I took my daughters to go bowling here yesterday and I had a very wonderful experience. The service was spectacular. They made us feel extremely special by welcoming us with cookies. They also had someone walk us directly to where we needed to go and showed us around. I surely would recommend going here and I plan to go back.

I booked a party online using a code for 15% off and for 6 people. With that discount I paid approx $170 for the party. (Prepay online) We had a blast. The atmosphere was great as soon as we walked in. They did have a line when we got there, but we didn't wait long since we had a reservation and jumped the line. Yay! Great place to bowl, the employees are always friendly and helpful when I visit. They do have a no outside drink policy so that's important to keep in mind if you decide to stop in but they do sell drinks like soda, juice, etc. I like the atmosphere when I come here vs other bowling alleys honestly. I've also seen that they offer a summer pass option which is a good option if you bowl a lot. If you do stop in they have some pretty awesome chicken and cookies too. ??????

Do NOT come for the arcade. False advertisement on Groupon. I'm not sure where the video on the advertisement was filmed but it wasn't here. It's sad. Also don't take public transportation here and bring a CLOSED drink with you for your trip home. They'll make you throw it out. We will not be returning. If a refund was available we would've already left. Handicap bathroom is locked. Asked for the key. I was told to use the other bathroom. (Which the stalls are far from thick girl friendly. They offer a groupon, don't recommend it. Good luck getting a lane. Employees keep telling us different things. You can't make a reservation with it. We came multiple days and were not able to get a lane to play. Even coming at times they said weren't busy.

We booked tow lanes for my son's birthday with some of his friends. It was on a league night and they had a sign for pur reserved lanes. The waitress was brand new but she was extremely attentive and we did not wait for anything. I came here as a little kid when it was Bow America and I can tell you they have improved the environment and service immensely. Food wise, it is bowling alley food but was very good. I highly recommend this bowling alley for any events you have.

Held a corporate event here in May which was a huge success. Already have two even larger school events on the books as well. Likely doing birthday parties for the kiddos at some point too. We love Bowlero!

Took my date here on a Friday night. Reserved a lane for a set time. Everything went smooth and great. The small details made it feel really special. I didn't expect them to do all that. I called twice about the prices of the games I was told that it would be 8.99 per game I came with a party of 4 and we stayed at the front desk asking a million times to double check again confirming the 8.99 per game and were told yes, even on their front screen it said single game: 8.99 We played 3 games thinking it would only be 8.99 times 3 plus shoe fees however that was not the case . We always have a wonderful time when we bowl at Mandarin Bowlero. The staff are great and treat us like family. Eric is awesome. Elisha is so sweet. Roger is always smiles and helpful. Debbie is nice and patient. Medo always makes a point of saying hi and asks about the family Amanda is great and makes the best sweet tea!

The place looks nice and clean. Strange choice of lighting, half was orange lights and half was more traditional white lights. There was no music playing, so that left room for improvement - and the screens across the back were showing random sports and tv shows or movies, and did not seem to display anything related to the game going on. We went to bowl around 9pm on a Sunday to bowl one game before they closed at 10pm. When we walked up to pay for one game, they said it would be $5 a game and $6 for a shoe rental. We later found a charge of over $30 and when we called to verify, the managers argued that we played multiple games. No body informed us that we had to go back up to the counter in order to completely end the session. Another game was bowled on our account even though we clearly stated we only wanted to play one game and we left

We had my son's 17th bday party there and they all had a blast and the staff was so amazing! Between the attentiveness of the staff, the handwritten card, cleanest bathrooms... We'll definitely be back!

Bowled there tonight for special olympics. First and last time we will bowl there. We have our own equipment and we were bowling on lane 11 when we kept having to wait on our balls to come back. We didn't even bowl a full game. The last time our ball came back after staying down for at least 15 mins they have like rubber or something like that on both balls. I asked to bowl just 1 single game. They overcharged my card and when I called and told them about it they said I was lying and that I bowled 2 games. Apparently they open a tab rather than just let you pay for the specified number of games and someone bowled on my account. By that logic someone could?ve easily bowled all night on my account and there's nothing you can do about it. Wouldn't recommend!!! ????

Our family and her friends all had fun, the food was good, they even had a fun bday table for her, 2 bday greetings and the staff was over the top nice and helpful. Okay so this bowling alley is nice, updated, and clean. The staff was very pleasant and I really appreciated that upgrades. The major issue I had was with the extreme pricing. $8.99 a game and $5.99 for shoe rental. I don't care how nice your lanes are, that is outrageous. Jax Lanes is literally half the price and the lanes are just as nice. I had a good time rolling a few frames at Bowlero Mandarin. It is a family friendly alley which is clean. They offer the usual fair of food and drinks, including beer. They're prices are reasonable and a small group can bowl and eat for a reasonable price. I went with some friends and the group included a younger child who was able to have fun bowling with the adults. I would recommend checking ahead for bumper bowling, but kids should have a good time.

when I was ordering food I ordered nachos and two drinks (sweet tea and fruit punch)and fries but didn't receive my fries and it was almost $40 I told the lady to give the change to my dad as he was coming up behind me. later on in the night my dad went up there to check on the fries and she said that I didn't order fries even though her coworker confirmed that I did. The website says Friday unlimited bowling after 10pm to close plus shoe rental, we came Friday and they said they don't do it anymore. They put a card on file and have a giant sign that says ?play 2 games and get the 3rd one 50% off? when we closed out and tried to claim the deal the answer was ?you have to pre-purchase that? even tho we still didn't pay and we had played the 3 games. The place is ok but they shouldn't have fake publicity they won't give to the costumers

One of the better bowling alleys it's a great bowling alley to take your friends/family to. I suggest trying the alleyway sampler it's really good for cheap!

I was highly impressed with this place. It is well organized and makes like easy for a fun night. We made a reservation for 2-hours. You reserve the lane, get shoes, they came by with cookies, and even left a nice thank you card. The manager stopped by to check on us. The class seemed pretty clean and the service was great!

Always have fun at the Mandarin location. We usually go right after school, just be mindful that you'll need to be off the lanes by 5:15 for the nightly leagues. They have bumpers and ramps for the little ones and during the summer they participate in the Kids Bowl Free program. Just to give you an idea of pricing, on a weekday for four of us to bowl one game, including shoe rentals, taxes and fees, we pay around $44.

So me and my wife and our child stopped by on the 22nd for our first time at this location. Everything went really well we went in checked-in got our shoes my wife and baby went to the area to bowl I went to the snack area to get a beer n pretzel. After giving me my beer I stood at the counter thinking they were just going to take a pretzel out of the thing and hand it to me the lady working the counter rudely said "we'll bring your order out when it's ready." Went for the first time as part of a summer camp field trip. The facility was clean and welcoming. The staff was kind and helpful. They provided us with a number of ramps for our little ones upon request. Stuck gutter balls and fallen bumpers were fixed immediately.

It's a bit pricey compared to other bowling alleys. The ball weight I needed wasn't available at the time, and the dip n dots machine wasn't taking my card payment. Aside from those things, the environment was great.

Me and my crew come every other Friday and they know exactly where want to be and how to accommodate us, it encourages us to remain regular. I'm not sure of her name but the black lady that checks us in has the best customer service that I have ever received. The kitchen crew remembers our beer and food orders.
