Specifically went here for the arcade. Purchased three 100 credit/point cards prior to noticing that TEN of the arcade games were Out Of Service. The ones remaining ?in service? were more geared toward adults/teens. The 9 year old birthday girl left with 50 points still on her card and was very disappointed.

Great place for activities for most ages. Yes bowling is pricey per game but the place was clean and not too crowded. Dart boards and pool tables were in rough shape but still playable. Nice seating area to the left of the entrance.

It's a nice facility. Arcade was ok, kids had fun for sure. I thought prices were a bit high. 9.99 per game plus 5.99 to rent shoes. Chicken wings were 16-17$ and you don't get a lot of them. We had fun but next time would maybe plan to go with a promo or something. Family of 4 spend just a little under 200$ in an hour and a half. I wasn't impressed with service model. You order and pay from a kiosk and they drop off the food and tip in advance. I tipped 20% and there was no check in or even verbal contact

We always have a blast here! Yes - it is expensive, but it's far worth it for its location in Lakeville and atmosphere.

Worst ever. Would think they could turn on there ac.. went for bowling for two hours. No air flow no ac and hot as hell. Than on top of that card machine difficult. What happen to walk up service. Suggest putting bigger fans in bowling areas

Had an awesome time bowling! They have a special deal where if you buy 2 games you get the 3rd one for $4 and you get a $5 arcade card that doesn't expire which was very useful considering I went with a group of 8, each one of us got a $5 card, on top of that the 3 games and you can really make a day out of it. I would not recommended for under 4 years olds as the games are really geared toward older kids with my son needing to sit on our laps for most driving games while many of the point and shoot games were definitely designed for older kids. Fun atmosphere! We love the arcade although the items to purchase with your winning tickets are pretty high. For example, 15 tickets for 1 little tootsie roll or another single small piece of candy like a warhead is a little much when taking into account not only the price to purchase play points but also having to purchase the game card first at $3.00 each. I had a great experience, the place is very clean, updated, offers ton of activities to both kids and adults, best bowling place in MN. It's a bit pricey, but I would recommend to check their special deals if cost is an issue.

Went for laser tag, after two failed games due to technical difficulties we got a refund. Waited over a half hour for drinks and a single app despite a lack of any sort of crowd (very good though when they finally arrived) and getting service at the bar was a struggle even with 3 bartenders and only 6 seats. Arcade was fun but many games were out of order. Definitely need to work on customer service. Laser tag employees were, however, very fun and helpful despite challenging circumstances.

Fun for bowling. Is a great bowling experience for all and for those who don't bowl very much 2 sessions is usually about enough. The food is decent. A little bit too expensive for what they serve in my opinion. The Burger tasted like they went over and got it from McDonald's.... blah.

Was a fun time. Kids had a blast bowling. The food we got wasn't our favorite, but would still go back. I liked that the bumpers came up automatically for the youngest kids when it was there turn, as well as the ramps. It was pretty expensive to be here, however we have a family of 7. Also food and bowling went on two separate tickets forcing you to tip twice.

Bowling here is quite expensive compared to other alleys in the south metro area. We paid about $28 each for 3 games, though we did get a $5 card for the arcade with that. They set the lighting low to make it seem like it's always midnight bowling, which I could see as being fun for like a work outing or a date night, but not for legitimately trying to bowl accurately. If you are a hook bowler, these lanes are the worst ive ever had the displeasure of bowling on. Almost 0 oil. And for the price, this place is about the worst idea you can have. Terrible facility, terribly maintained lanes, theres literally sand on the approach. DO NOT COME HERE

We hosted a surprise birthday party here for my future brother-in-law. We had such a wonderful time!! The service was amazing, the food great, and the laughs were endless!! A huge shout out to Megan that made the event so memorable!!! We also bowl here in a league on Wednesdays and this place has become so special to us, mostly because of the staff! I highly recommend!!!

We were here for a birthday and the staff could not have been more accommodating. Everyone was kind and helpful. We had fries, nachos, pizza and all of the food was reasonably priced and brought out quickly. Sometimes these fat thumbs have an issue finding a ball to use but they had plenty of options that worked for me We also stopped in the arcade and played a few games. I pretty much go there once or twice a month, I recently went for new years with a couple of friends and had a really good time. Played games with the kids. No problem. Have to purchase a 3$ card just to pay to load points on it. Should be built into the cost. Went to the bar and ordered mozzarella sticks, and they came out still frozen in the middle. They got me new ones, and again, a few of them we cold in the middle but at least not frozen. Second year that we've had my daughters birthday here. This was the big 13. Hard to impress this age. We had 5 choices of beverages that was constantly full as was our food. My kids liked the arcade. You can recharge the cards with tokens and save tickets too. The card recharge stations (they look like little ATMs) are very convenient.

It is a really nice place, as far as up keep, decor and cleanliness. The staff is really friendly as well. The arcade is very expensive and bowling with a larger group can be spendy as well. I'd say the only down side is the prices but other than that it is fun!

This place is great for hosting kids/adult parties. However this maybe on the pricy side when adding food. They offer few party options. They could price their party trays a little lower. The kids still enjoyed their time!

The staff and service is out of this world. Casey H and her staff was super attentative to us, and made sure we had the most enjoyable experience. There was a point in time where we forgot to add laser tag onto our bundle, but she made it right. I really hope she reads this as she really deserves the pat on her back for the exceptional service. Terrible experience for an 8 yr old. Many of the games were out of order. She wanted to pick out prizes. The lady closed it 20 minutes early. On a Saturday night?? Pool tables were stained, felt torn. What a dump it turned out to be. My granddaughter cried all the way home.

Nice environment, little pricey for bowling with 2 people. They should offer a time slot for bowling as an alternative to price per game. 2 people can bowl several games in an hour and it gets expensive.

Always a great time for the family at Bowlero! We noticed updates in pricing and balls this visit. The balls provided have 2 hole sets drilled. Enough balls to accommodate all ages. I'm giving this location a mid rating and here's why. What we always loved: Bowling and Arcade games are very clean, well maintained and up to date. Love it! What we don't like: Horrible food and beer is piss warm or tastes old. The place gets busy and feels super super under staffed. We ordered a pizza and it took 2hrs to get it. Always a fun place for my kids but eat at home before you go and... Pass on the beer unless you enjoy piss warm and old beer.

Very busy. Limited seating for bowling alley. Food was ok, nothing special. Video games/arcade require the purchase of a points card. Games take your points very quickly. Bathrooms were extremely dirty and no toilet paper or paper towels. Has its own parking lot with ample parking.
