Took my grand daughter for some summer fun! We bowled and had lunch, I had the classic wings and they were some of the best wings I've ever eaten. My grand daughter had the cheeseburger and she said it was very good. Afterwards we played games and had a GREAT time!!!

This place was so huge, large, spacious, about 60 lanes. We had a group of about 30 ppl & had a great time. The atmosphere was very nice & pleasant. The guy at the desk was friendly & funny.

We celebrated our son's 13th birthday party here. It was such a great experience from start to finish. Jessica did my reservation over the phone, along with Gabby the manager physically attending to my guest and I at the bowling alley. Gabby was on top of everything I never had to ask for anything to be replaced, restocked, or refilled. This made my experienced that much better. I am absolutely amazed by the service we were provided. I had a party for my son on a Sunday afternoon. The service was spectacular. I am beyond amazed and grateful for the service and attentiveness that the staff provided for us. I am going to give a 100% satisfaction review. My entire family had a great time. We had so many people show up and there were nonstop drinks and food and it was just amazing. This has been the best birthday party I have thrown for my children and I've done a lot lol. Thank you

LANES ARE FAULTY AND CASHIER DOESN?T CARE. I observed that on several frames the score wasn't matching what was bowled. I informed the cashier and even showed that at one point the pins that were knocked down on the first attempt were different from the score on the screen. I brought this to the attention of the cashier before I rolled the second attempt so he could see plainly that the score didn't match. 1st time going there. It was a good experience. Kids loved the bowling and arcade. Customer service was great and they were very friendly. The only thing I recommend is to reconsider the food. It wasn't bad, just a bit bland. The wings and pizza were good, but your nachos were a bit cold and tasteless. Other than that, it was a fun experience

Tuesdays are decent, 18 bucks and unlimited play , up to 7 people. Not bad.

Best employees ever! Could not ask for better service, better help! I took my 5 year old and a newborn late night weekday and they were just the most amazing people and made this experience for my son the best. We don't live anywhere near here and were staying down the street and they just made his whole entire night and I'm eternally grateful?????????? will always come back here every time that we are here come out which is every 3weeks

The bowling alley has not changed it is still fun to bowl and enjoy family time. The prices are high!

1st time here. Didn't have a lane reservation for a Saturday night. We were able to get a lane right away. Played 3 games, which came with a $5 arcade card for each player. Price included shoe rental. Lots of bowling balls available in all weights and sizes. Very accommodating when requesting help. Will definitely visit again.

Don't judge a book by its cover. From outside the building does give a little bit of a old feel makes you wonder how the inside is. I was actually impressed how kept up it is. Not a bad place to come bowl I recommend coming here if you're looking for a family Night. Only reason 4 stars is because their lanes aren't as modern as some other places perfect example is you can't choose what bowlers get the bumpers you have to have a employee raise or lower manually. Had a last minute plan to go bowling and we got a great lane at a great price. Didn't try snacks, but had a blast, feels like a perfect place for smaller groups.

Great date spot! This was my first visit since AMF converted this location to a Bowlero. Had so much fun. Will definitely be back. All the lanes and equipment were in great shape. The staff was friendly and helpful. You can go online and reserve a lane before you get there.

A large group of men, and myself, shared 4 lanes for bowling. Including drinks and food, it was a real good, up to date bowling alley.

Everytime I come to Bowlero Lexi always take of me and as well as Gio. She's always there and knows just what we need. It's a great environment I would recommend it to anyone who wants a good time 10/10!!

Love Bowlero Garland! Our lane kept messing up and the pins wouldn't reset randomly . I'm not sure if the manager thought I was lying but he watched our lane difficulties for over 30mins and decided to put us on a different lane after having to have his team reset the lane several times! No complimentary anything! ???? Bartenders are always great! Drinks are top tier. My family?s favorite place to bond or friends? favorite place to ?drink bowl? ??

Very nice location, well maintained. We went for a birthday party, and the staff was attentive even with their hands obviously full. The pizza was actually really good compared to my expectations of a non-restaurant establishment. They also provide shoe sizes all the way up to 19s. With a 6'4" husband... Finding a bowling alley with shoes for his big feet is AMAZING!

Amazing place! The party I was with loved it, being their first time in the area. Everyone on the place was respectful and friendly.

It was a well run location. It is an awesome bowling alley. My family came because of a kid's birthday party. There were a ton of lanes. Loads of tvs to watch the college football games. The food was pretty tasty, but a little expensive. But I imagine it is similar to other bowling alleys. The lanes were well oiled and maintained. The staff was super helpful and fast. The arcade was pretty cool. I will definitely look to go back there.

I have been coming her since I was a teen, place has changed over the years and it's great they have remodeled it pretty nice as in their layout. I love to come with my family and just have a good time bowling and now playing in there arcade room which is pretty awesome. The rewards station not so much great! Over all if u want to have a good time come here you will enjoy it. Down side there is days where is packed and you have to wait till ur party is called and you cant bring ur food or outside drinks. U

we are been coming around 3 months evey friday and let me tell you something, staff is friendly , always taking care of us, Lexi from front desk always smiling,friendly , and telling us the specials that they have, i recommend 100% this place .

My friands and I had a fantastic bowling experience at bowlero at Garland location. The service was exceptional. Lexi was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the specials and food menu.

Is a nice bowling alley the only thing is the price and they should put a thing where we can put bumpers up or down our selfs but other then that is a nice and calm bowling alley

Spent a fun Sunday afternoon bowling. The place is really nice. Games a 7.95 per person per game plus shoe rental.

There are a lot of neat consoles. More than half a thousand bowling balls. It's a great place to hang out with people. Employees are very friendly too.

Went here on a Friday night with four other friends, and the total was 140 for just 2 games. The place was clean, and they have security so we all felt safe. We ordered drinks and they were expensive and not good. I wish they had prices listed on the menu. We still had a great time and would go again.

We were told they don't do lanes per hour only per game. I was not a fan of that at all. $90 for ONE game of 5 people. It's kinda ridiculous

I had my birthday party here and just rented some lanes. The staff was so nice and offered to put my cake in the fridge when I got there. They also provided plates and silverware. The only problem was the lane had a problem where it wouldn't reload the pins and we had to manually reset it. Other than that everything was great!!!

AMF Garland is a very good bowling alley for a great price. We went on a Sunday after 5PM because there was a $3 a game special and that was such a great deal. The food was pretty good and affordable. The bathrooms were clean. This is a good place to bring your youth ministry for fun and fellowship. I would definitely come back.

Went here on a Monday night and it was pretty packed for league night. 45 minutes wait and cash only. We left to head to Plano lanes.

We came here a second time to give it an another chance as our first time wasn't spectacular. Again, it wasn't great. I can here short notice just to take my daughter for her 14tj birthday with her friends, cousins and my parents and family. Not a party but small group to bowl and have a small celebration. We had a great time last night. AMF Garland is a nice place to bowl. The owner, Dino, is very friendly. The lanes are good too. It's better than the other place I played at the other week. At the time of this writing, they have "bowl all you can" for $15 (shoes included). Pretty good deal!!! They close at 11pm. This is the worst bowling place I have ever visited. The customer service here sucks. I will never ever recommend this bowling place to anyone I know. The front people are racist and don't know what real customer service looks like. The black guy that was there with a beard was dismissive and I didn't feel welcomed with the beautiful lady I went to play a game with.

Bowling on the 4th was awesome!!! Didn't know playing only 2 games would be so tiresome.. make sure to do some curls next time me and the fam come through..

The worst service I've ever had. My group of 4 got here around 8:45pm and we ordered food shortly after. I ordered medium fries and when I tell you i didn't receive my food for a whole 3 hours later?.. I was pissed. They served the first 2 in our group after we waited for like an hour and half. Then one person got theirs another hour after that and I literally got mine as we were about to leave. Absolutely unacceptable, visit another establishment.

I've never seen a bowling alley needing security. That threw me off to start with. This place was cold and the staff if not friendly. The security guards were more friendly than anything. The bar tender was somewhat rude and obtuse. The lady who was behind the counter for the bowling lanes seemed to be new and not knowing what to do. She was not helpful at all and kept pointing at the sign. Lady we can read?! Give more options.

I went to this location on half price Wed to play in the arcade section. What arcade section ????. They had 5 claw machines.... The prizes were few & stuff down.. So the win was impossible.... I also noticed the prices are different at this location.... It cost a lil more than other locations...

This bowling alley has been here forever! They have made MAJOR IMPROVEMENTS! They have 58 lanes, so there's plenty of space available. They don't have the lanes real oily, so you'llhave to make adjustments fast and early!

Amazed by the service. We had a lane reserved and our whole party arrived about 45 minutes later. We was able to push it back free of charge . They also allowed us to extend our time which was an additional fee but it was worth it . The naked wings? 10/10. This is a solid bowling alley. It's not as upgraded with the lanes as it could be (bumpers are not person specific, they are either up for the whole group or down), but still solid. I had a small b-day event here with my niece and her friends. The food was good, and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. They had a great day of celebrating and even had fun in the arcade. Will definitely come back to bowl again. ??

I bowl here at Bowlero in a league and can say without the shadow of a doubt that this place it top tier. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful. The lanes have just the perfect amount of oil and the food is pretty good for a bowling alley. Although they are a bit expensive on the food and drink.

Out of all the AMF/Bowlero facilities in the Dallas area, I like this and Lewisville the most. If I had to choose for a league, it'll be here! Great staff and attentive waiters as well.

Worst bartender. He's got a lot of attitude felt like he was racist toward us. Felt like he was forced work here. Worst customer service ever, 2nd time here and served us both times with an attitude. If you don't want to serve then don't work at a place like this.

Third time at Bowlero in a year. Overall experiences have been good. Lots of fun for the family and friends. Food/dessert tastes good, and great service at birthday party event. Please keep a better eye on the restrooms though, bad odor and no paper towels available in women's restroom this last time visited. Thank you!
