Customer Reviews

I took my son and 6 of his friends to Bowlero last night for his 17th birthday. We had a blast. It is so nice and clean there. The service was exceptional. Management was exceptional and our server Kathy was exceptional!!! Best time at the bowling alley ever!!! We will definitely go back and make more fun memories there!!!

Went here when it was AMF bowling so it's changed, but still a great place to bowl and grab some drinks. The service tries to be prompt and the prices are reasonable. I'm glad they had a variety of sizes and weight for the bowling ball.

We are from Ky and brought our grandson to Arizona for Reds spring training. We came here to play in arcade area and decided to bowl afterwards. All lanes full but Chris took very good care of us!! Would definitely recommend!

Had a great time the grandsons loved it. Best time ever they reported. Next time I just need to get the bumpers on the lane too. Would highly recommend this for a fun time.

Friendly and helpful staff, great deal on summer passes for adults and kids. Clean. Quite a few choices at snack bar.

Bowlero glendale is my home away from home. Best bowling center in the area! One criticism I would give is... Oil the lanes daily, whether there's league or not. League bowlers with high rev rates come in to practice, and they can't get the ball down lane when they haven't been oiled for two days. Today, I was lofting the ball ten feet and still couldn't hit the pocket. Waste of time and money... Edit... They've been much better about oilling the lanes. Back to 5 stars.

This place used to be great. They have had recent turnover in staff and now I find myself bowling next to people who make my time less enjoyable. They used to be able to put people on lanes where they will have a good time, but not anymore. Where is Will?

A retirement party today for my son-in-law was great. More people showed up than expected. Cathy brought and monitored the party and food. Total success!! Thanks Cathy for all the help.

Always give out tips and amazing equipment recommendations to improve your game. Extremely fair prices and quick timing while still giving you everything you asked for. I will always return for cleaning and new equipment.

This place is amazing. Lots of parking, easy accessibility and well lit. Huge arcade area. With some of the most current games on the planet. Nice mini fast food Restaurant. Including a spectacular bar and seating area. Very clean and good customer service. Easy to use bowling screen setups and excellent bowling lanes. Fairly priced. With a lot of league options. Kid friendly. Highly recommended

My husband and I have been on a league here for a couple of years- the league is amazing! However?.. when I leave after bowling 3 games my hands look like I've been gardening, they are filthy. The lanes keep breaking down- we bowl from 6:30 to around 8-8:30. Sometimes, we don't get out until 9:30 because gates don't go up, scores have to be corrected, balls don't come back. We had 2 drinks (granted, they were doubles) for $45!!!!! That's right, folks, $45. Ridiculous. This isn't a dance club. AND they gave

The pricey bowling alley where to start. The bowling alley is nice and modern. The arcade is also new. The place is clean and organized. The staff are friendly. The problem is those prices. Almost 7$ per person per game . plus you got to pay additional for shoes. And they expect you to leave a tip on the reciept even if you didn't order any food! Also alot of the bowling balls are chipped and have dents in them. Im not sure if that messes with the balls abilitiy to roll straight but mine kept going in th

We just had our sons birthday party there last night! The managers and the entire staff we absolutely amazing. They had the cutest decorations, they were helpful, organized, and always came back to make sure we were still enjoying ourselves. It was clean and the food was great too. Thank you Bowlero for throwing a wonderful birthday party!

Great way to celebrate Father's Day, great atmosphere and very clean. Can't wait to visit again

Alissa wqs a great server and host! We brought in a party of 40 people and she made sure that everyone was taken care of and happy!

What a dirt disgusting bowling alley! We started two games and told them we wanted to be in the light and then started bowling, only to have them turn on the distracting TVs and turn off the lights. I like to be able to see my target. Management did nothing to fix the situation after we complained. I want my time and money back!

Great "neighborhood" bowling alley. Has been remodeled recently, games in the arcade all worked, bathrooms were clean, staff was friendly & helpful. Will definitely be back!

It's nice inside. The music was a good mix and the staff was nice. $85 to bowel two games. The bathroom was a mess and smelled bad. The food was stupid expensive and really warmed frozen food mostly. The shoes are warn so much u can feel thw last person's toe print. There were a shortage of smaller weight balls. I won't be going back.

Our large family group, from 2 years to 75 years, had a blast at the Glendale location. We reserved two lanes including food and drink. Davianna, Damon and the entire staff went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this location if you are looking to have fun and be entertained. The pizza, chicken and fries were really good! We will definitely go again.

Had a super fun time! And made some new friends! All the lanes were open and we bowled from like 8:30- close. The price is right to play all night! We did have to wait about 30 minutes before we got a lane but each of us got a $4 play card to the Arcade for free to help pass the wait. They had a nice bar with super nice bartenders who got us or drinks quickly. Over all can't wait to come back again soon!!

First time bowling in many, many years. The employees were super nice and helpful! $120 for 4 of us total (3 kids), shoes, and 2 games on a Friday evening. Not sure what I was expecting but it wasn't $120??inflation? Food was an additional $25- not bad for 3 kids meals. I would consider going again for half the price.

Great coordinating and accommodations from start to finish! We booked Bowlero for annual Christmas in April party and had a great time. Checking in was easy and fast with Gary?s help, and then our servers Susan and Ryan were on top of everything with the food and drinks (super polite and attentive). Davi was our POC for the party and she was super helpful answering questions, and clarifying details as they came up taking care to ensure our party had everything we needed. 10/10 would recommend a party with B

Decent place, a little pricey if you reserve ahead of time. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bar staff could use some training, really slow.. but it's a bowling alley cant expect to much

We love this bowling alley. Go Sundays... Prices are 2.50 per game and almost $5 for shoes but worth family fun time. The food is great and it's very clean and so much fun. It can be pricey so find coupons online and sign up for emails. I get great coupons in my email. Sign up online through their website. They text u great coupons. If 4 people play it takes about an hour or more per game and you prepay for games here so just buy 1 or 2 games at a time. Shoes are extra. I believe 2.50 plus the game. Game pr

Alyssa was an amazing server. This place is amazing and I had an unforgettable time hanging out with the squad.

It was relatively expensive to do anything. The music was very very loud, have to yell to hear anyone. The games are all rigged and either way too short or just straight rip you off. Not fantastic

Helped my ball picking decision easy helped me pick the right ball from my trend 2 to something a little weaker for later in the games

Alissa was my server and was amazing! The food was good and the vibes were immaculate

Alyssa was a great server! Excellent place to bowl and hang with friends ong

The lanes are pretty nice, it does get very packed during league times which is good but annoying if you are trying to just grab a lane. Look up their league schedule before showing up. A few of the staff seem nice but there is one guy who I believe had assistant manager on his name badge and he acts as if you are inconveniencing him by showing up. He is nice to the people who are bowling league but if you aren't in a league he acts quite rude. Does not great you, he just waits for you to talk first which m

It's a good-sized bowling alley that looks to have been updated recently. All lanes have projectors playing music videos, movies, and other shows above the pins. Very clean with food, drinks, and an arcade. Unlimited bowling after a certain time for a flat rate. The shoes, balls, and lead up areas have been heavily used. I tripped a few times due to the worn pads on the shoes sticking on the worn areas on the floor. With updated equipment, this place could be 5 starts.

Very cool place! There is plenty of space for everybody! Friendly stuff!

The staff is always super helpful and nice , great place to spend a Friday night!

It was the worst bowling experience ever! I honestly want my money back. We had a large party. So we paid in two, and we spent over $300 just to bowl. That doesn't include food and alcohol purchases as well as game cards for the 5 kids we had. All.in all we spent close to $500. Our lane continued to mess up all night, we had two. Only had problems with the one. Every time we went up to the front to complain. It was such and annoying things. Especially when you are bowling with a large party and children. E

Would be nice, but during the day they turn the lights out on the Lanes they need to wait till later to do that, real Bowlers want to be able see there marks

Old school bowling alley had a bunch of fun here. Staff is friendly and polite. You can place 5 people per lane and the pizza ain't bad. Have a ball shop and bar. Restroom was clean.

We love our local Bowlero! We did the summer pass, which led to my son joining his first league. The staff is amazing, always friendly, courteous, helpful, and personable. Lanes are great condition, drinks are cold, food is hot and delicious, and the kids also love the arcade. We even found a fun Friday night activity for extra fun, trivia! Trivia is also a blast and fun for all ages. Great family fun, awesome host, and prizes to win! Highly recommend

Terrible customer service, does not matter what time of day, the ?front desk? option is not available, I've literally called 17 different times. Good luck getting ahold of anybody there because they won't answer the phone

Really? it's sub zero ice cold inside. You could not even be comfortable inside.. the 3 other lanes close to us as well saying it was horrible.. 0 stars for paying $200plus for a few games with 4 of us and nobody had a good time.

Had a horrible experience at this bowling alley. Me and my friends came here December 29th on a Thursday, everything was fine at first, staff was friendly until things were not fine. We ordered food, waited an HOUR for our food and ended up having to go ask for it ourselves only for it to come out cold like it had been sitting (definitely not worth the price) not only that but we were the only ones with a faulty bowling alley that kept eating our balls, we had to keep stopping the game and didn't even get t

Haven't been since it turned into Bowlero. Had a lot of fun. Our lane kept "eating the balls" so we had to keep waiting for it to spit out all 8 balls at once but other than that it was fun. Pretzels are good, had a delicious margarita. Kinda sad it $6 to rent shoes though. Overall had a good experience & will be back again when in town, don't live in the Phoenix area.

Very nice facility! Staff are super friendly and helpful! Our family has a great experience!

Staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was good as well. There's a lot of space for parking, and inside the building was clean. The day I went after bowling, I wanted to hit the arcade. The machines didn't let me charge my card for credit and had to get a new one.

Had a really nice time with my family and friends trying to bowl for the first time.

Celebrated our sons 10th birthday at this location and everything was beyond AMAZING!!! The food, the arcade for the kids at the end, the endless drink refills, and 2.5 hours of bowling was perfect! All we had to do was show up and Nicole, Grace and Joe took care of the rest!! Best party ever and we'll be back for sure! My only suggestion would be to put parties at the end lanes cause the older people next to us weren't very happy with 8 kids bowling next to them. But I could care less cause we had a blast!

Friendly staff and great prices for a group. Lanes and pin operations are excellent.

Good food and great customer service. Fun experience for friends.

It was fun! My work crew and I had a party here and the staff at Bowlero were very nice and accommodating! The food was really good and so were the drinks! The arcade was pretty great too!

Solid alley but doesn't have Will so it is a disappointment. #BringWillBack

Had a get together with a large group (20). James and the Bowlero team kept up with all of our needs and were very kind. We all had a great time!

Super friendly staff. Modern decor. Excellent experience!

I enjoyed this place so much. Great customer service! Everyone here was so great!

I honestly don't know why it's so expensive for the casual player to bowl. I don't want to join a league or buy a pass. It's a good thing the water was free. Anyway I think I am done bowling.

I was in and Alyssa greeted me with a smile and asked if I wanted anything. I ordered food and a drink and she brought it right to my lane. The order was correct which made me happy!

Alissa did an amazing job hosting out group event!!! <3

Alissa was able to run with a large group and made it easy and seamless!

Fine if you're trying to casually bowl with the family, but if you take bowling a little more serious and bowl with a curve than these are the worst maintained lanes in the valley.

This is my second time at this establishment. I absolutely LOVE this place. Everyone has been so nice and helpful. Susan was amazing, so friendly and helpful!! The manager was amazing! great pricing. Clean and fun. Found my new spot ????

Great place to have fun with the family, not terribly priced. Super fun and visually appealing. Staff was friendly but a bit disorganized. But we all have bad days sometimes. It was a busy day when I went.

The remodel of this place is amazing! The atmosphere is fantastic. We had a lot of fun. Definitely be going here again!

Great place, clean and and decent food, drinks are pricey but that's to be expected

My second grand son sahit sai birth day we celebrated with his friends

They charged us ( two adults and two 3-years old kids) 78$ for 30 minutes?

Great Lanes. Well maintained compared to other Bowlero's. However we ordered the garlic parm fries and a serving size was quite meager and not much garlic parm. Kind of disappointing and it took them forever to get it out to us.

Had a pretty good time. But... me and my friend got there about 3 - 3:30pm and the man behind the counter told us "that we can have UNLIMITED bowling with shoe rentals and 2 hours of unlimited arcades for $18something per person". Hell yeah, great deal, let's do it. Then, after about 2 hours or so, our games kept getting stopped mid game so I would go to the counter, and they would apologize and continue our game. That happened about 3 times then my buddy goes to the counter and asks what is going on and th

Ok here's our update (and it's not good). We sent a group ahead of us to get two lanes. Lanes were open but they told my group that they couldn't get two lanes.. Once I got there I noticed that there was a lane right next to the lane we had so I spoke with a young lady (guessing it was the manager) and she said that lanes been open for a while and we could have it. Whoever was working the desk was completely lost. Now so needless to say the two of us bowled six games a piece (total of 12 games to be paid f

Had a great time here. The place was clean, food was good and all went smoothly. Would recommend to others for family night or a birthday party.

Bowling was fun. Place was busy but ordered food and drinks via qr code and watched staff trash our tickets and never make the food. After going up 40 mins later they made the drinks wrong and after 45 mind got a refund on the food.

If you're looking for a unique experience at the bowling alley, look no further than DJ! Not only does he spin great tunes, but he also serves up the most incredible glasses of milk you'll ever taste. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor make every visit a memorable one. DJ's passion for both music and milk elevates the bowling alley experience to a whole new level. Don't miss out on his delightful concoctions next time you're in town!

My partner and I initially had a poor experience at this location with lengthy wait times for food, inattentiveness, and confusing communication with the staff. However, the manager invited us back the past night and I have to say, our experience was incredibly different from what we experienced the first time! The bowling lanes were fun, the manager E came up to say hi and was a fantastic part of our experience, and the food and drinks were great! Highly recommend getting the chicken sandwich and wings and

Love the black lights!! Really fun for the whole family. Our first time here. Think we all got at least one strike, so we were excited..lol

Please fix your lanes from breaking down. Lanes are also very dirty. By the end of 3 games your hands are black.

This house is very badly maintained. The staff is rude and appear to not care about their patrons at all. Bowlero Glendale does not care about their loyal league bowlers (start late, machines/lanes don't work, turn the lights off before we finish, and schedule events during league contract dates) ..Just for a few examples... The machines REGULARLY chew up brand new, very expensive, bowling balls and the staff does nothing to solve the issues. Do better.

These guys made great improvements on the arcade area of the place! I was a little disappointed the first time we came here, but after their remodel, it was like going to a whole new place! My kids loved playing all of the arcade games after they wore me out bowling. The food is ok. They could get a little better on but at the end of the day they're a bowling alley lol. It's still by far one of the best bowling alleys in the area now. The drinks for the parents are a must. Haha. Being able to have a drin

Bowling alley is beautiful and kept clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. The one big negative is the price. Rather than charging per lane per game, customers are charged Per Game, Per Person. Meaning two games for 4 people plus shoes is almost $100. As nice as the facility is, it's out of our price range.

Had a great time, good food, beer clean ,customer service was great.nice atmosphere. Definitely go back

Super fun place! The food was actually good too, but pricy so I'd recommend eating elsewhere.

Good summer deal! Have lots of fun with family and friends.

Great place to have fun with your family. I'm not upset about the place. The waitress that was bringing me our drinks left my card on the back counter where no one was even hanging out around. She didn't even say "Hey here's your card." Someone could have stolen my card. Not only did I have that problem but the leader of our party was charged 80 something dollars and shouldn't have been charged that much at all. We had to call them and ask for a refund.

Bowlero in Glendale is very nice. The staff is very friendly and great helps. The vibes of this place are so fun! I recommend bowling at this location!

Had a nice time with family friendly atmosphere.

Horrendous Experience During the USBC Masters and Queens Tournament at Bowlero Glendale (Participant C.Cotton) I recently attended the USBC Masters and Queens Tournament at Bowlero Glendale, and my experience was nothing short of appalling. The lack of cleanliness throughout the facility was unacceptable, especially considering this was a major tournament. The floors were filthy, and the men's bathroom was an absolute disaster. All three urinals were leaking, creating a disgusting stench that permeated for

I have went here many times, it's a very nice place to bowl. The service is great, everyone is friendly and welcoming. The only things that I would say could be better is the cleanliness. The counters were sticky from drinks, and there was vomit and alcohol all over the bathroom floor. The arcade was fun my buddies hit the jackpot on the Pick the Lock game and the Strength game which was fun. We got a deck of Minecraft uno cards for my friends kids. Very fun.

4 of 6 games needed to be corrected because of poor reader. No chalk or towels to keep hands dry. The foul reader is off. Sure, this was an impromptu game, so we didn't bring any of our own equipment, but chalk is a basic need item even if someone doesn't bring their own fancy bag. Not a place I would return to.

The first time we went here on August 17th and 18th we had a great time. Free pitcher of water and we went with our league games and Summer Passes. We normally go to Ubion Hills and love it there until they changed their hours on weekends. On August 24th we went in and the minute we checked in with Steven the manager it was a totally worse experience. They would not turn on the lights of league bowlers practicing. And when we went to the snack bar for water, we were told we have to buy it. The International

We went for new years eve 2018/2019 with 4 kids 3-10.. We had such a great time. The employees here were super amazing.

Great facility with customer-focused employees. I had never been to a Bowlero before, but this next level when I think of bowling alleys. Clean, organized, modern. Good food, friendly employees. The manager was excellent. He checked in on us a few times and seemed genuinely interested in making sure we were having a good time. We'll be back!

Good time just beware of estimated wait times. It may be a lot longer than they say. A few of the lanes need some real maintenance as well as the cleanliness of the ball return. Some of the lanes the ball returns with giant chunks of rubber on them.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are pool tables in arcades still good in this modern age?

Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
