Bowlero Heather Ridge

Another great Saturday experience with my kids, this is an example of the PEOPLE that make Bowlero great and probably why I spent way too much money bowling every week. Thanks to the staff at Heather Ridge for making another great memory. Thank you! Added second picture, won way more prizes after adding more $30 to the play card.

I visit this location weekly, and the staff is fantastic! Robert is always very helpful in getting us a lane quickly, and Charlie is a joy to be around. He's quick with a funny joke and always takes care of our drink orders. The food is delicious, and the service is quick. The staff always makes it fun to bowl here!

Our team have been here twice now on Saturday night. Bowling plus arcade in the back room. The funnel fries and nachos hit the spot. Shoutout to manager Andrea she was super nice and helpful. Bartender Benjamin was dope as well. Bowlero is a HR!

The servers were all so helpful, and the food and drinks were great! The best thing was the overall attitude of everyone, patron and staff, regardless of age. This place has good folks that make it great!

This is my favorite place to bowl!! Can't say enough about the staff; always have a kind word. Quick to get us on a lane, and to take our food and drink order. The cheeseburger is great, and they don't have a problem with cutting it in half to share with my bowling buddy. Andrea, Robert, and Charley are the best. Not sure I would bowl at this facility if it weren't for them. The lanes are great, but the staff is magnificient. Always look forward to bowling and visiting with them every week.

I have always found a lane here, only waited 10 minutes 1 time at 4 pm on a league night. The fall package is the best thing I have bought this year, paid for itself in 2 visits, and I had about 50+ days to use it. Staff is friendly. I think the prairie dogs in the parking lot are a bonus, they are cute and keep to themselves.

called on a monday around 1, to go bowling with our staff party. they had 2 lanes left right next to each other, and i can't remember the girls name, she said she was the manager, but saved the lanes for us until we arrived. we had a blast! thanks, bowlero!

I had a great time at Bowlero Bowling Alley. The facility is clean and well-maintained, giving off a welcoming ambiance. We have been bowling at Heatheridge every single Sunday for months, and we love the staff there. They are always very attentive and friendly, at the service desk and in the kitchen! Sonetimes we have lanes that malfunction, which is a problem with Bowlero, but the staff handles with good attitudes. We enjoy meeting up at Heatheridge to bowl!

Me and my Father go here every Friday night for bowling and we are in a League every Tuesday and they have always treated us well. everyone takes care of us well and some servers even know what drink i like and how i like it (pepsi w/o ice).

Came here on a Saturday afternoon with my kids. It's a nice facility, very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The food is about what you'd expect at a bowling alley, however the beer needed a little help, don't know if the lines hadn't been cleaned in a while, but it was a bit funky. Overall enjoyed my time here, will definitely be coming back!

I really enjoy bowling league at this location. I've bowled at most Bowleros in town and this is definitely one of my top picks. The lanes are in good condition and the league runs smoothly. Shoutout to the GM for always being helpful/nice, Amy the bar tender for making sure we are taking care of, and all the rest of the staff that make this location wonderful. Bravo!

Bowlero Heather Ridge is a great place to spend an afternoon or evening bowling, eating the really good food, and especially talking with Andrea, Robert, and Charley. They make you feel right at home and should any problem come up (rare) they're right there to solve it. I have been to other Bowleros, but done can compare to the service and friendliness you get at Bowlero Heather Ridge, Love this bowling alley!!

We always go on sundays for their 18.99 unlimited bowling per person with rental shoes included. Great atmosphere the kids have a ton of fun doesn't break the bank and the staff is always soooo helpful and nice. Food is not bad too.

We had a birthday party here with 16+ people including adults and kids. I couldn't recommend this Bowlero more highly! Our server, Rae (sp?), was incredible. She was helpful, available, and super friendly. The manager was there when we arrived and he checked in throughout. When we asked to add a kids lane, 3 minutes later we had a ramp, 6lb balls, bumpers and kids shoes. Gigi made chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks that were hot and delicious. The only downside is the price, but honestly it was worth it.

Had my party at this location and everything went great! Planning things was smooth with Kevin. He helped with making sure I had the right package for my group. They were friendly and very helpful at the bowling center. The lanes were clean and the food area was decorated and had hot yummy food for us. We had plenty to eat and drink and the kids had game cards they could use. The price was very reasonable for everything. If I wasn't moving out of state I would have another party here! My group had a blast!

I bowl on Monday's on the Your Choice Ball League and Amy is always has a smile and very friendly. I don't have to ask what I want to drink as she knows my order.

I had a Birthday patty for my daughter (35years old). This was one of the BEST experiences we have EVER had at bowling alley!! We did one of the bowling packages and it was great! Included for 10 people: 2 lanes, 2.5 hrs of bowling, 10 pairs of bowling shoes, $150.00 worth of food and drinks. The service was phenomenal! I don't understand the low rating here on Google Maps. Sure the neighborhood ?appears? questionable and the parking lot looks sketchy. But my buddy and I had a blast! Super friendly folks working behind the counter. High quality, newer equipment, just-loud-enough music, lots of tvs with sports etc, snack counter with lots of goodies and an adequate arcade.

I love this place they are all really nice, it's clean I cannot complain.my son has so much fun and they run deals for bowling games at different times.

The restaurant and bar are finally open. Did not eat this time but will give it a try next time! The lanes are kept up, no damaged balls and no issues with pinsetter.

Remember coming to this place as a kid so I brought my daughter! 5 stars from start to finish but my girl was Gigi at the snack bar! She let me know the special and we had to say yes! The staff is rude, and the place is dirty we asked for 2 lanes for 5 people and they said no u cant with 30 lanes open had to ask for a manager and they still made a big deal about it, been coming here 25 years try some other bowling ally and its fathers day. Took an hour for them to clean off the table we were sitting at and no servers available. It's no wonder they are empty.

It is a good bowling option. Not the cheapest, and the place is in need of more attention. Our lane kept getting stuck, but the staff was fast to help. Food was disappointing, in comparison with other times that I went there. I know no one goes to a bowling alley for the food, but then I wish they didn't offer it.

The staff was great except for one girl who works at the food spot. The bartender made me feel at ease after a terribly difficult Monday. The atmosphere was fun and warm. All areas were clean and well kept.

as an avid pro bowler this is my go to alley. been coming to this bowlero specifically for over 2 years now even though its further from my house. management is great, staff is friendly and the place is overall taken care of.

General family fun experience. A bit much for the experience. The $30 deal that comes with a gaming card is good for about 2-3 games at the current rates (about 5-10 minutes worth max). The lanes are clean but ball selection even during the quieter evening was a bit of a hassle due to placement of the racks. Shoe selection was perfect. Nice lanes with a pretty clean environment. Prices per game are a bit steep, but I believe par for the course when it comes to bowling alleys. Arcade has a wide variety of options, but the air hockey table is in need of maintenance.

Had to wait for Romeo to stop making out with Juliet at the bar so he could wander over to the main chrck-in and begin assisting the waiting customers. For the most part this place is great. We specifically go on Tuesdays for the deals but then they raised the prices substantially and we're not sure we'll go back. They also don't really clean the tables or bus them regularly so it can get dirty. Everyone is SUPER NICE.

Paying $36 a person (after all the fees) for the cheapest package available (1.5 hrs, only cheese pizza) made this place pretty overpriced. The managers are incredible and very involved, it seems very clean in most areas, but the quality of food and sodas are low. I'm sure they have no control over the frozen food they receive as a chain, but you could taste that the soda syrup and fizz lines haven't been cleaned or changed in a long time, if ever. Here on a Monday night and the cashier is rude told us it's $9 a game and when I pointed out the sign stating it was 5.49 tonight she huffed and said fine then gave me the wrong size shoe twice! Then we went to order food and was told we have to pay $8 extra on each item, I asked if I was because it was after 8pm and the lady in the kitchen stated it was because they have to cook the food and bring the food out.. Good atmosphere. Clean and well maintained. Overpriced to play and drink though. You will drop a pretty penny for a few games and a pitcher. This may be why the parking lot has 15 cars in it on weekend nights.

Fun bowling leagues, food is better than Chuck E. Cheese

Was having a good time until the rude red headed bar tender ignored me and let other people skip me in line. I waited in line for more than 10 minutes before i said ?hey, i would like to order? and she caught a nasty attitude yelling at me from the other side of the bar. Completely killed my mood and the vibe for everyone in my group because we couldn't get more drinks. Next time, I'll drive to cherry creek to bowl for better customer service.

Decent fun! But very overpriced

We've been here a few times, and this was the first time I felt that it was a professional establishment. It was well run and the employees behind the desk were really friendly, not like the past. I'm sure they don't want us to tell this, but we had a Groupon and I didn't read the fine print and it was only good until 6 PM on Saturday and we got there after 6 and they still honored it. Hot wings and loaded fries were amazing. Really enjoyed ourselves tonight! OUTSTANDING SERVICE.

My friends and I took our kids here last night. There were 11 of us total. The service was great! We got our shoes and lanes quickly. Food was yummy and fast. Prices are reasonable. Most importantly, the bathrooms were CLEAN!

Not a long wait in line and quickly got us a lane. Garlic parm wings and fries were very good. Mixed drinks were good. The manager Benjamin was very helpful during check out. Love going here and will be returning!

I come here with my friends regularly. The manager was very accommodating when I brought a larger than normal group. More friends kept showing up and he was able to give us all the lane space we needed. He even provided individual water cups for all of us. Bowling is always fun, but I that I can come here and have everything we need taken care of.
