Customer Reviews

Our family came here for kid fest and had such a fun time. It was a great time for all of us (me, my husband and 3 boys 2-12). The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. We ordered multiple food items and all were hot and fresh. The kids played at the arcade for about an hour and all the games were in great working order. It has been redone since I have been (when it was AMF) and it looks really nice, they keep it really clean too. We will definitely be back!

Only bowling alley I go to! The drinks, food, and environment is top tier. 10/10

Allemands elementary 's 2nd grade class had a great time! And thanks for the neon lighting!!

We celebrated my daughter Amy 16th birthday at bolero. Our experience was great!. Brenten assistant manager take care of us and he was absolutely amazing!! He made my daughter birthday even better with his attentions. I will definitely come back again!

Amazing for events and parties. Friendly workers, great with kids and great food. Atmosphere smells like smoke occasionally but that's due to costumers not staff.

They charge per person for 2 hours, not per lane. After finding that out, we waited over an hour for the 6pm unlimited bowling to find out that they were never planning to allow us to bowl with unlimited and forced to buy "the last lane" for 2 hours when it was a lie. Then they sold us a broken lane. From the moment we walked in, it was issue after issue. The staff was rude and completely unprofessional. So many people walked out before us and I understand why.

BEWARE OF RESERVING ONLINE. I called to see if it was normally busy on a friday night to get a lane and the worker who i spoke with said they are usually busy and i should reserve a lane online. I did just that and for 6 people it was just shy of $300. When i got there to check in they had the price per bowler with shoes included to $25.69. I was extremely disappointed. The staff there stated there was nothing they could do for me when it cane to the price i paid online vs the price they were advertising.

9-29-19 Sunday evening 2 PM-ish. Overall we had fun. However there were flaws. We were in lane 41 and there were problems with the pins. We constantly had to go to the front desk and ask them to reset the machine because the pins were not all coming back down. Also the keyboard when you type in your name several buttons were not working on the keypad. We did not get any food or drinks because they were somewhat pricey. Overall it kept the kids busy for two hours and let them burn some energy. I would go bac

Had a fantastic experience at Bowlero! The manager was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. They honored my Groupon without any hassle, which made the visit even better. The atmosphere was fun, the lanes were well-maintained, and the service was top-notch. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

Used a group on. Had a good price and we went to enjoy it was super fun and easy to pull up the code and all. It was easy. As for the bowling aspect of it, it cheated for my friend he was at 9 then the thing glitched(cheated) and he got a spare without rolling the ball again. Mind you I was no where near winning but CHEAT FOR ME! Either way I would rate it 1 star except for the fact that it was fun. ?????

Loved it..first time and had lot of fun.

My party and I had a terrible experience last night at the Kenner Bowlero. We are part of a league and needed to make up a game. When we arrived, we were placed at a lane and told because it was so busy, they would not be able to space us out from the general public bowling during the unlimited bowling hours. We did not think that this would be a big deal but it turned out to be a big deal. There were a few people in the lane next to us that were leaving as we were getting set up. Then a huge group of peopl

Super nice bowling alley but the man behind the snack bar clearly hates his job. You are already paying high prices for the food and drink, and this man is very rude. You can't bring in outside food and drinks so you are forced to interact with him unfortunately.

If anyone came to the reviews to see if this is the place to go for open play, let me save you the time by saying no it is not. Unless you're looking for a bowling experience rife with potential injury risks, don't waste your time or your safety. I heard things were going downhill at this location from poor management, but I really didn't think it was going to be this bad. And by that I mean I wasn't expecting to get some lanes for me and my group only to have random people (adults and children) jumping/wal

Our kids had fun. It's pretty clean and the staff was very friendly. They even have an arcade for the kids and you can order food. The only downside is it is pretty pricey per person. For 1 person 1 game it's $12 or 1 person 2 hours is $20. When you have multiple, it adds up quickly.

Friendly atmosphere, great for socializing, soft drinks kindof expensive, but you get free refills!

This is a great place to bring your family to enjoy a night of wholesome fun. For a family of 6 with unlimited food (pizza chicken tenders and drinks) it will only cost about $250 including shoes and 2 hours of bowling. The trick is to go through reservations (ask for Olivia) and get a package deal.

Good, clean establishment. Been a couple times while visiting family in the area.

Whole group got kicked out bc one person ordered a drink for other one in the group bc he didn't have money to buy it and workers did not handle what happened today well.

Had a lot of fun and got to play plenty of games arcade was fun and the food was good

The pizza was good and I had a fun time! I can't wait to go back

I enjoyed my time there went on a Sunday it was great. Didn't take many pics, but it was good. I liked the food and atmosphere.

Came here for our first time going bowling in way to long of a time. When we got there it was fairly empty and I thought to myself ?ok, good and social distanced.? We got 2 hours of bowling, at $17 per person, which was a fair sounding deal. However the social distancing went away when the league teams arrived. They literally packed in as if it were 2019. Get it? 2019 aka pre-COVID.

I have a Special Needs camps, kids on the Autism spectrum. We go here every summer on a field trip. The employees are great with our kids. They make sure we feel included.

We were there for the National Wheelchair Games. We had a great time . The nachos, garlic fries, and watermelon refresher were good.

Nice facility and lanes were nice. A bit pricey for a couple hours of bowling however. Check prices per person before going and make sure the pricing is for you. But nice large bowling alley if you can swallow the price.

My lil cousins and my family had a blast. The drinks are a lil high, but other then that we had a blast

Great place for a real bowler and league player. There is great food and bar drinks. Alleys are maintained and the black light teenie bopper nights are few. The pro shop has everything you need in stock

The alley was large and roomy. There was an adult tournament going on, yet there was also a youth bday party occuring at the same time. The pro shop was neat and organized. The refreshment had lots of food and drin options. There was plenty of parking as well. What a great family friendly atmosphere.

Pricy but enjoyed my visit. Really should have lower prices and better equipment for children

Recently visited, group of 6. The facilities were gorgeous, clean and everything ran smoothly. Brenten was on duty and hands down he provided the BEST customer service. The food and drinks were great and I will be definitely returning because Brenten just made it a great environment.

We had fun as a family here. I've been several times. This time I was able to use my Groupon. It still was a very pleasant fun time!! It's clean & the staff is friendly.

Really great experience and I most definitely enjoyed myself.

Clean bathroom Great games. Nice lanes. Much cleaner on the inside than the outside portrays

The bowling experience was great, but the cost for 4 people to bowl 90 minutes was $163. That's ridiculous considering Fulton alley in New Orleans is about half that, and arguably nicer. They charged us $15 simply to reserve the lane ahead of time (and the place wasn't even a quarter full.) I'm disappointed because I live in Kenner and would go back again and often if the pricing wasn't so whack. The drinks were reasonably priced and the food high price. We went on a Saturday afternoon.

Freshly painted and a wonderful place for leagues!! Discounts on food and drinks as a league member and super helpful and friendly staff. Plus I bowled a 254 here...what's not to like? Lanes are well maintained, arcade is great for the kids and the entire place is family friendly too!

Very clean and nice staff. They offer a full menu as well. A tad pricey for the food but overall a great family environment. Sunday at 6 p.m. is all you can bowl for $21 which is pretty awesome.

Very big and looks amazing. For 5 people we paid $120 and got two hours and that includes shoes. It was very clean and had a great vibe. We also order drinks which were great got a strawberry margarita. Then we order food. My people all loved their food as well we got a burger mozzarella bites as well as other items. The last game I won!!!! And got the bragging rights. Even though I only bowled the last 2 turns. Lol it was a combined score of all of use cause every bowled at least 2 times.. Definitely reco

Food was surprisingly good, the lemon pepper wings were spectacular. The drinks were on point as well! I sorry I don't have any pictures.

Nice friendly people ... prices are good ... "pro" shop drilled ball for me but drilled thumb hole really big ... had to buy a bunch of thumb tape.

Been a long time since I bowled and we had so much fun!

They have a real nice state of the art bowling alley. Their restaurant is really good. I tried their grilled chicken sandwich and it was very juicy and tasty. The staff is very friendly and kind and very helpful. I would recommend it highly for families or for events or just a night out. Bowling

Great experience with family. Good food and fun times.

Had a great time! Prices are high! To bowl, eat and drink! Atmosphere was enjoyable!

Always enjoy going here! It is a lot of fun. Staff is nice, food is good, drinks are great and always clean!

Was so excited to come with my family for the 1st time . sad part was we had to wait for 1 and 40 minutes to get a slot. We was a big group of 10 we wanted to bowl so we waited. there was alot of slots not use people where coming in and playing the lady on the register would say we waiting for your area to be clean 45 mins past and still nothing until we came to the register to tell them we had been waiting then they gave us a place to play and no one came to clean..we was there from 7:30 then the time we w

Such a nice place to have fun with the friends, they just need a few more new balls now

Maybe it's because I haven't bowled in forever, but it seemed expensive. Reserving one lane, bowling shoes, 1.5 hours, 5 people, on a Saturday night, was $52.56 per person after the "event fee" and tax. It is nice in there though, the staff is great, and we had no problems with the lane.

Clean space, great staff, lovely experience. There's also an arcade, which was super fun! Would definitely recommend and plan to come back.

We had an awesome party here on 3/27/20201 for my husband?s birthday! Food was great, drinks were great, and service was phenomenal! Josh served our large party and was amazing. He didn't stop the entire time our party had reserved from start to finish! He was super nice and attentive the entire night and the manager on duty was also very nice and accommodating! Definitely recommend! Great deal on party packages!

A fun spot to hang out with your friends for sure. Just make sure you know the tournament schedules or risk getting caught in the wave. A nice arcade and a decent bar with food.

It was a great bowling alley, and they had amazing chicken tenders, fries, and a cookie cake! The pizza was decent, not too bad at all. The only negative thing I will say is that the video games are expensive.

We had a blast here but it is VERY expensive. A lot of fun

I'm getting better... Started at rolling 70pins... Best time to come is before noon.. one of our favorite places..

For the prices they charge to bowl then to eat for the poor service, cold/bland food and flat drinks, then they have the nerve to cut you lane off in the middle of your game even if you toddler has there personal snack, ? we don't allow outside food,? the rude, slouchy manager steers my child down. Horrible horrible horrible hospitality, will go back to west side bowling. Where at least you can have a bottle of water and your kids can eat something you know your not wasting money.

Awesome love this place, Missy gave great customer service she was such a sweet heart, very friendly

Great place to go bowling. Had a terrific time. Prices are good. Employees were super friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend!!!

Nice clean bowling alley. Customer service was good. The food tasted great. There are plenty of options to choose from. I had a blast and would definitely bowl here again.

Was there this week. Good food and strong drinks. We had a party over 100. Only gripe was only 1 bartender on duty so it took a hot minute to get a drink, but worth it.

Yesterday 9.7.23., my party and I arrived to everyone sitting/standing outside, due to y'all lost power due to bad weather. I walked up to the door just to see how long it's been out and if I should reschedule. I was met face to face with one of the lady managers who greeted me with a smile. After asking my questions, she introduced me to BRENTEN....HE IS SIMPLY AMAZING. EXTREMELY APOLOGETIC, AND MADE US FEEL LIKE WE WERE THE ONLY ONES THERE. HE DESERVES TO BE DISPLAYED. He remained calm throughout the en

Way over priced. We spent about $150 for 3 people for 2 hours + food. Food was super expensive. Pizza was probably the worst I've ever had. Music was way too loud, we couldn't really even talk. The lanes can't auto switch from bumpers to no bumpers, so you have to pick one or the other. Manager was nice and explained everything to us.

Every clean, all equipment working! ?The employee are nice and seem to like their job! Definitely would bring the family here for a good time. I rated it a four because the concession stand prices are pretty expensive

Went here with family on a rainy day and had a blast. It's now on the short list of things to do when the weather is bad.

I took my son and his cousins there for amf kids day and they all enjoyed the bowling, food and games they cannot wait until next year.

Music Needs to be Louder, I'm tryna vibe while I bowl

The manager Ryan and the staff were wonderful. We called the day before and booked a package, it included 2hrs of bowling, shoes, game room gift cards and food buffet w/ drinks. It was a perfect evening for us to get our teenagers out of the house and not spend a fortune. I highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

I had a good experience here despite being nervous upon arrival bc there were multiple parked cars with people standing around hanging out in the parking lot. Once it got later, there was a security guard at the entrance. This alley is huge (~64 lanes). I was impressed by the cleanliness inside (especially the bathrooms). Workers walked around through out the night to clean up left overs on tables. I booked a lane ("party") 2 days ahead for a Friday night. At 7 there were many lanes open and by 9 they were

It's a nice recreational oasis in the heart of kenner. We are very thankful for this place as Kenner can use some more fun places for families and kids .

Loved the kids help from the alligator. Some of the games weren't working and we needed assistance, but food and drinks were fresh!!

Everything was as expected! Plenty variety in weight and finger size, I had a great experience (even though my boyfriend beat me every time)! I love how user friendly things are in general, and the little arcade is cool too! I've heard the wings are good, though I haven't tried them myself. I would definitely recommend!!

Went for the first time with wife and friends. I would say it was a good experience. The staff was really nice and helpful. We had a good time. Food was good, not all that though. Overall it was a really good experience. Would definitely come back again.

The bowling pins were getting stuck. We had to constantly call the desk to reset the lanes. The score board was inaccurate, we had to change lanes. Food is overpriced.

Had an amazing time with the family

I bowl on Wednesday nights, they don't server coke products. I drink Jack and Coke, I buy the Jack from the bar and bring my own coke. Last night they made me throw away my coke because your not allow out side food. Than I had me throw away my Jack that I bought from the BAR because I had Coke in it. Me and my team drink pretty good and now you will lose that money because of a coke. Pretty stupid, I understand no outside food but we buy from the bar and you don't have coke. This bowling alley suc

Great time with family! Pepperoni pizza good!

A great afternoon was had! Don't be fooled by the building. This is as nice a bowling alley I've been in. Our game was going over the two hour limit but they let us finish. Very friendly. Not sure how they compare price wise as I haven't been bowling in ten years!

Great place. People handing out shoes could have been more excited or inviting. Crew for food and drink were awesome. Cleanup crew was friendly and prompt. Kept the place clean. Great lanes, very level and clean.

Just go to Gonzales it's way cheaper and actually fun !!!! Don't waste your money here!!!!! 56$ just for me and my girlfriend to bowl. 58$ for 2 pepperoni pizzas for my group and my girlfriend a coke 20$ for a pitcher of miller light lmao 5.50$ for another bottle of miller light I went around asking people if they felt the money they spent is worth it and they all said no ..

The staff is great. The atmosphere is inviting and friendly. The food was amazing. There is a bar with tvs for spots fans. Lots of specials available. I found the prices to be amazing. Loved it definitely going back.

Great atmosphere and very safe (well lite parking structure)

Haven't been in awhile. State of the art scoring devices. 18% gratuity added to all orders. No matter what you get. Place is kept fairly clean. House Balls are damaged. Should be replaced.

It was ok. It was fine. The service could have been faster because of long lines. They had more than enough employees help to neutralize that. But it was fine overall despite that. It was on a Saturday Night Just so you know

My Wife Had my 49th Birthday party here On Saturday June 5th it was An Awesome Time and the party Package with unlimited food and 2 drinks per person was awesome deal. Manager Brenton was so Awesome and Nice in Helping and taking care of our party went way above and beyond taking care of what we had expected .. And Manager Veronica was Great as well in helping getting our package reserved was super nice..we will be planning another Birthday party here in near future Thanks for everything.. Awesome place

I wrote a Yelp review a while back but every time I take my kid here it's a good experience so it deserves another 5 star review. It's clean, the food items I've tried were all good, the staff is nice even if they're really busy, and the arcade area is really fun. We win something out of one of the claw machines every time. They have good prizes to exchange for tickets too, but my kid always trades in for absolute garbage, so I feel like I'm giving back and it evens out. Overall really good place to go whet

It was my Grandson's Birthday we went 2 three different bowling alley no lanes available so this was the last one we had 2 wait an hour I might say I enjoyed watching my Family bowl next time we'll leave early 2 get about 2 or three lanes food is pricey my Grandson enjoyed him thanks for the fun my 5 year old Granddaughter won her 7 care bears she had fun with her Mom

This is a great place to hang out with bit friends and family. I had my son's 7 birthday party here and it was awesome. The staff is very helpful and attentive. This lady didn't wad just a little family outing and we all had a great time.

I the exterior is misleading; it could use some curb appeal. The customer service was great, the bathroom was surprisingly clean, the drinks were good but the food left a lot to be desired. The bowling lanes were clean and well maintained. A great place for families. We were there from 6p -10p.

It is a nice place. Great for all ages. If you want to go bowling as a family or individual, it is a great place to do so.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are pool tables in arcades still good in this modern age?

Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
