We had the BEST experience throwing our twin 7 years old?s birthday party at Bowlero in Lyons. I worked with Jessica to plan things out and she was super friendly and helpful, but it was the staff on site that really impressed us. We walked in to the most amazing setup with our boys names lit up, plenty of space for the 25 kids we had, and everything was SO clean. Reserved lanes on 3/29. What I didn't like was that the company (not the staff) charges you an admin fee. For 9 bowlers it was an extra $32. That seems unfair, if they can't afford to pay their staff then they should work on their financial situation. That said we had an AMAZING experience. Every single staff member from the front desk to the manager gave us excellent service! Rob the GM took care of every need, explained everything and was very calm & explained why no one should try to get a ball unstuck.

First time here in Lyons. Made this reservation about almost a month ago for my daughter. WE HAD A BLAST HERE!! My daughter and her friends had such an amazing experience. Hosted my partners birthday party there. We had a party package with unlimeted food. The team kept the pizzas and wings coming. We didn't have to ask them at all for more. When you pay for unlimited, it comes with a nice price tag, and they made it worth it! I had not been here in Years and was surprised they did such a huge remodel. If I had a choice, this bowling alley would not make the top of my list. They're not prepared for large groups.(we had a group of at least 30). They don't offer any good specials or discounts to incentivize more people or larger groups. They up charge on Fridays and Saturdays, so you'll pay more than the weekdays. The food is mid at best. (mediocre) The one special they offer has to include a card for their arcade, which is very overpriced. Each game is 5 to 6 tokens. (credits) For example, if you play $10,

The place looks really inviting, very nice staff; however we left not being able to bowl. You can't make lane reservations if you're using Groupon but how can you use the voucher if everything is already reserved when you get there? That's bad business practice. Don't sell Groupon deals if you know people can't use it. We will try again another time but today was a total flop.

I recently hosted my son?s 4th birthday party at Bowlero Lyons, and it was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and stress-free. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our group. Today my daughter's 7th birthday was planned for a waterpark party, but due to the good-ol weather, we couldn't have it there. Was in town for my bday and went to bowl on mom, 12/09/24 The alley is nice and staff is good. Seemed as tho there was just 1 cook that night so food took long, as he had to walk the food to the tables too. Poor guy. The real MVP of the staff is bartender Alexis. She was quick and kind. When I asked her about my sister's parm fries taking 50 mins, she went checked and said they'd be out in 2 mins. She brought them to us with a smile and I saw her running other food too. She's just so swell.

We had 2 birthday Parties 2 weeks apart here and Isaac the manager helped us tremendously! We ordered so much food for the family and he had it out before everyone got there. Nice atmosphere, food was good. Prizes in the arcade were ok, but nothing super cool. Also some machines were out of order. Bowling was fun though. Bathrooms were really creepy though. Avoid them if you can. There's a literal hole where you could drop your keys in.

Bowlero Lyons is the place to go! Great atmosphere, amazing staff. Lead by Rob, his team always makes sure the people have a good time. Went out with some friends early Friday night before the rush and he took care of our group. Once it got busy his staff Javy and Ale came to check in on us to still make sure we were having fun. This establishment definitely goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is having a good time even when they are packed to the wall. As a customer I see that and appreciate that.

After my last experience at AMF Forest Lanes, I am left with only the following words: Immaculate. Vibes. The crew was amazing. The atmosphere was lighthearted and jovial, like a christmas brunch. The different themes brought a unique energy to every frame. The lane messed up a handful of times, but always in our favor. 10/10. I will DEFINITELY be coming back on a Wednesday night in the near future for unlimited bowling.

Came in with a group of friends and was a nice time. Lanes were clean. The 3 cheese quesadillas and food platter with wings and whatnot was surprisingly good. The only reason why it's not getting 5 stars is because of the cocktails. I had a blue boozy long island and it tasted like legit cleaning alcohol. But hey it's a bowling alley cocktail. I had a great time! I came on a Groupon with my husband and 2 kids on a Tuesday evening. The girl at the front desk, Ale, was very welcoming and nice! The crowd was great, and so was the music! I can't wait to hit this spot again with my crew!

The place is kind of hidden and I'm sorry, but it doesn't look like much from the outside. But once you go inside it's a different story. This bowling alley hosted a birthday party for a friend of my daughter's. It seemed really nice. They are doing some construction on the inside (the bar area), so it's a little bit confusing, but the service was great, and the food was good. I ordered the chicken fingers, fries and nachos. It was my brothers birthday and they decorated the table very nicely without us telling them to. Food service was fast and delicious. Manager was very friendly and made sure we were all having a great time and even gave us some gift cards to play at the arcade. Definitely recommend.

We had a good time yet felt pressured when the guy comes up to us and tells us we have to leave before 7:45. We knew they had a reservation waiting for 8 pm. Plus we had a five min issue with the pin roller not working.

Great bowling ally. Huge building, so the wait time isn't too long. The parking lot is humongous, so no worries about not finding a parking spot. Prices are decent. They offer so many things as far as food and entertainment goes to keep you, friends, or the family busy for as long as you stay there. From arcades to pool tables among some of the stuff to do there. You can also buy food and drinks there as well. Great fun family atmosphere for everyone to enjoy. Highly recommended.
