The summer passes the greatest deal may be in existence I come here every single day and I absolutely love it. The people here are amazing. Marcy is the absolute best person I've ever been around and I love her so much and I couldn't do it without her. Also, the people are so hospitable and I absolutely love it here. We enjoyed our visit there with my mother, adult children and grandchildren. Marcy was very helpful and courteous. She was hands on with any help we needed along with her other employees. Great outing for company appreciation. I was an invited guest to a local company?s holiday employee appreciation event. The food and drinks were catered by Bowlero and I was pleasantly pleased. We had plenty of food for our party of 20 and there was plenty of food leftover. Bowlero Lakeland was great. They have many lanes and plenty of bowling balls of various weights and plenty of shoes. You can have young children use bumpers so their ball is not going in the gutter every time. The snack bar has a great variety of food, we loved the flatbread pizza and the pretzel sticks appetizer. They also have a small arcade but you need to purchase a card to use the machines with the least expensive card being $10. We had a great time and it made the rainy day pass away quicker.

We had my son's birthday there on 03/14/21. Manager was wonderful and very professional. Our waitress was sweet and on point. She also made amazing drinks. The rest of the staff was very accommodating. We had an amazing time bowling, playing games and pool in the little acarde.

We had a great bowling experience at Bowlero! Groupon had an awesome deal for 2 hrs of bowling and shoes ???? I would highly recommend if you have littles, get an additional lane, as the guard rails cannot adjust for each bowler. You either have to have them up the entire time, or down. Aside from that, our server was phenomenal, great music, very clean facility, and the game room was a bonus!

Stopped in to drop off a couple old balls to get counter balance holes filled, resurfaced, thumb opened up and new finger tip grips. I also needed to get a new ball drilled (Tim had it done in about 30 minutes). It was a good visit with the guys in the Pro Shop. Rolled a game with the new ball and headed home. Hard to believe during the mid afternoon on a Monday a game of bowling is $7.

Very expensive and dated. There were hardly any people yet they made us bowl right next to other people and use a table on the upper deck instead of close to the lanes when we had a big party and kids.

They handled our large party on a Friday night with ease, even though leagues had most of the lanes. Actually turned out to not be too expensive either.

Yesterday was the first time I've heard of this bowling alley and the first time I went . Environment was great for family food was amazing and staff was polite and informative . The place is nice but they give a terrible service. They ordered food and they served me something I didn't order. I didn't want to be rude. I tried to accept it but it was too salty and I told them they made me pay for it because I had tried it and they are very racist.

Today is the 2nd time I've been to this alley since moving to Lakeland. Completly surprised at how good the quality and taste of the food is! Never thought Boweling Alley food could be good. Our waitress was Amanda and she took care of my boys and was great to chat with. Clean, family friendly, and fun atmosphere. Bryanna is by far the best server in house. She knows her regulars and always knows their orders and for some already has them on the table before getting to the alley.

Awesome birthday party experience! We did a family party for 4 kids. We chose the ?turn key? option as Melissa called it. Plenty of food for everyone, 2 hours of bowling and the best cookie cake I think I've ever had. The package also included a full time attendant?we got Amanda and she was AWESOME! She was quick, kind, and attentive. The manager, Justin, was also very involved making sure we got everything we needed to get started. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Great birthday party for my 4 year old. Had a super time everyone loved the party and the staff was super attentive and efficient. They really went above and beyond for us. The food was yummy we had everyone take home some leftovers. Everything was really clean and super kid friendly.

Went and had a good time with friends. Things started kinda on a bad foot, the clerk at the reception desk was not very friendly and although we paid for the after party bowl, due to a league thing going on it was a bit dampened. However our server Amanda was amazing and spoke with the manager and we were moved to another lane and the lights turned out and music turned up and the evening was amazing. Had a large party for a corporate event and the original venue fell through. Bowlero Lakeland not only accommodated us on short notice but seemed genuinely happy to do so. Food was better than most alleys and bartenders knew their stuff. Bowling area was well maintained and clean.

I used the Pro Shop here, and bought a new bowling ball and bag from Tim. You will not meet a nicer person, Tim was so helpful he bent over backwards to help me make my selection. I had a wonderful experience Bowling. The service was great, and our server Amanda was always attentivene. Her attentiveness and friendly demeanor truly impressed us. We felt well taken care of throughout our meal, and Amanda's professionalism and genuine warmth added to the overall enjoyment of our experience. It had been 6 years before going bowling yesterday (too long) had lot of fun. We didn't have any problems with the lanes or computer everything worked great. The guy at the front desk was friendly. Will definitely try and go more often!

Will never be returning. Was told over the phone and in person 2 different, inaccurate prices and the grand total ended being more than that. $76 for 3 games for 2 people is crazy!! These employees need more training and need to know the prices within their establishment. Visited today with my husband and played a couple of games. The staff were super friendly and very helpful when one of arcade machines ate my tokens. Multiple arcade machines were broken, but not labeled out of order. They said they didn't own them, but seeing a review from weeks ago with similar complaint me think they need to get the vendor in asap. Concession seems overpriced and on par with movie theater prices, which I wasnt expecting. Will definitely be back in the future.

It's okay but not the best bowling place. The lanes are always dry and I mean always dry. My wife and I bought the summer passes for 2 free games a day and were told we can use them whenever we want because lanes are always open. What they did not tell us was that the majority of the lanes are reserved for tournaments or birthday parties. Bowling here is super fun with a small group or a whole crowd! I've been on Tuesdays & Saturdays and both are a great time. AMF offers accessible bowling options (ramps for rolling the ball, as well as gutter guards), so my family was able to bowl with our grandmother. Unfortunately, gutter bumpers can't be set per player, so we had to all use them. We always have fun but we played 3 games for 2 of us and it was $74! That is a crazy price to pay for bowling! We had fun and didn't buy anything except for the lane & shoes. The prices make it not worth it.

Yesterday? We made a reservation in advance, so all we had to do is walk in and give our names and we bowled for 2 hours. Food was ok. It was nice and clean. Only thing is there was only one cashier to get everybody?s food/drinks so you would have to wait in the line to order.

Me and my boyfriend went there to enjoy playing bowling. So we order food first and we was going bowl. The service was bad the staff in the food court kept looking at us like we were from Mars, yes we are black. So I think the experience there was not good and I will never go there no more . I move from, Orlando and I never seen so many races people in Lakeland it's unbelievable. Lakeland suck! Period??

Really good experience and good service. Only some of the tv screens were on which looked weird, and there are NO gluten free options here so you will have to keep that in mind. Half of my group needed to find food somewhere else, but the bowling was good!

Pricing on their website and actually hanging on the wall in the alley aren't accurate. They advertise a buy 2 get 1 free special with $4.50 games before 6 and $6 games after 6 on Fridays. We got there at 5 and were told the pricing is now $10 per game and premium pricing starts at 4. Not a small difference by any means, and the sign with the incorrect pricing was still hanging by the entrance.

Had such an amazing time on a weekend busy night. Staff was very accommodating. I had an arrange of ages of people in my family and it was good energy. Would recommend to anyone on Lakeland or someone who was visiting!

Shoutout to Serena for being the best! She always takes good care of us and the lane is always on point and perfect. They are always busy because they have different leagues going on, but I love to sit down and watch/learn from the leagues. Also, the food there is so so much better than other bowling places. However, it's a hit or miss when it comes to getting someone attention for your food orders. Overall, highly recommend coming here and enjoy fun nights with your family and friends.

So much fun. Clean. Good staff. Shoes were nice and new... But the balls are not as nice as winter hvn bowling alley my group all decided. If they had bigger finger holes or were nicer balls and flooring i wld say this place was perfect

Our family of 14 had a wonderful time bowling at Bowlero in Lakeland. The staff were very friendly. This was a short notice unplanned trip and the staff accommodated us and catered our food. We had pizzas and boneless chicken wings and unlimited soda drinks. The food was delicious and all my family members enjoyed it.

Game was fun? but I paid for 2 games they ended up charging me for 6. Then the lady demanded a second form of payment from me?. So both my bank and credit card charged me? I wouldn't come back to this location at all?

Had my daughter 17th July party on March 16th at 2pm. It was awesome. The decorations, food , was amazing. General manager was so nice and sweet her name was Serena. The Hostess was great, bri was her name. I Was just a little late, they was very nice about it and they started our party 2 hours at the time that we started bowling not exactly at 2:00 p.m. kept the food and drinks filled.
