The service by our hostess Andrea was excellent. Prices were fair and Sean took the time to explain all of our options. It costs to take a group of kids out these days and the staff were very accommodating. Love that the space wasn't too crowded. The performance of Andrea and Sean inspired me to write this post. Thanks for everything guys

My daughter had her birthday party here! We had a wonderful experience. We had it on a Sunday wasn't busy they had our pizza and drinks already with a table for gifts and cake to be displayed. They let my daughter go into the giant crane machine to pick out a huge stuffed animal. Very cool neon photo wall. The arcade was amazing with lots of VR games. We looked at going to Spare Time and compared birthday packages. And Bowlero had a much better deal.

Great atmosphere, a good staff and always a safe place to have fun, love the arcade and laser tag, the manager helped us with out questions!! Also the 20 dllrs unlimited games is a great deal!!

Came in on a Wednesday evening 6pm. Nobody in the lounge restaurant area. Ordered online. Nobody came out to check on me or offer me a drink. Had to go outside to the volleyball court and fill up a cup of warm water. A woman brought me my food didn't offer me a drink or anything. Food was hot and fresh. I like to write good reviews and tip people.

My son's birthday party was at Bowlero Elkhorn. The manager (I can't remember his name) is amazing! He always makes sure we are taken care of. The birthday part was perfect! I really can't say enough things about the management and staff at Bowlero Elkhorn.

My family and I had a great time here. The manager on duty was very attentive when we asked to move lanes, and the service staff were on point. There was so much for my kids to do, and we didn't spend a ton of $$ to entertain them for 2+ hours.

Food takes forever. Went here on a Friday night. You would think it was packed. There were 5 other bowlers besides our group. They told us the kitchen was slow because of how busy it was. After two hours of waiting on shrimp tacos, they came out to tell us they were out of shrimp. Our 4 and 7 year old kids waited 2 hours for chicken nuggets and a kids cheese pizza. Sean Blizzard and Andrea, My daughter moved from Papillion to Elkhorn while a sixth grader. You can imagine the feelings. The bowling itself was cheaper than others including shoe rental. However, they nickel and dime you for everything else. We paid $20 for three fountain sodas. Seriously ridiculous, especially for something I can get for .89 at Casey?s. I can see why this place changes hands so often. Go to spare time entertainment on 168th and center. I took my 2 daughters here for a girls night out and we had a blast! Their food was excellent especially the chicken tenders. Also the employees were very welcoming and helpful. I definitely will be back and would recommend.

This was the nicest bowling alley we have been to in a long time! Super clean and excellent service. We were there on 4/20/25 and had an excellent bartender who gave us great service at Elkhorn NE (Andrea M). The general manager also checked in with us. Highly recommend!

This place is one of my and my son?s (3.5 years old), favorite places for Mama-Son date night! If you happen to go to this location, I hope you're graced with service from Andrea at the bar. She is a smiling face that goes above and beyond for her customers?she greets my son with fresh fruit as I order a cold beer from the bar. Boyfriend and I love going here. The few times we've had a problem be it food, booking, prices etc they are very quick to help us out or find a way to make it up. We go maybe twice a week and love it!

Visiting for the second time in 10 months from out of town and, unfortunately, the service hasn't improved. We did not have a server at our bowling lane so had to go to the bar, which is fine. However, we paid for 2 hours of unlimited bowling and spent a good portion of it waiting at the bar. Both times we've been they are SO SLOW at the bar. We went there last night (Thursday evening) for a birthday party and the food and customer service were better than excellent. The bartender (Andrea) so sweet and very good at making cocktails (we ordered martinis and old fashions mostly). It was such a great experience overall-everyone had fun, food was delicious and we were able to order craft cocktails other than just beer or mixed drinks. I just had my Bachelorette party there on Saturday October 19, 2024. It was so much fun, the manager and staff were amazing. I felt like a princess.

I took my grandkids bowling here on Friday. And also played video games. The service that I received from Tony was fantastic! We will definitely be back. I only do busy with people like him. Great for a kids birthday but make sure you understand they're not cheap any means so not really great for a budget but if you've got it then it's a darn good place for fun with the family or friends.

We had such a great time bowling here for my nephew birthday. The food and customer service was great. We had a minor hiccup with our food order and when we pointed it out Chef Jackson went above and beyond to fix the issue and apologized for the inconvenience. That's what I call exemplary customer service.

Huge place. Cool staff. I don't mean this negative at all but if you compare prices of food and beverages to others in the metro this is on the high end.

We did my son's 17th Birthday! They had the best time. We were waited on, all of our needs beyond exceeded. They constantly checked on us. The food was Amazing! Price was totally worth all of the amenities we were given. I would 10/10 do another Birthday there.

Me and a large group (15+) from my UNO campus student organization came in last minute due to a reservation mix-up at another spot, and we were able to hop right on some lanes with great service! Sean and Andrea did a great job of making sure we had what we needed, and even wanted to help mend our bad experience that they had nothing to do with. We will definitely be recommending this spot to other orgs and groups on campus, and we'll be planning our social events here from now on!

what an amazing place in Elkhorn. I was skeptical before heading here but no regrets after visiting.. There's plenty of games to spend time around in this place. 1) Bowling 2) Arcade games 3) Dark ride 4) Laser tag. I was here with my kiddo for a birthday party which is packaged and kiddo is completely tired after the event. I would definitely visit this place more often. A special mention about food, I had the house pizza and it is too good as well as the cake too.

New Year?s Eve 2023: We were on Lane 1 and early (first people there at our reservation time to be specific), but served absolutely last compared to other lanes who were much later. They claimed to of lost our order. We were also served at least a half dozen dirty dishes to eat off. Our pizza that come was burnt and the broiler under our chicken and fries was never lit to keep food warm. I received a plethora of emails after to come again, leave a review, etc. I finally advised the issue on Jan 5th. T

Had our work bowling party here. Very spacious and good setup for gatherings. The event planner Margaret was great. I give her 5 stars! She worked with me, and my budget couldn't have pulled it off without her. Everyone was friendly. I recommend going here.

For those considering doing a kids birthday party at Bowlero in Elkhorn, we would definitely recommend it. Yesterday, June 22nd we had our 10 year olds party there at Noon and the place was nearly empty. We've been to other birthdays there later in afternoon and evening and it's' as many have previously said in reviews....absolutely insane and crowded. That was not our experience yesterday. We had a wonderful time for my nephews 16th birthday party. Bowling was excellent, had a little hiccup with laser tag but all in all everything was great. Good food, drinks for the adults were excellent, the Nebraska lemonade is my favorite, lots of space, we had an area to have cake and ice cream all to ourselves and the little kids had fun in the arcade while the big kids did laser tag. I was pretty disappointed at first?. I would have gave them 1 star but the girl behind the bar earned a star back.. we got lemonade for the kids and she was super nice. We came to take them bowling. Waited for 20 minutes and no one would ask us anything, we wanted food and drinks and the waiter guy just disappeared. I helped build this building years ago it used to be the place to go. Now it's the place to,,, not apparently.

We were a little disappointed that they don't participate in the kids bowl for free summer program but we still had a good time. We played one game of bowling, then checked out their arcade area. A young employee (didn't get her name) was very kind and showed great customer service skills when a claw game took our credits. She was more than happy to give us our credits back. She also gave us one free game that my 3yr old chose and she played with him!! Great environment, and friendly staff!!

I cannot rave enough about the team at Bowlero! Piper, Andrea, Alan. and Tony took great care of us during my son?s birthday party. They were attentive, responsive and made us feel so welcome. The food was wonderful and was kept hot and refilled for the whole party. The bowling alley is clean, well maintained and they even took requests for the TV screen. My son had a great time and I'd highly recommend them for parties or even a fun afternoon.

Waited well over 45-55 minutes just for drinks. The staff would look at you, then flat out ignore you. Then when we left we seen our car was involved in a hit and run in the parking lot. We asked management if they could look at the cameras, and we were told to come back with a warrant. Horrible service, and horrible management.

Arcade wasn't huge like Dave and buster?s or pizza machine, and laser tag was pretty fun, but the service was terrible, when we paid for the laser tag, which was $6 plus 16 points per person. The lady said she'll be with us in a short time, but we waited bout 30 minutes before I had to get someone to help us. I would recommend pizza machine if you're looking to play arcade and laser tag.

More than a bowling alley, more like a funplex! Bowling, arcade, virtual reality, huge sports bar area... Can probably spend a whole day here having fun. Definitely a fun place to take the family

Woefully understaffed. We brought a group to play laser tag and eat lunch. We called a couple days before to make sure they could accommodate a group of our size. We waited forever for laser tag. One poor employee was doing everything. They told us while we were waiting in the restaurant that it was closed. Cool place and concept, I just wish they had is staffed better

We had a great time at the Mark! My 10 year old son loved it. There are a lot of fun arcade games to choose from along with laser tag, vr games & bowling. I feel like you get your money's worth of entertainment as well! The staff was friendly & helpful. Would definitely go back!

I had my son?s 7th birthday party yesterday at 11 and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Everyone was so kind and helpful. It was so organized and the food was delicious. I really appreciated the attention and my son had a wonderful birthday. The manager was so pleasant.

Fun place to go to get out of the heat. We got to pick a side to sit on, "seats or couches", which was nice. They have dino ramps for my young ones to help them learn. Place was clean and food was great and quick. There are other things like lazer tag and arcade games as well, we just didn't do those this time.

We had reservations for a large group last night, and to begin, I sat and watched the group before us leave, and no one came to buss and wipe the tables. So I personally did it, because it was past time for our group to begin. Then, the lanes kept having "technical difficulties" to the point my kids lost interest after bowling twice. So basically I paid $68 for my 3 kids to eat pizza, drink water, and spend a $10 token card on games. Super disappointed.

This place is great!! The staff was extremely accommodating to our birthday party. Between the bowling, arcade, and Lazer tag there was something for everyone to have a good time. The food was really good and despite being fairly busy they continuously checked on our stock of food and drinks. The facility is huge, and seems to be well maintained as everything was clean and orderly. We'll definitely be going back.

We went on a Tuesday around 1pm as my son didn't have school so it was REALLY bare of people. The food was really good and was brought to us quickly. The only downside was the cost for everything ended up spending about $90 for 2 hours of bowling for 3 people, 2 beers, one appetizer and 2 baskets of food. The main reason we went here was the price for just the bowling was WAY less than other bowling alleys we looked at for the same amount of time. We dined at The Grill within the Mark. I had the shrimp basket and my husband had the flat iron steak meal and his steak was coke perfectly at medium rare. The service was good. David behind the bar killed it all night. Not only did he consistently kill it on the drinks, but he also gave me a shoulder massage that cured my sciatica i have been struggling with for 16 years. This massage was not in any way unprofessional. I couldn't believe the same hands that crafted my delicious cocktails also hit all the right spots within my body and soul and conquered a generational curse.

This is the best bowling alley I've been to in a long time! I went this past Tuesday evening with some friends. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I wish I had gotten the name of the employee who delivered our food and drinks, as he was kind enough to take a group photo for us! It was also a really good deal to go on a Tuesday evening, as it's unlimited bowling and shoe rental for around $16 after tax.

Good vibe and many things to do. The bowling lanes were jammed-packed on the weekend. Waiting time was almost 2 hours to get a lane. Avoid going on a weekend!

We showed up on a Friday a little bit before they were open. The doors were open and we went in. We would have happily left but the people there insisted they could take care of us and we did not need to leave. Everyone was so helpful, nice and amazing. We will gladly go back again.

Great 2-story laser tag. Many games to win tickets, which can be traded for prizes. Many bowling lanes. Full bar and restaurant. After laser tag, you can see your score on the screen.

My nephew had his birthday party here and it kept all ages entertained for hours. The only problem we had was ordering food from the bar area. We never got the food. We had to complain and they said they must delivered the fries to the wrong table. We did finally get our food it just took a long time.

If you want a nice place to bowl, this place is fine. If you expect a drink within half an hour and food within 2 hours, I'd probably go somewhere else.

Effing terrible. Food came out cold, 45 minutes after I ordered 1 beer and 1 mixed drink, I had to go to the bar and ask about them. Beer poured and already warm and flat, mixed drink not made yet, then the bar tender had the nerve to be rude when i asked. Don't waste your time or money on this service dumpster fire. 1 star because less than 0 isn't an option.

Came here today for a birthday party. We've been celebrating birthday parties here for every birthday party children and grown-ups for years and we have enjoyed it we still enjoyed it today however they are Under new ownership. 8 wings are $16. They automatically add the tip at 18% which cost me $30 so why should we tip they are over priced and the are taking advantage of the fact that families still want to enjoy bowling such a rip off?
