!! Everybody received their food and ate before me. I WAITED HOUR FOR UNCOOKED PIZZA !!!!!!! Also we ordered some loaded French fires and the cheese was cold and the order was sent back not once but twice. Shame Shame Shame Shame on co

This bowling alley is pretty clean and the lanes operate correctly. Love that about it. What I hate is the service, which is surly and nearly nonexistent. I waited until I'd been here a couple of different times to write this review because I thought maybe the staff was just having an "off" night the first time around. Nope. No one is ever at the front desk. By the time you track down an employee to help you, they always act inconvenienced and aren't polite. When you order food using the QR code menu from y

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We came on a slow day. It's kids running the place, they have attitudes and do not help or communicate. I would not recommend this place.

Definitely setup better than my local center.

Really had an amazing time! Great service and clean space plus it was very affordable!!!

Dated, but still a decent place to bowl. Pretty good food also.

Very nice place, this Bolero hosted Special Olympics Winter Games and we all had a blast.

When this place first opened, the alley was gorgeous, food was great, and was an awesome experience but that's when it was called Brunswicks. Went last night and won't be back. Seats have been busted for years (large holes and rips), balls were out of round/damaged, floors were sticky, and overall experience was not great. Not to mention, I have never been to a bowling alley that needed a metal detector. For the cost just a group outting, there are definitely better alleys to go to on a Saturday night.

Came in as a part of of my birthday festivities and enjoyed every bit of it. Can't wait to come back for more family fun and friendly butt kicking ??

Had a fundraiser event here, renting the entire facility. Service was great.....they provided lots of support in planning and the event was a huge success (for over 200 people)

We had a family night to celebrate a Birthday. They were busy and under staffed, which we had issues with getting drinks and food. Over all we had a good time.

Good, but some things are rather expensive. I understand that it's not a bargain shop, but my friend got asked for a cup of coffee, heard some over the top ridiculous price and was like no, I'm good. Overall, a good place though for ent, so four stars.

Waitress slow as hell. Kept forgetting order and had to keep putting the same thing in over and over. Order took forever , couldn't get an update on what's going on waited 3 hours for a cookie melt. Waitress just looking slow and clueless.

Pay per game. Clean place. Nice staff. Servers for the lanes too.

Had a wonderful night out for my 4yr olds birthday! It was nice on the inside, very clean and the staff was very friendly. Will be going back!!!

Omg! Great wings! The ladies working was outstanding!!

This bowlero is great a whole lot. Better than Austell !! Great service and management!

Ethan and Mike great guys and awesome service very respectful.

One of the worst place I've ever been, the food was under cooked and my party of 8 paid for shoes and they argue that one of them didn't. I'm glad they would argue and make big scene when it was clearly visible there was 9 people.

They deserve it all around. Me and 3 other people went here and bowled well at least we thought we were. We went to the bar to order drinks and food. The woman and she know who she is kicked my brother out all because she overheard what he said about her after he explained to her we were waiting 15mins to be acknowledged. I asked the manger why he was getting put out which no one ever gave a legit reason. Fast forward i go outside to check out what happened and talk to the officer. The officer proceeds tel

Took the family out for a good time and that's exactly what we had here. The music and food were awesome. GO CHECK THEM OUTT!

Great bowling experience! On Tuesday, they have very good drink, food and bowling specials for $2.

Went in the evening time. More of a club than a traditional bowling alley. Lanes were not well oiled and there were dents on the lane. Ripped couch. Long wait. Untrained staffed. Big kids arcade. Loud music Security upfront.

Such a fun vibe. Played great music, good security. Lanes were nicely oiled and responsive.

Great service with an awesome atmosphere!

Nice bowling, friendly workers, good place to enjoy a good time with friends and family !

I enjoyed a awesome evening with friends there last Tuesday night. Most of the staff was pretty cool and a pleasant to interact with. The young lady on the register was nice, but clueless on the billing. She over charged several bowlers in our group which created a issue since all came in after 8pm. Nevertheless, the management team did a excellent job correcting the errors with great customer service. The chicken nacho platters were awesome.

Waited at an empty counter for 5 mins before someone showed up. 3-game bowl special with arcade card with 5 whole credits, enough for 1.5 games. A soda costs $5... movie theatre prices except cups are small. One person working entire front area. Won't come again.

Always a great place to have a small gathering

Enjoyed an evening for my birthday at this location with no reservation. It was a great experience! I've been a bowler for about 20 years, so I'm not easily impressed but this place was great! Friendly staff, great service, great food and not too expensive either! I will be returning to this location again for sure!

So we were on lane 6 and I swear every other round of bowling , the pins wouldn't reset. We could never find an attendant to fix it even when pressing the service button. We would walk all the way up to the front but the attendants up front are so rude , it's no use. If you can, please go to Kennesaw . It's already rough enough that you have to go through a metal detector. With laying $80 pp the least they can do is make sure the service is up to par. 0 stars.

The better Bowlero for sure! Visited this past weekend, every employee we encountered was happy and professional. They gave the impression that they like what they do and who they work with-so important! The waitress was incredibly efficient and attentive, an extra feat these days with staffing shortages. Will be back and highly recommend this location.

Always a great atmosphere. Great specials for certain days.

Great ball selection. Clean lanes. Friendly staff. Food was good, beer cold, lanes in plenty. However, the security person couldn't care less at the door. People were coming in and out while the metal detection arch chirped and blinked red with zero concern. For someone like me who doesn't live there I have concerns. Why is it there if not for actual safety concerns? The night we went it was packed but I didn't feel unsafe, that is until I noticed this on the way out.

Clean & nice bowling alley! Great food & drinks. Certain nights they offer specials so definitely check the website!!! Reasonable prices

Super clean and well oiled lanes. The alley is upscale and doesn't have that usual smoke smell. The bar was quick with drinks and the food I got was surprisingly good for an alley. The games were expensive but you're getting a higher quality environment. Highly recommend!

Great environment especially at night. jad a cute bar forndeinks and the drinks where pretty good

The prices have skyrocketed, the food quality has fallen off drastically and they add auto-gratuity to every check, even if you go in there alone. Oh and 2 of the last 3 times I went, I had to be moved twice each time because the lanes they put me on were malfunctioning. The only reason I go is because my son loves bowling and it's only a couple blocks from where I live.

I came here for a very last minute birthday celebration planned for my son and was so extremely impressed. I just had the pleasure of meeting Bilia and Brandon (manager) and these gentlemen were so fantastic we will def be back!

Decent place, but the service fee of 20% is added to the food, and then the bill comes with the option to add tips. Pizza is so small it is not good like for lunch or dinner. It is just good for appetizers

Just fun. Work event and we all had a great time. Was the food good?? No, but it's a bowling alley and I didn't expect much in the way of food. At least the food was hot and fresh, I'll give them that. They really tried but it's a bowling alley and people don't come for the food. Everything else - customer service, cleanliness, music, the lanes, all great. I plan to go back.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
