We had such a great experience at Bowlero, thanks to Jamie, the incredible manager! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Jamie went above and beyond to ensure our group was comfortable, organized, and having fun. Her positive attitude and attention to detail truly made the entire visit seamless and enjoyable. We're so thankful for how she treated us?kind, patient, and professional. Reserving ahead of time made everything smoother, and Jamie?s coordination made a huge dif
I made a call in the hopes to reschedule the game, but had an emergency. I spoke to couple of people and ended up talking to adrian who was kind enough to understand and rescheduled my son and i?s bonding. I received an email confirmation, and when we came in, i saw that cute little VIP letters with reservation. 2 hours passed by real fast! The food is great but still a lot to try esp the complimentary cookie, it was bomb! The one in the counter i think was brianna was very welcoming. Offered couple shoe si
Place is really nice great upgrades and well kept up. However the service girl was kinda unpleasant. don't pay in cash because if you go to play a couple games and decide to play a 3rd you won't get the 50% off discount.
Food felt steep for quality and when I ordered a CHEESEburger no ketchup and no mustard they 30 minutes and I had to walk to ask to see my food just sitting on the counter. By this point I was leaving and when I look inside the box I find a cheese less CHEESE burger with ketchup. Fries were good though
Bowlero Hemet is a wonderful place to bowl. Very family friendly. Additionally, the pro shop is top-notch!! Very knowledgable and friendly in the pro shop and bowling alley. I have not bowled in decades and the pro shop personnel got me set up with a ball that was perfect for me.
Went on a Thursday, shortly after 12pm when they opened. It was only me and seniors enjoying their day. I used my summer pass and got two games in. Bowled almost identical, 118 & 117. The two ladies closest to me were respectful we each had bowling etiquette. Restrooms were clean + the employee who checked me in at the desk was friendly and respectful too. He made me feel comfortable coming to this particular location for the first time. Balls were better organized than at other locations + bowling shoe
It's not extremely packed, it's clean . Good vibes. They have arcade games too. The bar area is nice Drinks were a little light but ok ??
Seeking a unique bowling adventure, I stumbled upon this alley and was pleasantly surprised. The personalized service and well-maintained lanes truly reflected their commitment to quality. The affordable pricing made it a hidden gem worth exploring. From the hassle-free reservation process to the cheerful staff, this place is a definite winner in terms of value and enjoyment. A must-visit for all bowling enthusiasts!
This is a nice place for a family outing. It has been upgraded inside! Highly recommend you visit for yourself!
My wife and myself have been on a winter league. We are from Hemet West. Our league has worked with Jamie Clarkson quite a bit and she has been absolutely amazing every time our league comes to bowl.Jamie is a real asset to your company.
Unlimited Monday is perfect for my limited skills. Staff is always friendly Perfect place to spend time with friends
This place is great! We brought our kids. The staff is super friendly. There is an arcade for the kids, and a bar for the adults. The bar was pricey. Bowling prices were good. We had a blast. Clean place.
Great service, we have the summer passes and it's a fantastic deal
Very clean, staff was very nice and professional. Definitely will come back.
Today we, The ARC ALUMNI FELLOWSHIP, had our annual Alumni Fellowship bowling tournament @ Bowlero Hemet, CA. Jaime the manager accommodated us immediately even while extremely short staffed, and made sure we had everything we needed upon arrival. She and the staff delivered our food order and beverages on time and with a smile. I noticed the manager was running all over the facility making sure that all needs were being met, even for other customers. Our group had a great time and will definitely be schedu
I'm sure there are already many great reviews with this place. I'll back it up. Great venue.
We love coming here with the kids. Funny for all ages. Arcade is fun, staff is polite and nice, been here 6 times in 3 year span, each time good experience.
Understaffed and poorly maintained. The employees are doing the best they can. They are sincere and hard working but definitely overtaxed with multiple duties.
Took our little one for her 4th birthday and first bowling trip here. Jeff and staff were very helpful and welcoming. They were very attentive and assisted us when needed. We enjoyed our time and it provided an exceptional experience for our little one and guests. I would recommend making an online reservation if you don't like to wait and when it get really busy. That's what we did and everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. We will be back for sure.
Took my son for our family date night and he had a blast. We had great service and the other customers were so nice. Very great place for family fun. We will be back again.
Ordered 2 burgers at 6:27pm still waiting at 7:25pm. I think I just saw two frozen patties on the grill.
Everything was great , I left for like 6 months came back and it changed. Looks really nice all the upgrades and remodeling. But new folks running the counter not so much. I believe it was Oscar not 100% sure. But I stood patiently in line waiting to talk to him at front desk. He finished with his customer then I'm next. Phone rings he tells me wait. Then picks up phone and helps the customer on phone. And talks forever. I just walked away along with the lady waiting behind me. I get helping folks in the
Everything is nice. My niece loved the arcade too.
I took my grand daughter we had a great time
Took the family which included my two 7 year old and my 4 year old. They got tired after a round and a half but all good. Something different
I live to tell a story on the opposite side, black n white you know the otherside of the hill....lol our little secret !!
I love this place so much, I go here a lot. Went here with my friend on Sunday and we had a lot of fun. Friendly & welcoming staff who are willing to help you and negotiate with you.
AMF Hemet....me and my girlfriend have had our highest scores at these lanes when we were bowling with house balls the equipment is good and the racks are true the lanes are well mantained and the rather larger than usual staff are friendly and helpful It is a bit pricey by the game and paying for shoe rental I'm looking into league play there as they have several
We had a blast at the bowling alley for my son?s birthday, the management was very helpful, Jamie and Brianna, thank you for your hospitality! Very clean bowling alley, food was good and quick service, fun arcade too!
Always have fun when we go and food is delicious
Great bowling alley. Like 30 lanes, arcades, full bar, great prices. Late evening is $8 for 2 hours of bowling. Clean place and nice staff. Great place to practice . They got a special summer package. Check out my photo .
Finally upgraded the place looks a lot better but honestly the food needs an upgrade the wings is horrible an the customer service isn't that good
I would have loved to give this place 5 stars and maybe I can when I go visit again, ok the place is nice don't get me wrong but for what they charge for bowling per person you would think a yearly membership would be on the table but it's not. To BOWL you pay $10 per person plus $6 to rent the shoes per person not sure if they allow you to bring your own bowling shoes for sanitary reasons some of these people suffer from foot fungas, toe decay, bacterial infections, etc I was terrified ?? because I saw how
Very cool spot. Great for friends and family. We really had a great time.
update********************* I brought my family here last year for my daughters birthday. I had a party planned out. It turned out great. So we did it again this past Sunday. I had a party of 9 people. When we got there, they said they couldn't serve soda because they had no Co2. Mind you, I reserved it a week ahead of time. So, since we had no drinks, I asked for a pitcher of water. The guy at the snack bar had an attitude and told me he only does pitchers of beer, and we have to walk over there for eve
The only thing is prices are way too high and the lanes stalled more than one time . So if u are on timed bowling it's not worth it
It was okay there card reader needs to be updated because my cards kept saying decline on it but my debit card went perfectly thru in airtopia with no problem so they sure need a better system.
This place was great and was a local staple, then came Bowlero. Same old place with some minor facelifts, but as of now with exceedingly expensive pricing for games and drinks, easily 50% above comparable establishments. In the past with bowling here you prepaid - now they charge you at the end so you don't see the damage until it's done. A corporation trying to get solid ROI in too short a timeframe.. priced beyond reason for the locale.
Don't strike out, grab a drink come with something to eat, and bowl the night away with your friends
Had a blast gonna go bck n try @ the claw machine
Great gem we found in Hemet $17.99 after 6 pm on Sundays all you can bowl and it comes with shoes. This is unbeatable!
It was a great experiment. Great lighting ?? and nice balls
"I absolutely love Bolero Hemet Every visit is a blast, thanks to their fantastic lanes, friendly staff, Jamie and Justin. Whether I'm aiming for a perfect game or just enjoying a casual night out with friends, this place never disappoints. The lanes are always in top condition, the food and drinks are delicious, providing the perfect fuel for endless rounds of fun. From their themed nights to special events, there's always something exciting happening. It's no wonder why it's my favorite spot to bowl!"
Back again this past weekend. We always have a blast when we come to this location. It's clean and the staff is friendly.
The best arcade I've ever seen at least in a long time. The French fries are delicious but they could be cheaper. It's $14 for a large fries. You do get a lot of fries though. The place is huge as well.
The last time I went here was in 2010. And seeing it now it has drastically improved.
I had a groupon to bowl for a 2 hours. I was placed in lane 4 I was bowling my best ever, than they asked me to move to another lane. I was so mad but I complied. They had league bowlers coming in. They gave me a extra few minutes and we moved over. Our area was a little crowded but we had good neighbors. I still managed to bowl my highest score. The manger came over and gave us free games to come back for moving us over. I cant remember her name Donna maybe. Had a fun time.
a fun place to kill time with family and friends ! they rerenovated it, and it looks amazing ! food is pricey, but does the job, and everyone is super friendly. i love the new games in the arcade. sometimes it gets to be a little bit of a wait, and the bathrooms sometimes untidy, but overall fun and worth it.
Great place to celebrate a ?? for a 7 year old. ??
It's a fun place to hang out. Good for dates or just passing time with friends. Seem to have done some upgrades and changes recently. Respectful workers too. Really cool place to relax and have fun.
Absolutely a wonderful experience. Supper clean, beautifully decorated, and excellent bowling lane. The menu has something for everyone, and the libations selection is great. It's a very excellent addition to Hemet. Family friendly, excellent staff with actual people skills. Go and experience a night or day of bowling. You won't regret it. It will be one of your go-to places for family and friends.
Fun. Had a party. It was packed. I bowled a 150. Good times
I dont know what it is about Bowlero, This go's way back a few years bowling in Moreno Valley. It seems these managers that handle the ordering in the Bar cant seem to keep the stock needed for us bowlers, Currently bowling at Hemet Bowlero, Nate being the manager in charge of Bar ordering has been told about product out of stock for 2 weeks, so you show for for bowling every week wanting your drinks to hear the bartender to tell you sorry we stil have not gotten our order in.. Very irritating! Someone need
The Staff was very accommodating for our 12+ party even after requesting extra lanes. The manager and staff were very on point and made our experience very fun! Great experience for any occasion for all ages!
Stay was very friendly. Food was ok. Only gave 4 stars because the restroom was nasty.
So much fun. Kids really enjoyed bowling. Pizza was nasty with no cheese and very pricey.
Went for my daughter's 19th birthday last night and had a great experience overall. The young lady working the cash register/shoe rental wasn't very friendly. Didn't say much, didn't say have fun or any other kind of small talk, so that's always cause for a star removal in my ratings. It was clean and the staff was quick to clear and clean up when parties left and the music was good. Groupon offers a great package deal right now, but the alley also offers daily deals. Bowling after 6 pm on Sunday, with shoe
Great spot to either enjoy with family or friends there prices are ok a must try place to go and enjoy a good night has changes over the years
Good atmosphere greatt people.
GREAT PLACE TO BOWL! My wife and I have been bowling here for many years. On Saturday 03.01.2024, my wife and I took my kids and grandkids here for bowling day. It was a great experience as always, the staff was very friendly even though it was a very busy day. I also had a great experience with the GM Nathan... I called him Sunday and informed him that I saw an extra charge on my credit card that I did not authorize from their center, Nathan looked into it promptly and emailed me back the next day with his
Fun environment, easy on the budget, great music and good bar food as well as strong drink pours. FUN!
We all had a great time bowling! The place was very clean and the prices were fair. My kids loved the arcade area as well. The new General Manager was super helpful and was very engaging and knowledgeable. Me and my family will definitely be back!
Go to bowlero Hemet weekly for Monday night league and are there pretty often. The staff is very friendly and accommodating
Friendly staff, great service. The screens should be updated (they look kind of old)
Always fun. Great place to go and debrief from the day or just the week.
We had a good time all the staff was very nice and helpful. My nephew broke a glass cup and a young lady came and asked If we were okay and immediately picked all of it up. Staff was very nice. It definitely was a good place for a family outing.
Had fun with fam and enjoyed the atmosphere however, very short handed. Not enough staff to help and the ones that were, were being verbally accosted by patrons because of the short handedness. Uncomfortable during business dealings. Sad situation for EVERYONE involved.
Very nice people, good food and good atmosphere. People are friendly, but make sure you call and check that there's not a tournament or there might be a wait! Totally recommended though. Arcade is cool too!
It was nice to be able to reserve our lane in advance. I did have an issue with the link but I called them directly and they were awesome! Very helpful and patient. I give them a 5 for helpfulness on the phone and while bowling. The reason for the 3 stars is because one of our lanes needed to be fixed twice and we had the lane for 2 hours so the timer doesn't stop while we are waiting to get our lane fixed. Also my son got a fountain drink there and opened his cup to eat some ice and there was a dead fly in h
We had a Fun time bowling . great prices half the arcade games didnt work unfortunately but all and all we had a great time and great staff ..
Throughout the years, this place has been fairly clean and fun to go to. Sometimes the bathrooms could use a little more maintenance, but I've never had a problem about shoes or bowling balls being too dirty which is what I use the most while I'm here. The staff is also very friendly and attentive to guests.
Very well kept. People were super nice. We were next to the Best pair of Bowlers I have personally seen. I rarely break a 130. These 2 were in the 230 plus category. Wow Need more lanes.
Staff was friendly, my family and I had a great time. Very family oriented location. Ordered the parmesan fries and they where cold when I recieved them. So just be careful when ordering food as they sometimes let it sit for a while before bringing it to you. All in all we had a good time.
The bathroom needed a good cleaning and better frozen pizza needed and no alcohol in my $15 drink although it tasted great. very polite and courteous employee.
Had a great time celebrating my 40th here with friends and family! Staff was amazing, food was delicious and atmosphere was super fun. Great party spot
It was awesome. I took my 5 year old son there for the first time and played three games. He was having a hard time bowling and a person who works there came out with a ramp that made it really fun for him. Our family had a great time we stayed there till closing time. My son also said the pizza there was amazing.
Fun for the family. Not much to do in Hemet but this is a gem. Clean and good employees and food is not bad. Spent a good couple hours there brought the whole family. Great time will try and come more often.
Had a good time with my girls at the arcade fun games and decent prizes. Claw machine wasn't to bad either.
Came here Wednesday 9/21/22 for the unlimited. Arrive at 8:30 to check in early and got put on a wait-list. That's fair it was crowded. What I'm disappointed about is that my family and I waited until 10pm and were told "a lane will open up in a few minutes". When there Was about 12 lanes open and we were told to still wait. I'm assuming they were shut off because they close at 11 and the crew didn't want to stay up late to clean or something. I don't know. I just know there was plenty of lanes open for us
Very nice place the drinks were good and it is very clean.
This is a good bowling place I put 5 stars you should to??
I didn't bowl, this rating is for the rest of the place. It's very over-priced for drinks at the bar, plus they charge a service fee and two different taxes. What's up with that? Cost was about $19 for two drinks. If you want to play pool they run your credit or debit card and they keep it open while you're playing. Cost is about $12 an hour. To play the arcade games you have to buy a card and then pay to load it. It's like paying to pay, just to play, if that makes any sense!
Manager was friendly. He was very good with communication. Other employees were friendly only issue was the older lady in the kitchen. Didn't know if she was having a bad day or just didn't like the job. Complaining out loud how busy it is. Complaining how another order was making the wait time longer.
Great bowling atmosphere 9-2-23 It's been some time since I've been here, I had summer passes some time back. They did some upgrades that I wasn't expecting. Now they have big screens on every lane, We went on Saturday and they had college games up. Game changer. I like it.
Expensive for bowling and food, but we had a good time. It was about $6 a game and $6 to rent shoes, which adds up quickly. Lanes were clean. They removed the booths and replaced them with chairs in a close arrangement that makes walking to the lane crowded, but the chairs are moveable so we pushed them out of the way. The crowd outside in the parking lot gets rowdy at night.
Arcade is a little small but the quality of games and prizes are great. It was slow and quiet when we went, so the little ones were able to focus and have fun. Overall great visit.
Great facility, but be aware of price. If you are going with a big group, be ready for a big bill. Prices are hard to come by for everything, so if you have questions, you should definitely call ahead of when you plan to go and ask them. Can be a big help in making your plans.
Fun little video game center
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
