Great place to bowl. Whole place feels well maintained and clean. Lanes were working perfect. Staff was very helpful showing us where to get and apply coupons from the phone. We saved 1/2 on a 2 hr lane rental. Order the sampler platter while you bowl. Excellent food. Highly recommend Bowlero Fresno.

Really great time here for Mother?s Day. Such a clean and contemporary bowling alley with amazing staff. I have done work events here successfully and also really great family events. Couldn't say better things about the staff at all areas as well.

I recently visited this bowling alley and was very impressed. The lanes were well-maintained, with automatic scoring and comfortable seating. The staff was friendly and efficient, making sure we had everything we needed. The prices were very reasonable, offering great value for a fun outing. I also liked their wide selection of bowling balls for all ages and skill levels. I'll definitely be back!

This isn't too bad of a bowling alley. It is a little older, and the pins are very easy if that makes sense. There is a little shop. The front desk gentleman was very polite and quick to help. However, at our lane was 2 full trays of left food and trash, and not once did we get asked if we wanted to order anything. I haven't been bowling in like 10 years, the experience was so much fun. The customer service was great, the food was good but the alcohol was not my favorite . Price for 2 of us was like $54 3 games and 2 shoes , about 64 for the platter and two drinks . The place was clean and i cant wait to go back .

My big bro was 27 and got accused for a fake ID which is crazy. I on the other hand had my military ID along with my California state ID, still was checked for buying alcohol and drinking alcohol. Rude inattentive staff. Their policy is to not give out pitchers of water anymore? So either you must buy alcohol or a sugary drink or walk all the way to the bar for one tiny cup of water each time you're thirsty. You have to put your card down for literally everything. You come in with a group and you want to bowl? you gotta put your card down. You wanna order food you gotta put your card down. You wanna go to the bathroom you have to put your card down. Literally our favorite bowling place,went every week and the staffs was cool but today we went and we ran to this one girl who was in the front today and was telling us that we need to have at least 8 people in order to have two lane, but every time we go, we meet the other guys staffs who are really cool. And they will always give us 2 lane even though there's just 4 of us. Which got us so confused, because we always go and play unlimited and is able to get 2 lanes. But that lady was saying we MUST have 8

Clean and updated, however we had several problems with the lanes working and our online order for sodas never showed on their end and we had to go ask for it after a lot of time went by. Friendly, helpful staff.

Great place, friendly place if that, they got awesome lanes and people who work there. Especially Isabella, she's a great manager. The waiters could be better, they come once and never again.

Had our company Summer Bowling Party here. It was a wonderful fun experience for our teammates and their families. Food, drinks, and desserts were always being served for our 3 hour event. We had 12 lanes, Billiards, and children got arcade cards to play free games. Adults were able to get tickets for adult alcoholic beverages. Manager Stephanie was always checking on us along with all the staff. Thank you Bowlero.

The food server service is still bad here. Last time I visited was 2 years ago and I see why. The server staff did not once ask if we would like to order anything or offer water. However when I paid for a separate lane so my toddler could enjoy alone and my teen kids have their own game they approached. They approached simply because they noticed my toddler was not wearing bowling shoes, the young lady did get her a pair and bring over to us which was nice. This was going to be a drop off but it was so much fun watching the kids play that we stayed the hour and a half that it took to play the two rounds. We had payed for Groupon but got there after 6pm on Saturday and where not valid. The staff help us out and waved the price of the the shoes ??. We had 10 playing so OMG that was a big help.

It's a very fun place if you're going with a fun group of people. Everything is simple to figure out, except when ordering like food or drinks you kind of have to find someone or just go up to the bar if you'd like. Restrooms are usually clean also. I'd personally love if there was more of a Latin music mix during play.

Really fun. They offer an unlimited bowling price where you pay and can bowl for as long as you like. Great to go with a group and they serve alcohol and food here

this place is great! fun for everyone adults and kids. plenty of lanes for bowling, pretty good arcade set up and a full bar. the staff is very nice and helpful. they also have an old Mustang in the front of the place that you can touch and sit in all you want. if i am in Fresno and need to bowl and drink beer with my family or friends this is the place i'm going!!

Had a great time with my son this afternoon at Bowlero... a bit pricey, but worth it. The place is clean and has a great vibe! The staff is very nice and helpful. We ordered the fries and an order of hotwings-- both were served on baskets and very generous portions. I also liked the big screens over the bowling lanes. We enjoyed playing 3 sets and have decided we will return. Highly recommended for families!

Nice bowling atmosphere but apparently they start checking people at 8pm. So if you're Law Enforcement you can't come in or go back in if you have your off duty. Just food for thought.

We had a group party here for 8 people. The price was very reasonable. It included 2 hours of bowling on 2 lanes, shoe rentals and we also got some food discounts. We had pepperoni pizza and a sampler plate that included wings, fries, chicken tenders and some other things. All of it was good. Prices weren't crazy! We did have a few issues with the pins needing to be reset, but the staff helped us set up a double lane game play so all 8 could play together like how they do during league.

One of the best worker there goes by the name of Crystal. She's amazing, hard worker and always produce a positive attitude. We came here for a kids birthday party. The decor looks really nice. They have huge projection screens above the lanes that showed three different shows/movies. The food was ok, typical deep fried barfood. The had hamburgers on their menu that looked good but we didn't try any. You can pick the theme of your score keeping device. Not bad, it's under construction so appearance is not too great at this point in time. We used a Groupon for a group of 10 of us, we ended up paying about $8ea for 2 house of bowling ??. Not bad at all, we had fun. And they let you bring in outside food if you're looking to save. I saw a few people bring in an ice bag, 2 liter sodas and pizzas.

I give 4.5 stars and rounded up ?? as this has been my original house for 20+ years, and I've watched it transform quite a bit. The service is 4 stars but stellar no less, they have a fantastic staff less the bartender who's partial to male clientele, despite im a regular as well as league bowler. Bowlero is the best bang for buck fun! The food, the music and the staff are so wonderful! I had a lovely gentleman named Kyle take care of me as I was here. He was amazing! Super polite, respectful and I was beyond satisfied with his customer service! Will DEFINITELY be coming back again.

last place I would choose to bowl, only problem this is the only bowling alley in town. they never oil for league properly if they remember to oil at all. food and drink is way overpriced, I expect these price when I go to tourist places, not Fresno out of all places.

Took my family to go bowling last night, we haven't been in months. This location is one of our favorites to go too. We bowled 2 games and ordered food as well as drinks. Staff is usually always good except one host I actually was not very pleased with. I asked him if we could please get a pizza to go box, since we had over half a pizza left. He said yes, then as he goes to get it but then a group next to us asked him if they could order food and he turns around and looks at me and says I'll get you the box

We attended a child?s birthday party at Bowlero Fresno and it was outstanding! I mistakenly made a reservation for an additional lane at the wrong location, and when I realized my mistake less than an hour ahead of the party, they immediately transferred our reservation to the correct site with no questions asked and no additional charges. Had a good time with family. Not too busy. Quick customer service to get a lane. One thing we didn't know was that there was an automatic service charge when ordering food from your lane and having a waiter/waitress bring you food. It's an 18% charge however we were charged double on one tab so it was about $38 for a little over $100 worth of food and drinks. We didn't realize it until we were home . Our work group had a great time! Taylor Krogman in Events was easy to work with prior to the event, and on-site manager Shane and our server Fernando were great as well. The only negative is that our pizzas came out a half hour late, so some of our participants purchased their own food while waiting. Other than that, everyone had a fun time!

The staff was great, but the lane we had kept messing up. After each person's turn we had to have the pins reset. (Lane 8) don't order the loaded fries whatever their "nacho meat" is it's not good. The cauliflower bites, pizza, pretzel and fries were good. We had a great time despite the lane issues. Very family friendly atmosphere.

Horrible experience today. Looking to get out of the heat and thought we would take a chance here. Ac was not working properly even the workers were fanning their faces. Couldn't make it through one game without sooo many technical difficulties in the lanes. They kept moving us to multiple lanes, Asked for the refund and the manager Matt would not give us complete refund due to it being a "special". Didn't apologize or anything. Horrible customer service. Won't be back to that place anytime soon.
