Went there on a Tuesday evening party of 5. The waitress was very thorough and knew what foods and deals were available. We ordered the pizza and pitcher of iced tea combo, sampler, boneless bbq with fries, three 16 oz drinks, and an additional order of fries. Front desk clerks were not friendly at all.They stuck me in the middle (26) if a family with 3 small kids whose mom did not like they had to share the space with someone else. I wanted to ask to be moved but given the unfriendliness of the staff, I didn't think that would happen any way. We took our 9 - and 11 year old grandsons bowling for the first time. They absolutely loved it! Clean, bowling balls have so serious wear n tear, but they worked for what was needed. They asked to go again before we even left! So they really enjoyed it! The lil arcade they have is 5 bucks a play...100 bucks went like water...so u might wanna think about it before u get there.

So season pass doesn't really give you the good lanes. My lane was so dry. Ball was hooking too early. My dry lane ball even hooked earlier than normal.

This place is bigger than pin boys. It's in a nicer area and ample parking. Inside they have a full bar and triple the games for kids with a pool table, air hockey and space invaders on a giant screen and more. I know the military bases usually have the best bowling alleys but this place is pretty good with reasonable prices. I'll definitely be returning.

This is, without a doubt, the most disappointing place to visit. The customer service is virtually nonexistent; it's difficult to even get the staff's attention. You might find yourself waiting indefinitely without any acknowledgment or assistance from them, which only adds to the frustration of the experience.

I had a few issues with adding people on to my reservation for a birthday party and they were beyond accommodating. I'm gonna have to admit. I have not been bowling in a very long time. I had no idea that nine games with one adult and two children would equal over $300. When we arrived, the sign said each game $10.39 play two games get the third 50% off. So, leave it to me as a single mom of two teenagers. I did not imagine after playing nine games equaled $10.49 per person per game to throw a ball down a lane would equal over $300z. That was after paying over $150 for food and drinks. We were looking for somewhere to finish our night. We were out celebrating our cousin's birthday. None of us have bowled in quite some time. Loved that they were open late. . So glad we found this place. Our server Drake was awesome. He took really good care of us. Everyone we came in contact with was amazing. We will definitely be back for more fun.

It was great! They had open lanes available (unlike Pinboys, who were using all of theirs for league players), prices were competitive, rental shoes were decent, the sweet chili wings and fries were delicious, and we had a great time.

I guess Wednesday nights are league nights. No problem! Asked the gentleman up front if there were any lanes, no worries if not. Told us he would let us know. Started helping other guests, never came back to us and just passive aggressively nodded when we went to leave. It's not his fault it's league night, but just letting us know really isn't that difficult.

Had a girl's hang out day there yesterday. Barbara took great care of us. The wait staff was a little overwhelmed but she checked on us and let us know what was going on. The food was good and the beer was cold. Along with Barbara's great service, I will definitely go back.

Some of the slowest service I've ever experienced. 15+ people waiting to be helped and not a person in sight. The woman behind the counter has no clue what she's doing. Avoid this place on a busy day because you will wait 30 minutes to check in and out.

Fun atmosphere. Great special after 10pm for all you can bowl. Only problem was the server was not around for our first 2 games so we were having to go up to the bar for service. Only 1 person behind the bar so it took a while and games were paused for a length of time.

Clean, modern bowling alley with friendly customer service. Visited on a Friday afternoon during the winter and it wasn't too crowded but had other customers bowling. I was surprised at the cost for two people to play two games, but they have other times during the week that it may be more cost effective to go.

Frequent flyer here. I love the homey vibes. Very comfortable atmosphere. The wait staff are always great and accommodating.

Had an amazing time here! Staff and management was extremely responsive and helpful with placing orders or any issues my lane had. My kids loved the experience and the bumpers definitely helped them out a ton! Also props to the staff for bringing out the kids ramp without me even asking for it. 10/10 would recommend.

Be careful, this will not Show you the price list rather than just tell you this and that. They offer me few free game for the next time are upset". They also added $6.14 for Covid admin fee when their mask underneath their nose, their shoes didn't do the oder spray before put it back to the rack then the lady already take different pair in that same rack and handed it to me. what is irony? Unethical business. $330 doesn't make a big deal to us if its statement would be clear with the price list.

Went with the hubby and my 2 small grand children and they wanted 10 dollars /pp for each game and 6.50 for shoes! Severely over priced. Most definitely not a family friendly bowling center. Prices like this deter families from coming out! When family fun is over 100 dollars food should most definitely be included!

Overpriced for what it is. It's $10 per PERSON. I didn't realize until it was time to pay and it came out to $86 for myself, my finance?, and my kid to play two rounds. Then they had a spot for tip as it we hadn't already tipped our waitress on our food bill. Overall for less than two hours we spend over $160 which isn't worth it for us. Thanks for a great dads and kids night out! We reserved 3 lanes on one of the group packages for 16 of us, plus a couple of toddlers for a Friday evening. Yasmeen was super helpful on the phone with answering all of my questions and selecting a package that worked well for us. Finished up our winter league last night. If you are a serious bowler, you may want to go elsewhere. On the plus side, the staff is great and Barbara is a sweetheart. However, lane conditions are terrible. We have had our balls chipped and the approaches are in terrible shape. We held our 11 year's birthday part here in April 2022. Our event staff was exceptional! The set up (table, name in LIGHTS!, and such) was so nice. We weren't expecting anything so special for our little girl's birthday party! They made her feel so special! They even brought us (the parents) drinks too. The pizza was brought out on time and the drinks always full. They were pleasant to deal with and very patient with shoe fittings. Overall, just outstanding to work with!

Hosted a teen party. All kids had a great time! They seem a bit under staffed, though all staff are super nice and helpful. Our server Alana is very sweet, and on point.

This was where we decided on for our monthly family outing. We had an excellent time. The staff was so amazing and accommodating. I will recommend this location to friends and we will be back.

12/16/23 Went with a friend to bowl, it's pricey but what the heck isn't. They were very nice and let us bowl league style. Pizza was good and the people were nice. All the people bowling seemed to be enjoying themselves. Sat the bar, nobody wanted to help me. Bowled league here in the 90s. Looks like it's a nice place. I hope it's better than the experience I had.

Could of been a better experience. Over all not bad. First two lanes we were put in ended up not working, were moved to a third that was fine. Never saw the wait staff to order anything. Seemed very short staffed.

So I came here on a Saturday night with 6 energetic and hungry teenage boys. They accommodated us right away. Now they do not have any promos for Saturdays so it was a bit expensive, but the awesome customer service provided by the staff made up for it all. I was there on a Thursday night with a state convention only 2 people were working they did their best to service the crowd the building was clean but it took about 30 minutes to complete my order of fries ?? the server ended up dropping ?? my fries ?? which took another 15 minutes. I hope the next time I visit it will be properly staffed.

Honestly, it looked like a lotta fun inside, but when I asked about pricing for my 2yo & 4yo, plus their father & myself. They don't have child pricing, so for just 3 games for a family of 4, they wanted to charge $25/person plus shoe rental! And only 2 games would still be $23/person plus shoe rental! I genuinely dont remember bowling being that expensive???? $100+ to take my kids bowling, before even considering food or drinks, is WILD in this economy. Very disappointed, we went on a Saturday and never received service. Half way through the game I let one of the waiters know that we wanted to order and nobody came to our lane. It was not until we were heading out that a young gentleman, who walked past us several times, came and asked if we needed anything. Will not be returning.

Way way way over priced. Lanes also had zero slickness and the bottoms of my shoes were falling apart. I'm also a fan of ordering my food and picking it up, like the classic bowling alley however, this place had servers. No interest in ever going back at these prices. Save your money.

Place has gone down hill, two waitresses, the whole night, games went from 3$ a game to $10. Spent over a half an hour waiting on my lane to get fixed. The "deals" they had were not deals at all looking back at it. Would not recommend going here
