Bowlero is a fun place to spend a few hours, whether you're with friends or family. It's usually busy, but surprisingly, the crowd never feels overwhelming or disruptive ? there's always a lively, energetic vibe. The music is consistently good, and the movies playing on the screens add to the great atmosphere. Great for Group Events I came here for a birthday party with a group of friends, and the experience was fantastic! The service was quick, and the staff helped us set up the lanes and make sure everything ran smoothly. The bowling equipment was in great shape, and the pricing was surprisingly affordable considering the quality of service and fun. It was a memorable time, and I will be recommending it to others.

Went here on a Sunday around 2pm. It wasn't busy, and there were plenty of open lanes. When we got to our assigned lanes, we noticed leftover food all over the table. The group next to us, who shared the table, mentioned the mess was already there when they arrived and no one had cleaned it. We started playing, but after about 15 minutes, our lane got stuck. Overall experience was a 5.7/10. This location underwent a good cosmetic facelift but the things that matter was left undone. The balls were chipped and did not have traction. There was no oil in the lane allowing the ball to break. And our lane kept malfunctioning and we had to constantly to the front and ask for a reset. My wife and I went to this bowling center because we wanted to have a date night, and we both love to bowl. I am a league bowler at a different bowling center so I am used to things being done quite different from this Bowlero. The management was completely terrible, the entire staff needs retraining on customer service, and the equipment needs a lot of work. We celebrated my son's birthday here, and it was a hit! The service was impeccable, and they helped us organize the perfect party. The quality of the lanes and kid-friendly features like lane bumpers and lightweight balls were exceptional. The value for money was outstanding, considering all the fun and convenience they provided. The kids had a blast, and we, as parents, appreciated the stress-free experience. Cool bowling spot, huge parking lot but apparently there's clubs with designated parking, which was a little strange. The lanes were highly waxed, and tended to the left ever so slightly but it's a good time. Food was actually pretty good.

Went here for a kids birthday party and had a great time! The facility is well maintained, it has an arcade with enough games to keep kids entertained and the food was delicious! My daughter enjoyed it so much that she wants to have a party there for her birthday!

Upon arrival we had to sign in and wait about an hour for us to get a bowling area. Ordered food and a shake for my son. Got my food after 30minutes on waiting for the shake had to go ask at the bar 3 different times. Took almost 1 hours for my son to finally get it. If I would had not kept going to ask for it all the way to the bar we would had never got it. Also my bowl lane kept getting stuck about 4times. Waste of time and money. These place sucks

I really like this Bowlero, because of all the nice people that work there. However, they could use some maintenance on their lanes. My ball has been damaged twice due to the faulty lanes. They always fix it at no cost, though, so that's good.

Went Here with a party of 9. Got two lanes and played 1 game. Got two samples a d 6 drinks. Played about 150$ not bad for about 2 hours. Had a good time. Played a couple of games. Prizes are in a vending machine.

The bowling balls were jamming and not being returned. My partner has her own bowling ball and ball return wasn't functioning properly. Also, pins were not being set up properly, seems like the lanes mechanically aren't maintained well. When this was mentioned to a staff member at Bowlero, he seemed not to care and was arrogant. We will not be returning to this location. Poor customer service.

I visited this place for the first time with my kids and it left us with such wonderful memories that I had to write a review. Staff is extremely nice and helpful but the lanes aren't maintained well. Me and the group i bowl with have had multiple balls damaged here. Edit: my ball has now been damaged twice. Absolutely insane how they won't fix these lanes.

Wehosted my daughter's birthday here. Staff was super helpful and friendly. They made everything super easy. They kept ob checking on us and kept our food and drinks stocked up. The facility was clean and everything seemed orderly. The lines were moving fast and there were multiple people behind the counter. Very kid friendly, I felt safe with out kids there. We look forward to our next visit and plan to make this one of our regular family places.

I like this bowling center. It has come a long wat. They do need to add another restro om. The liquor is way over priced! The staff is respectful and patient.

Terrible! It was a terrible experience. I've been to many other Bowlero locations, and this one was the worst. On January 1st, I visited with my family of six. They assigned us two lanes, 24 and 25. During our first game, our balls got stuck behind the pins. We asked for help at the front desk and spoke to an employee who called someone to address the issue. Avoid these lanes at all costs if you dont want your ball to be completely destroyed... so I've given this place so many tries and I can officially say I will never bowl here again.. this is the second ball in a month to get completely destroyed by ball return and my first one was returned "repaired" but looked exactly the same this place is a joke and machines are absolute dinosaurs avoid it trust me

I enjoy visiting this bowling alley. We consistently have a good time, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. Although I have not tried the food, the drinks are usually delicious. If there is ever an issue with the taste, the bartender is always willing to make it right and that has only happened once. I plan on returning to this establishment in the near future.

This place suck. Their machine to get prizes from playing the arcade has been down for 4 days and still not fixed. I just spent over $150 on Arcade and not able to get any prizes for my niece and nephews. Plus, I spoke to the manager and staffs and they said I would have to go to another location.

AMF Carter Bowl was so much better back in the day. To many kids working here for Adults to have a good time. Very sensitive bunch. Lanes are very slippery and dirty - don't need bowling shoes as everyone kept falling in them so we had to change to our regular shoes. Drink prices and Bowling Prices are beyond extreme for the product they are pushing. Other bowling options in the area with a better ambiance and pricing.

Manager Nick was awesome during our time here last night. Our lane kept freezing and he fixed it and came back to check on us frequently. Definitely will be returning!

great parking, great lanes, great service. i really like the sunday deal as well. the staff are friendly when checking in and getting shoes, the seats are not that bad either. but a recent event really stuck with me. I was kicked out for having water. If I am going to bowl for 5 hours, i shoukd be able to bring my own water. We had a family birthday party for our 15 year old grandson. Good food, great service. Included several younger kids and they had a great time. Very clean and refurbished. Adult beverages, nice arcade, clean restrooms, lots of free parking, and nice food selection. We brought a birthday cake and everyone had a fun time.

If you want to bowl some where, where the lanes are taken care of, go here. The pinsetters don't always work but the staff is very friendly and ready to lend a hand at anytime. Never had a bad experience there, except a gutterball!

Round one is much better. Here is not great but local I suppose. Lanes are moderately high prices and food is similar but thats to be expected I guess. Beer and food is ridiculously expensive though. Don't buy a beer here I've never paid more and both were flat. Arcade is several dollars a game. Seems like a struggling business but if your here just for bowling it's not terrible.

My employer booked a Christmas Party here and this was my first time visiting. Plenty of parking spaces in the parking lot. There are 40 lanes to bowl in. I'm not sure how much the cost of a game is or how much the shoe rental is. There is a bar for drinks. They have beer and wine. They also have cocktails too. The whole family had fun the price was very good for rentals of lane and shoes the music is loud but not to the piont that you can not hear. I come here because my gf is in one of the leagues. I just tried to order food at the bar. WORST bartenders ever. They have a line for walk ups and they don't help the people who have been waiting they help people who jump in the side. It made me so mad that I waited the for 15 minutes to just get skipped over and ignored. I walked away. This place is great, and the staff was really nice and helpful. They gave me good service even though I used Groupon, as I've experienced how they treat you different when you say you have groupon. They didn't try to charge me extra, and they gave my son all the things he needed. I will be back more often for sure. My toddler loves bowling. We got here about 20 minutes after they opened. Only two other lanes were bowling. Only one staff member on site so there was a lot of waiting around for a lane and for food. It was fun, though, once we got everything set! They didn't clean the lanes between uses until more staff came, so best to come at 5 pm when they'll be able to sanitize the area between different parties. Could be cleaner, there were areas that had dirty footprints on the lanes, but with the limited staff they did the best they could

We attended my friend's daughter's b-day party last year. It was so pleasant. We ended up hosting our daughter's birthday party on 9-12-17. Our waitress Destiny was super nice and very prompt with all of the food/drinks we ordered. The Manager Jonathan was amazing. I would say every 30 mins he would check on us to make sure everything was going good. It was a busy night so it meant a lot that he took time out of his busy schedule to check up on us. Not to mention most of our guest arrived very late.

We loved this place! Took our softball team there and it was a great experience. The teens and parents enjoyed the lanes while the little ones had fun at the arcade area.

I love this place for summer family fun with the summer passes. Been coming here for a while. They even redid the whole bowling alley, unfortunately all summer I have had attitude from the front desk. They are all new and not very welcoming. Also aren't straight up about policies regarding the passes. We paid just like everyone else. Still will keep coming because it's fun like I said.
