I booked onlin my sons birthday party, was a little scared, because you never know what you get, let me tell you, the moment I got there, DENISE WILSON, I think she's the manager, made everything extremely pleasant. I went bowling with a friend and the all around experience was underwhelming. I had other expectations but it did not live up to it. The only highlight was the mozzarella bites! There is a two line setup, one for reservations and to sign up to bowl and the other one is for bowlers who were done bowling. I had made a reservation so we stood in that line. We had my daughter?s 4th birthday party here and it was wonderful! We loved the birthday setup, we loved the accommodations for my oldest who's in a wheelchair. This was the dirtiest bowling center I've ever bowled in. The approaches look like they haven't been cleaned in years. There was so much dirt on the lanes that it would transfer onto my hand from the ball. A wonderful family-friendly spot for bowling! The only reason why I did not provide five stars was because staff was at times difficult to find. We attended a kid?s birthday party and it was a great event. There's a full menu and a bar. Food is average quality. There's also a small size arcade, providing a break form bowling if interested. Its not my go to bowling alley but when i do go its alright nothing extraordinary, a little more expensive than some other bowling alleys. Horrible bowling alley! I waited at the bar to get a pitcher of water for 10 minutes while multiple employees ignored me. Then I went to the snack bar, which was unstaffed and had to wait some more for someone to come over. The lanes are consistently broken. There's huge piles of boxes everywhere.

The attentiveness of Allison at the bar and Nasyia serving was amazing. Dawson at the front desk was quick with give our party the service to get lanes. And Feleesha came by and checking in to see if we needed anything beyond our needs which we was amazing.

We had such great family fun here! The only thing I had a problem with was the groupon process for buying vouchers. The payment took forever 30 minutes to go through, the representative told us to just wait it out and the.voucger isnt valid for the day of purchase (it doesn't day that on the Groupon listing). Food isn't as good as it used to be... Chicken tenders are the size of chicken nuggets served on a piece of parchment paper with shriveled fries on a bed of dripping oil. No silver/plastic ware that's easy to access. So I had to constantly wash my hands between bowling and trying to eat. In 90 minutes of play time, we saw two mice scurry through the steps of the upper platform to the lower bowling area. Wife lost her appetite after that. We're not planning to come back.

I went bowling here recently and have all been throughout most of my life. Checks off all the boxes and what to expect with a standard bowling experience. I would recommend going during one of their deals as it can be a little pricey if you go during standard hours. For two people renting shoes and playing 3 games it went for over $40.

This place is just FUN!!! The manager is super friendly and enthusiastic. We had an impromptu "work night out" with some coworkers and reserved 2 lanes last Thursday night before leagues started. Came to bowl and eat and play the arcade with the family. Told there is a 2 hour wait with more than 20 lanes available! Said they have a wait list that has to fill the lanes first. Business tip: allow walkins a few of your lanes or you will continue to lose money. Just like you lost mine tonight.

We had a few issues with the lane and they took care of it right away, we couldn't have asked for a better response. Went on a Tuesday and got the 18.50 deal for unlimited bowling after 8PM. Management and staff was great, although our lane 44 had a few issues in terms of getting balls back to us. It felt like a specific issue with the lane though, so I'm still giving 5 stars as the staff did their best to promptly respond.
