The bowling alley was quite spacious and pleasant, though some aspects appeared slightly outdated. However, the bowling lanes themselves were well-maintained and functioned smoothly with minimal scoring errors. A good variety of bowling balls with different finger hole sizes were available. The food was enjoyable, but unfortunately, it was rather expensive. My order of a fried funnel cake, priced at $4.79, along with a fountain soda, cost over $10 before the tip. My daughter and I had a great time. The food is good, the staff was cool. Not to crazy about the music selection, but I understand they cater to a variety of crowd. We'll be back for another visit.

Staff was great. For the unlimited bowling deal they had going on, on a Saturday night, was a great deal! Drinks were good. Crowd was a descent group of people and overall a great night.

We had my husband's birthday there with a bunch of our friends and Lisa the manager as well as Ashley our server were amazing. The Service at the Location was disappointing. My Family and I went in on Easter Sunday 4/20/25 for a little family bonding. After bowling with my boys and husband, I decided to sit the last round out and grab a Strawberry margarita. I went to the bar area and sat for about 5 minutes. What a great experience. We came last night with my father for his birthday just go get out of the house. We had a great time. Customer service was superb. The place was packed with what looked like.a tournament maybe. The lady manager checked on us frequently and was very genuine and friendly.

I would do a zero star if I could. I proceeded to join the waitlist on a busy wednesday for 5 people but went to the front to add an extra person to my group. They have told me 6 or more to get two lanes since I had requested two lanes because we had a big group. But they proceeded to say they didn't say so and said that they had said more than 7 for two lanes

The bowling place is nice I think a little expensive for the time, but is worth it, we order pizza it was pretty good also is family oriented and had arcades for the kids while we waited for our turn, for the kids they added the bumpers and that was part of what they like it. I am no pro bowler by any means, and it has been awhile since I have gone bowling. This location has friendly staff which is a plus. I enjoy myself and the environment is great as well. Bad customer service, me and my group of friends have been bowl here for the last 4 years without any problems, until they changed front desk employee and new male manager in about couple months ago and they make it really difficult for bowlers to get lanes, they put 6 peoples in 1 lane while there are plenty of lanes open. and no cross lane if you pay for unlimited , it doesn't make sense because we still playing all night , still in ou

Fun experience with my family. We set a reservation since it gets EXTREMELY packed. We had a name ready for our lanes table and the staff dropped by more than once to see if we needed anything. Unfortunately something was up with our specific lane. Which happens, multiple bowlers all day everyday. No biggie at first but it happened a couple more times after that. I went to Bowlero on Saturday for a friend's birthday celebration. The place was nice and the customer service was good. However, I do have a couple of minor complaints. The drinks were subpar - I ordered a lemon drop but all I could taste was lemon with no hint of alcohol. The bartender explained that she didn't have the right mixers and tools for the drink, but she did refund me. The food was disappointing as well, and what's worse is that they don't allow outside food even though their offerings are not

I've been coming here for years.. and I love it here, even joined my first league and got my bowling balls here at this location. Unfortunately recently the service has been awful especially the bar. How can a place not even announce last call? And even when bar announced they're closed continue to serve to other customer? Completely unprofessional.

What a fun place for family and friends to hang out, it's quite affordable and there are tons of parking. There is also an arcade to play games and the food concession is quite good. Front desk employee and male manager make it really difficult for bowlers to get lanes while there are plenty of lanes open. I have been bowl here for the last 6 years, and this is the worst batch of employees and male manager yet.

Great place! We had our son?s birthday party in this location and it was a wonderful experience! You don't have to worry about entertaining, food, games, drink or cleaning! Great place to go bowling with your friends, your family, or by yourself ?? Plenty of parking space in the lot so no worries there. There's also a mini arcade room inside, which is really fun! They also offer food and drinks, although they can be a bit pricy so keep that in mind~

Actually visited on Xmas afternoon. Need more staff and at 2:30 pm, they had the neon lights on. What! I wasn't too pleased by that. It was a bit overpriced but the bathroom facility was clean.

They don't really value their league members here the way they do at other centers. Staff made me feel like family

This is the closest bowling alley to us but we'd never stopped by before. It wasn't packed so we decided to try it out. The service was good. Bowling was fine. I'd give 5 stars but my bowling shoes had a hole in them and the nachos we order were yucky?I feel like I should?ve known better though. Lol! The drinks (alcohol and non-alcohol) were good though. We'll come back in the future.

We had the best experience having a kid party here. The party was for 7 people and we got the Celebrity Package. When we arrived everything was set up with cute decorations. I felt they went out of their way to bring us our shoes and the balls for kids. There were even cool party favors for the kids like stickers and activity books. The bowling was a big hit with both kids and adults. Another big hit was the arcade and the package included arcade cards for everyone. All in all, I loved how much fun everyone

This place is gone to crap!! Once one of the best league house to bowl in, new Manager is unconcerned over full house leagues and lane conditions!! Leaves early to avoid an explanation to the league. The last 4 weeks the lanes have been completely unacceptable!! For the money the league pays the Manager, employees and others should have some concern of how the bowlers are bowling! Counter employees are never at counter and rude! Someone needs to address the issues in this center.

Only found out about this place because of its advertisement on Groupon which made it look way more retro and lounge like than it really was. Otherwise I would've never purchased the deal and drove an hour away to check it out. The safe made using my deal easy, but they did have some issues making my parties food orders correct... Terrible experience at this location. I went in with my son and was told there was a 40 minute wait for a lane. I would've happily went and got something to eat during that time; however, the young lady at check in told me that if I came back the next day at 6pm, there was unlimited bowling. The summer season pass is not a great deal. They have league games going on and it is hard to get a lane. Arcade game self serve does not work and the posted value at the arcade games self service is not what you get. Even if you get the card for the same value at the counter, it will be lot less. I found out that they purposefully have the arcade self service turned off to get people to use the counter.

We went to this place and the guy told us we could play 2 games so we paid for 2 games. I take my special needs students often for community based instruction and we always have a great time. It's been over a year now and we are consistently treated with respect and compassion! We tend to need more assistance and accommodations and the team is always ready and willing to meet those needs with positive and friendly attitudes. 10/10 would recommend!

They made sure we had everything we needed, frequently checked on our party, and even gave us extras (pizza for the adults, additional arcade cards for the kids). This was not the greatest experience. Went there to spend time with kids and grandkids, staff was friendly, but the kitchen was understaffed, and the bar wasn't staffed at all. We were treated like royalty! We had called ahead and reserved a lane. Our table was waiting for us when we arrived. The staff took the time to introduce themselves and check on us throughout the evening. The atmosphere was family friendly. The music was loud enough but not too loud. Service wasn't all that great. I didn't feel all safe at the bar when a gentleman kept on putting his hands on my seat and kept on yelling behind me. Security were no where to be found. The manager Nick who was running behind the bar and didn't stop any of the crazy behavior. All he did was apologized for the behavior, but didn't do anything about it. Also the bar service was very long and I didn't get a drink until 20 minutes later. It's whatever. I won't be coming back anytime soon.

If you need to cancel they don't let you, I had a party of 6 and a few people had gotten sick and they refused to cancel and wanted to keep the $200 booking for reschedule, a good establishment does not do that. I will not be giving them anymore business. ????

Friendly staff , well kept bowling balls (unlike main event in Suwanee). The lanes are nice too. The cost is good. For two games for two people would be around $35. The one reason it's not 5 stars is the food. The pizza is kind of like microwavable pizza not too good.
