AVOID The employee Serenity if you can. We had a huge birthday party for our disabled niece. We called ahead for permission to bring her a birthday cake. SERENITY HOUNDED US FOR 15 MINUTES. She questioned our party as if we had brought in illegal drugs. She was RUDE, totally unprofessional and ultimately passive aggressive to our family. My disabled niece and her Dad come every week and they are always treated like this ....last time. She should be immediately terminated!

The food was not so great, the service was slow. Bowling was fine, though the seating is a little off. We had 6 people. I was unable to buy another pitcher of soda because it only was with the pizza deal. The lady who told me was so admitted about it, like if I was asking for it for free. Fantastic experience! We threw our daughter?s sweet 16 here and it went perfectly. The staff were super attentive, the place was amazingly clean, and the food was delicious. They had a blast and it was so nice just to schedule it online and have everything handled.

One of the worst customer service experiences from the manager cam and a couple other staff at this location. The attitude presented from the front staff and first impressions is horrendous. I will not visit another bowlero establishment again after my experience. Helping customers if an issue arises is part of good service, but definitely not this locations motto. Decided to go bowling after decades. Was told it was $7.99 a game only. Not per person. Wasn't told the prices varied by times of day. Bowled three games rented two pairs of shoes for $76.00, really? Pleasantly surprised! It was a lot of fun! They played awesome music, all of the employees were friendly, everything was working properly (including all the games in the arcade) and it was clean! The staff is very friendly and I like to go here... My one wish is that they'd turn off the black lights for half the patrons. Not everyone wants to bowl like they're at a kids birthday party. I really don't understand the trend of this and having them on during the day. I liked bowling without blacklights when I was a kid so not sure why this is necessary all the time.

This bowling alley has a great vibe. This is mostly because of the customers. All of the staff seem a bit distracted or just not quite present. There are a few female waitresses running around that are incredible human beings though. They make this place great. I never really have a problem with the lanes, and the food is pretty good too. The people here make the place amazing. Food is pretty good. Drinks are good. But I do have a problem. This bowling alley has not updated their bowling machines, probably ever. The amount of times that my ball didn't come back is extraordinary. Within a week of getting my brand new bowling ball the ball returner never gave me back my ball and the ball got damaged from it. We were a huge group with kids and they were kind and put us down on the end so we had plenty of room. All the kiddos wanted lemonade and they were out. A little later, our server let us know they were going to get us some. That was so incredibly nice of them!! Although I wouldn't recommend the food, every other part of this place was awesome! Our server was so kind and was awesome at her job. We will be back!

We celebrated my 11 year olds bday here and had a fantastic time. August the manager was super friendly and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and even scrounged up some candles for us when we left ours at home. We went to Bowlero on a Sunday for my son's birthday and had the BEST experience! I reserved our lane online and when we arrived they were ready for us. The host overseeing our reservation gave us our shoes, introduced the very friendly staff and gave us run down of where everything we would need was located. A welcome sign was at our table. I'm not usually one to leave a Google Review, but the attitude of the staff at this location was mad disrespectful. They spoke to, and looked at, my whole party as if we were stupid and inconveniencing them by being there. I stood at the food counter to order something & one employee walked up to the register, opened his drink, took a sip, and walked away without acknowledging me. I paid with a card and tipped in cash as I always do and woke up this morning to this lovely company giving themselves a tip on top of what was already tipped in cash. we order food while we play. over AN HOUR later no food. I inquire to find out they deliver it to a different lane! lane 26 enjoys our food and all the manager does is REFUND WHAT WE PAID, that someone else ATE!!! do they do anything to make up for it , going to finish out game so we don't miss out on we paid for that and then we are leaving here. Very wheelchair accessible! Everything is on a single level with no steps. Lots of room to wheel around the lanes and arcade. Food was good and service excellent. Tad expensive but isn't everything nowadays?! Only downside was that they didn't have any lower tables for us in the bar area so during our wait for a lane I sat at a bar height table in my wheelchair and felt really awkward. If go back but wait to eat until I get a lower table next to the lanes.

Customers were rude, expecting us to move tables after we ordered food to that particular table. I alerted the employees of the aggressive behaviors of other patrons but there was no resolution for others poor decisions and rude actions.

Turned off our lanes bc an 8 year old child in our group, who has celiac, brought food with him. The Bowlero kitchen does not have a dedicated food space to prepare gluten free foods, per Serenity ?the manager.? Pretty sad to see in 2024 that large companies direct their employees to discriminate against protected ADA groups and don't provide enough training to their staff to follow simple laws.

I have had a horrible experience with my family at this location and the management James and the manager cam. They were horrible to deal with and I recommend you if you're looking to have some money, please go elsewhere because they will treat you better.

Beautiful updated location, great bar and arcade, but the front desk staff will ruin your experience in a hurry. Would not recommend interacting with them except bare minimum. "Bowlero is confusing" was the answer given after asking why our small group was charged for individual pricing, no offer to fix, or even provide a credit on future games. Sadly, all the front desk staff was curt, not a 'one off'.

We had a great time bowling on a Saturday afternoon! It's a comfortable, traditional-style place with affordable games. My friends ordered snacks (which looked pretty tasty). Always have had issues with staff not knowing their own menu on several occasions. Recently there for my free league games. I give them my number before hand, they look it up and they'll add the two free games on after (bowling with someone else and more than 2 games.) Finish bowling and go to pay, they now mention I used them prior. (First time finding out they reset on Mondays not following our leagues day of the week.) They failed to inform me ahead of time charging me full price.

We had our child's 3rd birthday here. The staff was fantastic in setting up the party. We had a lane for the toddlers and lanes for the parents. It was a fantastic setup. The staff made sure we had all the food and drinks we could need. The staff was very accomendating of everything we asked of them. We will be considering them for more parties in the future. It's a decent bowling alley, not a trash hole, but there's room for improvement like the majority of good bowling alleys. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the lanes are clean. This place has erratic customer service. On Tuesdays half the time the employees do their deals differently.
