Bowlero Edmond

Bowlero Edmond

Reviews Summary

Bowlero receives mixed reviews, with many praising its fun atmosphere, friendly staff, and clean facilities. Positive highlights include enjoyable karaoke, arcade games, and good service, especially from employees like Mike. However, multiple complaints cite high prices, unexpected fees, and inconsistent lane maintenance. Some customers feel the cost doesn’t match the experience, particularly for food and bowling rates. While families and groups often enjoy their time, serious bowlers criticize limited lane availability and poor upkeep. Overall, it’s a popular spot for casual outings but faces criticism for pricing and management issues.

Customer Reviews

The price was great. Lots of space. Only thing I wish they had were more seating and tables near the ball return area where you sit so we didn't have to walk back to the tables

We had a lot of fun - not too loud, not too dark, not too league-focused, good food options. We get 2-and-three-quarters games out of our 2 hour time slot - I wish the computer would offer "Hey, wanna finish your partial game for only $10 more?"

Had fun bowling here. Although we were told that the games were 5 dollars for bowling they didn't specify that I would be 6 dollars PER person PER game of bowling so it ended up being WAY more expensive then anticipated

Unlimited bowling is always great. I think you need to bowl 3+ games to make it worth it. The manager was great. Very helpful and made sure things were taken care of. Lots of new employees, so do be patient. The bartender was also great. Alcohol is a little pricey, but tasted fresh out of the tap. The arcade was a cool touch. They have pool and all the early 2000s games. Some need a bit of work to repair them, recalibrate, but it was fun. The bowling was also great. Nice new computers and screens. The l

Awesome place. Love it. Bowl, play pool, darts and karaoke on Saturday nights. Food is great as well.

Sort of hidden behind other stores so I didn't even know it was there. I was considering Main Event or ShowBiz, but the reviews on bowling in both those places were not good (ShowBiz had great reviews when it first opened, but terrible reviews now). Bowlero is a very nice, clean place, the staff are very helpful (pulled up bumpers on the alley for my 8-year-old grandson in, like, 2 minutes), there were plenty of balls to choose from, and everything worked as it should.

This bowling alley holds a special place in my heart, and always will! As a kid, it was the go-to spot for birthday parties, youth group outings, and field trips during my elementary and middle school days. It never failed to create amazing memories. The excitement of stepping into the bowling alley, the laughter with friends, and the friendly atmosphere made it such a magical experience. Fast forward to today, and Bowlero has only gotten better. The lanes are always well-maintained, the staff is super fr

Everything is excellent here staff and environment is awesome!! My only gripe is that I've had numerous new expensive bowling balls come back with huge knicks and gouges. The ball return could use a little TLC.

Anne Marie has a great pro shop! Very impressed with her knowledge and customer service! Lanes were in a great pattern for my game. Overall great experience!

Employee's friends had a party, they bought in outside beer, started vaping a bunch then openly started smoking weed while the employee was talking with them. . It got so bad we had to stop mid game and leave. Total waste of money!! This place needs new management.

This alley is great! The place is very clean and lanes are in good shape. Mike was friendly and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be bowling here when I travel to OKC from now on.

Lane 2 never works. Just FYI. They had to switch us lanes after 3 pin JAMS. Other than that service was great. And lanes are very clean and orderly. Covid restrictions are appropriate. They skip 2 lanes between groups. They will not give you multiple lanes for less than 6 people. Keep that in mind.

Absolute robbery. Since when does playing two games with 4 of us cost over $100: 8.99 per PERSON per game 5.99 per shoe rental Bowling used to be something fun and affordable to do. Not at this place. We used to come when it was AMF. ?Bowlero? is ridiculously overpriced.

We had a birthday party there. The staff was helpful in making sure we had what we needed and went above and beyond to make the experience perfect for my kiddo. They had even helped when we needed to order a second cookie cake for the party. It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend them.

Great Bowling Alley there in Edmond, OK. Clean. Has nice bar area. Great spot to bowl with friends! Thanks for supporting Special Olympics Oklahoma!

This is the best bowling alley they always have open lanes friendly staff and awesome food!!! Thanks for the great experiences

The atmosphere is pretty nice here. The snacks are decent. The service...... terrible!!! We came in with a Christmas coupon from the kids school that said "Kids bowl free 1 game" KIDS! Plural. So We took our 3 kids and they would only honor one child. Even though the fine print said "Children" yet again. Not one place did it list it for a single child. Nor could they show me where it said one child! I talked to ,Zac Gulickson, the manager and he would do nothing about it. Even though they had a stack of the

Bowlero Edmond is clean and nice enough. Bathrooms could be updated. Staff not the nicest but not rude either. Concession pricing a little high in my opinion.

Decent little arcade but we didn't try bowling.

Bowlero is a wonderful family experience. The people there are great and the staff is on top of their game to take care of people. The food is really great, even my picky children ate a ton. The summer bowling pass is well worth it when needing a way to keep kids occupied during summer break. It pays for itself after three visits.

Bowlero is one of the best bowling alleys I have been to in the Edmond area. They have lots of snacks, arcade games, and have a pool table for a fun time with friends. It is all priced at a very nice price. 10/10 would recommend

I had a great time at Bowlero with my fiance and his sister. We came because we had free bowling thru our T-Mobile Tuesdays app. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The facility was very clean and the facility almost looks brand new (not sure if it is or not). I definitely wish we had one of these in my city because it is a 20 min drive from where we live. I would for sure love to come bowl here again!

I took my 3 kids bowling here and they had a ton of fun. The staff were nice and the place was clean. Thankfully I had bought a Groupon for $28 for 4 ppl to go bowling for 2 hours with the shoe rental included. Had I not had the Groupon it would have been $16 a person for unlimited bowling. Too pricey for me, being a single mom of 3. But our time there was a lot of fun. They have a few pool tables as well and a couple arcade games as well.

Paid over $500 for a birthday party for my daughter, hardly worth a penny of that. To start off the event I knew that we were going to be getting 1.5 hours of bowling time. We arrived prior to 1, they did not open til 1. Guess time began as soon as we walked in the dooor? started to get shoes and balls and go over the spill of information to start bowling, by the time we started to bowl there was hardly 45mins left of bowling time when we started. Getting 20 people organized and prepared to start obviously

So much fun! Bowling is a great activity when you want something to do and need to avoid the Oklahoma heat. Bowlero is a neat place for family fun. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Go and have fun. You won't be disappointed.

Got a lane pretty easily even with a tournament happening. The guys there know how to run an efficient ship. They had a raffle for a free pizza. The lane management console is updated and really an improvement! I'll be back for sure.

I play here once a week for a Bowling League, I love it, would definitely recommend going here to bowl.

It was a blast! The last time I went bowling was just over 12 years ago, and this place gave me the impression that it might as well have been 12 DAYS. The staff is courteous AND the service was rapid and pleasant; factually speaking, I WOULD'VE added photos, but I was having too much fun to take pictures, let alone look at my phone for any other reason. Really!

I used to go to this bowling alley many times a year. It was fine. Nothing too fancy but the lanes were well-maintained. I haven't been back since it became a Bowlero. The prices are absolutely insane. Over $70 for two people on one lane for 1 1/2 hours! They went from $10-$15/person to over $35/person while offering nothing new or better.

This place is great! I believe the manager is Mike and I have to say this place is very clean. I see him walking and checking to make sure everything is cleaned and truly impressed. Highly recommend this place.

Great place for bowling, good food, friendly and helpful staff and lots of fun!

Bowling is fun, staff is friendly and the summer pass is great. However, cooler for kegs goes down and suddenly a 12 pack of michelob ultra costs 70 bucks because you can't buy a pitcher.

Marcus is absolutely amazing!! He was so friendly the entire game and absolutely had the best personality. Have never met someone so friendly, seriously. He made our experience TEN TIMES better than it would have been otherwise!! Absolutely recommend going there, so much fun.

Good spot for parties too

This is a pretty nice bowling alley with a lot of lanes. Not super high tech and kinda run down.

BEWARE OF THE SUMMERPASS!!! I bought the summer pass on May 31st and bowled two games that same day with my brother with no extra charges. We even talked to the Higher Up Manager named Mike when we we're leaving saying how cool the deal was. He then went into detail on if we buy another pass, we could stack the games. I did my research online, read terms and conditions and looked at the flyer given to us, and nothing stated on how many people could bowl for each game if we had the pass by the way. We came

So much fun with the whole family!

We had a birthday party get rained out, and the team here came in clutch. ?? for 15 kids and eight adults. No problem. Drinks? Free refills. Clean, friendly, and they wanted to help. It was great.

Bad Thang was I ordered buckets of beer and I picked up bottle with cut off rim. My husband picked up his beer to drink and rim fell off. They only offered to replace the three broken beers only. When we could have cut are mouth. We spend over $800 for 10- 15 people. Got two $30 food deal 6 buckets of beers. This is a really really really boring place. Music boring.Drinks dangerous because of broken glass. Games wack and over priced. Food was good. Not a welcoming place but it's in Edmond Oklahoma so. I w

Fun time, Sunday was a great deal.

Karaoke is awesome on this please just love it!???????????????????????? ????????????

Pleasant place to bowl. Ramps for wheelchair use are lacking and dangerously placed. Food at the concession was way overpriced.

Very clean! We always come here cause the staff is very friendly and helpful. Marcus mentioned there special and it made it very fun for the whole family. We Love this place.

Didn't bowl, but seemed to be a league going on. Played darts in the bar area. The only sad part was there was no bartender yet, so my mouth was a little dry. Noticed some other patrons had some drinks, so thought it was free for all lol. Went to ask and the front desk employees just bounced me around one another. But when the bartender did show up, they were very nice Ann's made some good drinks. It's a cool place to bowl (if you get a chance to) and the bar is spacious and nice. Oh, and there pizza was go

This place is a bit pricey. We had 4 people 3 adults and a 4yr old. Bowled 3 games and bought a 25 dollar appetizer with 3 sodas. Final bill was $159.00 plus tax . I also got charged a service fee of like 8 or 9 bucks. I have never paid that much to bowl. Also what is a service fee for bowling? I gave two stars because we enjoyed it, until we got to the counter to pay. But the prices are outrageous for 3 adults 1 child and supposedly a military discount. But in the end 175 bucks is just not worth it. Probab

Great experience and awesome staff. I had a birthday party here recently and the staff went above and beyond. We had a minor issue with a pizza we ordered and they made it more than right. Highly recommend for your bowling night out.

Took my daughter here for her first bowling experience and it was perfect. Everyone was friendly, the facility was great, she had a wonderful time. There was a mixup with our debit card charges, but we came back a few weeks later and Mike the manager made things right and we had another great experience. Would highly recommend ??

Best ?? bowling alley!! Staff is amazing!!

I've been bowling in leagues here for the last 8 to 10 years. It's a pretty good house, as a league bowler you can always complain about lane conditions but generally they're just fine. It appears they've been doing some remodeling which it needs. It's an older establishment. But they really need to upgrade and remodel the restrooms. I can't speak for the ladies but the men's borders on disgusting. Both of them. Otherwise, a decent place.

Good place to spend a time with friens and family. Try to find a deal on Groupon first. They have a wheelchair assess to the building.

It's a pretty good bowling place. Prices are affordable, place is moderately clean and the employees are nice. The lanes, balls and shoes are good. The food is outright terrible. Cookies and PLAIN fries are alright. Drinks are just fountain drinks so they're fine. Pizza is a grease sponge. I haven't tried the bar yet. But hey you're not here for food are you, you're here to bowl and it's a fine bowling establishment. Be warned Wednesdays look like to be League Night and the place is pretty full, there's r

We had my daughters 10th birthday party at AMF Boulevard Lanes- Children as well as adults had a great time. The setup for the food was so cute and the pizza, chicken and fries were very good. The staff especially Jasmine and Rhonda were amazing. They were very attentive and made the whole party so easy.

Great staff, good prices, many lanes! There are several deals such as unlimited bowling for certain times during the week, so check those out! I regularly come here thanks to those deals making it affordable. I've been making some lasting memories here too. My only gripe is that after a couple games, I get really hot, but it's hard to tell if it's just me or the place. If someone could get inside temperature a bit cooler then it would be a golden experience. To the staff: You guys are awesome, keep it up!

the staff here is phenomenal. we've been going here ever since Heritage Lanes underwent renovations and we've fallen in love with the house! ?? thankful for their cordiality and passion for bowling!

It was a blast. It's a good place to have fun with friends and family. The food and bowling is so much fun.

Very expensive very ghetto the place looks like it 25 years old needs new lighting, new chairs, new equipment for the bowling if you spend your money somewhere else buyer beware!

Overall, it is a great place to bowl. The lanes are in great condition, the staff are friendly, and you meet a lot of nice people.

A lot has changed for better. New scoring system helps speed things along. There's still work to be done, but it is more comical than anything. Teammates are wonderful, fellow bowlers are wonderful, and all that's missing are the regular staff. With a 3 person rotation, it amazes me how hard they work. The big boss actuary answers the trouble call intercom regularly when it was hit and miss with others. The floor has strike symbols on it. Most of the lanes have minor issues. We had a ball return iss

Gone downhill since being owned by Bowlero. The facility has gotten more run down, bathrooms were disgusting, employees were rude, and now they have giant screens in the background with provocative music videos being displayed right in the face of little eyes. Not what I call family friendly. During our 2 hours of play, our lane machine continually malfunctioned giving the wrong pins, wrong score, and overall delayed our play. Can no longer recommend.

This place sucks for serious bowlers looking to practice. The don't oil the first 15 lanes ever. Worse than a alley at a arcade no oil no nothing. They only oil for league and leagues are like every day so if you wanna come practice your outta luck because the good lanes are all used up for league. They enforce this new ''prepay system" where you have to buy your games upfront before you even bowl. And they said people were cancelling there cards. Nobody is cancelling there cards to save 20-40 dollars on bo

Clean place, quick service at the bar and pretty good food too! We went for a birthday party on a Saturday night without a reservation (previous plan did not work out) and they were able to get a group of 15 of us on some Lanes no problem!!

Nice, clean place. Not one of those fancy "hipster" bowling venues, and not some seedy feeling, nicotine-and-beer-drenched place like you might remember from the '80s. Just a nice, friendly place to show up and knock down some pins.

The check out procedure is ridiculous! So I give you my card when I arrive, then when I'm ready to leave I have to wait in the long line of people wanting to check in and re-run my card? Why is there just one line? Why does it take so long? Will not be back and will not recommend to others. Lanes are in desperate need of an upgrade as well. Go to main event or Showbiz.

Great family fun atmosphere. My family and I had a wonderful time during our visit even on a busy Saturday. The staff was nice and answered any and all questions we had.

Decent place to bowl, but very expensive. Even on "half price Sundays," it's $3.79 per game, PER PERSON, which really adds up when you're bowling with a family. This price doesn't include shoe rental, which is fine, but charging $5 per person for shoes is high compared to other facilities. As other people have mentioned, they add a mysterious "service charge" onto the bill at the end. It cost us over $50 for our family of five to bowl a single game, and that's on HALF PRICE night, and food/beverage easily g

I like this place so much, I almost want to keep it a secret! But they do such a great job of providing a family friendly and relaxed place, that is fun and safe in the heart of Edmond. The value here is by far the best as well. Bowl, play games have some snacks a drink , and leave with a couple of bucks still in your pocket. Unlike the bigger chain game centers. I also want to give a quick shout out to the staff, Super friendly and accommodating. Really nice folks. Just don't tell everyone! Let's keep this

This was extremely expensive. Two lanes for four people was over $71. The working conditions of the lanes was horrible. The balls would not return. We asked about it after a few minutes and was told they they should be back soon. They all got stuck again. We were told ot was because another group was signing in on the next lane. The area was filthy. When we arrived there was food that had been left near our lane. It was still there over two hours later when we left. I would not recommend this if you are loo

Great place and atmosphere for adults and kids!

The lanes are in horrible condition. We couldn't even try to practice because we either couldn't get a full rack of pins or it was dropping pins. The manager was trying to run everything so he couldn't even fix the lanes when they messed up. Manager had a lot of excuses but if your going to charge a premium price you should be able to offer a good service. We will never be back

The facility is very clean and ample Covid protections in place to ensure a safe and sanitary experience with every other lane blocked off to ensure proper spacing. Love their well oiled lanes and the updated lighting system. I have been to other bowling places and they are not as nice and maintained so, when we go out to bowl with our friends I always recommend we go to Boulevard Bowl

Don't waste your money on the food. Bought 8 dollar nachos and its like a kid put shredded cheese on a plate of chips, opened a can of chili and put a spoonful, threw it in the microwave and called it a day. And the person who made it, who was short with red hair and a pink mask, didn't care to be there at all and it showed In her face, attitude and my food. Bowling was fine.

Had a company event here for our assistant managers and it was great! Mike was the employee who helped us with everything and he and the rest of the staff did a great job.

Went to play pool. The table in the bar is currently not level. But the 3 in the arcade area are perfect. The bartender Expressed how sorry she was that that table wasn't repaired. In all a pleasant experience as a pool player when friends are under 21

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IS WORTH THE PRICE!!!! NOTHING HAS CHANGED ABOUT BOWLING IN THE LAST 20 YEARS YET SOMEHOW THE PRICE WENT FROM $5 to $20 I PROMISE YOU FIND YOU A SMALL LOCAL BOWLING ALLEY THAT CHARGES WAY LESS AND YOU WILL HAVE WAY MORE FUN. ABSOLUTELY NONE OF THISE IS WORTH THE PRICE!!!

First time going Friday Night 8/4/2017. Lady was so friendly. Price is $15.99 with shoe rental included from 8 to 11 unlimited bowling. Me and my boyfriend said we had our own bowling shoes, the lady did not make us pay shoe rental so the price was knocked down to $11.89 per person. Also, if you are in the middle of a game when it hits 11 closing time, they let you finish your game. Love this place.

Nice place to bowl friendly staff, my kids and wife love it here come almost every day with the summer pass

This was so much fun. The employees were very accommodating and friendly. The bowling alley was clean. A+

This bowling alley has been in Edmond since I was a kid. Boulevard Lanes is still a great place to bowl and have fun with your friends. The staff is friendly and the lanes are great condition. I didn't try any of the food they served, so I can't say if it was good or not. Me and my friends had a great experience I would recommend this place for a serious and casual bowling experience.

Very fun. Tons of lanes, a bar and good food too! We had a great time!

Food is absolutely terrible. Wings taste like Chinese food. Pizza was standard. Facility needs to be cleaned, carpet looks 60 years old. $5 per person per game, way too much. Really friendly people though

I have been bowling here multiple times over the years, and it hasn't changed much to be honest. It looks like it's an older bowling alley but it gets the job done. Not too expensive, about what you would expect. They had technical difficulties which backed up the line and I had multiple times where I had to reset the pins because it failed to set them up right. Overall, it was a fun time. Friendly staff. If you like bowling with friends last minute this is the place to go.

Loved it. Great place lots of lanes and a great atmosphere. Kids can't wait to go back.

Great place, wish they would put the pool tables back in. They use to have a lot of pool tables but only have 1 now. Good drinks, good atmosphere with lots of TV's

This place is ok. Its definitely over priced. A lot of their special events they promote as being a certain price (for example, one night they have $11.99 a person for unlimited bowling after 8). But when you get there they tell you that the price doesn't include shoes so it goes up to $17.50 a person-even though they promote it differently. There's also times when there will be no one manning the snack bar and the employees will see you standing there wanting assistance but do nothing about it.

The staff is very kind and hard-working. The wonderfully polite chef went above and beyond my expectations. Because of the positive and personable attitudes of the staff, the environment is welcoming and extra fun.

Great place for Special Olympics bowling. We've used this facility for a number of years. Not crazy about the price gouging on concessions, especially for the athletes, with no outside food or drinks allowed.

My family and I had fun, however I was disappointed because of the pricing. I called ahead of time to check pricing and was told one price, then was charged a different price when I arrived. Also, the pizza is outrageously priced. 18.99 for a 1 topping pizza the size of a $6 CiCi's pizza is ridiculous. We will eat elsewhere first, the next time we decide to bowl.

Tina with Bowlero, the AMF parent company is a delight to work with, if you enjoy getting nothing that you're promised. I booked a Christmas party for my office a couple weeks ago and Tina was so kind to take my deposit, send confirmations and have me sign a contract guaranteeing me the space and time. Then a couple weeks later Tina informed me that someone else rented the whole building during the time of my confirmed deposited contracted time and AMF couldn't host my party. For this reason, I will no lon

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are pool tables in arcades still good in this modern age?

Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
