Front desk staff was very helpful. And the manager was very friendly and warm. No issues to report - bartender was attentive. I do miss having a ?booth? or something for each lane, having table and chairs just made it feel too open. But otherwise I'll be back here again!

Visited East Meadow Lanes a few days ago. What a nice experience. Lanes and bathrooms were clean. Great customer service, (Jimmy behind the desk is so friendly). A large league was coming in just as we left. Very nice spot for a date night.

I went on website and paid $160 for four people to use a lane for 2 hours. I thought that this was the only way to pay. Upon finishing my time I saw a sign saying the price per game if I had not used the website, It was about half of what I paid online. I personally bowl at the Bowlero East meadow location twice a week for league. Honestly, it's probably my favorite bowling alley to go to. The staff is super friendly and attentive, always willing to handle anything you may ask. The food and drinks are always great, and Jimmy, the manager, always make sure that my drinks are made properly and in the perfect sized glass. This place is the best.

What an Amazing Experience, especially for our 9 year olds birthday party!!! First, if you're going to have a PARTY damand Anthony, this man was the best, what service!!! Came here on a Saturday night to celebrate a friend's birthday. I was satisfied with the overall cleaniless but my biggest issue was the drinks. We ordered a round of margs at $17/each. When the drink arrived their was a suspiciously obscene amount of ice in the cup. My First time bowling and have to admit. This place was just lovely. Clean and staff was friendly. Half of the lanes was bright lighted and half was like Dark. We got the lane that was in the dark section and it added to the cool aura of the place. Definitely will be coming back on my own like once a week to try and get better cause I completely sucked. Bowlero East Meadow is a great classic bowling alley! I bowl league here (LI Kick) once a week and occasionally go here for a practice game or two on the weekends. The staff are all friendly and professional, especially Jimmy and Jason. The pro shop is nice, a bit on the small side but they're always willing to order something if it's not in stock. So I must say it was packed and this young lady Amber was making the food , taking orders, doing the drinks by herself for a while . This other lady and a few other staff came to help . It was await for the food but Jessica was really sweet refunded majority of my food order which I appreciate . So for the wait and cold fries , I didn't give 5 stars but I was appreciative with their generousity. I will come again . Just need more staff for weekend

It was a really nice time that I had with my family today on 6/18. I was able to get a nice price for 2 hours of games with Shoe Rental for Six people via Groupon. The arcade was pretty cheap along with arcade and air hockey with reasonable credits to utilize in order to play. Since we are still in the midst of a health situation this place failed all the health requirements. The overall atmosphere is dirty. The ladies bathroom was disgusting with no paper towels. Getting a lane the table was left completely filled with food and drink cups. The whole place needs a make over. The counter person was pleasant and helpful other then that not much to say about anything else.

Last place that accepted us on Sunday night on Labor Day eve! The place is alright. Food takes a little longer so order them right away if you insist eating there! Pricing is good and did not break our bank with 4 adults and 6 kids!!!

The wedsite has no updated information. I arrived to the place with my family and it was book for a league. I ask if theu have league every Wednesday and they said yes. So why not update your wedsite with schedule availability for families to come a enjoy.

This place is a very clean and fun place. Summer passes is something you shouldn't pass off as they are really good! My family and I go there everyday. They have free water, food is good. They have the neon lights on sometimes. They have good music. Basically I recommend trying out this place.

The man at the register was very rude and flustered he couldn't handle the small crowd that was there and kept having me wait and take other customers because he couldn't activate my play cards. Horrible customer service!!! I went with my family and my mother?s wallet disappeared. When she noticed it was missing, my mom goes to the front desk and asks the manager to check cameras. She had all her personal stuff in her wallet and the manager said they are not allowed to check cameras. So my mom calls the police to check the cameras. The bowling alley was clean and well lite. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rest rooms were very clean as well. All of the 6 lanes that my party was using worked without any issues. Definitely go bowling there. We will be back.

The lanes lack a little bit of oil but that's because it wasn't a busy day. They tend to oil it down when it's busier. The reason for my rating is the issue where they try to overcharge you for games you didn't play, in addition to you stating that you brought your own shoes in. This is why you count your own games.

We pay lineage, like the police league next to us, but the difference is while they get fresh oil every week, we get dry lanes, so we have no shot. DO NOT come here if you are from out of state and you're just trying to have a beer and bowl. They will damage your ID!!!! Snapped mine and my friend's. Even after calling and asking if they would accept our IDs after being denied at another alley, this is ridiculous. I've traveled across the country and have never had a problem with this. Since when do places not accept out of state IDs? And when did it become okay to damage other people's property? The manager here is completely out of line.

We had an all-inclusive that included two hours of bowling plus pizza and chicken wings for $25 a person. A pretty good deal until they charged us an "event fee" on the back end, which kind of made it not such a good deal. Lanes are in good condition and overall the place is nice for a bowling alley.

Comparable to Whitestone bowling alley. Food was way overpriced for the quality (cleanliness) and service provided by establishment. $25 for a fried food platter. For this price you would think you can get service at the lanes. They had only one employee playing diner dash. She took food orders, cooked the food, and also took drink & liquor orders and made the drink orders as well. We all ordered the same drinks and it all came out in different size glasses.

I have nothing but nice things to say about EM Lanes. A couple of people always come to mind. Donna and Angeline are so friendly and are very accommodating if there is a problem with the lanes. From a distance, I've seen how they treat other customers. They are amazing!! I have a league there on Wednesday nights and it's a great atmosphere to bowl at. I highly recommend this place if you like to bowl for fun, have a kids party, or even practice for league.

Love the cheap games on Sunday nights but it's typically busy around that time. I wish the food counter had more reasonable prices. A (small) bottle of Gatorade costs $4 when I could literally get it for 98? at Walmart. That's a high mark up for a juice drink let alone the foods they sell.

decided to come bowl with a group of 5 friends, came Friday evening (12/23) around 10pm. two people working at the front desk seemed like a manager and an employee both very helpful and accommodating. unfortunately when we went to the bar the service was horrendous. i wish i got the woman bartenders name. she was very rude when my two friends went up to order two pitchers of beer, ignored them for 3 minutes before taking their order when the bar was completely empty then giving them an attitude when asking

The alley is OK and has been somewhat renovated but you can still tell it's a well worn alley. The new arcade is jammed into the bar area and there are no walls to block the noise during league nights. Being on a league their is meh as well they are run OK but the biggest problem on league nights is the impossiblity of finding a waitresses. Went on a Friday evening (around 8pm) and had a good time. My girlfriend and I played 3 games. The shoe rental plus the games cost us $60 total, which is kind of expensive. The bowling alley does have nightly specials though that make it more worth your while. I'd check into those before going again.

It was just ok. Half the video games don't work & that place is so small you have to wait online to play every single video game. The staff is friendly but not enough for 3stars. They serve food there however it's mostly finger foods.

My group had a lot of fun, we used about 6 lanes and the food was decent for the children's party we were having. No complaints here.
