I recently attended a large youth tournament here and had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure that everyone felt right at home throughout the day. One thing that really stood out to me was how well-maintained the facilities were; the bathrooms stayed clean and fully stocked, which is a big plus during such a long event. It really showed that they care about the comfort of their guests. While I did find the food a bit pricey, I understand that events like th

Although I was a bit skeptical after reading the most recent reviews, I decided to take my boys to bowl a few games today. Lane conditions weren't bad! I was able to pull off a 192 and 246 on 2 of 5 games! Would have given a 5 star rating, however, One of the three balls I brought with me got a nice chunk taken out of it. The staff ensured me my bowling ball would be resurfaced free of charge. So we'll go 4.5 stars lol. I'll bowl there again!

Barron was great as a party host. Kept checking on us for refills etc. pricing was great. Recommend the party room for private parties!

I spent $20 per kid in arcade money. They obviously wouldn't get the cool things, but what they could afford was Hershey kisses. They were so excited to eat their treats in the car, and all of them were mush. This was such a rip off for my kids thinking they earned a treat and spent their tickets for something they would be happy with on the way home only to be not a treat but messy hands. Super sad ?? empoyees were also fighting infront of my kids while trying to purchase game cards.

This place has a great staff, and is a fun place for kids. However if you are a bowler I wouldn't spend ANY money bowling here. Lanes conditions are horrible and have been for months, nothing ever changes. Mechanics do nothing to fix the oil and are stuck in their old ways.. Gouges in balls left and right for months now. Wouldnt be surprised if league bowlers start switching alleys next year.

Had a hard time checking in for Cosmic bowling. Beth took care of everything! She was patient and seemed genuinely concerned that we have the best time. Much appreciated

Didn't know Nottke's was being bought out, but the place looks nice. Prices are moderate, food is good, lanes and bowling balls are in great condition. Cosmic Bowling is still a big hit. The staff was very nice and helpful, even a waitress came to our lane and asked us if she could get us anything. The only thing bad about the visit was the fact that two people were literally hogging the only two machines in the whole arcade that gave a decent amount of tickets. They kept winning thousands of tickets while

I wish I could give this place a 0, but Google won't allow it. I've come here 3 times and every single time I come I'm reminded way I stay as far from here as possible. The only reason i came back the last 2 times was because the fiirst day i ever came the staff decided they were going to close early and so they gave us gift cards instead of a refund 20min after we started to bowl. How can you have an empty bowling alley, but "no lanes available"? Half the "attractions" are either off or broken. Staff is a

We payed for two games and it shut off in the middle of the second game! When we tried to get our money back he said we can give you half on game cards and we wanted our REAL money back!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this bowling alley tonight. I called ahead and spoke with an employee named Connor, who informed me that open bowling would be available until 9:30 PM. Based on this information, I drove 30 minutes to get there, only to be told at 8:50 PM that they had already counted the drawers and could not accommodate us. Despite the venue?s website stating that it closes at 10 PM and the fact that there was a bar full of people still drinking, the staff refused to let us bowl.

TERRIBLE ESTABLISHEMENT TERRIBLE OWNERS owners are fake and also apparently real reviews of your establishment can prevent friends and family from being hired/ sounds like harrassment and discrimination and a lawsuit to me

Don't lie and say you have availability when you don't. We all drove from separate cities because you said you have openings.

The new look of the place was awesome the games are spaced out and it was very enjoyable with my kids we loved it !!!@

We just did the Dracula escape room and it was so much fun!!! We had 4 people and it was AWESOME ????!!!! THANK YOU TO THE EMPLOYEE "JASON" FOR BEING OUR GAME HOST!! HE WAS SO NICE AND HELPFULL AND TRULY MADE THE EXPERIENCE UNFORGETTABLE!!! I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! IF YOUR LOOKING FOR SOMETHING FUN TO DO WITH FRIENDS OR FAMILY, THEN GO GO GO!!!! THANK YOU JASON!!!!!

I had an amazing experience last evening with a buddy of mine here. The staff was super amazing and even hooked us up with bowling. The pro shop there with Austin was super helpful and awesome. I even got one of my bowling balls drilled there as well. The assistant GM Ryan was awesome as well, and with me and my buddy talking with both Ryan and Austin while bowling made the experience a 10/10. I also wanna say thanks to Isabella at the front desk she was super helpful for the time we were there. I'd highly

Place is lowkey disgusting. Seen dead mice everywhere and heard a rumor of expired food and a drunk manager that doesn't give af. Explains why I get sick every time I eat there. Won't be going there again. Pathetic.

The place was very entertaining. Lots of leaves and the arcade was fun

We had a birthday party planned, but when arriving, the power was out. They got back up and running quickly and were super generous in making sure that the party wasn't ruined. A memorable experience for my family. Thanks you so much! Highly recommend!

really disappointed coming in an hour and a half before close. we came in and the lady in the front was sitting on her phone, we tried to get a lane and she told us they was closing at 9. even though the hours say 10. we walked out confused so i called and asked the hours. for her to be rude and hang up on me just because i was wondering what the hours were when it clearly says open until 10.

Friendly and helpful staff, lots of stuff to do with bowling, laser tag, arcade, and escape room. Escape room is fairly difficult, not got for kids under 6-7. Prices are right, typically not crowded

The arcade was expensive but bowling was great. Good selection of balls and plenty of open lanes on a Sunday afternoon, even with league bowling going on. Great french fries. Seemed like the staff didn't pay much attention to us unless we were persistent. They were mainly focused on the league bowlers. We just needed to turn in arcade tickets and get bowling shoes.

Very nice atmosphere for my sister in laws birthday. Had a few issues and were fixed almost immediately. Bartender was awesome and very friendly

My daughter and I love the arcade here. We especially love the virtual reality experience. I highly recommend this place.

I just called to try and reserve a Saturday in March for a birthday party for my daughter and some friends. The gentleman that answered the phone was polite and informed me that the center is booked every Saturday through April for bowling tournaments? He did explain we could possibly walk in after 6pm on one of the Saturday's. What is with these so called "fun centers"? Calhoun county needs a facility specifically for children, this really makes no sense that an entire "fun center" building is going to be

Workers are rude. Asked about cosmic bowling bracelets when we first got there they told me that at 845pm on Saturday. Once 845 rolled around they ended up making everyone wait. They allowed tournament players to come back in, a birthday party that wasn't even scheduled that night came in. It was so bad that me and my husband took our children to the movies instead.

The rented room was ready for us, and there were multiple lanes available to use.

Terrible experience. We ordered food shortly after getting there and was told it would be about an hour wait - 1 pizza. Okay , not ideal but understandable. After a hour and about 15 minutes, a young lady comes from the food area and tells us they are out of pizza. All the while the lane next to us- who arrived later and ordered after gets a pizza brought to them. So we now had to order something else, and wait over another hour. We then proceed to the food area to see what the hold up is now and we are inf

They have really tries to do a lot with the old place and the people are great but they need more help in the kitchen and better organization

Had fun bowling an the Lazer tag is so recommended I had super fun playing

My recent visit to Bowlero Battle Creek exceeded expectations, all thanks to the fantastic support from Austin and Ryan at the pro shop. Their expertise and assistance with my bowling balls truly enhanced my night of bowling and the experience overall. Additionally, Isabella at the front desk deserves recognition for her exceptional customer service. The seamless coordination between the pro shop and front desk staff made my time at Bowlero enjoyable and stress-free. I also highly recommend Battle Creek Bow

What an outstanding place for our 7th & 8th graders to celebrate their positive behavior! The staff handles our kids with professionalism and enthusiasm! Thank you for allowing us to have fun at your place!

Terrible service. Went cosmic bowling and was told 3 hours a Of bowling for $20 a person. The staff member neglected to tell us that the alley closed at midnight so only got about 2 hours of bowling. Less than 3 games for 20 bucks is a complete rip off. When asked about getting a refund for the last hour staff was rude and stated they don't do refunds. Staff member lied and claimed they told us they closed at midnight. Never happened, not one time. This place is ran by of bunch of rude kids with terrible cu

I spent $75 on the games for my daughter and her brother and the tickets didn't register for a few games like deal or no deal and the manager didn't even try to resolve the issue. He claims the cameras weren't working so he could watch and see us playing. It was freezing in the bldg and to top it off they were supposed to close at 10, but at 855 he announced they were closing at 9(,5min warning). Soooo unprofessional. Oh and the bathroom was DISGUSTING ...GO TO M66 if you want to bowl.

Not family friendly, they care and cater to leagues only, every time my family has come ,day or night they got the whole thing shut down 2 hours ahead of there games... 6 lanes thats 50 people are packed into .....food is disgusting ice had mold Lilly from a ice machine never cleaned ,worst bowling experience Michigan has to offer stay away.not bowling is better then this place sadly...

We waited an hour to do cosmic bowling just to be told the people in front of us got the last lane available. Wait time at the bar was long. Laser tag was fun after they reset it after a vest and game malfunction. My friend waited 20 minutes and paid for food only to be told they didn't have them done and they don't do refunds. They did end up giving them to her right before we left but honestly what is going on? We used to enjoy coming here. We won't be back.

Bowled here for the 2024 USBC state tournament, I've never experienced lanes so dry. I have no idea how they can claim they did the correct amount of oil, I had zero oil on my ball after 3 games no matter where my ball went on the lane. When they release the oil patterns for 2024, if they don't match up with the lane conditions, I hope they no longer allow this alley to host tournaments. It seems you tried to save some money by cheaping out on the oil, or you have defective oiling equipment and haven't gott

It's a zap zone that has bowling. If you want to bowl, check out the other lanes in the area

This bowling alley was great! My niece celebrated her 5th birthday party there and everything ran smoothly. The employees were very attentive and helpful the whole time. It had a nice bar area for the adults, a little diner, and a good sized game area for everyone and a place for laser tag. It was definitely a great place for a birthday party. The only issue i had was the walls were dirty in the room where we were with the private lanes. You could see greasy/pizza hand prints on the wall in the room that w

Great service, great atmosphere. Awesome place to take kids for birthday parties. Great food and kitchen staff. Had a wonderful server believe her name was MacKenzie. Had a wonderful attitude and great service. Will definitely be back again!

4th review: They cancelled a league bowling tonight because of the lanes. Clearly as I pointed out before they need me to run that place. This is absolutely pathetic they let it go to crap. Original review: Great place. Nice staff. Family friendly for sure. 3rd review: Update to the update: Sent them my info. They never got ahold of me. If they did try to call it was while I was at work and never left a message. Again I could run that place better than what you have now. They are horrible and do not care.

Nice place. It was the spot to be. We were there for a birthday party and they had plenty of space for a group setting. Very nice ambiance too in that space. There's something for everyone at this location. Of course they had the annoying potty mouth tweens running around unsupervised. The staff did try to calm them down, but they never seemed to stop. Thankfully, since our party was off in a private location, we only had to bear that for a few minutes. Other than that, this place was great. Oh and they had

Honeslty the worst bowling expierence I've ever had if I could rate no stars I would. If you wanna get your food after your done bowling when you ordered it before you started bowling go here. If you want your mozzarella sticks to be uncooked and look like string cheese with breading come here, if you want your pizza NOT EVEN CUT, WE HAD TO BASICALLY BUTCHER THE POOR THING WITH A PLASTIC KNIFE. If you want the lanes to work. Dont come here since we tried to play and the workers treated us like we're dumb be

So much fun. Went for an employee day for Labor day and had a ball.

Tried this place a 2nd time. Same terrible experience. The bartender was rude when I asked question and there were kids sitting at the bar.

Closed the establishment 40 minutes early and didn't even give a warning to an early close when we had been there for several hours. Just shut the arcade machines down and shut off bowling lanes 40 minutes before they're said to close. Then refused to have a conversation about why they closed early. Pathetic employees for an otherwise entertaining establishment.

Sorry to say this place get worse every year. The customers service is horrible and I do mean horrible. They over charge and pray to God that you get a receipt because if not the game is over. The bathrooms there stay nasty everytime we go. The drinks aww man,we got 2 pitchers at basically 7 dollars out the Door. No free or half price refills,I paid 25 for 2 pitchers and 1 refill. The women behind the food counter does not wear gloves,I was watching. Smh this place needs some help. One ever ask it even off

Had my kids birthday party here today! (07-22-2018) The staff was so friendly and helpful! My kids and their cousins had a blast! Price was totally affordable and everything is just so organized! Very clean place! We are so glad we had their birthday here! Thanks for everything!!

Good family atmosphere, modern a little bit.

Bowled this past Saturday at noon. Facilities and amenities are great but food was not available until 1pm and the bar wasn't going to open until 5pm. Very disappointed as these should?ve been open with all of the employees they had just standing around. Will not be back.

Came in and had Beth as bartender, her service was out of this world I appreciate this spot and her work ethic. Very personable and awesome!!!! Glad to see the place change for the positive!

First time going and it was so much fun. Took our 3 year old, it's his 2nd time bowling and he loved it! He also loved the arcade and the food was pretty good!! The employees were very nice! Short handed maybe, but they killed it!

When I tell you this establishment took good good care of us. They were so so nice. The food was amazing, it was my aunt mile stone birthday and she really enjoyed herself. We bowled and had a mighty mighty good time. And we came from Cleveland, Ohio ayeeeeeeeeeee.....Go Buckeyes. ( that's for you Adam, hahahahaha).

Stopped in on a last minute thing for some extra fun for my son's birthday.. great atmosphere and staff.. especially one gentleman named Tom.. this man was all over the place.. helped us at the counter a few times(kids changing shoes 3 times to only to go back to the original sizes lol) was running food and drinks, even came by and put up the bumpers up after telling him no when he asked.. a few too many gutters were happing.. even ran our laser tag game which he made fun and exciting for the kids.. GREAT e

Horrible kitchen service! Messed up my order three times. It took an hour for the food, worst part is that all they had to do was microwave it. Then you couldn't even bite through the bagel.

Bowlero is trash. Very unfriendly staff at the front desk. The guy was rude and messed up our games on 2 different lanes. Told him I needed 6 people at 1 game per person on lane 23 and 4people at game a person on lane 22. He messed this up and basically ruined my daughters birthday mid day. We also ordered food that was messed up. They completely messed up a sandwich and then gave us one less basket than we ordered and payed for. Definitely not nottkees, won't ever be going back. They don't have food availa

It was a very terrible experience. They kept shutting off the lane before the game was over even though we paid by the game. They messed up our food order. The guy in the bar was rude and didn't know how to make simple drinks. It was a very terrible experience.

Had my daughter's 8th birthday party there in August and was very impressed. Only thing I may complain about was $15 for a pizza. We reserved the party room and had our own lane. I had more people show up than we planned for that wanted to bowl but we were able to just add another lane and bowlers very easily. Our hostess was great and checked in often. At the end what I thought would be a huge bill because we doubled bowlers from what was planned but they added it VERY reasonably and was much much apprecia

Overall very poor customer service. Incredibly poor service from the bar staff took our order and never came back. I served us our own food after it sat on the bar for over 5 minutes. The cook walked out to smoke in the middle of cooking our food. They also had a deal to bowl 3 games for $5 but wouldn't allow to do that deal over an hour before closing and charged us $4 for one game. I would rather drive to Kalamazoo than support a business that has such poor service.

Not super busy for a Saturday, so it was very nice getting in and out. Paid for 2 games on 2 lanes. so we had a bit of a rude response when we asked why our lane was turned off 4 frames from the end of the 2nd game. We asked the associate at the counter and she was snappy with a response, then walked away with no answer or what she was doing to resolve it. so I went back to my lanes. Waited a few mins then went back up, and she was rude again. Saying we had to many people on 1 and not the other so she was t

Pretty nice since they remodeled! Laser tag is new. I like cosmic bowling black lights.

I am very disappointed in the service and experience I have received today. There was a malfunction with the lanes my family and I were using; every other bowl we had to report to the front desk due to this issue. I asked why does this continuously happen? In response I was told by a heavy set Caucasian male with sandy blond hair I have no idea. Finally we were switched two lanes adjacent: Shortly after being switched the problem continued. Upon speaking with the manager ?Becca? and her co worker , the hea

Just gets more disappointing each time we go!!! Employees don't know what they are doing.... only half of the games in the arcade actually work correctly.... Saw a big argument between an employee and family of a young man with Autism. The employee was rude to him and treated him horribly. The police ended up being called! Just not a good experience

They apparently got rid of tokens and tickets. They had to count my tickets I had saved up by hand and the record sheet of tickets they had on people from previous visits went missing so you've lost what you had, you don't get to experience the excitement of winning tickets anymore which completely put me off wanting to play arcade games there anymore. We purchased an hour game and were told if we hadn't finished by the time our time was up she could extend it so we could finish our game but with 3 frames l

if i could leave 0 stars, i would. horrible place. would never want anyone to give their money to this staff. a friend and i went to go watch our friends who are on the bowling team during cosmic bowling (they paid for our lane), and after being told by the cashier that i did not have to pay if i was not bowling, a staff member confronted my friend and i and demanded that we pay $20 for a wristband. when i asked why we needed to pay for sitting there, he said because we need a wristband and could not give m

Worst approach conditions I've ever experienced in the state tournament. Could hear every step taken behind the approaches which caused zero slide on the actual approach. Will never bowl here again.

Smart way to go for birthday parties in town. Lots of room, and plenty for the kids to do. The staff is quick to respond, although some efficiency could be improved. For the most part, it was a fun time and we finished the night under budget.

Not prepared for a tournament of close to 300 people food orders backed up WWAAAYYYY too many rules implemented, no room for anyone's equipment just an overall mess

I took my daughter and her friend here for a fun day. We played two games of bowling, the arcade and laser tag. The laser tag arena is amazing. It's huge, lots of obstacles, lots of space and cool colors. I'm glad the owner talked the adults in to playing. Him and his family were there and were very friendly and all the staff was super nice and kind.

Good people, good famliy fun. Lots to do with laser tag and bowling. And soon a panic room...a must go place in battle creek.

Went for my nieces bday party. They paid a lot of money to be in the party room. There were leagues going on with hundreds of people. No social distancing! The loud speaker was so loud we couldn't even enjoy our party or hear each other talk. Thought that was supposed to be why it was so expensive, so we didn't have to be in the hubbub and crowd. Pop got spilled and our server was told. Boone one came to bring towels or mop. She was apparently told a second time, still nothing. Half an hour later I go to b

Always a fun place to take the kids! Bowling, laser tag, arcade games! The only downfall is since Covid-19, you no longer play with coins at the arcade. It is now a card you swipe. The tickets go on the card, instead of printing out on the spot of winning. Kind of changes the fun in it. But it was still worth it!

Bowleros, albeit a smaller bowling alley is a very nice place. I've been to here on numerous occasions and all were great. Their small arcade mixed with bowling and the Laser Tag is perfect for a family or friends outing. Food is tasty too in my opinion. Prices are high but it's normal for businesses such as this. Overall, very nice place and will continue to receive my business!

Outstanding service! We went there for bowling and got the hangout plan. The food was very good and everyone was very polite and professional. We called to inquire about the escape room and they went out of their way to make sure we could attend the attraction. We will definitely be back! The staff there is awesome.

personally i think this is a great place to have a good time with family and friends. the staff were amazing to me and helped me out with any questions i had. the kitchen food was amazing.

Staff is unfriendly. They make you pay just to sit here. If you don't want to bowl, they make you pay $20 just to sit and be in the building. They told us we couldn't be in here, wanted us to wait outside in the cold while its 3 degrees. They also left alcohol bottles on our table with minors and didn't clean it up. Very unsanitary

Love this place, it's very clean and spacious. The staff were absolutely amazing, they were very friendly specially Devin. The food was good and inexpensive. I highly recommend this place.

I enjoy this bowling alley in battle creek. Lots of updates. Food was tropical bar food but good! They have something for everyone will go again.

Staff is very friendly and attentive. VR is amazing! Beat Saber is one of my favorite games to play here at $6 for 15 minutes or $10 for half an hour. I will be updating this review once I have participated in the escape room and laser tag.

Plus: Lots of lanes. Minues- Parking is a bit rough, a back door is much needed. Too screaming uncontrolled kids in the arcade area. Parents!! Video games r not a babysitter. Too long of a line for food that's burned and all deep fried.

Worst customer service ever!! No one willing to help, or resolve issues. Lane kept glitching, not returning the balls, had to get help many times throughout our games. Asked for our money back $48 for 2 games!!! The staff said they can only give us instore credit. Why would someone want instore credit when they will not ever be returning? DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

The bowling was fun but the Zap Zone arcade was ridiculously priced for it being so small. The Zap Zone in Lansing has better prices and deals. Not worth the money at all. The prizes were junk also. I ordered pretzel bites and they were hard and nasty so that was a waste of another $8. Will not be returning to this place. Giving 2 stars only because the bowling was enjoyable.

I would give it more but it just needs updated so bad. We go there all the time, and the guy working the desk is awesome. He's really the reason they get so many stars lol they have been saying for almost a year it was going to get updated. They put in a couple pieces of new carpet but didn't finish it. Seating is really uncomfortable for bowling, and not enough. There are 4 seats for 2 lanes. Unless you sit up top, which is really inconvenient. The lanes also break down a lot.

Went to laser tag around 3 a few weeks ago and when I got there they didn't have a laser tag worker until 4. The worker was late too. Call before to see if they have someone working laser tag so you don't show up to no one working it. The laser tag area is very nice but the we did not receive good service or any until 4:30.

Had alot of fun. Great for families and adults !

I left a very bad review awhile ago, but this place has turned it around!!! It's amazing how the atmosphere changes when a bad manager is replaced! I love Bowlero now. The bowling staff is young but nice and knowledgeable. The bar staff is wonderful. We come here a couple times a week now. Recommend.

Everyone went above and beyond to make our daughters birthday party fabulous. Birthday party room was amazing, music was geared to age group and hostess was so accommodating! Loved our experience.

This place is a complete joke!!! Since the day my daughter started working there, they "lost" her tax paperwork for 2wks. Had her redo the paperwork only to find the original documents laying in plain site where all staff had access to her SSC # and personal information. They lack management presence and a staff of late teenagers that are left to deal with adults that have been over served alcohol. After having drinks thrown on her by drunk patrons my daughters hours were cut from 5 days to 1 day per wee

They had the volume so loud on their speakers, I ended up in the hospital due to an inner ear problem. After leaving my ear started crackling, then 2 days later it led to an infection and all my balance is gone. There is no feasible reason the lady on the microphone should yell into the mic so loud it ruptures my ear. She was screaming at kids to "get back, 1 at a time!" But yelling it like a angry mom, with no regard to anyone else's safety. She injured me and now I'm paying for it... Literally. The e

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?
