Both Dave and Leanna were amazing hosts! As soon as I arrived, they were very welcoming and began showing me the area they had already prepared for my son's birthday party (which was nicely done). Dave was detailed and professional as he explained the setup and timeline with me. He was also able to share other add-ons that were available to make the party even more enjoyable without being pushy. Keanna also checked in on the food to make sure empty plates were cleared and food and drinks were replenished. S

Rude the staff who was given the shoes was our first time very disappointed I told her it was our first time and didn't give us help how it worked I have to come back and said it was not , I have to tell her again " what should I do is our first time " she said" just go there " like I'm supposed to figure it out,and also told her from the beginning you were rude you were just trowing the shoes didn't want give me information and when I ask was answer very vague she was on the ?? those times maybe that's why

Great for birthdays, night out everything to enjoy.. I would definitely recommend and come again .. Came here for my nephew?s 18th birthday. They do an amazing job with the set up. Food and drinks get restocked. We had french fries, chicken tenders, mini Burger sliders ,3 types of pizza , Three types of drinks, fresh fruit. Utensils are included. They have an arcade and Bar. The bartender Ashley did well with our drinks. The manager always came by and asked if things are good.

It was a fun experience, great food and our server was very friendly. Well recommended

Seddone was great very helpful Place is nice and inviting Lights and tvs arcade over all good atmosphere

Wry good place to hangout and for birthday parties

This was one of the best experiences I have had out. Its very state of the art and my family had so much fun!

Nice place. Prices are a bit on the higher end for very tight bowling lanes. And they do pack it tight. Lanes are a bit technically weird and pretty banged up for a public place. We did experience more technical issues with our lanes than one would expect. They fixed them when asked however. The older manager was super helpful, the younger members a bit less. Overall it is a public bowling alley, nothing amazing, nothing terrible. Perhaps the prices do not reflect the mediocrity though?

I wanted to give more than one star because Allison who helped me plan my son's birthday party was fantastic and the table decoration was really very nice. However, The website clearly states that there is no wait service. We were introduced to a gal named Stephanie who we were told would be helping us out if we needed anything. We spent the next 2.5 hours asking "where is Stephanie?" And spent a lot of time with empty pitchers and empty trays. When Dave, the event manager would scurry by we would grab him

We arrive with Groupon coupon. They did not honer it. They said no place available. If we buy ticket from them directly with double the price somehow there is line available to play. Even I called in advance they told me to come. But that also did not work. Wanted speak with manager. Manager is busy.

An evening well spent. Even on a busy evening the staff was very attentive and make you feel special. David (manager) was very sweet and kind to us. Our Server Jamie was great and very attentive. They have good food too. I am already thinking and planning for my next visit. ??

The manager Suddone and server Stephanie gave us fantastic service, very friendly and helpful. We come to this location very often but this time was even more exceptional because of these 2 women.

We went on a Tuesday night, we had to leave a card on hold. Then at the end each person paid about $22 for 2 games and the shoes. For snacks I had a hot dog for $10, it was really worth it, there were two hot dogs and also, half of the dish had french fries with ketchup. Good parking lot. We enjoyed our time there!

Fun place to bowl. We faced technical issues with our lane during our time. Also, we had to call them twice to fix it which wasted 15min of our 2 hr window. Even though some lanes were open they didn't move us. The lane we were in was extremely slow and it felt it is very old. They have lot of drinks and food options to choose from. Recommend buying Groupon to save some $$.

The location is great and the parking lot is huge so it's not a issue with finding a space. The size of the place is not so big. I went there for my friends god daughters party. I thought it was so cool that they offer these light up letters that spell out the birthday celebrants name which I provided a picture of it below.

Bit costly as they charge per person and by game. But the music and lanes were good. Even the food we ordered was good. The whole vibe of the place was good and they have ample of lanes so even on weekend we did not had to wait.

I went with my daughter today to have some fun there. The staff was friendly the prices were not that friendly but that was OK. Results that the problem there is the type of customers they get. The people next to me were complete douchbags (trash). My daughter didn't want to play bowling and was a little grumpy and decided not to play. Well, well, well, the people in front of me found that a guy with a 10 years old was suspicious and called the police on me. The police arrived asking who my daughter was, a

The girl at the front was so nasty, like we came for donations not to spend money there. You should get a better person representing your facility .

Me and a few of my co workers after work on a Sunday night and we had a BLAST!! The food and drinks were great ????

Did a party there and the entire team was great. Events manager went above and beyond to make sure we had a great party. Highly recommend

It was a fun bowling alley. Fun music playing and a fun atmosphere. Nice touch with the arcade games. We paid $12 per person per game on a Thursday evening. We ordered off the menu through our phones, and food and drinks came out rather quickly. There was a bit of a mess at the table when we got to our lane, not sure if it belonged to the people next to us, but we had to get rid of the few halfway drank and empty water bottles, just like 3 or 4. Not the end of the world. Lots of parking!

Would give this place zero stars if I could. Constantly waiting at the front desk for ANY employee to acknowledge my existence, and on top of that they recently pulled some Mickey Mouse lazy bs by attaching the pins to strings which is unacceptable. Never bowling here again #fiteme

I had my son 8th Birthday at the Bowlero in Fairlawn Nj and Keanna was our waitress /Host and she was absolutely amazing very sweet caring and right on point with everything. If you have your event there I advise you to request her She Rock. Thank you Keanna, Edmond was very happy and we all had fun. The Food was even good ??

We had such a great experience! My grandpa's 1st death anniversary was something we wanted to celebrate. He loved bowling so we made a reservation online under his last name "Ives". It was amazing walking in, the staff decorated our lane with "IVES" lights and put out cute decor. Totally unexpected but very sweet- they didn't even know what we were celebrating but it sure made it special. The manager even gave us coupons for next time as well as credit to play other games in the arcade. We will go back!

Friendly staff. Small arcade, Decent prizes including games where you play until you win. Long wait for food. Small area at each lane so recommend larger groups get two lanes.

Amazing time at Bowlero, we had our Corp. team building night out, Siddone the manager and Maria our server treated our party to a super fun night out. We most certainly will return to Bowlero. Five star experience. Thank you Siddone & Maria for all you did for Care-One staff. Barry F.

Came to spend Christmas with my family, played a game. Called for the sever several times and the party next to us got there way after us and got their food first than us and fast. All I ordered was two fries and two wings and drinks. Just for lemonade took 20 mins to get to us. Wasn't even a packed. Then waited 1 hour and a half for food that's most likely frozen and just needed to be fried. Horrible place and will never come again.lets not talk about how they still charged me for the regular fries ( that

Wow bowlero - they have changed out the bowling pins for the garbage pins on strings. Immediately no. I will never return to this location and if all other Bowleros follow suit, I will not be visiting those locations in addition. This is a trash decision by poor management. So disappointed.

Wow what a great bowling alley in arcade my boys had such an amazing time here a few weeks ago they spent the whole day here. They have these daily passes where you can bowl Non-Stop 4 play arcades Non-Stop and the price is very reasonable!

Went there with my family, had a great time. The staff was really good and attentive. Shoutout to Vincent because our lane was a little funky and he moved us to have a great experience.

What a great place.fantastic service.clean, pleasant, great ambiance. David (event manager) was amazing and Joe, the server was on top of everything.great team work.11 out of 10

This is a great place to celebrate a birthday or a family gathering. Safe space for kids and teens while playing some arcade or bowling. Fast food and sodas. We love here.

Great place for hanging out and birthday parties. My second visit in 3 years but same great quality of service, lanes and food.

Came in on a Tuesday night hoping to make use of a pre-bought 2-hour ticket. More than two-thirds of the lanes open but they told us there's a waitlist. Said 15-30 minutes tops, but we waited much longer than that past the point where we'd be getting only half the value of the ticket. I get it could have been busier than the normal Tuesday evening and perhaps there's something about bowling lanes I don't understand, but terrible logistical management and a bit frustrating we were only told ?just a bit more?

This is a very fun place for kids and adults. The arcade has play until you win options. Bowling is clean and fun. They have a snack bar and drinks. Family friendly.

Walking in to the birthday Princesses name glowing was beyond my expectations! Thank you so much to the team and for Julies continued care through the evening 11/10!

Great place for a fun time. A bit disappointed that they removed the military discount for my family but Avant took care of us with great customer service and a nice smile.

Please don't waste your time and money with this place. The worst customer service ever in my life. We've been there with my friends and the kids and they gave us the worst bowling experience ever. First time we were there they said they had a league and sent us back home. Next time we got the lanes and kids started playing, they changed our lanes without informing us. We were shocked. They said there was a party coming to those lanes and moved the kids with no notification. When I said it was not right, th

Great bar food clean and had a great time?.

Nice bowling spot for groups and friends. Wonderful staff that were very accommodating. Great drinks as well.

Bowlero thanks for the memories I can't wait to come back next year ty. ps pls do a maintenance on the arcade weekly

Great customer service and very very friendly. We went there unfortunately the lanes were not available but the staff made sure to get one for us. Thank you so much for letting us play.

Awesome Staff, Awesome family/friendly environment, just a Great Time??

Went here with a group of 16 to go bowling from work. Flat screen tv in each lane. Theres 32 lanes available. Friday nights are best. Huge parking lot free surface lot right off the highway. Open til 2 am. drinks were good!! The food hard pass. The arcade is pretty big to chill with air hockey and ball. Check groupon for good group deals for two hour bowling and shoes.

We had our office Christmas party there last night. Amazing experience. The facility was very clean. We did the catering package which was excellent. The attention to detail was flawless. Our name in lights cinched the whole thing. David the manager and our server Jim were present the whole time to cater to our needs. I highly recommend this facility whether you have a catered party or just a night out to have fun. 10 star experience!

good atmosphere, me and my friends have become regulars here ??

It's a really good place, but they are a little bit expensive. 2 games, for 4 persons made a total of $76 ($19 buck each aprox), and a Long Island drink cost $8, it's expensive for the size. It has a good environment, you have fun and all, but you have to be prepared to expend at least $50 if you're going to have the full experience (game, food and alcohol).

Rented 2 Lanes on a Friday Night place was a Vibe.. My group had a blast good music great staff and service and Empress was on point taking care of everything.. I will definitely be back.. Good Job Bowlero.. You made my group fall in love with Bowling..

Love this location. We always had fun.?? Also friendly staffs!

Decent bowling alley food, full bar. Cool environment for get together.

We had FUN! But for a family of 4-5, be prepared to spend $100. More after 6pm

I truly rarely leave reviews, especially poor ones. I would consider myself very easy going too, but I almost feel like it's the right thing to leave a review for anyone who's actually trying to spend a night bowling here. I would have to say my experience is truly a 1/5 and I highly recommend anyone reading this to avoid going to this place because I was duped by some reviews too. We came on a Wednesday night at 8PM, and got a lane right away, receptionist was great and very helpful. We ordered food rig

Worst place ever.. I was waiting for few hours. They were super rude. The service was terrible. Even Lincoln, when he comes to this place, will speak of disaster, not peace. Go to the another place.

Thank you, Bowlero, for letting us celebrate our friend. We had so much fun! The staff was very attentive while serving food and drinks. We will be back!

Really recommend this place for birthdays!! Great vibe and a really great service!

Went here for a work party- got a package deal. Staff was excellent, service was great!

I really liked this bowling alley, they're professional and take care of their lanes. I would not recommend going on a weekend though. We waited for over an hour until we got a lane and then our lane malfunctioned and we were moved to another lane. We were told we were limited to one game as the lane was reserved, which was unfortunate considering we were waiting for such a long time. They gave us cards for the arcade (picture included) which kept the kids entertained for a bit but we still ended up waitin

$7 games with $5 rentals. For that price I expect a large variety of balls and top of the line entertainment. Instead you get old house balls with no variety other than those on the lanes. The pins get stuck frequently. The food took an entire game to come out. The only good part is the music.

They are very friendly and the food hot and perfect decoration i wasn't expecting but so sweet and we really enjoy very recommend.

Place was cool and super fun! Very easy to get lanes and there is a place for food and drinks! Place could use a little cleaning but overall recommend!

Suddone Wright is the best manager she is the nicest and most helpful

We have so much fun very nice place and the service excellent ??

Bought on Groupon, enjoyed to the max! Vibes was good, place is spacious and clean, food available to buy on site. Definitely recommend! Bring along your friends or family it'll be more fun!

We got a groupon and it was a solid experience!!

Great place for family fun. New shoes and clean area food is reasonable

I went here with some friends on a sat night looking for a fun night out thinking it would be nice to check out a spot we've never been, but that was not the case. For starters we had to call three times to get through to somebody regarding information about the place. The staff were giving us attitude and weren't very polite. They were acting as if it's our problem they just worked a 12hr shift. We payd for one game and shoe rentals for four of us, and came out to over $70!!! The lanes weren't horrible but

My son celebrated his 14th birthday there with his friends and family yesterday. We all had a great time bowling and playing arcade games!! The private party combo was well served and the attendants were very kind, continuously replenishing food and drinks. We do recommend!!

I thought it was really expensive for a really mediocre bowling ally. Our lane needed assistance quit often and we were paying by the hour not the game so I didn't appreciate waiting for them to fix the pins or other issues. Sometimes, there wasn't even any one at the front desk to ask for repair of lane. Other people didn't respect the process of who should be bowling. Wouldn't visited there again.

Great times celebrating teen birthday

We had a great time. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. We were a group of 8 and ranged in ages from 11- 50. The whole place was filled with a very diverse group of people. The lanes were full and it seemed like everyone was having a great time. The place was super clean. The food and drinks were great and the service was excellent. Danny the manager was very attentive. I enjoyed myself and we will definitely be back soon! ?.

Had an amazing experience, prices were good and the food was as well. Our server Keanna continuously made sure we were good, had an amazing attitude, and great customer service experience from her. Will highly recommend.

Busy and have a party atmosphere. Giant TV on every lane. Good for casual bowling. However, the flashing of the TVs made it difficult to see the arrows on the lanes.

The environment was good and the arcade is pretty good.

I love this place!! I can't say enough about it,, the food is fresh and taste amazing. The staff is friendly and attentive and we were attended by the manager Danny who was just great to deal with. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to have a good time with friends and family.

This place in Fair Lawn was absolutely disgusting, especially the bathroom. You can see from the cobwebs in the stall that the bathrooms are not regularly or properly cleaned.

Best place for kids party. Well-managed.

Came here on Black Friday with a huge group and was afraid they would not be able to accommodate. Very fun environment with upbeat music and cool lights. It seemed everyone around us was having a great time too. The lane keypad is simple and easy to use unlike some bowling places. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good time!

The manager Danny?s one of the best in the business. He keeps me wanting to come back for more! I love this place, everyone is so friendly. Danny does a great job at keeping his employees and customers happy! I'd give ten stars if I could !

Me and my family will be returning to Bowlero in Fair Lawn they were very polite, the manager Danniel was very kind and took very good care of me and my family. Also I would like to mention the front desk employees were very helpful and friendly I believe their names were Snow and Adrian.

1) There were fruit flies at the bar 2) The drinks were way too sweet and VERY overpriced 3) The lane was very dry and clearly hadn't been oiled in a long time 4) I had a gift card, but they don't let you use it when making an online reservation. So I called, and it's against Bowlero policy to make reservations over the phone? so I had no choice but to just show up and wait for a lane to open up. Makes no sense.

This Place is amazing , went for my little cousin friends birthday. The whole group had a blast plus we had Jayleen as our server and let me tell you this girl will make sure your time there is everything we expected and more.

I love it here! Have been going for years and it's always a great time and place to gather with family and friends. Everyone is always nice and pleasant every time I go. I've encountered the manager Danny a few times that I've gone and he's always super nice, attentive and such a pleasure. Really a great place.

We held my daughter's ninth birthday party at Bowlero in Fair Lawn, and everyone had the best time! Staff were super friendly, accommodating, and responsive to our requests. The few technical issues we encountered were dealt with swiftly. Despite the chaos of wrangling 20 kids, everyone was entertained. And the food and facilities were great! Our host and lane server were especially wonderful.

My friend called this place and ask for a reservation for her 30 students. They said no reservation needed and they were going to help her when they arrive. She took her students to this place to just give them some good memories and have fun all together. However, just because she wears a headscarf, the staff did not want to take her and her students in. They said it was fully booked but there was nobody inside. The next reservation was for 1 hour later and there was plenty of time to play. Then, my frien

She was very generous & friendly. She gave us great service & I recommend this place to friends & family..

Nice place for a kids party (kids of all ages) the staff was very attentive.

Very nice place food was good too

I have been going here since I was little, and I loved It and I still love It????

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are pool tables in arcades still good in this modern age?

Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
