I absolutely love this bowling alley! I'm here often, and every visit is a great experience. The atmosphere is fun and welcoming, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a game. The lanes are well-maintained, the facilities are clean, and the overall vibe is just fantastic. What really makes this place stand out is the amazing staff. They are always friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great time. Whether you're a serious bowler or just here for fun, they make you
I love this Bowling alley, its been here for ever! And yet the ly have been able to update and upgrade as time goes by. Still have an excellent staff who are so nice and welcoming! Plus the food is awesome! My go to for a night of bowling with friends or family!
AVOID The employee Serenity if you can. We had a huge birthday party for our disabled niece. We called ahead for permission to bring her a birthday cake. SERENITY HOUNDED US FOR 15 MINUTES. She questioned our party as if we had brought in illegal drugs. She was RUDE, totally unprofessional and ultimately passive aggressive to our family. My disabled niece and her Dad come every week and they are always treated like this ....last time. She should be immediately terminated!
The summer pass is a great deal with two free games each day. The service is great and the drinks are delicious. I highly recommend for people to come to this location!!
The food was not so great, the service was slow. Bowling was fine, though the seating is a little off. We had 6 people. I was unable to buy another pitcher of soda because it only was with the pizza deal. The lady who told me was so admitted about it, like if I was asking for it for free. I was trying to BUY another pitcher, not sure how that was difficult for her to understand. The one cashier was so sweet and felt bad for how that other lady spoke to me. There's good service and then there's bad service.
We celebrated 8th grader graduation here. Good place, all students enjoy bowling & archade.
Yeah? don't waste your time or money. Joined a league for fun?huge mistake. Total money grab. You'll barely finish one game, even if you rush. Staff? No urgency, no effort. Need water? Not happening. No fountains, no bar water, no outside bottles?nothing. Make it make sense. Had a scoring issue. Employee said they'd check with the manager?then ignored us all night. Classic. Championship night? A joke. We paid to play but couldn't even finish two games. If you want overpriced drinks, zero service, and a
Fantastic experience! We threw our daughter?s sweet 16 here and it went perfectly. The staff were super attentive, the place was amazingly clean, and the food was delicious. They had a blast and it was so nice just to schedule it online and have everything handled.
Celebrated our daughter's birthday here, fu. Ti.es and the staff were super helpful and on top of everything! Would definitely do it again!
One of the worst customer service experiences from the manager cam and a couple other staff at this location. The attitude presented from the front staff and first impressions is horrendous. I will not visit another bowlero establishment again after my experience. Helping customers if an issue arises is part of good service, but definitely not this locations motto. Also the smell when you walk in and bathrooms here particularly reek of uncleanliness. I recommend visiting elsewhere.
Decided to go bowling after decades. Was told it was $7.99 a game only. Not per person. Wasn't told the prices varied by times of day. Bowled three games rented two pairs of shoes for $76.00, really? What family can afford these prices? Serenity or any staff should explain prices are per person and times when they go higher. Had I been properly informed, I could have compared other activities. They don't offer senior rates and won't allow groupon until 24 or 48 hours after purchase. Unbelievable, and what a
It feels like they really really understaff here. Been a packed house since 12, was their til 4pm. 2 people were working, that's so crazy to me. It also seems like the people that are here are super stressed out. Also don't like the morning managers attitude.
Pleasantly surprised! It was a lot of fun! They played awesome music, all of the employees were friendly, everything was working properly (including all the games in the arcade) and it was clean! The only complaint is that you are not allowed to bring in your own Bday cake or any other drinks or food. The funnel cake fries I ordered from there were overcooked and too hard to even eat. So if you are forcing customers to purchase your food there it should atleast be edible. I do also see it being an issue if
This location is awesome! I love the new menu and the lanes are great! The staff was super friendly and I think I'm going to get the summer pass!! ??
This place is pretty cool and I love the staff. The food is delicious and they have a summer season pass deal going on right now that is awesome!
Nice place, freindly staff, good pro shop. Good deal om summer passes! Drinks are a little pricey
The staff are always friendly and the atmosphere is so chill and fun! Love this place. Great discounts for handicapped patrons.
The staff is very friendly and I like to go here... My one wish is that they'd turn off the black lights for half the patrons. Not everyone wants to bowl like they're at a kids birthday party. I really don't understand the trend of this and having them on during the day. I liked bowling without blacklights when I was a kid so not sure why this is necessary all the time.
This place is great! Fully remodeled. Great service, set up and snacks. They even have buffalo cauliflower! Couldn't find a 9lb ball ?? but oh, well!
This bowling alley has a great vibe. This is mostly because of the customers. All of the staff seem a bit distracted or just not quite present. There are a few female waitresses running around that are incredible human beings though. They make this place great. I never really have a problem with the lanes, and the food is pretty good too. Highly recommend the spicy chicken sandwich. I frequent this place.
It was a fun experience, but it was also quite expensive. I particularly enjoyed the 100oz beer that was shared among four people!
The people here make the place amazing. Food is pretty good. Drinks are good. But I do have a problem. This bowling alley has not updated their bowling machines, probably ever. The amount of times that my ball didn't come back is extraordinary. Within a week of getting my brand new bowling ball the ball returner never gave me back my ball and the ball got damaged from it. The score boards also malfunction quite frequently. If you are on a league, you should pay close attention to it because sometimes it wil
Great summer special. $65 summer pass 2 free games every day until sept 1st
We were a huge group with kids and they were kind and put us down on the end so we had plenty of room. All the kiddos wanted lemonade and they were out. A little later, our server let us know they were going to get us some. That was so incredibly nice of them!! Although I wouldn't recommend the food, every other part of this place was awesome! Our server was so kind and was awesome at her job. We will be back!
This place was so much fun. The staff was amazing and friendly. The drinks where strong and filling as was the food. Good place to take your family or adult friends.
My son and his girlfriend went here for something fun to do during spring break. They had a really fun time and everyone was very nice!!
A picture perfect bowling experience for you and your friends and family.
We celebrated my 11 year olds bday here and had a fantastic time. August the manager was super friendly and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and even scrounged up some candles for us when we left ours at home. Food was good and plentiful, social distancing and masks were required but we still had a great time. We will be back. Thank you.
Had a blast with family in town. Very helpful nice workers.
Our lane kept having malfunctions ?? but other than that the food, gaming area and atmosphere was great !
A good time, but the tables for each lane are VERY close together, creating a very crowded experience. Worth bowling here with smaller groups.
Very fun time. Good prices and fun/family environment
Had a ton of fun? I scored my all time best here ??
We went to Bowlero on a Sunday for my son's birthday and had the BEST experience! I reserved our lane online and when we arrived they were ready for us. The host overseeing our reservation gave us our shoes, introduced the very friendly staff and gave us run down of where everything we would need was located. A welcome sign was at our table. Nice touch! The bowling lanes were bright and clean. We ordered drinks from the bar and they were well made and delicious! We also ordered and enjoyed the family platte
Great staff, clean facility. Bartender Mike is amazing!
I worked with James to get a surprise birthday party set up for April 2. He did not let us down. He and staff kept the food and drinks coming as promised. We will do this again. Thank you to all the hard workers at Bowlero S Kipling Lakewood. You we're fantastic
Got the summer pass, I am super stoked for when it starts. Was an amazing deal, especially in this economy.
Had fun with the family and got to enjoy teaching my 4 year old how to bowl.
We decided to try a new place tonight. Upon arriving was told it would 30 minutes, no problem. Can we order food and a drink, yes. All these people were very nice. Took a seat and waited after 8-10 minutes nobody had taken our drink order in the bar. There was nobody, so I went up front to the place we ordered food. She said she get someone. This is where the worst customer service I have had in a long time happened. Hunter shows takes other people's order's then asks us if we been helped. We tell him n
Great place to bowl, a little pricey
Would not recommend dude wit the tattoos always on a power trip every time I go never any good service just a bunch of dweebs who think they're the police
Overall, it was a great experience. I'm not 21, but the bartender working that night was amazing and treated all my friends and strangers so kind and with care. The place is huge too and has a nice little arcade. It's definitely a nice place to bring a group of friends:)
Had my grandson's 5th Birthday party here. Nice atmosphere, very attentive and friendly staff. Will definitely go back
Still one of the best managers in town. Takes care of league bowlers and open bowlers, and understands the importance of both.
It's a cool alley prices are little pricey tho, we bowled 4 games with 3 people and total was around $120 with the shoe rental
Food is overpriced and made poorly the staff doesn't know anything about allergies and The forks are set up in a way that everybody has to touch every fork to get one very gross ??
We had the best time here tonight. The inside decor was awesome. The lighting was really cool. The staff was very friendly and pleasant to interact with. Can I give them 5 stars for cleaning. In the few hours we were there I saw them clean the arcade, walls, tables, chairs, pictures frames, I mean everything. We will be back for sure!!
I'm very concerned about the mental health of the workers of this establishment. They seem paranoid and like they are being forced to do things against their will. That's the only explanation I can think of to explain why a grown woman, who is the manager, would deny my 1 year old son his veggie straws and goldfish crackers. That is not the rational of a sane human. Instead we were told to order him fried food options from the bar, with 0 healthy children?s options available. Are you mental? to tell a 1 yea
The worst place ive been too. Limited arcade place. No more billiards. There out of here. Service was crap. Waited 1 hour for a pizza after 10 o clock. One drink was 30 dollars for casa amigos amd red bull. Do not recommend for family or friends.
I'm not usually one to leave a Google Review, but the attitude of the staff at this location was mad disrespectful. They spoke to, and looked at, my whole party as if we were stupid and inconveniencing them by being there. I stood at the food counter to order something & one employee walked up to the register, opened his drink, took a sip, and walked away without acknowledging me. It didn't seem like anyone wanted to be working there. Weird vibes.
I should have known by the rude customer service there would have been and issue at this facility, but against better judgement we stayed and played a few games. I paid with a card and tipped in cash as I always do and woke up this morning to this lovely company giving themselves a tip on top of what was already tipped in cash. I hope everything checks their receipts from this facility.
Disappointed customer service is horrible wouldn't honor Groupon
Bowling for 5 people, 3 kids and 2 adults with their own shoes on a sat $110 ?? So once you get over the price, nice, clean bowling alley and the garlic, parmesan fries were yummy
we order food while we play. over AN HOUR later no food. I inquire to find out they deliver it to a different lane! lane 26 enjoys our food and all the manager does is REFUND WHAT WE PAID, that someone else ATE!!! do they do anything to make up for it , going to finish out game so we don't miss out on we paid for that and then we are leaving here. Basic customer service skills are missing! oh and by the way when checked on the status of our food they said five minutes.,,,, yah not even close!!!
Very wheelchair accessible! Everything is on a single level with no steps. Lots of room to wheel around the lanes and arcade. Food was good and service excellent. Tad expensive but isn't everything nowadays?! Only downside was that they didn't have any lower tables for us in the bar area so during our wait for a lane I sat at a bar height table in my wheelchair and felt really awkward. If go back but wait to eat until I get a lower table next to the lanes.
A great place, we had a lot of fun when we went and the check in process was very easy, but a little odd as was the process for reserving a lane. When you check in they ask for a photo ID and the card you paid online with. If you try to reserve a lane online, it's not an actual reservation, it's a request for a reservation and then the next day I got a phone call from Nancy that was required in order to proceed with the reservation and she reviewed all the packages and then said she'll email the proposal an
Great atmosphere for a birthday party.. Excellent service and staff. Prices are comparable to the other establishments.
Great place. Good food. Amazing staff.
Customers were rude, expecting us to move tables after we ordered food to that particular table. I alerted the employees of the aggressive behaviors of other patrons but there was no resolution for others poor decisions and rude actions.
The bartender charged me 30 dollars for a casamigo and red bull double and charged the full price for the red bull. That drink doesn't cost that much at the Nuggets game what a rip off. 30 dollars a drink at a bowling alley that's nuts.
Turned off our lanes bc an 8 year old child in our group, who has celiac, brought food with him. The Bowlero kitchen does not have a dedicated food space to prepare gluten free foods, per Serenity ?the manager.? Pretty sad to see in 2024 that large companies direct their employees to discriminate against protected ADA groups and don't provide enough training to their staff to follow simple laws.
I have had a horrible experience with my family at this location and the management James and the manager cam. They were horrible to deal with and I recommend you if you're looking to have some money, please go elsewhere because they will treat you better.
Here for Team Building ????? with Labor Works ??. Bowling ?? and Gameroom ?? kept our attention for a fun afternoon. Food was simple but tasty
Beautiful updated location, great bar and arcade, but the front desk staff will ruin your experience in a hurry. Would not recommend interacting with them except bare minimum. "Bowlero is confusing" was the answer given after asking why our small group was charged for individual pricing, no offer to fix, or even provide a credit on future games. Sadly, all the front desk staff was curt, not a 'one off'.
We had a great time bowling on a Saturday afternoon! It's a comfortable, traditional-style place with affordable games. My friends ordered snacks (which looked pretty tasty). It was quiet enough to have conversations in between turns, and everything was very well maintained and clean. Maybe in the future some plant-based options will reach the menu? A guy can hope!
Me and a bunch of my family came to this bowling alley to celebrate my step daughter's, and her husband's, birthday, as they are only 5 days apart. We had the best time ever. Hadn't been to a bowling alley in many years. The atmosphere was great. Was a Saturday night. Place was busy. Music playing at just the right level. Music everyone would enjoy. If you wanted to watch sports, while you were bowling, they have a TV over every lane, and even more in the background...even bigger. They have a game room to
Really really really watch your receipt when ordering food and drinks (look at some of the other reviews below). My husband and I ordered a couple of drinks and some French fries And unfortunately we were trusting that we were being charged correctly and we were on the food and drink order but this establishment also charges an 18% tip fee. I can see maybe charging that for an order on a group of 6 or 8 or 10 people but there was only 2 of us and nowhere was it posted or were we told that they charge an a
Fun place for my office Christmas party. Staff was friendly and professional..
Always have had issues with staff not knowing their own menu on several occasions. Recently there for my free league games. I give them my number before hand, they look it up and they'll add the two free games on after (bowling with someone else and more than 2 games.) Finish bowling and go to pay, they now mention I used them prior. (First time finding out they reset on Mondays not following our leagues day of the week.) They failed to inform me ahead of time charging me full price.
We had our child's 3rd birthday here. The staff was fantastic in setting up the party. We had a lane for the toddlers and lanes for the parents. It was a fantastic setup. The staff made sure we had all the food and drinks we could need. The staff was very accomendating of everything we asked of them. We will be considering them for more parties in the future. The facilities were clean and we were well spread out.
This place sucks. Staff was rude and very snotty. They screwed me over. I'd suggest not coming here ever. Thumbs down
Front desk people treats regulars like doo doo. Only kitchen staff and bartenders are good and keeping this place going.
Always busy but since you can get a reservation it makes checking in super easy. The place is clean, has a great atmosphere and the staff are attentive.
Great establishment with excellent facilities, but way overpriced in my opinion. I prefer Holiday Lanes on West Colfax.
We had a great time!! The first person that we got shoes from was terrific ! The bartender who took our food order was also extremely personable and was multi-tasking like a pro, until I found out after paying and tipping her that our itemized receipt that was underneath the credit slip had already charged us 18% gratuity and we were overcharged for our loaded fries that were supposed to be discounted as we bought them with the loaded nachos. $2.79 overcharged plus $20 tip in addition to a hidden gratuity
Had a good time. Staff was very friendly and nice.
We celebrated my son's 6th birthday here. Everything from the venue, to the staff/ service and food was great. Thank you for helping make a memorable day for us.
I absolutely love coming here!!! Their weeknight specials/deals are great and keep us coming back for more. The best part about this place is DEFINITELY the staff! They all seem to genuinely like being there, and are a super cheerful presence every time we come in, without fail. They have 40 lanes (I'm pretty sure). I only had to wait in line once, but that was a league night, so it made sense. Crazy how a bowling place can be busy 7 days a week, especially in this day and age, but I can see why this locati
We had a party reservation. Service was absolutely excellent & very attentive. Food was hot and pretty darn good. Fun atmosphere. Overall the service of our waiter and party attendant really impressed all of us in our family.
They are doing renovations which just messes with the vibe. Had to wait 5-7mins for a bartender to close us out, was nowhere in sight. $26 for 4 bottles of beer. Had to do bottles because they don't have a keg. The tables set up for bowling are annoying especially when they're are more than 4 bowlers on the next lane. Just too crowded for that many people.
I want to join a league there. I fill out which night I could bowl. But no one call from them. Very poor bring people in .
It's a decent bowling alley, not a trash hole, but there's room for improvement like the majority of good bowling alleys. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the lanes are clean. There was an odor in the men's room, kind of like a backed up sewer smell, that was gross. But the rest of the building was clean and well cared for. We enjoyed our games here.
Amazing ally. Lanes are extremely well oiled, staff is fantastic, and it wasn't too crowded.
This place has erratic customer service. On Tuesdays half the time the employees do their deals differently. One Tuesday we ordered 7 total tacos not realizing that they come in pairs and we were given 14 total tacos. We realized our mistake and the next time we were in we ordered 2 orders of tacos and received 1 basket with 2 total tacos. Get your employees consistent, or more details on your deals. Every time we come here the employees are in a bad mood and afraid of getting fired (one employee admitted
August (front desk/manager) assisted us mainly. He had exceptional customer service. Made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our time. Very accommodating with the change in our plans. The facility is the cleanest I've been to in all the bowling alleys I've been to in Colorado. Although this location is further from my home, we will be coming back. Thank you for making our visit enjoyable.
Danni and Jamie are awesome. The lane where super dry and they had Justin come and hook it up. If you want a great staff experience come here. They are all awesome!!!! Thanks a ton! Well the crew and I went back! We had an overall great time! We had a small problem with one of the counter staff. He was a bit aggressive toward us. ERIC the ops manager was all over it immediately. I thank him for handling it appropriately. It shows that they want the best experience for all customers at any time!! Keep up th
Fun time here our kids loved it staff is friendly
This place was okay. We came with our church group. It was so loud we could hardly hear one another and they have so many TVs that it is over stimulating. But the bowling was fun.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
