Customer Reviews

Bowlero is the perfect place to have fun bowling in an amazing atmosphere. I loved the option to play unlimited games during the week?perfect for enjoying without rushing and improving your skills. The vibe is modern and lively, with great music and excellent service. Plus, the food is delicious, but what truly blew me away were their Garlic and Parmesan Fries? the best French fries I've ever had! Bowlero is more than just a bowling alley?it's a full experience of fun, great food, and an awesome atmospher

They charge the same prices for a 3 year old as an adult which is $48 for 2 adults and a child for 1 game of bowling or $96 total for all 3 of us to bowl as many games as we want. No wonder why this place is nearly empty on a Friday night at 8pm. Supremely disappointed.

Came in with my kids and had a great time. Jenny was so nice, and helpful. We will definitely come back so long as Jenny is working.

Great bowling place, get a Groupon deal and have fun, good beer and there's food as well.

So much fun for our family of 8! It's been awhile since I've had all my kids together since they are grown now and we left with big smiles! Top notch customer service with the best management I've seen in a long time! I had a billing issue and by the time we left Jamison made everything above and beyond right that the issue didn't even matter anymore- that's spectacular and you can rarely find people like him anymore! Overall we spent a good bit of money doing just about everything we could (arcade, food, d

So fun! The building has undergone major renovations and it was so fun! The only complaint was womens restroom smelled of old urine. Seemed to be a plumbing problem. Food looked really good and full bar was available too.

Waited over 1 hour for a COOKIE to go. They weren't busy at all, we were the only ones here.. there were multiple people in the back playing around

The bowling ally is awesome but service for food is a joke! The place is huge and usually only have one server who also runs the bar. Good luck getting drinks or food in a reasonable time frame. Prices are very high as well

Was very impressed when you walk in as I was expecting it to look very old based on the outside but they did a great job with the inside. Very clean and modern and will be back for sure! Full bar and kitchen but we did not get to try the food this time. There was also an arcade but we did not do it. The nice thing is they do not have age limits as it gets later so doing with kids after 10pm they are allowed as others are 21+. We will be back!

We celebrated my 3-year-old's birthday here on Saturday. We had a great time! The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was surprisingly good for bowling alley food. We will definitely be back. Shout out to Kristen who helped set the reservation for us. She was great.

I went with my husband to have a date night Sunday night, he went to the restroom while I waited on my food. He came back and told me not to eat the food due to him seeing one of the chefs (cooks) going to the bathroom and not washing his hands when he was done in the restroom. NEVER GOING TO EAT HERE AT ALL!!!! THAT WAS NASTY!!!!

Would've given more stars but the ppl at the front weren't as enthusiastic to be there it seemed. It seemed very force like they were too nonchalant. Also, the wings sucked and we had to pay our bill ahead of time. Maybe ppl steal a lot. Or they know the food sux and ppl will return it if they ate it first. Lol. Other than that, the games were fun! Maybe more training for staff and upgrade food.

I showed up there today to bowl using my summer season pass, only to find out that all the lanes are booked until 9pm! I drove 40 minutes round-trip to get here and this was very disappointing. There needs to be updates on their Facebook and/or website when stuff like this happens.

Went for my girlfriends birthday for late night bowling, and we had an AMAZING TIME! The chicken wings are fried and perfectly sauced, and the open bar gives adult vibes!

For the past couple months in league Condition has been dry. And certain lanes not working, I have to be moved three or four times. Only good thing is they have new pins.

Came in with 10 people. We made reservations and it was perfect. Prices were a bit high but the service was so good and food was delicious so it's totally worth it. The on duty manager ( I wish I remembered her name) was helpful and checked on us multiple times. ??????????

It was fantastic. I like that atmosphere. It's a very good place to go communicate and also play games. It is a really good place for family in friends and for a socializing. Talking and communicating good time to come on saturday's. I recommend the day time run about two p m.

I had my sons birthday party over the weekend at Bowlero. They accommodated this last minute birthday party and did an amazing job. The food was good, the place was clean, the kids had an amazing time.

We had a great time here last week. Early Saturday afternoon. The lanes are updated the seats are comfortable. The price is a little higher than others around Greenville but we enjoyed it very much and will return.

Staff was helpful, mens bathroom is the only reason for star reduction. I could have just went on a bad/busy day

No price listing for children bowling cost. Manager with the red hair was very rude. Never answered questions. Just stared at you and would whisper to the other associates in what to say. Would not recommend this bowling alley to anyone.

We booked our oldest son's sixth birthday party here and man was it a hit. They had everything family's need for a birthday event. Drinks, game cards, and even food included. Pizza and chicken fingers; simple but yummy. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone

Best bowling alley in the upstate as far as I'm concerned! We took our kids here and we loved it. Love the lighting and huge space you have for your lane to sit in the comfy booths. Yes, it is pricey however I feel like it's worth it. I'm always willing to pay a little more for the best. They take your card and just start a tab before your game then pay at the end. The kids really enjoyed the arcade which is small but nice! Clean restrooms as well. Drinks are pricey but the beer is ice cold! Overall has a g

Had such a great date night here! It was clean and the staff were very friendly! The lanes broke a couple of times, but maintenance was very efficient!

My aunt celebrated her birthday party at this bowling alley and it was electrifying. We had so much fun we hadn't bowled in years and we brought back old memories. The staff was amazing the bartender even helped out.

Had a lot of fun, not that pricey though the shakes aren't what you think they are. The food was really good

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Bowling here is a very good value. We were able to choose from a couple of different leagues and the pro shop is fully stocked. Food and service is also very good. Parking is easy too

Excellent customer service, clean, food and beverage selection is better than most bowling alleys. Highly recommend!

We had a very nice time. The food was good, the games were fun, and the lanes were well spaced and comfortable.

Only leaving a 1 star because that the lowest option. Came here today, prices were higher than other venues and facilities were old. Before we could get in the door we were asked to leave because my wife had a coffee in her hand.

Reasonable priced, good specials, this bowling alley is solid. Staff is super helpful always willing to make sure you have what you need. The places has multiple arcade games that are good too. My only gripe is they need a post system to order from the bowling alley. I gave up twice on getting any food as the line was so long and only one person takes the orders. Still really good experience and good lanes.

Sarah Espindola is simply the hardest working and best restaurant and business manager I have interacted with in the last year. Kids were all over the place, busy night, lots of drinks and food, and she handled it all SO WELL! Hard working and personable. I will go bowling at Bowlero again if only because of her! UPDATE: I took my family again to Bowlero, and we were greeted and helped by Mrs. Kim. I would add a whole other review if google would let me, but I can only add on to this one. Mrs. Kim was as o

Amazing staff. The space was wonderful! An arcade and a bar! We had so much fun at my work event there that i cant wait to go back!

Good people but way over priced and equipment needs better upkeep.

Jenny is a very friendly and talented person. She remembers my order and fixes my meals, but never gets the order wrong. She knows us by name. I really like coming in when she is here. She has a bubbly personality. Thanks, Jenny, for the awesome customer service!

This place was fun and clean. Everyone was nice! The floors were a bit slippery, but otherwise, it was great

They're renovating. They took out the pool tables and we were bummed about it. Thwy now have about 6 games to play....all mediocre. Great service though.

We used Bowlero Greenville for our team building event of 70 people. The staff were so kind and so accommodating. Our team had so much fun and the food was really good. I would highly recommend them for any fun event and I will be using them again!

Very nice staff!!! Very nice and clean place. Very reasonable food and drink prices. Great place for family.

I wish I could leave a 2.5 but that's not an option. The place looks great so no complaints on that. Don't let them convince you to add the game cards it is not worth it. My real complaint is the bowling lanes are SO DANG SLIPPERY. My daughter fell eight times. My son, who is a very good bowler, could not get comfortable even after changing shoes three times. I was also extremely disappointed in the garlic fries. I love garlic so much I eat that stuff raw and I couldn't eat those fries. They were extremely

Best bowling joint Iv ever experienced. Sarah the manager took fantastic care of us, let us know of special promotions and checked on us every so often so we didn't have to take time away from our games. The bartender was also very sweet and running around like a pro. Would definitely visit again and again!

Every time I visit Bowlero with my family, we have so much fun! This past weekend was no exception. Thank you for always bringing your 'A' game, from the lanes to the food and drink!

Son was in from out of town. He wanted to do bowling. This was a nice clean fun environment and there is plenty to do there for everyone and all ages. A little pricey for regular sodas or water for kids but definitely would do a cocktail or combo meal to help with the cost. Really love that they are open till midnight also an added plus for teens looking to do something constructive.

One staff for the whole bar who did not receive assistance the whole time I was there. Management was incognito knowing people needed assistance to get food and drink orders in.

Great for dates!! Great for business dinners and group meetings

Honestly this place ain't bad but they have a lot of broken pins and you can hear them. Been there a few weeks in a row and they definitely don't replace them. Maybe they dont notice them but you definitely can hear them and you can see them at times. Food isn't bad but the GM doesn't seem to take things seriously. She just looks at you with a blank stare if you have any concerns.

Bowling! Bowling! Bowling! Its a dated bowling Alley! Accommodating staff! The pizzas are yummy. The music was just the ticket to get the kids jumping and having fun.

As someone who bowls weekly this was the best bowling alley I've been to. Little over priced for bowling but really nice layout. The bar was superb!!

Went in on Christmas Eve with some family and Jenny was running the show! She was so kind, and helpful. She made our experience wonderful. It was a busy, and lots of people but Jenny was doing an amazing job. Will come back if she is there!

Pros: Bowling was fun, the lanes are great. So now for the cons: Some of the bowling balls have chips on them. The food: It is expensive, and it doesn't taste good at all. I ordered some cheese stick appetizer, It was not good. Had way too much salt. Exchanged them for pretzels with white cheddar cheese. They were no better. Moral of the story is you don't go to a bowling alley expecting good food. So if you decide to go here just make sure you eat before you come. The food isn't worth it. I spent $36

Good place to enjoy and share with family ??. Good service for the general public.

Way over priced! Staff was rude! The manager watched us the entire time we're trying to get situated instead of asking how she could help! She came way from wherever she was to make sure all the socks were rang up! Will never return!

Ok, so I moved to Greenville SC a month ago. Bowlero Greenville is the closest alley to me. Based on my experiences in South Florida, I wasn't expecting too much, especially with cleanliness, lane conditions, and temperature. I was pleasantly surprised though at how clean the place was, the temperature was quite comfortable and the lane conditions were playable. The staff was very friendly and supportive. As a professional bowler, it was nice to see them care about the bowlers as well as the open play

Had work done on the pro shop. Always doing incredible job.

The Moscow mule will have you sippin quick! Fun games, good lanes, I had a wonderful date here and I would go again!

Nice and cozy place to go with friends and family and have a lot of fun.

Good family fun. Smoke free place which is great.

For a bowling alley, this place is clean and the staff was friendly. The prices, However, were unreasonable. It was$60 for my wife and I to bowl 3 games. A pitch of light beer was $21! I figured it would be expensive when I looked at the website, but the more traditional bowling alleys all had leagues, so we went here. The mugs were frosted and the bathroom was fairly clean. Price is the only reason for my low score. It was nice , but not worth paying twice what it is worth.

Very fun time for the family. Chicken tenders and pizza is very good as well. The arcade area was fun as well but on the small side with about 8 options. I enjoyed bowling the most tho!

I sorta liked the lanes the pins almost felt like they were out of place so if your an avid bowler I don't recommend this as where you bowl in a league this is more of a drunk bowling alley like just a have fun place?I paid 60 dollars to get 3 games and damn arcade cards that I didn't even want and when I get to my lane there was a bunch of kids in our seats jumping around like it was a trampoline and jumping on my gf and my bowling bag, walking in front of me while I'm trying to bowl which obviously isn't

Great food and great lanes, I love this place!

The Alley itself is quite nice. It's a bit on the pricey side though costing nearly $100 to buzz through 3 games with two kids. My real complaint is how much oil they use on the floors. So much oil that it is all over the balls too. This ultimately affects the ability to hook the ball, if you're a true bowler. If you're throwing straight shots the whole time then it won't matter. The amount of oil would be my main reason for not returning to this location.

Nice place , recently upgraded the interior. Clean , safe , good for the whole family

The place looks great with the remodel. The staff was super nice and even tried giving my friend some pointers. The shoes are so slippery, though, and you could see holes in them.

Horrible experience. It took me waiting over 45 minutes before I got my food and it took 25 minutes before my roommate actually got her DRINK. The bartenders where standing around doing literally nothing. Everyone was irritated. The menu sucks and the food and drinks are overpriced. Their ?drinks? are smaller than they appear on the menu and were $12. GO TO SPARE TIME!

This is going to be the part 2 of my review below. Customer view As a customer I noticed that they bartenders and servers work their tail off to get you what you need in a timely manner. Originally when I started going there the food was okish, but not it's really flawless. The cooks they have back there now are superior and never cease to amaze me. The over all experience is a A++. You have to remember the people that are there make it amazing. The front desk workers go fast and make sure they get their

Great place! Everyone is really nice and the prices are pretty good. Food was okay. The guys in the pro shop were a great help when we were trying to find what ball would be best for my husband. Definitely recommend this place over the fancy spots like main event or spare time

The kids had a blast! It's a great atmosphere for all ages

We had our son?s 5th birthday here on Sunday 11/12. There was only 3 employees running the whole bowling alley with multiple parties, league and people wanting to bowl. Why I give it 1 star: ? after advising we needed bumpers on both lanes we stood around waiting for someone to put them up (15-20 minutes) ? the bumpers fell 2 separate times and had to wait each time. No one answered the com because no one was at the front desk(10 mins each time) ? No one refilled any drinks ? Napkins, forks, and plates wer

I'm impressed with this Bowlero! I've bowled here before and found the staff to be incredibly accommodating whether I'm here with a group, or just my grandson! Something that makes this place stand out to me is the management. If I need something, regardless of how small it seems, even the GM will come and take care of it for me. I've had Sarah E bring the roller over for my grandson, and then brought our food out for us! This is a great team and I can't saw enough about them all! AND the food is excellent,

Great environment and friendly staff.

The atmosphere was nice definitely like the night bowling. Staff was nice and helpful and for the most part considering how busy they were they were quick to get us set up and ready to bowl. Bathrooms could use some more attention for cleanliness but I also understand disrespectful ppl will always be trash and trash what's not theirs! All in all great first time experience and will definitely be visiting again soon.

First time here and ill never eat or buy drinks here again, which means we will probably just find another bowling alley. Severely understaffed, overpriced ($14 for 8 chicken wings?) horrible table service, slow bar. We waited over 45 minutes just to have half of our drinks delivered, and I noticed the waitress had been carrying them around on our tray for at least 20 minutes. She was completely lost. Forgot to put our orders in, food was cold and poor quality. One dish had a long curly hair on it. None of

Very nice inside looks new or newly remodeled. The arcade games are definitely overpriced! The restrooms are clean and spacious. The food was good. Our party had chicken strips, pizza, and fries.

The place is clean and the oiled lanes are great. The unlimited bowling specials are great, especially the Sunday fun day special. They have food and drink specials. A fully equipped pro shop on site is also a plus.

The interior has been updated and is comfortable. Prices are reasonable compared to other bowling centers in Greenville. There is a small arcade area, bar, and kitchen. Group of 4 went on a Saturday night around 6 before it got really busy, but we still managed to wait a lot on service which got worse as it got later. I think maybe being understaffed/unprepared took away from an otherwise good experience.

We had our work party here and had a great time! The staff was really friendly and attentive. The drinks and food were both good! Would definitely come back here again to bowl.

Amazing experience, general manager Sarah made our experience the absolute best. My daughter didn't get to celebrate her actual birthday and Sarah made sure she had a special day when we went it. This girl is the best!

I had a big group of 12. Sarah recommended us few alley samplers and that made our night since we have been drinking. Thank you for the great service Sarah. Her employees were super friendly. Thank you!

My wife and I took our daughter her to celebrate her 10th birthday this past Sunday, thou she was hesitant, she had the time of her life. Derek and his team made sure we had everything we needed with room to spare. I appreciate the attention to detail we received, it made her celebration memorable. Thanks again!

Proshop on point, purchased a new ball, gave good info on the right type of ball.

Went in with a group of 10 and, despite how busy they were, everything went smoothly. Shoutout to Sonja at the front desk for making everything so much easier to understand in terms of pricing.

Lanes were clean with latest technology in scoring. Eat before you go?we paid $19 and change for a average quesadilla and two syrup sodas. Total for playing 3 games and the food was around $66 total. Not impressed at all! Businesses in Greenville rather gouge their patrons rather than providing a modest pricing and establish a rapport.

Really impressed how clean, modern and nice this bowling alley was. My complaint was the floor was sooooo slippery. I was very nervous each time I was up. Several in my party had the same complaint. We were scared of falling.

I used to come here while it was AMF and I decided to visit and I was shocked. The new renovation's are incredible, the food was amazing, and the service has increased significantly. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a great time and want great food!! I got the chicken tenders and they were incredible. They also keep the lanes oiled pretty good and that's a plus from being a old league player.

This place robs people of their money! Do NOT go here, they are overly priced and charge more than you play. My family and I went here and paid to play TWO games. We ended up playing 5 games and Bowlero charged our card for 7 games ($107!!!!). We called and spoke to Ernie and he said there is a no refund policy. We explained that we did NOT play 7 games and he said that on their tab it said we played 7. Not only do they overcharge people, but the food is NOT worth it. We ordered a cookie ($8) and it was STA

This is a pretty cool place and the only reason that it gets four out of five stars are for two reasons Prices are a little high and I understand it's a different era and bowling is not as cheap as it used to be however I figured because we were only bowling one game there would be a discounted rate but I was incorrect. secondly if you do care about what sort of score you're going to get the lanes were in rough shape from the standpoint of being extremely greasy. Customer service was excellent the staff wa

The pro shop is very helpful. I went in knowing I wanted a new ball but not sure what. The guy behind the counter explained a lot about the differences and then watched me bowl with my current ball. After which he gave new suggestions and sold me a ball. It matched up very well. He made sure I was going to be happy with my purchase and then came back out to check on me during the next game with the new ball.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
