Bowlero East Ocala

This is a great spot to spend a couple hours with the family. We brought my hubby for an early father's day gift. The staff is very nice and Charlene, the manager, is amazing! She took a few minutes to come by and make sure we were OK and really gave the place a welcoming feel. I'm not really into bowling, but I would definitely return given the staff and experience we had. Bonus, our 2 boys and MIL got to hang out and not one phone was taken out ;)

I don't leave many reviews, But the employees over at Bowlero east have earned this review. My family and I stopped bowling years ago. But one night of fun, out with our friends quickly turned into a daily addiction, Lol. Joe has been great. He has an awesome personality and goes out of his way to make sure your having a great time. He introduced my friends and I to the summer passes back in May Which we all purchased and would highly recommend getting. It's a great deal for the price. I Hope it continues

Customer service is top notch especially with Joe as manager at this facility. He went above and beyond for my family and friends for my twins 6th Bday celebration last night . The place was clean , staff was amazing and definitely look forward to more fun times . Thanks again ??

My experience was absolutely amazing! From planning our event with Bowlero over the phone with their event Manager was wonderful and very helpful with any questions. The manager at Bowlero East worked with us directly form the time our event started. She asked all the necessary questions before all guests arrived. Me and hubby had a date night here and had a GREAT time! The staff is so nice and accommodating, the lanes are well taken care of, the bathrooms were super clean and the bar serves the best Long Island Iced Teas. Superb!!!! Look forward to coming back again

If you are unsure about booking a kids birthday party at Bowlero East Ocala..child, lemme tell ya..BOOK IT! We were COMPLETELY blown away by the experience we had. We paid for a group of 5 guests with food and the cookie cake. The manager greeted us at the door with our parties name and she took care of absolutely everything. I never expected the food to be "catered" and so fresh. I couldn't be happier! Thank you Bowlero East!

I come here every Friday religiously lol. For bowling food, it's always on point....very surprising how great the food is and fast the service is. But one of the main reasons I come here, is because of the Staff. They always make my friends and I feel like family coming here. It's always great vibes and great times. And I would like to shout out Joe....he is always helpful, kind, and is always going above and beyond to make sure we have a great experience. Definitely recommend.

I visited this location this past weekend, spending some time with my family and the staff was amazing. My bestie and I went to Bowlera East yesterday 6/13/25 as part of my birthday festivities. The manager (I didn't get her name) was amazing! She literally treated us like royalty. She & her staff were super busy but she did not make us feel rushed when we checked in. We bowled, enjoyed some snacks & had a great time. The ladies restroom was very clean as well as the entire facility. Overall a wonderful experience.

Super relaxed atmosphere! The crew at the counter Charlene and Joe were super helpful, explained the deal at 7:00 PM for unlimited time. Family friendly environment! Definitely will be back with my family.

I hadn't gone bowling in Ocala in a while because my last encounter with staff was terrible. BUT this time, I was so happy with my experience at Bowlero East. I was greeted by the manager, Joe - he was a delight. Very accommodating and professional. I would hire him for my business in a heartbeat due to professionalism, personality and work ethic. My family had an extreme time and will definitely be coming back solely because of Joe and bowling of course!!!

I've been bowling here since last year and I can say it's a great place to be for bowling, meeting people, joining leagues and improving your average. We were there for a b'day party. Food was taking a while to get so my son asked me to get him some fries. I wasn't paying attention to the size option so when I asked for "classic" fries she told me $11+. I questioned the amount as I glanced at the menu, kind of rude She said you asked for classic fries so I just paid for it. Then I noticed there were 2 sizes. My family and I get the summer bowling pass every year and it's well worth the money. The lanes are okay, but AMF off 17th closer to the mall and Soapy's car wash is way better in all aspects of the alley and staff itself. Ocala isn't the best to have much to do with kids and young teenagers as is. But to get out of the house for a couple hours it's well worth it.

The staff and the environment were so welcoming and especially the manager, Ms Charlene H who was so accommodating and helpful when we were purchasing the games for our bowling trip and she was so upbeat and friendly. Overall a good experience.

I don't know how an average family can really have a fun affordable day anymore. 6 bowlers with shoes $189 . Even though there were several open lanes our request for 2 lanes was denied. 2 hours of bowling clock starts when you enter names. Our lane shut off when the last bowler was doing his 2nd shot. As for beverages 1 pitcher of beer , 1 cocktail, 3 soda and 1 water 2 popcorn was $65 . Popcorn was not good . Popcorn machine was very little for a bowling alley. Craig. Amazing. I just wanted to start by saying thank you. In my 37years of being ITB I must say I'm blown away. The service is everything when you're going out with your family, how you are treated really makes a difference and I can't express enough how wonderful these people are!! We were treated like royalty and these days that is hard to find, Craig and his staff made us feel so welcome and comfortable.

I've never had a problem at this place and if I ever did joe was there to fix it excellent service. Jimmy's the best bartender always gets right to us ,love this place way more than the other Ocala location

The lanes were very clean and put together. The staff was excellent and attentive. The atmosphere was nice and welcoming.

Celebrated my boyfriend's birthday, not only were they great on the phone when I called a few days before hand they were absolutely fantastic the night of his birthday. We just had a small family get together but it was the most fun we have had in a while. Joe and Craig showed exceptional customer service and even addressed the lane issues we were having.

Had a great time, great place to bowl. However, they are a little pricey. They charge per person to bowl ($9.99 per game + $5.99 for shoes) instead of the normal per hour price for the lane and the normal $2.00 rental fee for shoes. Other than the pricing, my family and I had a great time. The food options were a plus as well.

Multiple lanes had issues with resetting and counting pins. We moved to three lanes all with their separate issues. We lost a significant amount of play time due to maintenance on top of the additional lost 45 minutes paid for since closing at10pm was not disclosed when we bought 2 hours at 8:30pm.

This was one of the best bowling experiences I have ever had with my family. The accommodations from management were outstanding. They made themselves available to make sure that we had a great time. The bathrooms were clean, food was fresh and delicious, our lane was spaced out, and they let us finish our game even though we ran out of time, for free. I highly recommend this place. Reservation online was easy. They are worth it.

We took our grandson today and never thought about it being busy in the early afternoon with leagues. However, the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. We all had a great time and will definitely return. The great staff is a key reason why.

For starter they tell you a price and what the shoes are and at the checkout they change it and make us pay more. 10!dollars ain?t much but when they automatically up charge your nachos and fries without saying and you didn't either. Then no receipt to see what they did. The receipts we did ask for them later noticed they taxed us at a rate of almost 10cents on the dollar and I have them to prove it. Slimy and will act polite and take your money while smiling.

They renovated and made some well needed changes. Lanes were nice, pins placed no problem. No issues with ball getting stuck or loading pins. Played 4 games and we enjoyed a 100oz beer tower.

Craig and Joe were extremely kind and open to assist us whenever possible. We will definitely be returning!

The staff of this place is amazing, we celebrate my daughter 10 birthday with her friends and we absolutely enjoy everything, food was so delicious, everything well organized, they received us and have the table ready and we arrived 30 minutes in advance of reservation time. I really recommend 200%

Super fun place for a family to spend time together. The three of us really enjoyed a Saturday afternoon here. It's about $6 per game and shoes cost $4 per person, so for 3 of us to bowl 2 games, it was just over $50. The food and drinks here have gotten much better over the years and the prices at the snack bar are reasonable. Highly recommended for good family fun!

Was asked to bowl in the senior tournament and I have to put this bowling alley in the top 3 of the worsed places I have bowled.the lanes were slippery and the bowling circle was sandy like walking on sand. Don't know if we will be back again

The bowling lane needed to be fixed a few times. The ball return was slow. Nice place and friendly staff. But on the high price per game. The Bowling show was good and comfortable.

This was my first visit. Joe was awesome and very friendly checking us in to an alley. I really like that he told us about deals and best times to bowl! I felt very comfortable here and will be back to my neighborhood alley!

This was my first time doing a bowling birthday party and it was amazing! The package including so much more then I realized, the staff was amazing, the manager also coordinated everything and was beyond attentive. When we arrived they had a large table set up and decorated for us. I have NEVER had a birthday party go so easily. I will be doing it again and I would recommend it to everyone.

This was my families and I first time here and we were amazed at how the service went above and beyond. The GM Charlene treated us amazing, explained and broke everything down for us. By far the best service we have ever experienced. We were extremely satisfied with everything and can't wait to return!

Special Olympics bowling 2024. It was a fantastic event. I was bowled over with happiness.

Service for food is horrible. Order is usually wrong and takes a very long time. Teenage staff with no manager direction and they struggle to handle demand of customers when leagues are present. In the summer it is uncomfortably warm, assuming A/C can't keep up with the demand. It does not seem that there is any type of experienced management in place. Pro shop is great. It is not under same management as the rest of the place.

Bowling alley was an average bowling alley. Nothing too crazy. BUT the prices were outrageous. 3pm on a Thursday and $10 per person per game plus $6 for shoe rental. For that price, it was outdated. For example, you could not have bumpers for individual bowlers?so it was all bowlers or none and you couldn't control anything from the lane. The attendant had to do everything (reset pins, etc.) Will likely not return.

She also offered us to come back and told us about how we can throw a bday party for my son's bday which is coming up !! Which we went ahead and booked !
