Bowlero Euless

Bowlero delivered a fun family night! Loved the retro look and big screen TVs. It's great for kids,and the bar is a nice bonus for adults.We had nachos and sampler tray which was standard bowling alley grub, perfectly fine with a drink. We got in three games with six people in two hours. Definitely a solid choice for some wholesome group fun!

I visited this place with family late in the night and it was a great experience. Each one of us enjoyed. Their service was really good. Food was served right at our table and the attender kept checking on us. Would love to visit again.

Some of the employees had a bad attitude? the girl with the birthday headband and the bartender. While others were so great great loved the cashier and the guy that was running food and drinks ! The establishment was clean and affordable, but the service wasn't the best?

The bartender and most employees are great and genuinely seem like they try which is rare nowadays. Unfortunately the equipment does break down from time to time which makes the game less enjoyable. I get it, problems pop up and things go wrong all the time; but how a business resolves these issues and makes things "right" for the customer is what makes them great and this place has fallen short at every opportunity. I have hosted 3 events here and they have been amazing! We will definitely be back! Everyone at each event has enjoyed the place and said they would do again.

It's a very nice and clean bowling alley and the lanes are great but the prices are ridiculously high... We were practicing for a tournament and had rented a couple of lanes for 2 hours and we had 9 people bowling so we needed extra time to get in at least 3 games each.. when we asked if we could add another hour the price was $ 64.00/per lane..... This is exactly expensive in my opinion.

Bartender had a attitude, drinks under poored and WAY over priced... Can only order drinks and food from one place which only had one person Working by time I left the line was 15-20 deep..bathrooms dirty.. Employees in general just didn't seem happy.. Had a fun time with my friends but establishment is Way overpriced. Definitely overestimate the value there.

Really great customer service. We had some trouble with our pin setter messing up quite a lot, but it seemed to be specific to our lane. The food was good for a bowling alley. Drinks were $7 for beers and $4 sodas and bottled water. They also had pool and an arcade section, though I didn't play those, so idk the cost. Overall, I would recommend it, but the price for lanes was sorta steep. $40 per person for 2 hours.

I've been coming here for the last 4 years since I moved to the area every time I've wanted to bowl and it's always consistent, the claw machines in the arcade aren't super weak, the lanes are maintained and we have a good time. So much fun! It wasn't crowded when we went; it was perfect. The staff is personable, fun, and helpful. The venue was clean; however, beware: the paper towel dispenser in the women's restroom sounds like a screaming goat, but we got a kick out of it. ?? The location is great, and we will definitely be coming back in the near future. P.S. Don't laugh at the scores; we might have been a little thirsty and just played to have fun. ????

Every time they give us the corner place every time i request her to give us atleast middle but because we use Groupon we have to take the corner with chairs which is a bit unconvinience Groupon r not for free either their discount matters .But overall my family enjoys time spend there its a local bowling alley for us so we compromise.

Bobby was a great server he made sure our tables were clean and checked up on us to make sure we were taken care of multiple times through the night I was spending my 23rd birthday here and he made my first experience here great definitely coming back to bowlero!!!

The food is still good service is taking a long time took 1 hr to get the Pizza then ordered a Oreo shake Took 40 minutes to get the shake was good but time waited was crazy being there was less then 20 people in the hole place

Out of the many times I've gone here my favorite thing that is always consistent is the genuine care in the service provided from the staff specifically the beautiful woman running the front desk, Ari, she's my favorite face to see coming in or out and truly makes the whole experience exceptional just with her customer service!!

The place looks great. Food and drinks are On Point. If they just had automatic bumpers I would give this place 5 stars.

Atmosphere I'll give it a 4 bc I think turning up the music would have made it a 5-star experience. The bowling was fun! Great lanes, good bowling balls, and a new shoe feel. I love that you can make online reservations. We will most definitely be back!

Started bowling in league play for the very first time. We enjoy coming up here to practice a couple times a week. The staff is awesome. Everyone is very friendly and fun to be around. If you are a frequent bowler I'd suggest the summer pass.

Both my kids had their most recent parties here and they loved it. The planning is so easy and the person taking care of your group is always kind and super attentive. I absolutely feel I have gotten a great deal for the price...and my kids have a blast which makes it even more worth it...I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

I used to bowl here in the late 80s. It's been upgraded and looks nice. I wish they kept the seating at the lanes. Now it is four person tables and awkward with the neighboring lanes. Food was good, although waited 10 mins for drinks after the food came out.

Son bowled in a tournament, and the facility is well maintained, clean, and staff was all around good. Food was pleasant as well. Typically bowling food. Burger was a 4.5 star.. :)

Wish they would invest in getting their lane equipment fixed, my balls are constantly getting scratched. And wish they had waiters/waitresses during league nights. They used to have a really sweet girl but she's no longer there. ??

Had a great time with the Fam as Eagles? Nation landed on Dallas for the weekend! The staff was excellent providing amazing customer service and lane assistance when needed. Beverages were great and the sampler was tasty! Looking forward to coming back some day.

Very clean and modern bowling alley! Prices were $10 per person per game and then $6 per shoe rental. They offer a military discount, that was great! The drinks at the bar are a bit pricey - 8.50 for a vodka soda with well vodka (absolut is their well). I like bowlero but the problem is they are always having leagues going. So if You aren't in a league You rarely get to bowl. Plus it's quite expensive. But the food is good and the staff is nice for the most part.

Way to expensive for an average place, paid around $80 per person just with 3 games and pizza. Your better off just going to main event.

Spacious and plenty of room to move about without being on top of anyone else. All the equipment was in good working order and the restrooms are clean. Seemed they were short staffed for the volume of customers and there was a bit of a wait for everything. Ask the staff was super friendly and helpful though. Overall, this is a fun place to bowl, play some arcade games or shoot some pool.

40.00 per person plus 5 for shoes is outrageous on the weekend. Wanted a fun date night, not a full on rip off.

Cheap bowling and rude bartender. You'll wait in line 15/20 minutes for one drink and as a bonus - the bartender will roll her eyes at you when you ask for a glass without lipstick all over the rim. Rose (I know - shouldn't even be ordered at a bowling alley) will be served room temp too! Avoid, there's a ton of other cheap bowling in the area that appreciate their patrons.

This place is about is has old school bowling ally feel to it and that's kinda the best part. We had a large industry event here and they took great care of us. It's a large venue. There was another company holding an event as well and we never felt crowded and the service was very good. The bartender was friendly and on top of his game. They kept the pizza coming our way and we never went hungry. Throw in a couple of beer towers here and there and you've got a pretty good party.

The only reason that o didn't give 5 stars is because BOWLERO needs help with Bartenders and bar staff. It was extremely slow. That being said MEGAN WAS AWESOME AND SO WAS L.A. and All of the other staff including the Manager(forgot his name sorry) Excellent bowling alley and service! We will go back for sure!

Great place for fun, I love that it's smoke free! Could always have their pin system working more efficiently to teack points better but was fairly quickly fixed by friendly staff.

Had a girls night out here, it was great. Family friendly place. Very nice & clean and good service too. Food choices were good, not expensive. We had a few issues with one of our lanes, but they quickly accommodated us into some other lanes, transferring our current scores. Would definitely come back.

Really enjoy this place from the food to the lanes. The only thing I can say about the food on the bad side is that the chicken tenders are small, and a lot of times are burnt. The food is overall good, just they don't pay close attention to detail on our orders when we placed them, they always forget to add the mayo. I attended a family b-day outing at this location and it was pretty mediocre. Our lane kept shutting down throughout the evening for some reason. I've only been once so I'll need to give 'em another shot at some point. The atmosphere was a pretty good party setting with music and associated videos. I didn't eat there, but the food seemed to look good; my family didn't seem to complain.

Haven't been here in years! No more carpet and cigarette smoke. It did smell like urine upon walking in. Food was just okay. We tried their pepperoni pizza, chicken wings, appetizer sampler, and a steak quesadilla. Bowling was fun, but their bumpers aren't automatic like newer places. We had 1 child in our party, and gutters had to be up the entire time. I like how places nowadays have it to where it goes up/down if the player chooses.

Lack luster experience. Brittanie was very good at making us feel unwelcome. Clearly she didn't want to be there. She could barely answer simple questions without snapping at us and licking muffin bits off her fingers. Came to bowl today and ordered food on the app. I ordered 2 chicken strip kids meals. The waitress brought out 1 chicken strip meal with no napkins and no drink. I asked her about the other meal. She came back with 2 kids meals & no drinks. I was confused. Apparently she had dropped off a full chicken strip meal that belonged to another table. Well, we had our food. Just had to wait on our soft drinks which never came. I had to go to the counter n ask about our drinks. Another waiter finally brought them.

Don't expect your ball to be fixed when the lane damages your ball. The staff is unprofessional and upper management will not make things right when THEIR machines ruin the ball. The pro shop will ask you "how can you prove your ball was damaged by our machine?" Haven't been here in a few years. Really like the remodel. Group of 6 guys from church. The staff was great, & the food was delicious. Guess I'm getting old. My only negative of the whole night, was the giant video screens over each lane. 5 or 6 different videos playing. Very distracting at first.

Great place for a bowl but call ahead of time....they have a bowling league that limits the available lanes so most times during the weekdays if you go after 9pm you will have more availability. Food is pretty good and the prices are fair enough.

I went to the Euless location on April26,2024. The service was horrible let's start with how long we had to wait in line just get shoes and a lane over 30 minutes and it was only 2 people in front of us. Customer service here is unmatched. I lost my ring because I threw the ball down the lane and it flew off. 100% my fault. I let the staff know and all of them searched the lanes up and down till they found it even with all lanes being occupied. The level of professionalism and persistence to keep searching till they found it left me in shock. I gave up and accepted my loss but Scott kept going till he came up with the ring. The facility was great, but it is so sad that the bar is terrible. The beer was flat out of the tap. The margarita were terrible. I asked the bartender about mix and showed me it comes out of the gun. No frozen drinks are another major thing. You spend so much money on the Facility but forget about the bar.

Staff was nice. I DO NOT like the videos over the lanes. It makes it difficult to see the arrows on the lane and to mich a distraction. And the music and vidos were not to my taste, some disgusting. They need to find a way to turn off the video above the lane if the customer prefers it. I'm old school.

Went on a Tuesday with a group of ladies. Pretty crowed so we had to wait for a lane. But it was a perfect crowd by the time it was out turn. In the mean time, enjoyed some great cocktails and apps. The service is friendly and efficient! I loved the food (I got the steak street tacos) and if I could put an extra star I would! It was a bit crowded in the surrounding lanes next to us so we asked to switch lanes and they had no issues. I forgot our server's name, but she was very prompt and kept making sure we were ok. The lanes are good. A couple of guys behind the counter are helpful. But they need serious help at the bar and food service is super slow. I waited 20 minutes at the bar before being served on.

Yesterday was the first time that we were there we arrived around 5:30. The cashier did not acknowledge that we were standing there. Her phone was more important than the customers. For it to just opened at 5:00 why was there water on the floor at our lane? Other than that, it was okay. Our waiter Alec was super great. Shout out to Alec!!!
