Bowlero is a fun place to spend a few hours, whether you're with friends or family. It's usually busy, but surprisingly, the crowd never feels overwhelming or disruptive ? there's always a lively, energetic vibe. The music is consistently good, and the movies playing on the screens add to the great atmosphere. I've never had any issues getting there ? the roads, parking, and general setup are convenient and hassle-free. That said, there are a couple of areas that could use improvement. The pizza is definit

Music was a bust the wings were a bust the PIZZA was a bust tha chicken strips was a bust the best part of the food was my root beer mixed with lemonade 8 party wings for 17 $ plus tax an for them to really really be trash is Diabolical.. The overall bowling experience was about a 8 our screen kept freezing we spent almost 300 dollars total an I promise we will never do it again... I definitely don't recommend this place for family activities unless you got money to throw away.... Biggest bust of 2025 so fa

Great for Group Events I came here for a birthday party with a group of friends, and the experience was fantastic! The service was quick, and the staff helped us set up the lanes and make sure everything ran smoothly. The bowling equipment was in great shape, and the pricing was surprisingly affordable considering the quality of service and fun. It was a memorable time, and I will be recommending it to others.

Went here on a Sunday around 2pm. It wasn't busy, and there were plenty of open lanes. When we got to our assigned lanes, we noticed leftover food all over the table. The group next to us, who shared the table, mentioned the mess was already there when they arrived and no one had cleaned it. We started playing, but after about 15 minutes, our lane got stuck. We used the call button for assistance and waited for 10 minutes, but no one showed up. We went to the front counter, and they told us they would rese

Overall experience was a 5.7/10. This location underwent a good cosmetic facelift but the things that matter was left undone. The balls were chipped and did not have traction. There was no oil in the lane allowing the ball to break. And our lane kept malfunctioning and we had to constantly to the front and ask for a reset. They were nice about it but it did dampen the experience. Everything else was pretty ok. I would avoid unless you don't care about getting a good score. We ordered pizzas, adults will not

Bowling was fun but we ordered food and had to chase the server to get our food. The alcoholic drinks came first, the food came out an hour later cold and burnt and the girls strawberry lemonades didn't come out until we complained. After spending $200 we felt jipped

My wife and I went to this bowling center because we wanted to have a date night, and we both love to bowl. I am a league bowler at a different bowling center so I am used to things being done quite different from this Bowlero. The management was completely terrible, the entire staff needs retraining on customer service, and the equipment needs a lot of work. One of the first things I noticed is that the lanes were too dark. I couldn't see the arrows on the lane until I had one step left in my approach. Th

We celebrated my son's birthday here, and it was a hit! The service was impeccable, and they helped us organize the perfect party. The quality of the lanes and kid-friendly features like lane bumpers and lightweight balls were exceptional. The value for money was outstanding, considering all the fun and convenience they provided. The kids had a blast, and we, as parents, appreciated the stress-free experience. Thanks for making our son's day special!

12/21/2024 = 3 Star= We did 2 lanes in The bowling and it's not busy , we're always here before but we always get bad service that's why we stop coming here. But my uncle told me that name and management change he said it's better now, that's why we did try to visit the bowling and order a lot of food but server not smilling or not happy maybe we order many times and order a lot , my uncle said it's not usually like this and he said he will tell to the manager and I said don't , coz I don't want her to get

Cool bowling spot, huge parking lot but apparently there's clubs with designated parking, which was a little strange. The lanes were highly waxed, and tended to the left ever so slightly but it's a good time. Food was actually pretty good.

Went here for a kids birthday party and had a great time! The facility is well maintained, it has an arcade with enough games to keep kids entertained and the food was delicious! My daughter enjoyed it so much that she wants to have a party there for her birthday!

lane kept breaking and no one would fix it after countless times of asking them too. ended up just walking out lol. terrible maintenance and terrible service

Upon arrival we had to sign in and wait about an hour for us to get a bowling area. Ordered food and a shake for my son. Got my food after 30minutes on waiting for the shake had to go ask at the bar 3 different times. Took almost 1 hours for my son to finally get it. If I would had not kept going to ask for it all the way to the bar we would had never got it. Also my bowl lane kept getting stuck about 4times. Waste of time and money. These place sucks

I really like this Bowlero, because of all the nice people that work there. However, they could use some maintenance on their lanes. My ball has been damaged twice due to the faulty lanes. They always fix it at no cost, though, so that's good.

We had a great time. Pizza was pretty good. French fries were great. Service was excellent

Went Here with a party of 9. Got two lanes and played 1 game. Got two samples a d 6 drinks. Played about 150$ not bad for about 2 hours. Had a good time. Played a couple of games. Prizes are in a vending machine.

The bowling balls were jamming and not being returned. My partner has her own bowling ball and ball return wasn't functioning properly. Also, pins were not being set up properly, seems like the lanes mechanically aren't maintained well. When this was mentioned to a staff member at Bowlero, he seemed not to care and was arrogant. We will not be returning to this location. Poor customer service.

I visited this place for the first time with my kids and it left us with such wonderful memories that I had to write a review. First off, during check-in, Jeri assisted us and she was incredibly kind and friendly. She took care of finding the right shoe sizes for my kids which was greatly appreciated. Anicia, who works at the bar, was not only proficient in serving the customers but was also very courteous. Alyssa personally came over to take our orders and always checked if we needed anything, which I was

Staff is extremely nice and helpful but the lanes aren't maintained well. Me and the group i bowl with have had multiple balls damaged here. Edit: my ball has now been damaged twice. Absolutely insane how they won't fix these lanes.

Wehosted my daughter's birthday here. Staff was super helpful and friendly. They made everything super easy. They kept ob checking on us and kept our food and drinks stocked up. The facility was clean and everything seemed orderly. The lines were moving fast and there were multiple people behind the counter. Very kid friendly, I felt safe with out kids there. We look forward to our next visit and plan to make this one of our regular family places.

I like this bowling center. It has come a long wat. They do need to add another restro om. The liquor is way over priced! The staff is respectful and patient.

Half the alley felt like a sauna and the other half felt comfortable. Bowl on lanes 23 and up lol

Terrible! It was a terrible experience. I've been to many other Bowlero locations, and this one was the worst. On January 1st, I visited with my family of six. They assigned us two lanes, 24 and 25. During our first game, our balls got stuck behind the pins. We asked for help at the front desk and spoke to an employee who called someone to address the issue. But our frustration mounted as the balls got stuck again. We returned to the front desk for assistance, played for a few minutes, and yet again, the ba

Church bowling league plays here. Clean and good service. The pro shop is small but provides all the basic services

First time going there on a Monday afternoon it was good and the food was delicious 10/10 I will come back again

DO NOT COME lanes are wayyy too oily and its over $10 PER GAME. linbrook or la habra 300 has 1000x better lanes and costs 1/3 of the price. you will be left down $50 and with hands covered in oil

This place is very nice and friendly staff. The GM Kareem made me and my family very happy with the service he provided to us and our kids they loved it we will for sure be coming back here every weekend. Great food as well

Avoid these lanes at all costs if you dont want your ball to be completely destroyed... so I've given this place so many tries and I can officially say I will never bowl here again.. this is the second ball in a month to get completely destroyed by ball return and my first one was returned "repaired" but looked exactly the same this place is a joke and machines are absolute dinosaurs avoid it trust me

Terrible experience. We had technical difficulties 3 times, no help ever came. Honestly just horrible service altogether. We had more fun playing pool

Waited 40 minutes for lane. Billiards were good. Wings were tasty.

I was amazed of how well organized and customer friendly this place is,....especially wh3n compared to another Alley in La Habra called 13 Frames. This place is certainly on a whole different level.

EXPENSIVE , A Night OF BOWLING AND SNACKS SHOULD NOT COST 200 BUCKS . 3 ADULTS 2 KIDS. Granted, We all had a shot each ( the adults) $30 bucks . Maybe that's standard . Maybe California is too damn expensive. Maybe I need to get my masters in quantum mechanics and work at NASA so I can live like everyone else. ??

I enjoy visiting this bowling alley. We consistently have a good time, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. Although I have not tried the food, the drinks are usually delicious. If there is ever an issue with the taste, the bartender is always willing to make it right and that has only happened once. I plan on returning to this establishment in the near future.

This place suck. Their machine to get prizes from playing the arcade has been down for 4 days and still not fixed. I just spent over $150 on Arcade and not able to get any prizes for my niece and nephews. Plus, I spoke to the manager and staffs and they said I would have to go to another location.

Everything great and great staff, but ball and pins got stuck a few times.

It's always clean the kids enjoy the Arcades. We only go for the Arcades . All games are always working.

This place is so entertaining, that me and my kids ADORE THIS PLACE, the bowling is so fun, the arcade is so cool to watch. 10/10 would recommend this area the to be. Also the food was so so delicious.

Great experience, first time here. It was my cousin birthday party and we had a blast. The staff was more than courteous and professional. Bowling was am amazing experience. Food was delicious. I definitely plan on coming back with my kids, it's super kid friendly.

Been coming here since I was a kid. Haven't been here in a while though. They definitely gave this place a face lift. Great spot to bring the family and hang out.

Took the entire family. Hidden gem. It's cleaner and more modern than I expected. The staff was helpful and the service was great. Rafael kept asking of we needed anything and the manager was attentive. Kid friendly. Will return.

Had fun bowling but it was really hot in there.

Had so much fun with my boyfriends family today. The bowling balls are super heavy lol. It can maybe be decorated better though

Really good environment and kids friendly.

Had my grandaughters 14th birthday here. Had 10 teenagers. They had a great time. Good was excellent. Our server Raphael did an outstanding job of taking care off everything. I've told friends what a great deal this is. Will be back next year!

Location plays very obnoxious music incredibly loud

It was fun good music and la t e night vibes.

AMF Carter Bowl was so much better back in the day. To many kids working here for Adults to have a good time. Very sensitive bunch. Lanes are very slippery and dirty - don't need bowling shoes as everyone kept falling in them so we had to change to our regular shoes. Drink prices and Bowling Prices are beyond extreme for the product they are pushing. Other bowling options in the area with a better ambiance and pricing.

Manager Nick was awesome during our time here last night. Our lane kept freezing and he fixed it and came back to check on us frequently. Definitely will be returning!

great parking, great lanes, great service. i really like the sunday deal as well. the staff are friendly when checking in and getting shoes, the seats are not that bad either. but a recent event really stuck with me. I was kicked out for having water. If I am going to bowl for 5 hours, i shoukd be able to bring my own water. I bring my water to the gym, so why can't I bring water if I will be chucking 8lb-14b balls? I was unfairly kicked out for having water and throwing the ball rather than rolling. alth

Great place for the entire family.

The service attitude was extremely poor. When I asked for a price list, they said they didn't have one. Apart from the package prices displayed on the screen, the prices for individual games were only told verbally. I went there with my kids. We bought four games, but since the kids couldn't play, my husband and I played with them. However, the staff claimed that because all four of us played, when one game ended, it counted as the end for all four of us. Dishonest business practices, no transparency with t

Good place to bowl, would be better with a discounted rate for large groups

A great experience all around. Decent pricing and staff very willing to help. Also got to enjoy the arcade after. I'll be coming back!

Don't play. Only take drinks, clean, in the bar good services like. I think so, highly price

I know this is a bowling business. Back before they also had a billiard section. Where now aside from the bar area. Towards the back is full of games.like a lot of games.there used to be maybe 5 or 6 pool tables. We have had some family b days there. it was fun. Even though when the tables were towards the back. They still had plenty of room for video games. Just a long time Fullerton resident. Wondering if you may one day decide to install pool tables back. Thanks

Went as a group. Good atmosphere. The traditional chicken wings I ordered were pretty tasty. I didn't try the pizza or boneless wings. They looked pretty meh, but there were no complaints from my group.

Eduardo hands down has the best customer service!! After going in circles with reservation services he made it happen for us to celebrate my sons birthday. He is Amazing!! Food and drinks are good. Waitress with glasses was also great!! Management and reservation services on the other hand should definitely learn customer service from Eduardo!! The woman I spoke to in reservations was literally no help. Manager Lightning skinned lady also was no help and straight out said she could help us out with anythin

We had a family birthday party for our 15 year old grandson. Good food, great service. Included several younger kids and they had a great time. Very clean and refurbished. Adult beverages, nice arcade, clean restrooms, lots of free parking, and nice food selection. We brought a birthday cake and everyone had a fun time.

Open during Memorial Day Holiday. Great staff, great service & the food was good. There is a decent sized arcade and bar area with a pool table.

If you want to bowl some where, where the lanes are taken care of, go here. The pinsetters don't always work but the staff is very friendly and ready to lend a hand at anytime. Never had a bad experience there, except a gutterball!

Awesome customer service if my bottle is running low they were on it

Had a great time! Very clean and tip top service through and through

So much fun for big groups. Plenty to do for everyone and the atmosphere is so cool. Special shout out to Ikea for all the help when the arcade was not giving us all the tickets we won. We took some friends who were exchange students and everyone had a great time for a good price

Nice lanes. Good pizza after you've had a few.

I have not been here yet but a lady called me and my phone died!!! To the girl, I am so sorry!!!! It was not me being rude & it's been bugging me. I hope you see this!!

I really like that they have lots of pool tables and a full bar. I like that I went here on the weekend on a Saturday with my siblings and it wasnt packed.

This place is awesome. The manager, the staffs are very upbeat. Fun vibe. Get there early when they open and they will get you right in, no wait. Give them a try.

It was fun. We laughed. They had good music ?? The food not so good. Lane 29 kept messing up. They gave us a free game that's it.

Nick was awesome with his customer service. Clean and fun environment

Ok they made a big mistake with us but they apologized and it is fine, stuff happens. The place needs to be updated. The bathroom is not clean at all. It is dark and the lights make it hard to see the lane marks. The people working were great!

Good number of pool tables and bowling lanes. And a NICE BAR

Bowling was fun! Bartender was working solo and did his best! Lady from food service was very nice & attentive. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, dirty and smelled of urine! That made the whole experience disappointing & gross!

Clean bowling area Friendly staff

Round one is much better. Here is not great but local I suppose. Lanes are moderately high prices and food is similar but thats to be expected I guess. Beer and food is ridiculously expensive though. Don't buy a beer here I've never paid more and both were flat. Arcade is several dollars a game. Seems like a struggling business but if your here just for bowling it's not terrible.

Just had my daughter's 15th b-day party here and couldn't be more pleased! From the get-go, the planning and event was amazing! Used their website to plan the party - it was super easy and I was so amazed at how affordable everything was. When we arrived, I was even more impressed with how the party was set up! There were tables with decorations, a personalized lighted sign with a birthday greeting, and the party associate, Vanessa, couldn't have been any nicer! She and Adriana, our server, checked on us fr

My employer booked a Christmas Party here and this was my first time visiting. Plenty of parking spaces in the parking lot. There are 40 lanes to bowl in. I'm not sure how much the cost of a game is or how much the shoe rental is. There is a bar for drinks. They have beer and wine. They also have cocktails too. I saw various arcade games and 2 pool tables. I believe they serve food as well. Our Christmas Party have macaroni and cheese, several pizzas, chicken strips, onion rings, French fries, sala

My kids loved it because they paid for it. And enjoyed every minute of it. There hard work paid off. The whole family had fun the price was very good for rentals of lane and shoes the music is loud but not to the piont that you can not hear. I will take them again and this time to eat and i will try to check out the Tuesday special. Hope this helps.

I come here because my gf is in one of the leagues. I just tried to order food at the bar. WORST bartenders ever. They have a line for walk ups and they don't help the people who have been waiting they help people who jump in the side. It made me so mad that I waited the for 15 minutes to just get skipped over and ignored. I walked away. I'd rather go order food at the taco stand across the street where the food is delicious and the service is good. There's no way I will ever give this place my money. What

Had a great time with my group here at the Bowlero. My first time back since it was renovated and we had an easy time getting set up and ready from Cheyenne. Great time for a group 5/5 great service friendlyness and atmosphere

This place is great, and the staff was really nice and helpful. They gave me good service even though I used Groupon, as I've experienced how they treat you different when you say you have groupon. They didn't try to charge me extra, and they gave my son all the things he needed. I will be back more often for sure. My toddler loves bowling. Thank you for giving my son a good experience with bowling.

We got here about 20 minutes after they opened. Only two other lanes were bowling. Only one staff member on site so there was a lot of waiting around for a lane and for food. It was fun, though, once we got everything set! They didn't clean the lanes between uses until more staff came, so best to come at 5 pm when they'll be able to sanitize the area between different parties. Could be cleaner, there were areas that had dirty footprints on the lanes, but with the limited staff they did the best they could

We attended my friend's daughter's b-day party last year. It was so pleasant. We ended up hosting our daughter's birthday party on 9-12-17. Our waitress Destiny was super nice and very prompt with all of the food/drinks we ordered. The Manager Jonathan was amazing. I would say every 30 mins he would check on us to make sure everything was going good. It was a busy night so it meant a lot that he took time out of his busy schedule to check up on us. Not to mention most of our guest arrived very late.

We loved this place! Took our softball team there and it was a great experience. The teens and parents enjoyed the lanes while the little ones had fun at the arcade area.

Do not support the Bowlero franchise. Especially this location. They repainted old Carter Bowl and jacked up the price, that's it.... Boycott Bowlero... they will be the ones who will make bowling too expensive to enjoy in the future. Support local small business.

We had a birthday for our daughter here with about 18 kids and everything went smoothly! Our host Isabella and Samantha were great! Excellent service!

Came in for the first time on 4/3/22 with the family. My parents had purchased a Groupon as there was 10 of us that were going to bowl. My mom had called a couple of days before to see if we needed a reservation and she was told we just need to get there early to check in. I arrived 30 minutes early which was at 5:30pm. I spoke to Natalie and she told me that I could not check in until my whole party was there because with the Groupon it is a 2 hour game play. She said that they do not have a list to put n

Haven't been here in years.. They really fixed this place up real nice, very cool vibe. My family had a great time here. The employees were super nice and very helpful .. good to see how full the place was.. I will come here first before concourse.

I love this place for summer family fun with the summer passes. Been coming here for a while. They even redid the whole bowling alley, unfortunately all summer I have had attitude from the front desk. They are all new and not very welcoming. Also aren't straight up about policies regarding the passes. We paid just like everyone else. Still will keep coming because it's fun like I said.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are pool tables in arcades still good in this modern age?

Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
