Great Bowling alley. Nice updates! Huge location! 48 lanes, large arcade with newer games, full bar and amazing food! Great place to bring the family, date night, corporate events, birthday parties, leagues. They got it all!
Good prices we did the 16.99 8 to 10 unlimited bowl. The bar and grill was great. We got the beer tower and cheese bread and chicken fingers. Great time with great friends.
Tracy the manager was absolutely amazing! The customer service he provided for my daughters birthday was over and above what I was expecting. She had the BEST time and her cousins wants to have her party there too now. He was so wonderful to them. I let him know if he ever needed a job anywhere I would snag him up in a second so Bowlero please treat this employee right or I will take him away lol!! Him and his team were a pleasure! Thank you for making both mine and my daughters birthday special.
It was fun! I forgot how much I suck at bowling ???? not a fan of the arcade area. The machines will tell you it's one price, then the price is different when you go to swipe your card. Also hate so so so much that you have to pay for every single play. Usually arcade games will give you second chances. Even if you win, you gotta pay for the next level.
I just went today June 21st at 915 pm! He said the listed price on the website is invalid! Unlimited bowling starts at 10pm! We spent over $100 in 30 mins on 4 games and drinks! Ridiculous! Funny thing is I think he was purposely overcharging
Went for my child's birthday. Didn't have a reservation or anything. They were so awesome. Got us a lane, were patient when not everyone was there right away. They even gave us a bowling pin to have all of his friends sign before gifting it to my son as a memory of his big day. It was so kind. 100% recommend this place. We had a blast, and it was so much less stressful with such nice people running the place. We will be back! Thank you!
I enjoy bowling here but something is always off about the lanes. Alicia is an outstanding bartender and always makes you feel taken care of. The pizza is better than you would expect, but I really enjoy the chicken tenders with some ranch. Whether going with a small group or taking the whole family for a party, it's a reliable entertainment experience.
Really nice bowling alley. That's an issue with our lane but not a huge problem they were easily fixed by the staff there. A glass of Sprite cost $5.50 which is freaking crazy. Other than that great place to go for bowling.
Tracy was incredible! He was so attentive, kind and patient! He did such an amazing job and making sure my niece and her mom had a blast celebrating their birthdays!! If you ever book a party, Tracy is your guy! Thanks again Tracy for everything you were awesome!
Bowlero is a chain of modern bowling centers known for combining classic bowling experiences with contemporary amenities. Each location typically offers a vibrant atmosphere featuring stylish lanes, arcade games, and a diverse food and beverage menu, making it popular for both casual outings and organized events. Customer experiences at Bowlero locations vary. Some patrons appreciate the lively environment and comprehensive entertainment options, while others have raised concerns about service quality and
Attended a kiddos birthday party here and quite enjoyed our whole experience. We received some great service from the whole staff. All the kids had an absolute blast bowling and then finishing the day off with their arcade.
Brought in the new year at Bowlero my family and I had the best time wonderful staff. The vibe was amazing. Loved how the staff was Singing and Vibin with everyone definitely my favorite location and so happy that I brought the new year in at this location. The manager was amazing and even though they were having fun I seen that they were making sure everything was getting done.
Family friendly, you can join a bowling league at this location. There is a nice arcade for the kids.
Went here for a kids birthday party. Tracy was very helpful. All the kids and even the adults had a great time. Highly recommend this place and ask for Tracy if you want exceptional service; he went above and beyond to be helpful.
I would give the alley itself 5 stars but the pro shop I'm going to avoid like the plague. After bowling I discovered I have out grown my 2nd bowling ball. I went to the pro shop to see how much it would be to rebore the holes. The rep instantly assumed the balls weren't mine as if they were stolen or something.... My name is literally on the balls! Anyways after asking him how much he rudely replied he will have to see the balls to determine the price. I brought the balls to him and he doesn't even say how
Holiday party. The food and service was great! I would definitely come back. Tracy made sure everyone was taken care of and food and soda never ran out. And the bartender, don't remember her name however she was fantastic too We all had a great night.
They hosted our son?s birthday party and it was so easy and smooth from booking online to getting set up when we arrived. Tracy was so kind and helpful and made it a great experience for the whole group. The space was really nice inside too! Highly recommend for groups or parties.
Overall, service was good came to bowl with my girlfriend and our friend when these two older gentlemen, who are clearly intoxicated, were put to bowl next to us on the lanes very obnoxious and was bugging my group and other groups couple lanes down one of the other parties went and told the manager what was going on manager came and watched one of the drunk patrons fall across the foul line after being told they were being obnoxious and causing a ruckus bugging everyone management refuse to do anything as
Great arcade, great bowling, and the chicken tenders were surprisingly bomb. Great service from the bartender too. Looking forward to returning.
Had an awesome father's day with daughter, son, and the young ones.! Thank you all!
This Bowlero has gone downhill badly. Food and bar service is terrible. They never have the basic alcohol in stock, the bartenders are absolutely terrible at their jobs, but it's not their fault, Bowlero won't hire experienced bartenders or have a training program. The food is overpriced for the quality and amount and the service takes forever. If you're just here to bowl and nothing else, sure it's okay. But everything else, especially services is not worth any amount of money.
Hosted a team event and had a five star experience from the booking, to updating the day before, to the day of service, to the yummy food and drinks served and of course the bowling fun!!
Went with a group of friends for 2 of our birthdays and the experience was beyond disappointing! The drink prices were equivalent to a major sporting venue/event or concert (twelve dollars for a single drink!) but took 3x as long! There was zero organization or skill behind the bar for a single file line. In addition to being overcharged for drinks and food, people in our party were over charged for their bowling games!
Most expensive bowling excursion ever and bartenders were the worst! Went with a group of 10 friends and only played 2 games in 2.5 hours because the minimum wait for a drink was 10 minutes each, every time. Waited 20 min the 2 times I went up. Had one poor guy (Tom) running drinks for the whole place. Got over charged on 1 drink ( on top of the already inflated rate) and over charged 2 in our party for the bowling. Sad because the place is cool but none of us will be back.
Great place to bowl. Fridays after 10 is unlimited bowling for about 22 dollars. The place is clean and the staff is nice.
Nice employees, well maintained lanes, and an extensive menu for food. We play mostly in the evening on weeknight. I would suggest waiting for special pricing as normal is 4 for shoes and 6 plus per game per person. 2 games and shoes cost my group of 4 right around 70 dollars.
Just stopped by on a surprise date with my cousin! Had so much fun. Great deal on three games with a play card. The food was really fresh and the drinks were great! Would recommend for families and friends??
I love this place. Tom and the gal up front were especially accommodating to my 10 year old on his birthday. Tom is lively and was such an incredible host. Thank you Tom and staff, also Bowlero for making my kid's wishes come true tonight!!
Tom,Tracy and the Bowlero team are amazing!!They made sure our Birthday party was stress free and everyone enjoyed themselves. THANK YOU AGAIN!!
Great lanes and good distancing during COVID. A bit expensive but it was a Friday night. The drinks were great and well priced. Service was good! I didn't like that we had to buy gift cards to play, but that might have been because we ordered online.
The price advertised on the wall was incorrect, so instead of charging us the correct price he decided to comp us a few sodas and an appetizer. The pretzels were terrible and didn't nearly cover the cost we should have paid. As for the bowling lane 41 kept on having issues, so after going up and asking about it multiple times they moved us 1 lane over to 42, which fixed it but took about 30 minutes total to fix. We also got $5 arcade tickets that really weren't worth it. All the games are just meh and kind
This place has had a major overhaul thanks to Bowlero! Excellent music, super friendly staff, and reserving lanes is super easy online. We got free cookies! Winter is coming, consider picking up bowling y'all.
Great place for a family night out! Staff are so sweet
Spent the day here for a 12 year old birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make her feel special? Cannot say enough good things about this place! Thank you for all of your hard work !! Tracy is the best. Would highly recommend throwing a children?s party here
We went here with our two and a half year old. For the most part it's your typical, dated bowling alley, but the person we assume was the manager was verbally aggressive to his staff while we were checking in. He wasn't the kindest to us, either. When we asked if our toddler cost money, his response was, "if he bowls, he pays." How warm and welcoming... We played one game and our lane broke down once. The people bowling next to us had their lane breakdown too. Our child used a bowling assist ramp and I end
How about a review 50 years late? Wow, I went bowling here in the early 70's with my family, we lived up the road in Sheridan, had so much fun. Dad said we would go monthly but sadly we never went again because we were dirt poor. Looks like a great place still.
We had a company bowling trip for a few hours during the day. It was so much fun! The place was clean, bathrooms were clean too. We had a great time! Highly recommend this place.
My wife and I are local and have gone to this Bowlero location a few times now for date night. It is exactly what you want it to be, low-key, well-kept, reasonably priced, pleasant staff (especially the manager Tracy, who has always made a point of being friendly and attentive). Food is surprisingly decent - nothing fancy, just the regular fried fare for the most part, but everything we've have had there has been tasty. They always have a good film on in the background, great music on the speakers. Honestl
Great family experience great place to take your family
Wouldn't turn on the white lights for us even though their printed schedule at the front desk said they were available, and we were literally the only bowlers there. A little later we see another bowler bowling with white lights and we asked Pat, he said oh we only do that for league bowlers and walked away. Won't be buying the passes here again, or joining a league.
Join the Lousy Bowlers league! It's so much fun. Bowlero is clean, has friendly staff, and the bowling is always fun.
Fun way to spend an afternoon. Clean place Friendly staff
Ashly the bartender was amazing with great recommendations and did it with a huge smile on her face! Thank you so much for making this experience better. your kindness is appreciated.
Pretty ghetto but how can you blame them, it's in federal. It took about an hour to receive French fries and the cook had an attitude when asked where the food was, machines also kept messing up, won't go back!
Staff is super friendly and helpful. Shout to to Tracy, Jay, and I want to say Marie or Maria. You all are fantastic! The summer pass was really worth it's weight in gold. You always made it fun!
I booked a birthday party for my daughter and Terry was our host. He was so helpful. We had the best time here. We definitely recommend. We left very satisfied. The food was great and so was the service 10 ? for me
Arhhhh! Thanks for the help.. The Salmon guy! Really nice employees. Support your local ally!
Great staff! Clean, great food reasonable prices.
Enjoyed today . Bowling alley clean , very nice employee's. Friendy tournament. We bowl tomorrow as well. Looking forward to it.
Really cool remodel. Ok, food, but there are only 2 people working at any given time, so service is scarce. However, the family and I had a great time bowling, and the arcade was a blast.
My partner Glenn and I love this place and go here almost weekly. The whole place is always clean, bathrooms included. The lanes are well maintained. Our little one loves the arcade. Jazz, Noah, and Dylan are awesome and make us feel totally at home. Super accommodating, welcoming, friendly. We always have a good time here.
Clean, easy to set up the lane, super fun. The staff was all really nice and helpful too! We will be back for more weekday unlimited bowling :)
Had so much fun love the atmosphere the drinks were really good love the deals they have will be back
Stopped in with my daughter. Clean facility and friendly staff. Enjoyed the pool table as well. Tracy (Bartender) was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend
We had a group event which reserved two lanes, pizza, chips and salsa, and two drink tickets for 9 people. The rescheduling policy is unreasonable, like nothing I have ever seen. I understand it is in the contract, but it was not explicitly pointed out during the planning process. If you charge a 50% rescheduling fee within 30 days of an event, it should be stated CLEARLY, first thing, considering we were already within the 30-day window when we booked the event. Not simply say, "By submitting payment, you
We go here pretty often (usually every Wednesday night) w/ two kids, my aunt, and me - we all (esp the kids) have such a great time! the staff is patient and kind. the facility is always clean. The French fries are also tasty !! It's a great place to bowl - we will keep coming every week.
Ashely the bartender ROCKS!!!! Best service, delicious drinks and amazing attitude EVERYTIME!
It is old but they are keeping it clean after every person and yes they still sell food and drinks. Just go on the week day it is cheaper....
We did our 7 year old son birthday party here. The place was perfect and the service was above and beyond. I highly recommend this place as the combination of plenty of activities with an amazing service makes it a great experience. Pizza crust is really good.
Fun spot to play bowling and arcades, they serve liquor and food.
AMF needs to figure out a different pricing system or have prices listed on their website. I blame the company for not pricing things right and pricing it per person per game. At the same time, I dislike when people complain and do not do their research before they come into the facility. I was waiting in line for this establishment. I have seen employees explain the prices and have seen the customers not even listen or pay attention either. The customers need to listen better or do the research, in my opi
Very large place with plenty of lanes. Food selection is pretty meh. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Great facility but Noah really did the trick!!! He was so hospitable and amazing, I want to come back tenfold. New arcade was great but wouldn't have known it without Noah's help. He is the BEST!!!!!
We had a bday party there. The Atmosphere was wonderful. The Food was good and brought lots of laughs. I enjoyed the people who work there, too
I love bowling here. The staff is great. They even smile and or laugh at my lame jokes. The food is great. Times are lean now but their prices are still affordable for families. I've never felt unwelcome here. I've enjoyed playing in the league this year thanks to the great people here.
We love this bowling alley. The lanes are well kept, the hospitality is fantastic. Noah, Jazz, Jules, and Andrew truly make it a place you want to go. I am sad they will be getting rid of unlimited bowling on the weekends. The atmosphere is awesome, for a fun night of bowling.
Had my son's 10th birthday here and everyone had a great time. The staff was super helpful and friendly. All the food was hot crisp - pretty good quality for what I assume was frozen chicken and fries. I really great value for a kid party and would do it again.
The "Love Me Tenders" and the "Oreo Milkshake" are so gooood. It does not have to be good but the chefs go above and beyond to make these master pieces l. Had to update my review to add this.
The manager was very welcoming!!! Tom had very very good customer service and kept checking in on us and the food was very good
Has become my new favorite place since the new management has taken over Julie is making the best drinks and Jaz has really stepped up as manager and made it a fun hang out. The rude servers are gone, the kitchen is getting a redo the food is going to be even better than before and the atmosphere is way more inviting!
This place is awesome! Jasmin was especially great! Fun games too!
They have renovated it, outside and inside, the atmosphere is good. Still under some renovations but it's all good. Have an arcade, bowling leagues, serve food, pro shop. Employees are friendly, upbeat and helpful:) Looking like a decent place to bowl!
Decent alley all around but quite a bit overpriced for bowling in my opinion. Food was mediocre at best although they had a few beers on tap which was nice. Gratuity was automatically added to the food/beverage bill and I was never given an itemized receipt. There's a line for "extra gratuity" which I almost fell for. This is a very deceptive business practice in my opinion. I had a good time but I don't think I'll be going back based on how overpriced it is for a somewhat run-down establishment.
Honestly I love this place so it's hard to see what's happening to it. Since Bowlero bought them out there have been a lot of changes. The aesthetics are improving but everything else took a nosedive. All the former staff are gone and the folks who replaced them are either ill trained or just incompetent. Nobody knows how to ring up league pricing. Getting a drink from the bar takes forever. Employees have absolutely no hustle. Drink specials have been gutted. But hey, the floors look nice.
I really like this location--I bowl here every chance I get. They have a lot of lanes here, maybe 48 or 60? It's more than usual and they keep it up, for the most part. I've had a couple times when my lane kept coming up with short racks--pins missing repeatedly, but they were made aware and so it's all been squared away. Good people here.
Decent place to roll indeed. The lanes were solid, and had a nice coat of oil which is great. It has that simple old school bowling appeal, food was decent fare. The order was accurate and the staff very friendly. The bathrooms were a bit scary and that comes from a man. But overall the visit was very fun, I would go again no issue. The price per game was a bit on the higher end, but it was a Saturday afternoon, and the place is spacious enough to have a cosmic side, and a lit up side for the elderly. The p
Absolutely worst bowling alley around. There is not a week of league bowling that machines don't break down. This place does not care about league bowling or maintaining their machines.
I recently visited AMF, hoping to have a fun night out with my wife for St. Patrick's day. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the prices at the alley. Despite believing that I was paying $10 per game for the lane, I was tricked into paying $10 per person per game with clever language used by an employee named Jay. As a result, my bill came out to be over $80. I also ordered a basket of fries and two sodas, which totaled $25. Putting my total over $100 It is unacceptable that AMF would engage
Had a good time going here. Still can't figure out why there are only like 6-7 bowling alleys in this entire city. They had good service, friendly people behind the counter. Tons of shoes, even european sizes. Those of you with big feet won't have an issue finding your size. Also lots of colorful balls from 8 lbs. up to 14 lbs. was the heaviest I noticed. Clean facility, lanes are a little slick though. Good food from the snack bar, full adult bar to get your drink on. If you use Google maps to get here, it
The people are awesome, the food is good, the bar is great the staff are all great.will bowl here every time.
I grew up bowling at this alley. Through the years they have had a few "remodels" and revamps, but things never really change or look or feel any different!! It doesn't matter how many makeovers they attempt, the same old nostalgia sticks around. That was until this most recent visit. Right from the start the gentleman up front was very welcoming, helpful, and you could tell he wanted us to he happy. Next was the bartender, very upbeat, honest, and was able to serve us a pitcher of beer which was ice co
Nice and clean for a bowling alley with a cute vintage vibe
I am barely back from recovery to do this review. Please beware and stay away from here! I tried the food and water I got food poisoning for two days or more. The food is oversalted or undercooked. The prices are too high you can find better prices elsewhere and more activities such as Round 1. The restrooms are too small and crammed. The whole building is falling apart and old on the outside and inside.
We are regulars and I must say this place has definitely went down hill. You can buy pitchers of beer and get water . But you can not buy a pitcher of soda. Which males no fkin sense. They charged my card 3 times. . But I come back once in awhile for a good deal. Bring back the OLD STAFF
I went to Kids Fest with my son. It was his first time bowling and was torn between the dark side and light. He had a blast learning to bowl and can't wait to do it again. I'll definitely be back because the food is delicious, staff is AMAZING, and the lanes are clean. I'm so happy this was his first experience and he now wants to be a bowler in the future.
This place has been in the works for awhile I've been bowling here for over 5 yrs now unfortunately covid took a toll on this place I will say they are trying very hard to get back to where they once were the arcade has been updated and a lot of fun games to play the lanes themselves have been replaced but the machines that are the ball return still destroy your bowling balls basically need to clean your ball after every game too much grease and rubber on them from the return really wish they would maintain
I've called 15 times today to speak with someone and no one answers the phone.
No soap in the bathrooms, the toilets have not been cleaned in more than a week you can tell from the build up of the pinkish yellow scale ring inside the bowl, I went to tell her and she was like "yeah I'll get right on that."
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
