Customer Reviews

The bowling alley was quite spacious and pleasant, though some aspects appeared slightly outdated. However, the bowling lanes themselves were well-maintained and functioned smoothly with minimal scoring errors. A good variety of bowling balls with different finger hole sizes were available. The food was enjoyable, but unfortunately, it was rather expensive. My order of a fried funnel cake, priced at $4.79, along with a fountain soda, cost over $10 before the tip. The staffs were bit rude and not welcomin

My daughter and I had a great time. The food is good, the staff was cool. Not to crazy about the music selection, but I understand they cater to a variety of crowd. We'll be back for another visit.

Staff was great. For the unlimited bowling deal they had going on, on a Saturday night, was a great deal! Drinks were good. Crowd was a descent group of people and overall a great night.

We had my husband's birthday there with a bunch of our friends and Lisa the manager as well as Ashley our server were amazing. We had our party planner from Bowlero Madelyn Bucher help aramhe everything. Thank you so much for an amazing night with our friends. Good times and amazing service. We had the kingpin package and Rock and bowl for those who didn't drink and drinks, food, service never left unfilled and it was amazing. Thank you so much for always being so attentive and making this night a memorable

Great experience. We booked an even online event for my daughters 14th birthday. Sharon was super helpful and made our experience easy and smooth. The girls had a great time. Thank you Sharon and team for providing awesome service.

The Service at the Location was disappointing. My Family and I went in on Easter Sunday 4/20/25 for a little family bonding. After bowling with my boys and husband, I decided to sit the last round out and grab a Strawberry margarita. I went to the bar area and sat for about 5 minutes. I didn't realize there was a register around the corner where you could order?every time before I order at the bar area. I man finally came around the corner looked at me and didn't say a word. He didn't even smile. He turned

They turned off the lights mid game and I couldn't see the lane markings anymore, especially with the bright tvs on the back wall. I asked the clerk if she could turn the lights back on and she told me no.

What a great experience. We came last night with my father for his birthday just go get out of the house. We had a great time. Customer service was superb. The place was packed with what looked like.a tournament maybe. The lady manager checked on us frequently and was very genuine and friendly.

Do not buy the large fries they cost over 11 dollars and are not worth it. Extra cheese cup is 2 bucks. Ridiculous prices. Inflation my ass. That's just robbery. It's a bowling alley not a gourmet restaurant. Pretzel bread was good though. Lanes too dark during the day!!

I've been a loyal customer of this bowling center for years and have always enjoyed my visits. However, during my most recent visit, I was disappointed by the overall experience. The staff appeared disorganized and untrained, and unfortunately, some interactions came across as rude and unprofessional. The atmosphere felt very different from what I've come to expect, which made me wonder if there has been a change in management or ownership. I hope this feedback is helpful, as I've always appreciated this es

I would do a zero star if I could. I proceeded to join the waitlist on a busy wednesday for 5 people but went to the front to add an extra person to my group. They have told me 6 or more to get two lanes since I had requested two lanes because we had a big group. But they proceeded to say they didn't say so and said that they had said more than 7 for two lanes

The bowling place is nice I think a little expensive for the time, but is worth it, we order pizza it was pretty good also is family oriented and had arcades for the kids while we waited for our turn, for the kids they added the bumpers and that was part of what they like it. Recommend it the only thing to me was the price but besides that all good

I am no pro bowler by any means, and it has been awhile since I have gone bowling. This location has friendly staff which is a plus. I enjoy myself and the environment is great as well. I must give a shout out to Sharon. She is the most welcoming person at bowlero and I looked forward to seeing her every time we came. Thank you sharon

I really like this bowling alley, I had fun, the lane oil pattern was a little hard to get use too, but I enjoyed there. Also they gave my bowling pins, yay

Another great visit, facilities were clean, staff professional and friendly.

I don't like giving bad reviews about businesses but I have to say it. Bad customer service, me and my group of friends have been bowl here for the last 4 years without any problems, until they changed front desk employee and new male manager in about couple months ago and they make it really difficult for bowlers to get lanes, they put 6 peoples in 1 lane while there are plenty of lanes open. and no cross lane if you pay for unlimited , it doesn't make sense because we still playing all night , still in ou

The tracks are horrible! They stop every 5 minutes and don't give you back the time, I'll only give it 2 stars because their food is good, more than that nothing! I hope you can improve the mistakes with the bowling alleys

Fun experience with my family. We set a reservation since it gets EXTREMELY packed. We had a name ready for our lanes table and the staff dropped by more than once to see if we needed anything. Unfortunately something was up with our specific lane. Which happens, multiple bowlers all day everyday. No biggie at first but it happened a couple more times after that. Which takes away bowling time that you pay for. BUT the staff was totally understanding and considerate. They gave us an extra hour, funnel cake o

I went to Bowlero on Saturday for a friend's birthday celebration. The place was nice and the customer service was good. However, I do have a couple of minor complaints. The drinks were subpar - I ordered a lemon drop but all I could taste was lemon with no hint of alcohol. The bartender explained that she didn't have the right mixers and tools for the drink, but she did refund me. The food was disappointing as well, and what's worse is that they don't allow outside food even though their offerings are not

I've been coming here for years.. and I love it here, even joined my first league and got my bowling balls here at this location. Unfortunately recently the service has been awful especially the bar. How can a place not even announce last call? And even when bar announced they're closed continue to serve to other customer? Completely unprofessional.

What a fun place for family and friends to hang out, it's quite affordable and there are tons of parking. There is also an arcade to play games and the food concession is quite good. Overall we had a great experience. We saw a lot of birthday parties?????? being held here. Quite popular venue apparently ????

Good place to bowl. But wish they provided updates either on a social media page or website when they're booked up for events or tournaments. Fourth time I've came and haven't been able to bowl because some event was going on. Inconvenient

My favorite bowling spot. Great space to move around and the people who run the establishment are second to none! Very mature crowd and totally the most fun that I have going to any bowling alley

Friendly staff, nice lanes, but utterly disgusted with the videos playing while there with our pre-teen sons. Definitely not family friendly ??

We went for a friend?s birthday on New Year?s Eve and it was great! The food was good, the servers were very helpful, and the atmosphere was fun. We'll definitely go again!

Very relaxing atmosphere. Clean place and good food. Highly recommend

Front desk employee and male manager make it really difficult for bowlers to get lanes while there are plenty of lanes open. I have been bowl here for the last 6 years, and this is the worst batch of employees and male manager yet.

Great place! We had our son?s birthday party in this location and it was a wonderful experience! You don't have to worry about entertaining, food, games, drink or cleaning! They have very reasonable prices. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! Take this place in consideration for your next event, you won't regret it!!

Lane 40 had a delay in resetting the pins and the playlist was met, but the food and drinks were delicious and the company made it a great and fun time! 10/10 recommend the Pizza and Soda deal!

Great place to go bowling with your friends, your family, or by yourself ?? Plenty of parking space in the lot so no worries there. There's also a mini arcade room inside, which is really fun! They also offer food and drinks, although they can be a bit pricy so keep that in mind~

This place was AMAZING! Nick the best! Great 8th birthday! Amazing customer service. Above and beyond. DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK! I forgot to say the food was great fresh and Hot! Thanks Kazick!

Had fun. A little too young for me. The crowd. I just wanted to bowl.

Some of the staff were not friendly. In particular, this older Caucasian lady. She gave off the not liking blacks feel. It's time to change.

Actually visited on Xmas afternoon. Need more staff and at 2:30 pm, they had the neon lights on. What! I wasn't too pleased by that. It was a bit overpriced but the bathroom facility was clean.

Always fun. My nephew loves to bowl, and we go every time he and his Mom are in town.

Good place for a small, affordable birthday party. Excellent service and yummy food. The arcade was a lot of fun too

Very nice bowling alley has a lot of space for families or Events the staff was really nice me and my family were visiting and they made the experience very nice

Carlos & the team were very accommodating. Our family of 6 had a blast and enjoyed every moment. The food was actually quite good with fresh fries and chicken strips for the kids and the hot & fresh pizza and sides for the adults. Thank you ? we will return!

Super clean facilities, no problems with the lane. Bartender was friendly and efficient. Can't wait to go back

Very clean, well maintained bowling alley. Friendly staff with fun events too. Wish we lived closer and could visit more often!

Great neighborhood bowling alley. Lots of TV's and a great variety of music playing. Very spacious at the lanes for big groups.

Update: this place has a high turn over rate. Recently started bowling in a league and wonder if I should go somewhere else. They don't really value their league members here the way they do at other centers. The new managers don't really know us like Carlos did and they treat us like we don't pay for the perks that we get. Really wish we could get Carlos back. He was the best. Really love this place! The staff is awesome and the lanes are pretty good here...the only thing is the bar! They over charge for

Staff made me feel like family

This is the closest bowling alley to us but we'd never stopped by before. It wasn't packed so we decided to try it out. The service was good. Bowling was fine. I'd give 5 stars but my bowling shoes had a hole in them and the nachos we order were yucky?I feel like I should?ve known better though. Lol! The drinks (alcohol and non-alcohol) were good though. We'll come back in the future.

Great alley I have been going here for year great place to bowl

My brother arhaan just had his 12th birthday there and it was amazing. Big thank you to Sharon who was just so attentive and helpful! Great prices and lots of fun def would recommend

Customer service is really suck now. They have all new people

We had the best experience having a kid party here. The party was for 7 people and we got the Celebrity Package. When we arrived everything was set up with cute decorations. I felt they went out of their way to bring us our shoes and the balls for kids. There were even cool party favors for the kids like stickers and activity books. The bowling was a big hit with both kids and adults. Another big hit was the arcade and the package included arcade cards for everyone. All in all, I loved how much fun everyone

Come here every 5 months which my scout troop so fun for the kids and adults

Always have fun the drinks are on sale on Sunday and Bowling had a blast beating my friend every game! Clean sweep

Great bowling alley hosting a tournament. Great facility, nice snack bar.

Autistic young man with 2 elderly peeps. Had a great time and everyone here is extremely nice and helpful

Nice place as far as bowling alley's are concerned. Great environment, had a blast with the kids. It's a little quiet though considering covid, but still fun

This place is gone to crap!! Once one of the best league house to bowl in, new Manager is unconcerned over full house leagues and lane conditions!! Leaves early to avoid an explanation to the league. The last 4 weeks the lanes have been completely unacceptable!! For the money the league pays the Manager, employees and others should have some concern of how the bowlers are bowling! Counter employees are never at counter and rude! Someone needs to address the issues in this center.

There's been an awesome remodel! The staff and service are EXCELLENT. EVERYTHING is in working order, waiters are on duty, the cost is about $15pp for 2 games including shoes. Our family has an amazing time here. They have everything you need in the store and can service equipment as well. Excellent for leagues and tournaments. HUGE facility can accommodate tons of people. Tons of free parking. There's and arcade as well. They have a lot of great food choices, and full bar service, so we also go for an adul

I love this place all the staff are friendly and professional:) I come there almost every weekday and the bowling lane is a lot better then the main event if you want a real professional bowling ;) this is the place for you A+++++++

We went there as part of the team building activity. The service was amazing. All the lanes were prepared for us with our names in each respective team. The bowling shies were also ready for us. It's a great place to bring kids along and for birthday parties as well.

1st time and I had fun! Great customer service, friendly staff, clean, good food and mixed drinks! Thank you for a great time!

Javier always goes above and beyond for us every visit. Him and the staff are great, has got to be the best customer service experience I've ever had. Great place to bowl.

Corporate event. We had a blast. Food was good, bowling was fun, wasn't too crowded. I wish the bumpers could go up for 1 player (its all or none) but good overall

Only found out about this place because of its advertisement on Groupon which made it look way more retro and lounge like than it really was. Otherwise I would've never purchased the deal and drove an hour away to check it out. The safe made using my deal easy, but they did have some issues making my parties food orders correct... Which they were quick to make-up for by redoing the orders and having the manager check on us afterwards. Other than the online sites making it look different than it clearly was,

Terrible experience at this location. I went in with my son and was told there was a 40 minute wait for a lane. I would've happily went and got something to eat during that time; however, the young lady at check in told me that if I came back the next day at 6pm, there was unlimited bowling. My son and I went in the following day just after 6pm and though multiple lanes were open, we were told by the very dismissive manager that there was only elite bowling until 10:30pm. Not only was I misled, but there i

A picture of beer was a little expensive 22 dollars, then they wanted a tip....but the lanes was great.

The summer season pass is not a great deal. They have league games going on and it is hard to get a lane. Arcade game self serve does not work and the posted value at the arcade games self service is not what you get. Even if you get the card for the same value at the counter, it will be lot less. I found out that they purposefully have the arcade self service turned off to get people to use the counter.

Fun spot! Love bringing the kids on Tuesdays so we can all bowl for $2 each! It also makes a great hangout spot for anyone that enjoys bowling!

We went to this place and the guy told us we could play 2 games so we paid for 2 games. The place ended up closing before we could even finish our first game which is fine but they refused to give us a refund for the entire 2nd game we didn't get to play. I don't really ever get upset with workers but I think it's ridiculous they did not give me my money for the whole game we didn't get to play. I would not even be as upset if the guy said hey you guys won't have time to play the full 2 games so I would rec

Went on Saturday to celebrate a friends birthday. Got there at 12AM with 5 people. The employee asked us if we wanted to play 2 games and we said sure. Came closing time we just finished our first game, and we were not going to be allowed to play a second game. I get it. It's closing time. We'll just get our money back, right? Nope. Instead, we just get a card for a free game of bowling (Oh and shoe rental is not included). We wouldn't have been upset if there was a notice of some sort saying ?Hey, no refun

Absolute best experience! Nick makes this place feel like the spot? coming back again definitely!

Nice and clean facility. Ample parking.

I take my special needs students often for community based instruction and we always have a great time. It's been over a year now and we are consistently treated with respect and compassion! We tend to need more assistance and accommodations and the team is always ready and willing to meet those needs with positive and friendly attitudes. 10/10 would recommend!

Very expensive. I paid over $200 for two games. They ask you to run a tab and then it's sticker shock. Try to pay up front.

The entire family had a blast and the service was amazing. Every one of the employees were super friendly. Definitely going back.

Fun time bowling here. The lanes don't seem to be all the way even. Or at least lane 33. It would pull the ball in odd directions.

We had a wonderful experience. Carlos the manager went out of his way to accommodate our needs. Sharon was friendly and gave great customer service. We had a great time!

The team here is great, my reservation was ready and the kids had a blast. I wish it was an updated alley with the newer bowlero aesthetic but nonetheless we enjoyed ourselves. Event manager, cashiers, food was all readily available and they constantly checked in on us.

I'm very late posting this review, but this place and the team there are awesome. I had my daughter's birthday party here a few months ago, and Chuck and Greg were amazing. They made sure we had everything we needed, frequently checked on our party, and even gave us extras (pizza for the adults, additional arcade cards for the kids). The adults had as much fun as the kids. They even sent us a thank you card with free game coupons in the mail not long after. We'll definitely be going back to Bowlero, and I'v

We booked Bowlero for my daughter's 9th birthday party. Carlos and staff were amazing, they were attentive and kind. They made our daughter's birthday party awesome!

We had a great time. I took away a couple of points, due to the bathroom cleanliness and the seating, other than that..great family bowl night! The Thai chili wings and flat bread were delicious and the drinks good!

This was not the greatest experience. Went there to spend time with kids and grandkids, staff was friendly, but the kitchen was understaffed, and the bar wasn't staffed at all. Wait time on food orders was longer than expected and food wasn't delivered by the last of 3 games our part played. (There was a 45 minute wait for 2 pizzas that had just started being made as i walked up after 45 minutes when i went to cancel.) The lane kept holding balls, and the scoring kept missing pins and messing up scores. All

Too expensive, crowded, rude customer service.

We were treated like royalty! We had called ahead and reserved a lane. Our table was waiting for us when we arrived. The staff took the time to introduce themselves and check on us throughout the evening. The atmosphere was family friendly. The music was loud enough but not too loud. Bowling with disco lights is the most fun I've had in a while! Highly recommend!

I had a great time here with my best friend! The drinks were good, the environment was chill and it wasn't too packed. Lost one star because it's older and does not have automatic gutter guards.

I enjoyed the people, and the customer service was great. I did not bowl this time. My grandson had a wonderful time.

I lost twicw, but enjoyable experience and venue nonetheless! Did not try the drinks or food, but lanes ran smoothly and other guests were friendly also.

Service wasn't all that great. I didn't feel all safe at the bar when a gentleman kept on putting his hands on my seat and kept on yelling behind me. Security were no where to be found. The manager Nick who was running behind the bar and didn't stop any of the crazy behavior. All he did was apologized for the behavior, but didn't do anything about it. Also the bar service was very long and I didn't get a drink until 20 minutes later. It's whatever. I won't be coming back anytime soon.

If you need to cancel they don't let you, I had a party of 6 and a few people had gotten sick and they refused to cancel and wanted to keep the $200 booking for reschedule, a good establishment does not do that. I will not be giving them anymore business. ????

Friendly staff , well kept bowling balls (unlike main event in Suwanee). The lanes are nice too. The cost is good. For two games for two people would be around $35. The one reason it's not 5 stars is the food. The pizza is kind of like microwavable pizza not too good.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
