Bowlero is a fun, friendly, family oriented place to hang out with family and friends. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food and service is great and fast! And I absolutely love the beautiful atmosphere of the place! Highly recommend!

CUSTOMERS BE WARE! They are scamming and basically stealing. I went bowling yesterday: the kid upfront tells me "it's $20 each includes shoes and first game. After that it's 13 per game". I paid and went to lane 3. After about two games I didn't see any timer (as it used to be in the past). I asked the same young man who said there was no timer. It was $13 per game. Visited this alley at May17th with my daughters. We arrived at opening time at 12:00pm. Smooth opening, wait a couple of minutes and starts with the Laser Tag. They loved it, we have such of fun time, played twice. After that we tried the bowling alley, was really good, by that time all the lines were busy. Went for the first time today with my son, and I had a great experience. I reserved a lane online the day before. I was checked in by Mike when I arrived, and he was helpful and pleasant. The waitress and other staff was pleasant as well. I went ahead and signed up for the summer passes so we'll definitely be back.

While the service was amazing from the server who went above and beyond making sure my requests were in order, I couldn't help but notice, how inappropriate the mangers were to her and other coworkers from my perspective. I just think it's unfair and pitiful in this society we are now in for managers to still treat their employees in this fashion. and embarrassment of the company. will not be coming here or to any other Bowlero ever again. this is something that I morally cannot tolerate.

Definitely would recommend going, great experience overall. If you're looking to play laser tag, they close at 9. I got there too late to play laser tag but I had a great time bowling, will definitely go back.

The bowling alley is fine, the pins are on strings unlike a traditional bowling alley, but still fun. The food and drink are very good, particularly the sampler. Our entire party enjoyed them. Lasertag was very much fun.

Great place to enjoy some family time, I was able to use Groupon app to get disconnected tickets that included shoes, that save us a lot of money for our group of 12. Place is good, food is great as well. Overall we had an amazing time. Service was also great.

Had an amazing time with my family and would definitely come again but would recommend eating before unless you want to eat extremely overpriced food. This is my go to bowling alley, I love this place cuz it offers a friendly atmosphere, a reasonable price for bowling and friendly staff. Last time I came here Dani was my server and I had a great experience with her, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was great!!! This is a very good place to have a bday party. They've ve made an effort to serve good food, and I could tell. The french fries were freshly made, very crispy. The pizza didn't smell lime old cheese, a common trait in this kind of establishment, serving kids. Friendly staff.

I liked this place a lot, let me make something clear though. I do think it's ridiculous how much it cost for four people to bowl? I get it. Business has to get their money, but $66 dollars per person? Welcome to Miami indeed lol? That being said, the vibe of the place is cool. Definitely fun bowling with friends. I went in for a work team outing. The front staff are ok but the servers are friendly. The place is very loud and too many kids running around. If you are looking for a bowling place for adults this might not be the right place. The drinks were good I would say, but honestly I don't think it was worth the price. This is my humble opinion. My family and I came from the food court with two bottles of water that we had just bought. Walked in and were met by someone I assume was a manger and told, either chug the water or throw them out if you want to get past this point in a very condescending tone. My wife started to put them in her purse and were told that was not acceptable. We immediately walked out. Between the 6 of us we were going to spend a decent amount of money . I had my son birthday party there and the staff was amazing. The event planner Christine was great. The bowling was fun and the staff was very attentive to my party guest. The bowling was expansive but they keep my guest entertained. The laser tag was fun but the person over it wasn't very attentive we mostly had to figure things on our own. Booked 3 lanes with food for our October birthday kids. From start to finish, the experience was great! The whole process was smooth, and they were very accommodating to our needs. We got a package for $40/person that included 2 hrs bowling, 3 entrees (pizza, sliders, boneless wings), unlimited sodas, arcade game cards, laser tag. To say we all enjoyed our time is an understatement. We had an absolute blast, from the 13 yr olds to the grandparents. Thank you for your hospitality, we will be back!

We celebrated the Christmas party, and we ordered food for 20 people, everything was fine until they brought the bill. There was a service fee of 390 dollars. When we asked if that was the tip, they told us No. That was the charge for putting 3 small heaters to keep the food hot. Something that seemed ridiculous to me since it should be part of the service. But if they want to charge, at least let them know what they would charge for that exaggeration. It was our first time bowling here because we come from another state. We did the on line reservation. They checked my ID and card and we were ready to go. They did a great job cleaning the space. The shoes were in good condition. My family members ordered food and was warm and fresh. I would recommend this place and I would come back again.

So fun night at Bowlero Miami. You can bring friends or family or even a first date here. They have super good deals all throughout the week. I went on a Tuesday where bowling is $2.88 per person plus shoe rental starting at 7pm which is a lot cheaper than it's regular prices. Nice place to link up and have some fun. Bowling and lazer tag were very awesome. There is a part of workout when playing lazer tag cause you will be sweat a lot when trying to search your opponment. Unfortunately i did not take photos of the place to show how great it is.

food was great! people at the front and the manager were super nice. our server Javier was super rude and closed out our check super prematurely and had an attitude the whole time. he checked on us once just to take our order and then never saw us again until he closed our check at 9:30pm?.place closes at 11. took forever to bring one water and brought us napkins but no silverware. would totally go again but i would ask for a different lane if i was sat in his section again.

They have massive screens right above the pins that play garbage videos you have no control over and can not turn off. Not only is it incredibly distracting but the glare from the screen is so bright it completely obscures the markings on the lane in front of you when you are playing. Dumbest design imaginable. They should decide if they are a bowling alley or a TikTok theatre.

Poor service I went and take the whole time that we were playing to give us just water and I left my glasses on the table and somebody clean it and robber me don't go this people don't care

Overpriced and took over 40 minutes for someone to go to our lane to take our order after several attempts and being told "someone will be over". Overall a clean fun bowling place but a bit overpriced. It was ok. Minimal service in exchange for our money. Why do they cram three groups on top on each other when the place is empty and has over 40 lanes?? Had a technical problem with our lane and had to switch lanes. Shoes were fine and not gross or anything.

The service at this place is really good, from the reception to the waitress Miriam, we really had the waitress that everyone would like to have, I wish her much success. This place was terrible I went here on September 17th it was around 8:30 - Close. Came in sat down and greeted with an attitude by the waitress on shift. Had a great party for my kids and my husband... It was a beautifully designed and decorated area even the place where they served the food was surprising nice. However, the food took "FOREVER" to serve and the guests had to keep waiting for the pizza, chicken tenders and fries. Everytime I turned around the food was out and it took ages to replenish. We visited there on Thursday, Nov. 8, 2018. It's a bowling alley. It was nice and me and my daughter had fun there. It doesn't open til 4pm. Only problem I have with them was that they wrren't very helpful when my car keys went missing. It was the only place I had been, so I knew they were there, but they were very non challant about even though I explained the situation. I asked them to make an announcement and they wouldn't. Laser tag was not open when we arrived on a Tuesday at 3:00. They said they would open at 4:00 but did not. We had to wait until 4:25. Call before you come to make sure of their hours as their website is not reliable. There is no viewing area for the parents. There is no recording either.

We had an our office holiday party at Bowlero Doral and had a great event! From the initial planning stages with Brenna to check in at the venue and our server Mari, everything went smoothly and everyone was very friendly and hospitable. The manager even came by to check and make sure everything was running smoothly. The food was delicious and consistently replenished as promised and the bowling was fun!! Highly recommend.
