Bowlero Leesburg

It was a fun place the manager was really chill with my friends. We did bowling and the price was 18.99 or 19.99 for unlimited bowling and that includes rental shoes too.

Bought a "Tower of Beer" for $56 because it was labelled on the ordering system as 100 oz of beer requiring a minimum of three people to consume. When it came out, it is in a custom beer tower that proudly goes to a fill line of... 83oz, or 2.5l. What in the actual heck? Is that even legal? Will never be back again, and reporting this to the BBB for fraud. Disgusting.

Our first visit was today for a day date with husband. We had a great time, Chris, the manager, helped us get squared away with our shoes, lane, and later our arcade cards. Our server checked in on us as soon as we got to our lane and brought our drinks over quickly. We plan to visit again with the little one.

This location has gone downhill, lately. I noticed lanes and fans that didn't work. Bumpers that were broken. Food is sub-par. Does this place not have a/c? There were players who were using menus to fan themselves it was so hot.

If you're looking for the perfect mix of fun and top-notch service Bowlero of leesburg is your spot! I'm not really into bowling but they have a TON of fun arcade games! What really stood out was Yannick the manager. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about making sure everyone had a great time. The food was surprisingly delicious and the drinks menu had a solid variety for every taste.

The manager?s attitude left much to be desired. He was dismissive, unhelpful, and spoke in a tone that came across as rude and condescending. Our waitress was very nice, and helpful we had a 5/5 experience with her service.

After 55 mins I went to the front desk to check on our food and was told we were not the priority and larger parties were. Horrible customer service. The only downside is that the bowling alley only provides 5 different types of bowling balls. Most bowling alleys I've been to have many different balls with different size weights and different finger holes. At bowlero the lightest ball comes with the smallest finger hole size and the heaviest comes with the larger hole size. Super popular spot, we reserved our lanes the night prior. Fun environment, great music and atmosphere. We only got dessert, and they were DELISH!! Had a minor inconvenience, brought it up w/the manager on staff, and he made sure we were taken care of and happy w/our experience. Talk about, control what you can control. After spending over $100 at their establishment, complimentary tap water should be no problem. I was told it was corporate policy. I would let corporate know that giving a glass of water to paying families is worth the penny it cost them. Bowling alley itself was fine. Be advised not all music videos projected over all alleys are family friendly. I'd recommend trying another bowling alley if you have kids.

Scheduled kids birthday. After we arrived we were told that adults could not eat or bowl. That was an additional fee. When we asked why we were told it was in the fine print of the contract. Why would you have a party where the adults couldn't participate? Other lanes in the area don't do this.

Not enough personal to help. Waited over 10 minutes to get help to exchange stuff for our points from the arcade. It just sucks. What a fantastic party venue. The food, games, and entertainment were outstanding. The sales office was very accommodating with my ever changing party list. The menu options and cookie cake were out of this world. If you have a little who is into bowling, look no further for your next party location. The only negative was the constant delay in getting plates and silverware, so I'd recommend packing some paper ware, if you are going on a weekend.

Don't get scammed, they are not transparent about their prices, and surprise you at the end, the food takes forever and they try and get you to tip on top of everything, save your time and go else where!!!

I reserved 2.5 hour for the family and we had to consistently ask someone to come and fix our lane. Food was fine. The proper employees were overwhelmed doing many things at a time. To compensate for the bad experience with the lanes. We were given coupons, but those coupons aren't worth it if one wants to use them. The coupon is for one person. Super fun location. Friendly staff and unlimited deals on weeknights after 7 with shoe rental included. The digital order screens are great and list available drink and food options. Once orders are placed they are brought over so as to not delay any bowling time on your lane. The decor and lighting are both super cool and add to the ambiance.

Would highly recommend! My daughter had her bday party here. She along with several of her friends are in wheelchairs. The ADA lift broke but the staff were on top of it and made sure everything went as planned for her party. Tons of fun! But all the games are falling apart and usually broken. The bar staff have all been great people but sometimes you have to wait a long time for anyone to even show up behind the counter. The food here totally sucks, but it's not exactly the focus. The booze is good! Usually spend $100-$150 on drinks, arcade, and bowling, but this place could be done for cheaper.

Went with a large group to Bowlero in Leesburg last night and had the best time! The staff was great - quick to get shoes, responsive with lane technical difficulties, and we had a great bartender! Parking was easy and close (which was great since it was raining). And the space was great for our large group - plenty of lanes and space for food. My only regret is that I didn't get to the arcade! The bar staffed with three people taking orders runs like they have 100 people in line when there's only 6 people standing at the bar ordering drinks. The customer service for food really sucks. The bartender was just standing behind the bar with his arms folded looking into space while my girlfriend and I was just sitting at the table waiting 10 minutes and he saw us while getting getting more bottles for the bar. This place is awesome! While my wife and I bowl, we send the kids off to the arcade games!!! The entire staff, especially the manager Chris, were more then accommodating and soooo friendly! Great location but that is all that is good about this place. The place is showing it's age and it has only been around for a couple of years. The lanes are all worn, and the equipment in desperate need of maintenance. The lanes do not make for good bowling. We have been coming here for years and while the food is always good, the service has been fairly hit or miss. I came today and have to say everything was outstanding! The waitstaff and the food was great and all of the workers were exceptionally friendly and kind to my son and I, especially while we were enjoying the arcade. The food is way better than I expected and the lane I was on was really well maintained, but the music was _painfully_ loud, suppressing almost all conversation. You're not a club. The volume doesn't need to be even half as loud as it was tonight. Around 20% of that volume would have been fine and everyone would be happier.

This place is awesome and the staff is friendly and attentive. We had an issue with the kids wanting to play less than what we paid for and the manager kindly gave us a refund. The only downside to this (and most bowling places) is the cost. Be ready to spend some money on the lanes, shoe rentals, and food/drinks! This is why I took one star off, because it's very pricey, even when is discounted.

Ball return shut off multiple times. ?Oldest ball return in America? according to the mechanic who had to fix it multiple times. Sometimes we would get 10 pins set, sometimes only 3 or 5 or 9, you never really knew what you would get. The big screen over our lane didn't work. The furniture was broken and missing legs so it would just tip over if you sat on it wrong. The entire system would just freeze up and required maintenance to reset . This location looks nice from the outside, then it was all downhill from there. The lanes are not oiled. Any spin you put on the ball will send it directly to the gutter(do not pass go, do not collect $200). Our lane commonly reset less than 10 pins and eventually just stopped working entirely. We had the pleasure of meeting the manager Benz and he was so great! As soon as we walked in he greeted us with a smile and confirmed our party setup.
