It's pretty incredible, amazing staff, great value, and incredible food. The bar makes wonderful drinks. It's definitely a wonderful place from family night or even a wonderful date night. The bowling was fun, super incredible staff , even a pretty fun arcade for kids too grown ups reasonably priced prizes for fair amount of ticket's
SUPER impressed with the new Bowlero in lancaster!! We haven't been there in so long because it was so run down. But the new owners and renovations are beautiful! The staff went above and beyond to make my son's birthday perfect! Our server Meonni was a constant presence making sure we had everything we needed. The manager was so sweet always checking in as well. They even gave us the sweetest thank you card which is such a personal touch you dont get most places. I would come back just for the staff but li
Awesomeness! Lots of fun and fantastic deals! The Manager Dawn and Melyssa, one of the Best Servers ever, hooked me up with the Summer Season Pass! It's an amazing deal that's already saved me lots of money! With $5 Arcade use every visit and 15% off on food items! And that's in addition to two free games of bowling with free shoe rental every day!
Always a great time when we come here. The atmosphere is lively and inviting. The food has significantly improved and is much better tasting. Typical bar type, food wings, fries, pizza, etc. The bar is decent. The pool tables are well kept and provide a lot of enjoyment. The arcade is managed well. Machines are in good condition. Clean the mechanics on staff. Definitely do a good job at keeping them running. The lanes are spacious and the areas are always clean. They run smooth for the most part and if ther
Bowlero is a fun place to go to for groups there were 16 of us in my family for a birthday party and we got two lines and it worked out perfectly! The food was blah but it worked out for something to snack on while we were there! Played good music and loved the night laser effect a lot of fun and we cannot wait to go back!
Unfortunately, when you go here to bowl, expect to be told to leave. it's a bummer because at all times you want to bowl They have a league here taking up all 32 lanes for about six hours. It's really quite frustrating. Just recently, I purchased a premium summer pass that says you can bowl without any exclusions. The only exclusion is every single day the league is here bowling all 32 lanes. Wish i could rate zero stars!
I had a birthday party there for my son and dawn went above and beyond to ensure everything went well! We appreciate her so soo much and had a blast!
Customer service is friendly and helpful! They always have promotions and good deals. Fun place to hang out!
The pricing is unreasonable. The only specials are only for after 8 or 9pm. This makes Brunswick no longer family friendly for those with young children. and like others have mentioned the leagues constantly take up all the lanes. If you want to remain open in the long term, you really need to change your business strategy. There is no way Brunswick will remain open in the AV if you continue with this business strategy.
Excellent venue for large group events! We recently hosted our company bowling tournament here with over 80 people. The staff was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any lane issues. The food service was great, with items being replenished promptly throughout the event. Everyone on staff maintained a friendly and helpful attitude, which really added to our experience. Sam and Jocelyn were excellent and made this event run smoothly. We appreciate all their help. Perfect venue for corporate events
They also have by the hour pool tables
The front counter person wasn't really pleasant. However, the service staff and bar staff were exceptionally sweet and kind. We had pizza and drinks which were all really good. The arcade was fun, and bowling was a blast. It got pretty busy and loud after 6ish, but everyone was having a good time and kept things family friendly. The kids can't wait to come back.
Had a great time bowling. Never been to bowling alley in the antelope valley so it was a good experience. The atmosphere was good and so were the snacks. Had a great time with family.
Went to a Veterans event there. Bowling lanes not working, pizza not cooked to standards. Awful experience, people smoking weed outside, very trashy nasty place. Don't recommend this place at all.
Cool wit family or friend's & the food is pretty good??. If you like Fried Cauliflower ??????????You need to swing by and grab some - I had the Garluc Parnesean Cauliflower???????? add Ranch & Buffalo Sauce????. I just popped in for a drink and appetizer????. Appetizers under $7.00 and drink special for $7.00, but my drink was $12?? (Berried Alive Lemonade -Absolute Grapefruit, BOLS Triple Sec, Strawberry Puree, and Lemonade??- Add Grenadine, Pinapple Juice, 3 Cherries, and have the Day You Derserve??????).
For Father?s Day we took my husband and family to Bowlero and had a great time! Bartender Kodi was absolutely awesome! Kodi gave excellent customer service and was very polite, kind and made all of us feel very welcome! I definitely recommend visiting Bowlero and bartender Kodi!
I don't personally bowl but I come here with my wife and she says the lanes are terrible. Always breaking down and the overall technology is just behind. On the plus side, food is really good and prices are not bad based on the current food rates. Customer Service is not good at all....and that based on several people who are helping with this review.
The environment is clean and inviting. There are games for all levels of bowling as well as a mini arcade and a handful of pool tables. The mixed drinks are good, the staff is friendly, and this is my favorite food item when I go every time. Can't wait til we can get back in there!!!
The staff was friendly and the lanes were clean, , food was good going back next week
My kids love it so much we bought them the summer pass. What a deal that was! Bowling, arcade games, and discounts for food/drinks! Bring on the birthday party tomorrow! We can't wait for round 2. We did one for the friends and now for the family time!
Had a really great time with my family. Great place to take your kids and staff was very friendly.
Needs to fix lanes ,keep making pits in my new ball, I bought a new ball that has 1" chunk taken out of .left it with u to fix for 2 weeks .got it back with nothing done to it.spent $200 very unhappy
Had a great time with family and friends for my birthday?? the food was awesome the Bowlero was perfect ??
Workers nice, alley clean, recommend if looking for something to do
Had our soccer team party there . The 2 girls that were assigned to us were amazing. The kids had a great time.
By hand the best experience!!! The staff was extremely nice and let me finish the bowling game i had and was nice enough to print out my score!!! Wow. Over and beyond with the experience i had. Was really nice and provided an amazing deals for unlimited bowling!! ?? highly recommend this place. Had my great experience during the night of 8-8-2024
I had fun. Food and lanes were reasonably priced. I wish they had more arcade machines! Most were out of service.
Very fun had a blast of a time. Nice and friendly staff as well. I must say the snack bar is ridiculously expensive, I believe it was about $4.04 for a small soda. All in all love this place.
Me and my daughter went here. Great place relaxed . the folks who worked there were great. Will go again when im back in town
I will be going back there in the future. Me and my Family had soo much fun.
When I went there was tournament happening. I was not able to bowl. They have a pool table section with about 15 tables. That was a good alternative. They also have an arcade. That would have also been something else to do. Overall I liked the environment. It's a nice place to hang out in the AV for the entire family. Next time I'll just make sure to check the calendar if there's any event happening.
The place could use a deep cleaning, but it's not too bad. They need a better selection of lightweight balls for young kids. They have 6lb balls, but the finger holes were all too small for my daughter (no, she doesn't have fat fingers)
Good night entertainment for groups of friends.
Reasonably priced and nice inside!
We used to come here all the time with our passes, but after a break we came back to the update which has been awful. Each lane has projector screens playing ticktok garbage and its incredibly distracting and annoying. Its like having keys jingled in your face the entire time and its very condescending. Other than that they let the league book all week late into the night, causing the weekends to be absolutely slammed with normal people and making it nearly impossible for hard working people to come in afte
It's a great place to hang out and kill time while waiting for friends to get off work! The staff treated me great. Stefany is also good at her job as well! I don't drink but I enjoyed watching her make drinks! Management was kind and treated me on my way in as well.
It's very nice, but they layout sucks. It definitely isn't very handicap or stroller friendly. There's ramps to go down to the bowling level, but it's all blocked by people bowling. The major plus of this alley is their pro shop. The guy is super helpful and nice+
Super fun our family really enjoyed this place. Food was great also
Kailee is an amazing server! Watching her run back and forth and keeping tables clean. She is very friendly and attentive. Glad to see new employees that work hard
The party package was a great deal at the right price. The majority of the staff was great and attentive. There were issues with the game cards that were not quickly addressed and should have been handled differently. There was an issue getting a cake that came with the package. They offered us ice cream as a replacement, at first. I thought that to be a weird suggestion as a replacement for a cookie cake. I also thought it was weird to not set aside and have prepared everything for a prepaid party. Last, a
Great place to bring the family when it is not league bowling time, so definitely call and find out if lanes are available. Pool tables, arcades, bowling lanes, food and beer. I had fun and I'll be back with my kids. Thank you.
Honestly this center has done a full remode and it looks fantastic! The managers are great but I live the staff. They make sure you feel welcomed and check on you often. Keep up the good work everyone!
Overall great experience! Girls at the desk are very informative, we had a spill they came immediately to clean up, four stars only because it was so HOT in there like you were in a oven! Place is well kept clean servers are great!!
UPDATE: Tried again, had a better experience this time. I haven't seen the problem so I guess it is a good thing.
The food area was quante, only one employee, but wasn't an issue. He was on it! Dude told me what was available cuz I forgot my glasses. Ordered the 2 dogs and fries with drink. Good stuff. Grilled right then and there, bread was grilled too. Large pool hall area, and of course nice lanes. There's a game room too and pro shop. I liked it. ??
My family and I were here Friday night and blackouts kept happening. Although this wasn't the experience we were hoping for, Sammy, at the front desk, handled the situation well. There were many people upset and yelling at her, Will and Tory and they kept their composure and were able to handle the situation while managing to be kind and friendly. The blackouts were out of their control and sucks that it happened the one time I came out with my family but Sammy, Will and Tory convinced my wife and I and we?
We celebrated my son's birthday here on June 18th. We had a great time. The food was yummy. Staff was very courteous. We will be back.
Really nice place, but absolute rude workers. Payed 50$ and didn't even get to finish 2 turns in the second game. Lane had issues. Ordered fries that took over 40 min, and by that time we were so frustrated we left our lane and didn't want the fries. The guy told me pretty much too bad on the refund on them. The fries were literally in a pool of oil? soup at that point. Will never return and would never suggest this place. Only sweet worker was a girl named Vanessa.
So many years have passed since I've stepped into these halls. Bowlero did it justice and updated it very nicely, the staff is very nice and super helpful going out of their way to treat our party with upmost importance. Yeah the price are a bit on the high side and would be the one thing I'd change but overall the experience was top notch.
Business cleaner inside, yet dark...too dark. The Mrs. missed a step due to this and hit her head in her fall. Reflectors? Steps with caution striping? The parking lot needs fixing for a better first impression. Yet, the lanes were in excellent condition. The overall appearance of the interior is much improved.
I've been going here for years and absolutely love them, they have good security, good amount of balls, and lane availability. My one critique is the price. Just bowling two games cost close to $50 with a shoe rental. Which is like under 45 minutes. I wish they had things like memberships, season passes, or something of the nature. Not to mention their food is also really good.
For the main location and area of people (if that makes sense) it's pretty good. I would say the bowling part is better in Palmdale and customer service is WAY BETTER in Palmdale. The only thing that really beats in Lancaster is the arcade. I can admit the games are better and actually work. But I can do w/o the rude employees giving faces and attitude because they don't do their job in the first place.
The bowling experience was amazing. The food was great except the pizza it was burnt on the edges and tasted a little funky like cardboard
Stefany and Toni helped do much and made our Northrop event so much better and help it be so much rememberable than anyone one here can! They held it down when it was 100+ of us here for Northrop. They did their job and got everything done in a nice manner. Brian helped us out after they left and made an exceptional replacement for their absence and helped us out even more than he should have been each any every one of these helpers should be paid more than they make now. They have been the best help they
Clean, lots of parking, fun place for all ages and accessible.
Do not bowl here terrible service . Our lane kept breaking down and it would take forever for anyone to help. We couldn't even finish all the games we paid for because the service was so bad . When I asked for a refund for the remaining games they only offered credit. Why would I want to comeback when your service is no good ? Anyways I do not recommend.
This place is great for friends to hangout, families to have fun, or a just because kinda day. I took my son "3" and we had a blast in the arcade and even more fun blowing. For the less skilled bowler we had bumpers and a roller to help guide the ball towards the pins.
I went into Bowlero Lancaster yesterday night (Wednesday September 20th). I've bowled all around California and this alley by far has the best customer service. The lanes were oiled perfectly, the food was better than most bowling alleys and Sammy took great care of my family and I. We will definitely be back soon!
Great leagues, fun and bar.
Love the management here! There was an issue and Sammy helped out and was super accommodating. The staff was amazing but Sammy went above and beyond to make our bowling experience fantastic! We'll be back!
Lots of fun, but the night was pretty expensive for 2 adults and 1 small child to bowl 2 games + pizza and beer. $130 ?? The pizza was tasty, the beer selection made us happy, and the numerous screens were fun to watch.
Had a good time here. Only compliant was that we ordered food and took about 45 minutes to come. Apparently it was due to having a large food order for a party. I really just wished I would have been informed of this before I placed my order.
We took our nieces last Saturday and we had a really good time. Awesome customer service, everyone was friendly, they really enhanced our good time. Plenty of lanes available, we will definitely return there. Would recommend walking in, it is cheaper than reserving.
Great crew in the pro shop.
Pretty pricey for a slightly below average bowling alley. Only pluses are the lanes we're oiled nicely, arcade is nice, food selection is good. Seemed like it was managed better when it was Brunswick sands or whatever. Only have even sized balls from 8 and up and they have weird hole patterns with two sizes on one ball for the same thumb. Fingers are two big and thumb is too small, or thumb is too big and fingers too small. Lane hardware and software is very old versions and doesn't work great. We kept havi
The bowling alley was clean and presentable. 32 lanes is a decent size. The staff seemed very attentive and service was great. The only bad thing is that the facility is on Sierra Hwy which is not the best area in town but hey, it's LanCompton where we probably have more shootings now than Compton ever had back in the day... But no hookers or homeless people were around the facility because they keep the place clean...That is a good thing. More places like this can really change the dynamics of the area an
Went with a group for a party. Food was okay, arcade is expensive. As far as bowling- the lanes were over oiled, a Member of our group was bothered about their personal bowling shoes from Brunswick because the bottom was green, we were very strangely asked about what card we used, and were asked to pull our mask up over nose while we had food and drinks, but saw no one else doing the same approached at all. Felt very much like the manager thought we were going to be a problem. The rest of the staff had gr
Went on a Friday night with some friends for a birthday. We had a great time and service was well... Initially I was planning on calling in and renting two lanes for 8 people with a pizza or two for 9pm that night, just in case it was really busy. I was almost thrown out of my seat by the asking price to reserve, to be paid ahead of time, and no refunds. For what I stated above, they were asking $10 shy of $400 ... there was a $65 "event" fee hidden in there and it was max 2 hours of bowling, strict time f
My husband and I had super fun we bowled and shot pool we ate noches and had cocktails the cocktails were delicious and we loved it The bowling lane was a little glitchy but they made up for it by giving us 6 free passes to come back so it more than made up for it we had our first date here 5 years ago and we where finally able to go back n have fun so we where super happy. It's a great place to go on Friday night we bowled all night for only $47. So that was awesome
Had a lot of fun wasn't crowded service was perfect all the employees were very respectful an helpful they have a lil pizza place there that was really good all in all I would definitely recommend going there
The atmosphere was good and the staff were very friendly but we had terrible wait times and our food was served raw or still frozen! I had ordered chicken tenders and a large order of garlic Parmesan wings, the tenders were raw and the wings still frozen in the middle previously cooked. So disappointed with the food here. Otherwise had a great time but they are charging a covid surcharge on everything.
Great Service and Friendly Staff... I recommend for a great night out! My daught and I had a Blast. Thank you!
Everything was great there and the people were friendly. The only small issue I had was that the signage was confusing for where to pickup the food/drinks (which ended up being brought to the lane when it appeared I was supposed to pick it up, after walking back and forth multiple times). Otherwise the lanes were clean/newer in appearance, everyone was pleasant, and the bowling enjoyable.
Had a birthday party for my son over the weekend and it was the worst experience ever! Unorganized would be an understatement for the staff here. Party was scheduled from 3-5, but didn't get my lanes until 330. Only had 2 booths for people to sit when we really needed 4. Had to ask for balls for the kids, bumpers, and things that were supposed to be included in my party package that weren't given to me. Let's talk about food, our party hostess told me when she put the pizzas in and I went and ordered e
Friend has his daughter's birthday here. Staff was friendly and personable. Pizza was actually pretty good. Don't bother buying beer in a bottle, it's the same price for a mug just about twice the size.
They didn't have my shoe size so I had to wear clown shoes. The bar had only a small selection to choose from, although this could just be bad timing. It was fun over all
Ordered fried and a water bottle at 5:10 and it is currently 5:40 and I am still waiting on fries! My game is literally overer and the food person did not care at all. The lane kept messing up and giving us one try to bowl and would reset on its own. Someone else just asked for a refund for their hotdog so I know I'm not the only Person upset. I never write reviews but this is ridiculous !
They were very kind and understanding when we had rude lane mates and even offered us a few free games to make up for it. The employee named Kris was very kind and polite and dealt with the issue appropriately and calmly.
Sammy(management) is really rude and made my family feel very uncomfortable. She clearly didn't want us at this establishment and found any way she could to make our experience difficult. She didn't want to schedule my family for a time to bowl she told me wait at the establishment for 3plus hours and keep an eye on the lanes myself for availability. So basically if someone walked in even though I was there they could go before me even though I wasn't leaving the establishment. If you call that establishmen
Booked a party for my son's 12th bday. Booking process was smooth. Come the day of...horrible. Tori was our event host. But she did not do that. She was no where to be found. Our table for food and drink was placed at the snack bar. Patrons thought they can walk up and help themselves to the table. We requested more cups since patron's took our we paid for and were refused. We tried finding Tori to move the table, had front desk page her and no response. So my husband had to guard the table and miss out on
The food service is extremely, extremely slow. All other aspects are good.
Absolutely awful!!!! I've never been treated worst then recently. Me and some friends were bowling and by the 3 game 3 of our friends got tired so the rest of us decided to play for them. During that game the manager came up already in a bad mood you can tell and said we are kicking you out when we respectfully explained that we were playing for them . Since our friends were done they put there normal shoes back on us who were playing had or play shoes on . We said oh sorry what If they put them back on eve
My family and I had a good time. The staff were nice. It wasn't busy for a Saturday night, which was great.
Had a great time it's awesome for family time on any day of week ??????????
So glad its open again, under new company Bowlero so hopefully this center gets renovations that are long overdue. Customer service is better but attitudes/laziness from few spoil it. Food in snack bar is improved and liked but the wait time before its served needs improvement bad. Gayle is a rockstar, go-getter and great manager. Every shift she carries more than her share and without her presence it would sink fast.
Great place to go with the family and friends ? ????
Bartender sucks literally paid over $30 for 3 drinks ON AN EMPTY STOMACH yea I wanted to feel it. Didn't even get a buzz but the games and quality time were awesome as always great full spend more on bowling don't waste at Bae bring your own buzz??
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
