The lane kept messing up.. I paid two hrs trying to have a son n mother time. First lane messed up n had to move to the other one.. Started playing guess what mess up again n had to wait 10 mins to be fixed.. Guess what it mess up again.. its not the workers fault it just need to be fixed so I can play my 2 hrs I paid for. I do a receipt? ugh
2 stars go to the staff that cooked the food for our party. Good service from them. Now? the value is just .. whack. Let me break it down - in Raleigh there's a place called Frankie?s which is literally fun alllll day - rides, vr video games galore, a theatre, drop tower, roller coasters , 3 go kart tracks.. if you do everything there plus food for a family it's probably around $250-300 for a full day. This place here? ?? the same freaking amount and we didn't even bowl. The arcade only had a few actual gam
I would like to give this place at least 4 stars but I simply can't. Staff is decent and the food and drinks are decent. But the lanes are in rough shape. Balls getting stuck all the time. The pins not resetting. If this place had better maintenance for the machines I'd go here more. I only bowl here with friends that live in the area. Most of the time I bowl in Raleigh.
The facility was clean and the staff were friendly. We ordered cheese bites, the 3-cheese quesadilla along with cheese sticks and food was delivered to the table.....hot and delicious! We went on a Sunday and it was less congested than when going on a Saturday (had a 40-minute wait)
bartender was great but the red headed guy with the pony tail was very rude. i paid for unlimited bowling and i was in the middle of a game and right at 12 he stopped my game in the middle of playing! no warning nothing! get better customer service. unlimited means let me finish the game im playing at least
The bartender was not very skilled at making drinks. We had to get our drinks remade. Because they were awful after 30 minutes of not receiving our food. I went to check on it and they stated it had already been delivered, so I don't know who they gave it to and by the time it got remade, it was time for us to leave. And they got rid of the pool table, which was very disappointing. And used to, you could order food right from your lane, but I didn't see anyway to do that now and both people working the b
The bowling is fun. The arcade has a good few games to play. It would be fun for the kids. The deals they offer during the week - like the unlimited bowling nights - really make the trip worth it.
We had a lot of fun bowling. The prices are kind of high to me...Sunday before 6pm it was about $6.59/game/person + $5.50/shoe rental (or close to that)... The employees were great. The food was pretty good, but again, a bit pricey. The place was clean from the bowling area, sitting area to the shoes. I was happy overall for my family, but the pricing is why I give them 4 stars and not 5.
It was really great ?? good food and the bowling balls only got stuck like 2 times and the games were good there were like 10 different kind of games (I think they got new ones)
Jessica and Jacksonville was amazing and fixed our scores. 10/10 recommend if you're coming to Greenville for the first time
Good environment. Balls kept getting stuck, needing to restart lane multiple times. Complained and was told 'All lanes were doing that?' Yet the people on either side of us had no issue...must've been every one else lol. Spent about 150 for 6 people, 2 games and shoe rentals.
The food was pretty good. We ordered the wings and fries for my birthday celebration!
Jhon was so helpful, he Made everything easy for my friends and I. The line was pretty long and the workers seemed busy but even though he wasn't initially working at the cash register, I went up to the desk and he came right up to me and helped me with whatever I needed. I didn't have to go through the line because he was very attentive. Thank you John.
We went on a Saturday evening so it was pretty packed. Our lane kept freezing up like our pins wouldn't reset so it made it really irritating. Then we ended up paying way more than planned because they weren't clear about pricing. But did enjoy some of the game.
Excellent time, but the staff at concessions were rude and too busy eating, and told me to come back in ten minutes. When I came back to order after ten minutes, no cared to help me, they were busy trying to help someone who got in line in front of me. Then after the cashier took their order, I came to counter and the cashier walked away. Therefore,I was waiting again...got frustrated and walked off. Besides that they could offer deals for kids to bowl.
Fun way to spend a day. There is a league that meets on Saturdays and also has a team for kids that if you become affiliated you can help to fund theirs future college. Prices are reasonable. Using a Groupon you can get some good deals to have some fun with friends and have a beer. Or just get the family together and some solid bonding time. The alley for the most part is in good working order but time and lack of patronage has made it difficult for updates. The food is great! The garlic Parmesan fry?s l
Went to bowl 2 games last week. Nice bowling center. Staff was professional and courteous.
Had a great time. It was very hot inside which was a bit uncomfortable, but the prices are good and the place is clean
Has roaches please check your food and beverages a friend had warned me previously but after going a few time I saw one running near the popcorn machine up front. Just disgusting and the head manager lady was rude and lazy as they come when lane issues occurred for us. The lanes need to be pulled up and replaced!
Fun time for the family and worth checking out. Prices are reasonable and staff was friendly.
Our league experience tonight Lane 38: 16 reracks - either missing (4) or dropped (12) pins. Delayed racks (had to call in) 3 times Waited 8 minutes to get the 7-pin spotted. Waited another 10 minutes to get 5 pins spotted. 39 and 40 were held as a breakdown pair. They used them for two other teams. They needed oiled. This put them significantly behind in time. But they finished their first game before we did. They finally moved us in the 10th frame of our first game. Total time of the first game: 1 hour a
Thank you Chad and team for being flexible with our crew. My baby enjoyed his 7th birthday party!
I had my daughter?s birthday party here. The staff is super professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this business.
Really needs new carpets.Smells dusty, party room for birthdays needs updates. Service was poor.
had a great time with my family. although there were many mechanical problems with the machines. Pin placement being off, missing pins, bowling balls getting stuck in return, & the lane kept cutting off. The manager was very nice about it & refunded us!! We were definitely frustrated towards the end but i?m glad he was understanding and acknowledged our concerns. But i do hope that they work on these machines somewhat soon. It should be concerning to the company if they are having this many reviews complain
Such a fun experience. The food was surprisingly good. I didn't expect much for a bowling alley?s food, but it was delicious!
Our lane kept breaking. After paying $75 to bowl one game we were told our 10 year old couldn't use the bumpers. There were three other lanes around us with high school aged kids using bumpers. Pretty much ruined bowling for my daughter so we won't be returning. After asking the third time they did let us use the bumpers for the last three frames.
The only good thing I can say about this place is that the staff was helpful and friendly. However, we paid almost $140 for a family of 4 to bowl for 1.5 hours, not including the extra we paid for food. And that apparently was with a special discount.....! Since the ball return and pin reset kept getting stuck, we had much less playing time than you would think. Unfortunately we probably won't be back. It's just too pricey!
A star for the staff and one for the bar! Both of those were great! I recently moved back to Gville and haven't been to this bowling alley in years. I read the reviews, but we went anyway, and sure enough, the lane was raggedy. We had to go to the counter and ask for a reset every single frame, so we quit bowling. And the food seemed to be the cheapest they could find. I expected bar food, but the the sampler was gross. It's a shame. I wish the owners would/could invest more to fix what it broken and to imp
We always have a great experience at our Greenville Bowlero. Super friendly, helpful staff. This weekend we had my son?s bday party and again the service was top notch. Our bday package included food and the food was delicious and prepared well. The party package included plates, cups, napkins and utensils, everything you need ! The staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend having a birthday party at this location.
There was difficulty with the lanes and took too long to rectify. Concession stand was long and slow. They had plenty of lanes and the food was good when you finally got it.
The staff was really nice and a guy behind the counter even entertained our 2 yr twins so we could put our shoes on. It was clean and had nice lanes. Their website lists the daily specials. We went on $2.22 Tuesday and everyone enjoyed it.
Great atmosphere. Pricing was way too high for only 4 people for three games of bowling. Had to pay a little over one hundred dollars for three games, including the 6 dollar shoe fee for each person.
$32 for one game of bowling for two people and a shoe rental. Never again.
Why are your prices significantly higher than other Bowleros? This is a ripoff. Families want to go out for fun, but I see Bowlero has jumped on the "Corporate Greed" train too.
This Saturday event was a family hit ??. The Paige, Perkins, Newsome, Little, Jones and Stanley 39th Family Reunion.
This is the absolute worst place we've ever been. The lanes are in need of desperate repairs. The ball returns do not work. We had kids using bumpers and they kept falling down. We never got the food we ordered. What a disaster. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
I went here as a guest for a work party and they catered the food through the bowling alley as well and it was delicious. The bowling was fun and the employees were very nice.
This spot was ok.We used to go here all the time.We had a good time. The staff ws great. The up keep and the vibe wasn't whatbit was a few years ago.The staff was great, like I said .Just wasn't what we used to.They need to get back to playing music and lowering the lights at a certain time.Just didn't have the same excitement factor as before. We will be going back.It is the only bowling alley in the area ,I think. So we will make the best of it if we want to bowl.
Its the only place for bowling so no choice. The staff is good and helpful. The bowls and lanes are old. So not as much fun cause of that.
This place is definitely not what it used to be. The employees were not friendly, they didn't want to put the rails up unless you had kids with you which I find a bit ridiculous. Anyone should be able to ask for that, especially if you're new at bowling. It was also too expensive for what it is. Around $55 for two people 3 rounds. There's no other bowling place in Greenville, but I'd avoid going again and spend that money elsewhere.
Great place to have fun, especially for the kids. If you want to have a few friends for a birthday gathering, that's the place. The only thing I didn't like was the lady asked the worker, Darryl Jones, for the pink kid alligator, and he pointed . So her son ran over to get it.
We saw this place when we were in Greenville last and we decided to give it a try. Once we went inside it had a really good feeling of a big bowling alley and it looked amazing from both inside and out. The price was a little expensive for 4 people even with the deal we got, overall we payed about $90 for for three rounds + it came with a $5 arcade card. The arcade was pretty small but not bad the games were fun. The staff were also very friendly and cooperative. Overall would definitely go again
We are in town from Ohio and my husband bowls and he had the itch to bowl. This was the closest to where we are staying. 40-50 minutes away. Alley is clean, very roomy. Lots of tables and lanes. Concession stand as well as arcade. We paid $16 for 2 drinks and a reg fry and then $16 for 3 games. We left after 1 game and told the girl and boy next to us they could have the last 2 games. His ball wasn't moving down the lanes. It was like there was either too much oil or no oil at all. Really disappointed. We h
Been coming for years, but first time back since name change. Absolutely horrific experience. Took my kids in for some birthday fun. A disgruntled employee proceeded to sweep less than 3ft from us, while staring us awkwardly. After being covered in dust clouds, they asked if we could switch lanes; so they could clean ours. We said no problem and proceeded to start grabbing our stuff. 40 YR old Karen with a broom, then decided to hop in a child?s face and yell hurry up, with hand gestures. This was maybe t
My friends, this bowling facility is fabulous! The kids love the food & specially the Arcade. If you are like me,you want to practice like the professionals. Practicing in a clean & nice relaxed atmosphere, that's well maintained, with excellent equipment; is vital for improvement.Remember to remain focused,in order to establish a great score. The parking area is very large,so is the interior, with many Bowling Lanes.Invite everyone you know! The Staff is very nice, bowling shoe rentals, always a familiar sight,a
Bowling is fun, yay. Long wait, poor service, and a game room with almost all ticket games. We waited 2 hour for 2 lanes and then they tried to put us on one. They said there were not 2 adjacent lanes, and we would have to play on one lane. I told them 8 people were too many for one lane and that we would just leave. Just like that, they had 2 lanes available side by side. Was a bit more money that it should have been, wish there were a better place to bowl in G-Ville.
Prices are up...I get it...and 7.50 per game is high but ok......but when shoe rental is 6 bucks a pair....THAT is insane. 6 bucks to use a ratty pair of cheap sneakers for an hour!? The rentals cost is more than value of the shoe....I can spend a few bucks more and rent a car....last time we go for sure.
We enjoyed it, $51 for 3 games for two people. Employees were nice and even came around to check on us. I saw employee sanitize station after the people beside us left. We'll be back.
Horrible!!! Took my family here last night after my daughter's graduation for the first time and the experience was HORRIBLE! This place is a money bucket. You're going to spend more than 100 dollars there. The pricing wasn't explained correctly to us. Also the people who cook and take orders lack customer service and how to do public service, period. No one was in place when we went to order food. They were playing and using foul language. It was just chaotic and out of order. I will NEVER EVER go back.
Could rate less than 1 star but the staff was relatively nice. In December we paid $54 for a single game for a family of 4. It was a family night out so we paid for 3 games total ($150+) The lane kept resetting in the middle of a frame and wouldn't send balls back up. Got tired of dealing with constantly asking the desk for help and moving lanes so decided to leave after the 2nd game. They told us we couldn't be refunded the 3rd game so they gave us a voucher for a free game for the next visit. Went back
Went to see our son and girlfriend. Wanted something to do before lunch.. is a fun place we enjoyed it. A little pricy but all and all was a good time
The staff here is terrific.. I went here recently with my two adult children and one of their friends when I was in town.. we had an excellent time. It was very clean and sanitary. The staff was a complete delight. And they had excellent movies showing on each lane while we bowled. The price is very reasonable.. would definitely recommend and will be going again myself.
My students and I had a blast! Earnest and his crew were super accommodating and very nice. The service was prompt and the facility was clean.
Wish there was a way that i could put 0 stars. Went here with my family to bowl. Brought our own custom balls. One of the worst experiences EVER. DO NOT spend your money here? Our balls kept getting stuck & the pins kept getting stuck. They switched us to a different lane & same thing.. Spoke to the manager & she could care less. They offered us a credit to come back or give us arcade credits. We will not be coming back here. Definitely the worst experience ever. We travel to bowl and it was awful.
I frequently visit this alley 2-3 times a week and when John is there I know we will get fast excellent service! Shoutout to him, the best.
This place is older, needs a little renovation in my opinion. The bathrooms presented themselves as clean but smelt horrible. News to me, the guard rails cannot be put up unless a kid under age of 10 requested. More than half the games in the arcade were out of order and everything felt sticky from a cleaning residue. The manager was super helpful and very polite!
Took my 3 yr old here for some Friday fun. Friendly staff, clean building, decent food. The bowling lanes and equipment are very kid friendly. My son loved this outing. The only thing I didn't like was the arcade area. I spent about $20 and my son probably played a total of 1 minute worth of games. It's $5 per 10 credits but each game cost 3-9 credits and literally the games last for about 5-10 seconds. Very scam like. If you're going to have an arcade for kids to enjoy, then let that be the base of having
Haven't bowled there, but the pro shop guy,Chris. Is a pro. He let me watch him drill my ball and gave me a load of knowledge on ball prep, ball control, and mind prep.
I appreciate the response from the owners. It is a fun activity and the food there was tasty - but we'd have to save/budget to afford it weekly - so we may go back from time to time, maybe quarterly. Original Review: Looking for a fun and reasonable couples outing? Bowling ain?t it anymore - greedy or price gouging. Just TOO daggone expensive! You're charged double for one game essentially. It's still just one game but they charge each individual for playing in that same one game @ $6.89 per person.
Went yesterday. Family in town so wanted to do something indoors. A little pricey but doable on a once in awhile basis. Guy at counter put a fan on me when I came in lol. Shoes are brand new and I couldn't wear mine very long so I let my family bowl for me. Everything is one level on the floor which is very nice for wheelchairs and strollers and amyone else. Clean carpet. We didn't use the restroom so no idea about that. One staff guy came and helped when ball got stuck over bumper. Very sweet. Lane had som
I decided to take my girlfriend last night (big mistake). They said it would be around a 40 minute wait, so I decided to wait and they took my number to text when it's ready. I get a text around 25 minutes later and come back. Lady at the counter tells me that the text didn't mean anything, and that I have to receive a second one to actually signal that my lane is ready. It's been over 12 hours, still haven't received my text. Also, the girl at the register was extremely rude and dismissive. This place can
Experience was not worth paying $25 per person for 2 rounds of bowling. Our balls kept getting stuck and wouldn't return back. When we asked the girl at the front desk for help he rolled her eyes and was rude. All she had to do was radio for someone else to fix it so i?m not sure why it seemed like such an inconvenience for her.
This place had a higher rating with me up until last night. Which was Saturday night. Where all of us sitting in the area had the unfortunate experience of seeing a woman getting abused in the bowling alley. Several customers told management, but management didn't do much. They allowes the man ro stay. While he made terrorists threats to everyone loudly. A customer did call the police, because management didn't do anything. Several customers stated they saw what happened. But the people who called were so s
Arcade was fun, liked connect 4 basketball the most. Some of the bowling balls are a bit beat up. I was about to miss a deal and pay $20 more for a lane and shoes but an employee told me it would be cheaper to get the deal. Watch out for the bowling leagues, they take up a good portion of the building.
So much fun for the family
Cool concept. Bowling with the family.. until you call ahead of time and confirm with the front clerk if they're busy and told not at all and there's no wait. Took 7 minutes to get there and told its now 30-45 minute wait. After going back and forth with this guy we wait since we came the day before and were told 1.5 hrs. Then upon checking out MLK is a nonsense holiday premium rate. The people that work here don't care and I don't suggest going unless you literally have NO other option. $80 for 4 people -
Booked my son's birthday party here paid $130 for the bundle, wasn't worth even half of that!. We we're put in the middle of two large groups, one of which another birthday party. Both parties took chairs from my area leaving little seating for my guests. I asked to be moved and was told no cause the table is already set up which was 2 small tables pushed together with a table cloth on it and that's it. I had to ask 3 times for the bumper rail to be put up on the kids lane. The bumper rail was broken and al
Typical bowling alley .Took my wife and grandkids here. we had a good time, although I can't seem to understand why some of the lanes are not lit up. The girl at the counter said something about night bowling . My family and I are all beginner bowlers, so we like to see what we are doing.
My daughter and I were here recently with her best friend and some of their other friends. We settled on an average of 4 out of 10 rating. Since this is on a 5-point scale, I'm rating 2 out of 5, which I consider a little generous since it won't allow half stars. I really want to rate 1.5 out of 5. The bowling itself was good. I think we gave it a 7 out of 10. We had fun for the most part there. There were several lanes not working. Now, we ordered food at the top of the first game: 3 fry orders and 3 drink
Came on a Wednesday night and I am beyond disappointed. First off I was on a two person game on lane 29. We had major problems the whole night, I hit the call button too many times for comfort. The pins kept messing up and I had to reach out after every round. For two people the games should of went by many times but we only got to bowl twice. When I informed one of the staff, he seem irritated and informed me that the building was old and there was nothing to be done. Basically just deal with it. I came ou
First time here. Loved it! From the great location to the music that plays through the outdoor speakers that warmly greets you as you enter, to the spaciousness of the center itself. This center offers 40 lanes of bowling. The place is clean and seems well taken care of. I love how the front desk is attached to the snack bar. You don't have to go far to get your lanes, games, shoes and food. As an avid bowler, I can appreciate the clean approaches and oil on the lanes. The staff was nice and helpful as wel
I've been going to this place for years and never have I experienced what I experienced last night! For starters we had 5 balls stuck and wouldn't return. That's happened before and wouldn't have been a problem if the staff corrected it. So upon talking with the girl at the front desk, we had to wait and listen to a very verbal and aggressive argument between her and other customers. Language was passed between both parties that's not acceptable, especially around children! She wasn't friendly at all! Als
We had a good time. The environment was clean. The service was good, the food was decent, the drinks were subpar. I think the bartender was new; hopefully, she gets the hang of things soon, or I will only order beer.
I bowl in a league here at these lanes. For an alley of this size, I'm surprised it has so many flaws. Having to call back for a stuck ball or resetting of a pin are commonplace in most alleys. I've bowled here for a quarter of a season and never had to ask for help as many times as we did last night. We repeatedly asked to be moved because the pinsetters kept failing. That was denied every time though. At one point we went 15 minutes with no one doing anything to fix the woes. In the 30 frames we bow
If I could give it 0 stars I would, but for sake of writing a review I'll do 1. We had been going here for years, stopped because well, life, but since then the customer service has gotten absolutely terrible! No one was helpful, they had attitudes the entire time. They closed concessions an hour before closing. I completely understand the grill/food and bar closing earlier, but you couldn't even get a water if you wanted one. Oh, and better believe if they are closing they'll cut your game off. We were in
So I go bowling usually about once a week, sometimes twice at this bowling alley as it is the only local option. Overall the lanes are fine, but the rest of the bowling alley needs some work. There are tables that almost fall over when you sit at them, some lanes have no bumpers for children, the racks the extra balls should go are busted up/broken. Most of the employees there are pretty good, especially the gentleman with the walking disability(sorry I have never gotten his name). He works his tail of
We went tonight an had a blast. We made reservations online which made us able to check in an get our shoes within a few minutes. We ordered a pizza which was delicious. Marissa an her staff did a wonderful job. Will definitely be back soon
We went tonight and we were going to try this place out for the first time. We got inside and there were kids running around everywhere and every lane was already full. 40 lanes and what looked like a big party being held. Too crowded and it smelt like weed in there. We turned around and left this place. Hopefully we can find a better bowling alley than this. By far the worst I've ever been to.
My friends and I had a horrible experience here, we are younger females and we were in a lane next a bigger group of mainly guys. A few of the guys were wearing Halloween masks and kept staring at us and getting a little too close. While I was up bowling, one of the guys was staring at my friends and pulled out a large pocket knife and opened it and was tapping it on his hand. From the beginning we were very sketched out and had an uneasy feeling about being there. We quickly grabbed our things and decided
Thay were supper nice an had all amenities for handicapped. Only complaint is shoes cost as much as the games did but I understand it was a very nice experience and very clean thank you so much
At least 3 times our game ended prior to the end of our allotted two hour time frame. They even had to move us to the next lane over because on top of our game ending randomly, the lane broke down several times. So they ended our game on the first lane and then twice on the second lane. Also there was a random guy soliciting/"hustling". There should be no expectation that house balls be in excellent condition, but these were not even "poor" they were trash.
Service has gotten terrible here. Out of popcorn, out of cookies, long waits for anything. Got reservations? Back of the line. Need to checkout? Back of the line. Have a question? Back of the line. It's basically just a bunch of employees avoiding you as much as possible.
Went with friends for a birthday package. Some how they thought it was cancelled. But Antonio took very good care of us and made up for the confusion. I highly recommend the birthday package. Unlimited food and great deal on the drinks.
Fantastic, safe, well manager bowling alley!!! Great food, convienient bar and arcade.
The shoes were terribly worn out and the lanes were very poorly oiled. Over priced especially for what you get here. But, it's the only option for bowling in town.
It was super duper fun with the bowling game and food and beer... Loved the environment and lovely people enjoying their games...
The staff was very good, friendly and accommodating. The lanes we had our 2 grandchildren using would not consistently return the lightest 6lb balls, which was very frustrating. Switched lanes after 1 game but the problem persisted. The maintenance man was aware of the issue but could not correct it at this time. All else was very nice and the restroom was clean.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
