The lane kept messing up.. I paid two hrs trying to have a son n mother time. First lane messed up n had to move to the other one.. Started playing guess what mess up again n had to wait 10 mins to be fixed.. Guess what it mess up again.. its not the workers fault it just need to be fixed so I can play my 2 hrs I paid for. I do a receipt? ugh

2 stars go to the staff that cooked the food for our party. Good service from them. Now? the value is just .. whack. Let me break it down - in Raleigh there's a place called Frankie?s which is literally fun alllll day - rides, vr video games galore, a theatre, drop tower, roller coasters , 3 go kart tracks.. if you do everything there plus food for a family it's probably around $250-300 for a full day. I would like to give this place at least 4 stars but I simply can't. Staff is decent and the food and drinks are decent. But the lanes are in rough shape. Balls getting stuck all the time. The pins not resetting. If this place had better maintenance for the machines I'd go here more. I only bowl here with friends that live in the area. Most of the time I bowl in Raleigh.

The facility was clean and the staff were friendly. We ordered cheese bites, the 3-cheese quesadilla along with cheese sticks and food was delivered to the table.....hot and delicious! We went on a Sunday and it was less congested than when going on a Saturday (had a 40-minute wait)

bartender was great but the red headed guy with the pony tail was very rude. i paid for unlimited bowling and i was in the middle of a game and right at 12 he stopped my game in the middle of playing! no warning nothing! get better customer service. unlimited means let me finish the game im playing at least

The bartender was not very skilled at making drinks. We had to get our drinks remade. Because they were awful after 30 minutes of not receiving our food. I went to check on it and they stated it had already been delivered, so I don't know who they gave it to and by the time it got remade, it was time for us to leave. The bowling is fun. The arcade has a good few games to play. It would be fun for the kids. The deals they offer during the week - like the unlimited bowling nights - really make the trip worth it.

We had a lot of fun bowling. The prices are kind of high to me...Sunday before 6pm it was about $6.59/game/person + $5.50/shoe rental (or close to that)... The employees were great. The food was pretty good, but again, a bit pricey. The place was clean from the bowling area, sitting area to the shoes. I was happy overall for my family, but the pricing is why I give them 4 stars and not 5.

Good environment. Balls kept getting stuck, needing to restart lane multiple times. Complained and was told 'All lanes were doing that?' Yet the people on either side of us had no issue...must've been every one else lol. Spent about 150 for 6 people, 2 games and shoe rentals.

Jhon was so helpful, he Made everything easy for my friends and I. The line was pretty long and the workers seemed busy but even though he wasn't initially working at the cash register, I went up to the desk and he came right up to me and helped me with whatever I needed. We went on a Saturday evening so it was pretty packed. Our lane kept freezing up like our pins wouldn't reset so it made it really irritating. Then we ended up paying way more than planned because they weren't clear about pricing. But did enjoy some of the game.

Excellent time, but the staff at concessions were rude and too busy eating, and told me to come back in ten minutes. When I came back to order after ten minutes, no cared to help me, they were busy trying to help someone who got in line in front of me. Then after the cashier took their order, I came to counter and the cashier walked away. Therefore,I was waiting again...got frustrated and walked off. Besides that they could offer deals for kids to bowl.

Fun way to spend a day. There is a league that meets on Saturdays and also has a team for kids that if you become affiliated you can help to fund theirs future college. Prices are reasonable. Using a Groupon you can get some good deals to have some fun with friends and have a beer. Or just get the family together and some solid bonding time. Has roaches please check your food and beverages a friend had warned me previously but after going a few time I saw one running near the popcorn machine up front. Just disgusting and the head manager lady was rude and lazy as they come when lane issues occurred for us. The lanes need to be pulled up and replaced!

Our league experience tonight Lane 38: 16 reracks - either missing (4) or dropped (12) pins. Delayed racks (had to call in) 3 times Waited 8 minutes to get the 7-pin spotted. Waited another 10 minutes to get 5 pins spotted. 39 and 40 were held as a breakdown pair. They used them for two other teams. They needed oiled. This put them significantly behind in time. But they finished their first game before we did. They finally moved us in the 10th frame of our first game. Total time of the first game: 1 hour a

had a great time with my family. although there were many mechanical problems with the machines. Pin placement being off, missing pins, bowling balls getting stuck in return, & the lane kept cutting off. The manager was very nice about it & refunded us!! We were definitely frustrated towards the end but i?m glad he was understanding and acknowledged our concerns. But i do hope that they work on these machines somewhat soon. Our lane kept breaking. After paying $75 to bowl one game we were told our 10 year old couldn't use the bumpers. There were three other lanes around us with high school aged kids using bumpers. Pretty much ruined bowling for my daughter so we won't be returning. After asking the third time they did let us use the bumpers for the last three frames.

The only good thing I can say about this place is that the staff was helpful and friendly. However, we paid almost $140 for a family of 4 to bowl for 1.5 hours, not including the extra we paid for food. And that apparently was with a special discount.....! Since the ball return and pin reset kept getting stuck, we had much less playing time than you would think. Unfortunately we probably won't be back. It's just too pricey!

A star for the staff and one for the bar! Both of those were great! I recently moved back to Gville and haven't been to this bowling alley in years. I read the reviews, but we went anyway, and sure enough, the lane was raggedy. We had to go to the counter and ask for a reset every single frame, so we quit bowling. We always have a great experience at our Greenville Bowlero. Super friendly, helpful staff. This weekend we had my son?s bday party and again the service was top notch. Our bday package included food and the food was delicious and prepared well. The party package included plates, cups, napkins and utensils, everything you need ! The staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend having a birthday party at this location.

There was difficulty with the lanes and took too long to rectify. Concession stand was long and slow. They had plenty of lanes and the food was good when you finally got it.

The staff was really nice and a guy behind the counter even entertained our 2 yr twins so we could put our shoes on. It was clean and had nice lanes. Their website lists the daily specials. We went on $2.22 Tuesday and everyone enjoyed it.

Great atmosphere. Pricing was way too high for only 4 people for three games of bowling. Had to pay a little over one hundred dollars for three games, including the 6 dollar shoe fee for each person.

Why are your prices significantly higher than other Bowleros? This is a ripoff. Families want to go out for fun, but I see Bowlero has jumped on the "Corporate Greed" train too.

This is the absolute worst place we've ever been. The lanes are in need of desperate repairs. The ball returns do not work. We had kids using bumpers and they kept falling down. We never got the food we ordered. What a disaster. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I went here as a guest for a work party and they catered the food through the bowling alley as well and it was delicious. The bowling was fun and the employees were very nice.

Its the only place for bowling so no choice. The staff is good and helpful. The bowls and lanes are old. So not as much fun cause of that.

This place is definitely not what it used to be. The employees were not friendly, they didn't want to put the rails up unless you had kids with you which I find a bit ridiculous. Anyone should be able to ask for that, especially if you're new at bowling. It was also too expensive for what it is. Around $55 for two people 3 rounds. There's no other bowling place in Greenville, but I'd avoid going again and spend that money elsewhere.

Great place to have fun, especially for the kids. If you want to have a few friends for a birthday gathering, that's the place. The only thing I didn't like was the lady asked the worker, Darryl Jones, for the pink kid alligator, and he pointed . So her son ran over to get it.

We saw this place when we were in Greenville last and we decided to give it a try. Once we went inside it had a really good feeling of a big bowling alley and it looked amazing from both inside and out. The price was a little expensive for 4 people even with the deal we got, overall we payed about $90 for for three rounds + it came with a $5 arcade card. We are in town from Ohio and my husband bowls and he had the itch to bowl. This was the closest to where we are staying. 40-50 minutes away. Alley is clean, very roomy. Lots of tables and lanes. Bowling is fun, yay. Long wait, poor service, and a game room with almost all ticket games. We waited 2 hour for 2 lanes and then they tried to put us on one. They said there were not 2 adjacent lanes, and we would have to play on one lane. I told them 8 people were too many for one lane and that we would just leave. Just like that, they had 2 lanes available side by side. Was a bit more money that it should have been, wish there were a better place to bowl in G-Ville.

Prices are up...I get it...and 7.50 per game is high but ok......but when shoe rental is 6 bucks a pair....THAT is insane. 6 bucks to use a ratty pair of cheap sneakers for an hour!? Horrible!!! Took my family here last night after my daughter's graduation for the first time and the experience was HORRIBLE! This place is a money bucket. You're going to spend more than 100 dollars there. The pricing wasn't explained correctly to us. Also the people who cook and take orders lack customer service and how to do public service, period. No one was in place when we went to order food. They were playing and using foul language. It was just chaotic and out of order. I will NEVER EVER go back.

The staff here is terrific.. I went here recently with my two adult children and one of their friends when I was in town.. we had an excellent time. It was very clean and sanitary. The staff was a complete delight. And they had excellent movies showing on each lane while we bowled. The price is very reasonable.. would definitely recommend and will be going again myself.

This place is older, needs a little renovation in my opinion. The bathrooms presented themselves as clean but smelt horrible. News to me, the guard rails cannot be put up unless a kid under age of 10 requested. More than half the games in the arcade were out of order and everything felt sticky from a cleaning residue. At least 3 times our game ended prior to the end of our allotted two hour time frame. They even had to move us to the next lane over because on top of our game ending randomly, the lane broke down several times. So they ended our game on the first lane and then twice on the second lane. Also there was a random guy soliciting/"hustling". There should be no expectation that house balls be in excellent condition, but these were not even "poor" they were trash.

The staff was very good, friendly and accommodating. The lanes we had our 2 grandchildren using would not consistently return the lightest 6lb balls, which was very frustrating. Switched lanes after 1 game but the problem persisted. The maintenance man was aware of the issue but could not correct it at this time. All else was very nice and the restroom was clean.
