We had an AMAZING time here! We booked a birthday party for our child and it was the best decision we could have made. Attentive, friendly service, up-beat atmosphere, and lots to do! We love Bowlero. ??

The quality of bowling here is pretty decent, most nights you can do unlimited for $20 shoes included. Staff is pretty friendly. Drink prices are fairly steep though in my opinion.

We definitely had a fun experience, unfortunately some of the games weren't functioning properly, which is why I gave the 4 star rating. This place is a money pit so be prepared to spend ?? Of you are on a budget, do not come here! The alley sampler was delicious, I loved everything but the garlic Parmesan wings which really tasted naked. We had a great time at Bowlero for a kids? birthday party! The staff was friendly and everything was well organized. The kids loved the bumper bowling and had a blast in the arcade area. I really appreciated that they had a variety of ball sizes and helpful tools for younger children to enjoy bowling too. It was a fun and family-friendly experience?we'll definitely be back!

It's okay. Food takes a while to come out but when it comes it's good. Fried cauliflower is the best I've ever tasted, fries. Mozzarella bites, you won't be disappointed with their food. Atmosphere is nice. The only con: it's not as clean as it can be.

We have been here several times in the last few weeks and our server Journi is the absolute best! She is very attentive and polite and works hard! We had lots of fun and the kids are constantly asking to go back!

The concept of this place is really nice. It's big and impressive. But too many of the games are not working and out of order. I think the location is getting run down and going downhill. My experience was great and fun, my friends and I really did not know what to do but we were greeted by a great manager Ethan and Logan; they both help with whatever we needed. They both also periodically checked on us while we were to make sure that we enjoyed ourselves. Definitely top 10 would recommend.

Very clean, but the cashier was super rude! I asked if there was a deal going on and he said no, after putting my card on file I looked up and saw that it was play two games and get the third game 50% off so we play 3 total games thinking it was 50% off. Turns out that it was not and our bill for 3 games and to borrow shoes came up to be 53 bucks on a Tuesday. Prices to bowl midday on a Tuesday should never be that expensive to begin with anyways. Came in on a Saturday, rentals were more expensive but they gave us a free visit next time for booking in advance. Wings kind of dry, but the pizza was good. Shoes seemed clean and staff was nice.

Decent bowling spot. Had no coffee which was unfortunate. The machine to order food wasn't taking card and the waiter was a bit rude so we didn't want to call her over to take our order. Otherwise, it was a decent experience.

This Place has an Amazing Staff! They are really attentive! I delivered a Cake here for my client. And they walked me through to her party area. They provided my client with a table and set up for her son's birthday party. I have never been to an Event Center that had a Cake table Setup and ready for guests! It's also very clean! The Event Center was very large with multiple working attractions and had a very nice amount of Variety on the menu.

This was the only walking distance place from the hotel I was staying at. Looks like a fun place for friends or family with bowling, pool tables and bunch of games. The bar is well stocked and the bartender was very efficient and friendly. The food is your average bowling alley fare. Not bad for not having to drive to have a few drinks and a bite. Update: I am very impressed when the owner of a business replies to reviews quickly, it shows care about customer service! This deserves another star.

Facility was fine just seems as though they were short staffed. Ticket redemption counter was supported by one person which created a long wait time!

Went there for the first time to bowl with some family. The guy at the counter was rude and dismissive. We asked him how to order food and he did tell us we order on the screen at the lanes. When we got to our lanes to bowl, the screen was out of order. We went up to him to inform him and he refused to switch our lanes and said ?the screen has nothing to do with the bowling game?. He was a skinny older man with a bad attitude.

I had a problem with a discount coupon. Instead of letting me and my daughter walk out Chelsea the manager had us stopped before we left and she made the situation right. I am EXTREMELY happy with the service I received from her and my server Chloe. Will be coming back often.

I have come here a couple of times and everything there are at least ten lanes open. They tell me I have to join a waitlist. Then I am told they have no clue how long it will take. It makes absolutely no sense. I look around and it looks like no one is waiting for anything. This might be a crap model for doing business. I won't come back.

I brought a group of friends here after hyping it up all week, thinking we were in for a legit night of bowling. Big mistake. The pins were on strings, and it completely ruined the experience. They didn't fall naturally, barely moved like real pins should, and sometimes looked like they got yanked back up after a hit. We had a teen birthday here. The event planner was friendly and easy to work with and helped us find the right package for our group. The staff during the event was super helpful and friendly to our teens. There is a nice variety of games, all working and it was a very clean environment. Brought our 14u baseball team here and thwy had a blast. Place has bowling, pool, an arcade and a bar. Good atmosphere and the bowling was @ $22 a person all u can bowl which is tough to beat.

I had a great time here with my family. We did two rounds of bowling and had a blast. They had food and beverages easily available to order. They had Lazer tag but I didn't have a chance to go. Then I got a Groupon for the arcade and had fun there they had a decent selection of games. I'd go back here again sometime in the future.

Attended a Pre-k birthday party with my great grandson. The children all had a wonderful time. The food served to them was very tasty. They had a fresh fruit platter,hot dogs and tatter tots, cheese pizza, and a really yummy chocolate chip cookie cake. Would highly recommend.

Nicest, cleanest bowling alley I've ever been to. That being said, it is insanely expensive. The food is mid. $15 for a wafer thin frozen pizza is ridiculous. The wings were so old and dried out we could not eat them. The service was slow and not attentive at all, and they ask for tips upfront. Next time I won't tip.

Bowlero please give people some credit. In a world where people have video screens in their faces everyday, maybe we don't want giant TV screens in sight as we're trying to bowl. What a distracting experience. Will try and find a bowling alley where the focus is on bowling, not watching TV.

This was really nice and a great place to socialize and have some fun. We don't have have anything like this in South Carolina where I reside and it would be nice if we did. Of course we have bowling alleys but I haven't seen any that had tons of games, food, and many lanes to bowl!

The integrity of bowling is in question at this place. Kennesaw Bowlero has started using string on their pins and it is ruining the game. As an avid bowler I would not recommend this place for your bowling fix. #notringsmovement
