I recently had my son?s fifteenth birthday party ?? at the Fontana Bowlero lanes. The service was excellent. The hostess and service were top-notch, delivering a very festive atmosphere and experience for my son and his many guests. So much so that my thirteen-year-old wants his upcoming birthday party here also, so I'll see you soon!

My son's 11th birthday party was so great! The staff on Saturday all went above and beyond, and their party decorations were top tier! Our family and friends all had such fun. The chicken strips were really good, and everyone enjoyed their time bowling. Thank you for making my son's birthday a great time to remember. Would highly recommend Bowlero for birthday parties.

Amazing customer service!!! We had our Carter High School Varsity Baseball, Team Bonding Night, and honestly Veronica was AMAZING!!! I was so impressed with her and everyone there that helped make this experience so memorable, they even surprised the team with a shout out and good wishes on our season. Great job to the manager on duty, they decorated and personalized our lanes, she has a great team working with her. ??????

Absolutely the best experience I have had in a very long time. Customer service was top tier. Jason the manager was our first encounter and was extremely nice and greeted us with such hospitality. We waited 1 hour for a quesadilla. We were done bowling our 3 games and the quesadilla is still no where to be seen. Theres only like 7 lanes in use, u can see it in my video. whats the issue?

We have been here 2 times in the past couple of weeks and have had a great time! The customer care is amazing at this location! Marquis made our 2 hours at the alley feel like home! Lanes and ambiance are nice. Seating area needs updating so does the score computer screens and interface. But a perfect place to have an enjoyable bowling experience. Great service.

This is really bad behavior by MELLISA. We were five people over there at night around 9 tp 10 we asked about adding players and some other quarries about the bowling but she literally ignore us and denied to help us. It was so roud behavior she ruined our night. We had terrible experience over there mainly because of that MELLISA as from the time we reached her. She rude with us and unprofessional work skills .

This is a good size bowling alley with an arcade, pro shop, a bar area, and snack bar. They have specials throughout the week like $16.89 for unlimited bowling after 8pm on Mondays. They don't oil the lanes for unsanctioned leagues, nor do they adequately maintain the lanes they sent aside for those leagues. Workers are nice though.

We celebrated my son's 18th birthday here, and everything about our experience was amazing! The staff were great, and Alicia and Jessica were especially awesome and were extremely attentive to us! They have great party packages with reasonable prices, and the food was so delish. Definitely recommend it! They decorated the counters by my son's lanes and even gave him a birthday card. Made reservations for a birthday here, the moment we checked in all the staff was really friendly and helpful. Marquis assisted us the entire time and really went above and beyond!!!! Constantly checking in on alllll of my party, refilling our drinks, serving food and cleaning up as the kids ate. Whatever we needed, he was on it!!! Everything was ready to go as soon as we arrived. 10/10!!! Will definitely be booking another birthday here again.

Had a great time with my family. We didn't eat any food, but everyone there was so friendly. The workers interacted with us and genuinely helped us. At one point when we asked to change the tv station to a football game instead, they didn't even hesitate. Overall, I look forward to visiting again.

Alisha our birthday host was awesome. She went way above and beyond. We kept asking her for everything under the sun and she just kept coming back with what we asked for and a smile.. All the kids and adults alike had a blast. The best part. We just pay the bill and go home.

The lane kept turning off and we had to keep asking them to turn it back on. We did that 5-6 times before we switched lanes and even that lane had problems. Overall we had fun and the food was good but I don't know if we would return to play. It's really expensive and sucked that we had so many interruptions.

Do not waste your money at this establishment!!!! My had an absolutely terrible experience here. I spent almost $200 to take my children there and the lanes didn't even work. The first lane we were on kept miscalculating the score and needed to be reset multiple times. They gave us a free pizza, then moved us to another lane. That was worse than the first one again miss calculating scores and constantly need to be reset. The little guy that runs down to the lane to fix the machine when it would jam basical

My friends and I had a decent time bowling here at this establishment. The price of the food was a bit astronomical, but it's expected for a place like this. If you come here to bowl, have a couple pitchers of beer, an appetizer or two... you WILL have a blast of a time! Only gripe is, some of the bowling shoes that they give you are quite used or disgusting. Other than that, delightful. I haven't tried the cosmic bowling yet, but as soon as I do, I'll update this review to include that as well.

It was great until our lane 16 stopped working pressed the help button n the service button on the key pad multiple times no help so we decided to leave since we got no assistance.

Food and atmosphere was great. I paid well over $400 and I wish they would?ve explained to me the deals. I originally signed up for the large pizza with the jug drink deal. The guy came back and said I would qualify for an extra deal which was all you can drink for 2 hours. He didn't explain it was $100.

Customer service was great. The party host was great and attentive. The salad with the holiday package was very good. Would have preferred pepperoni pizza instead of cheese, and the spring rolls were very good. Libations were on point as well. Establishment was clean. They seems to have more reservations for bowling teams rather than just regular people who want to go bowling. It was a two hour wait with nothing to show for it. The workers are not to blame as they're just doing their job, but I honestly think it's ridiculous that I had to wait 2 hours just to take my little siblings bowling. I came here with my family on a Friday around 4 pm. It wasn't too crowded. The food was surprisingly good for bowling food. We had the alley sampler and the chicken quesadilla. The cheese bread in the sampler was a little colder than the rest of the food. I think they made it before the other sides, and it lost its heat temperature. Was told there would be a wait. But here I am 90 minutes later with no text confirmation. They also had no cheese for nachos. We never got a chance to bowl.

Our waitress was good. The game kept glitching and it was super hot and humid inside. The kids shoes were either too small or too big. We reserved a lane for 4 of us for 2 hours and when we got there realized it would have probably been way cheaper to just pay by the game.

I recently went to Bowlero Fontana and had a great time! The bowling lanes were in great condition, and there were plenty of other games and activities to keep us entertained. Came here with the guys and had a great time. The price we paid was good. We ended up playing 4 games and shoes and paid 15$ and some change this pass Sunday. Their snack bar was fairly price. She could not have made it better because she was so resourceful, friendly and PRODUCTIVE. If she is not manager they need to make her manager because she explains everything perfectly. the Bowling alley is modern , upgraded, clean and good vibes.

Went last night with my son the place was packed waiting for a lane took a lil while it's understandable kids are on spring break it was cool that they where giving out playing cards the cashier Dan was very friendly and help full also the manager is doing an awesome job amazing attitude my son and I had so much fun I have gone to other bowling alley?s ands the restrooms where nasty not this place is clean and well kept keep it up guys doing a good job

Me and my love went there for the first time tonight (Saturday) they had the glow in the dark bowling, pool, arcade and bar. We tried it all. pretty good drinks. We got 2 long islands 1 jack and coke and 1 beer for about $35. Bowling was $25 for 1 game plus shoes for 2 people and pool was 15 for an hour. It was a good environment I enjoyed myself. Staff was nice enough. We will be back.

It has great deals.. but this is the second time in a row their kitchen completely forgot to make our order. And when we had just settled in to eat and bowl (during out second frame) we were asked if we would be okay with moving so they could clean lanes. They didn't force us to so we were able to stay where we were, but it still felt a little thoughtful given that we just got food and were towards the end of our second round.

We came here for a group event and had A-blast! The bartenders were great and the service was awesome! The food was really good and the asada fries were bomb!! We plan on doing another group outing here again!

The bowling was fun, the staff that I did interact with was nice. However this Bowlero could use a bit of work. The lane we bowled on wasn't working very well. A few times it would go to the next bowler after only one throw, and another time it miscounted the reamaining pins. The ball return was really slow, it wouldn't return the ball immediately, and when it finally did return the ball there was 3 balls together. This made for slow play, and if you brought your own ball, which I did, it was really sl

Great place to bowl. They always have deals for bowling during the week. If you get the munchies, the snack bar is okay, and prices are somewhat reasonable. The staff members are cool. HOWEVER, THE DRINK PRICES FROM THE BAR ARE OUTRAGEOUS!!!. $31 for 2 DRINKS!!!! That's Crazy! Other than that it was alright.
