The staff is friendly, helpful and attentive. The facilty is clean and the lanes are in good condition. We found the lanes to be a touch dryer than we are accustomed to for fresh oil.... but every house is different ??.

I took my 3 kiddos here to kick off spring break. Overall, they enjoyed themselves, but the experience was not good. The workers are very friendly and professional, but they seem to be short staffed. We had issues with our lane, and after notifying one of the staff, it never got fixed. He clearly just forgot because he was simply too busy. Bowlero Denton is alright. It's got plenty of lanes, and it's a decent place to bowl, but it feels a little outdated. Prices aren't bad, and the staff is friendly, but the place could be cleaner. Sometimes there's a smoky smell, which isn't great. The music... i didn'thear any, and if you're just looking to bowl and have a good time, it gets the job done. Just don't expect anything fancy. In other words...5 stars!

The manager was sweet and thanked my husband for his service; everyone else that worked at this establishment was absolutely atrocious (except for one person with a beard behind the bar, who I complimented). The place looks like an old school bowling alley without the prices, comfort, or customer service. We will not be back, sadly. I really wish that I could give higher praise, but truly, if sucked.

Unfortunately we didn't even get to bowl. Would have been our first time here. The person working up at the front was very ?matter of fact? in her statement that unfortunately they book up all week with leagues. She said there were four people waiting in line if she could ever ?get people to leave?. Won't be trying to come here again.

Would have rated higher because bowling was super fun but they rip you off at the pool tables by charging you for more than you played and telling you it is what is. They charged us double. Beware. Also, make sure they put the cheese on your cheese fries.

Update: our visit to this place was nice. No issues with Groupon. visited on sunday at 4pm. It was not crowded. Staffs were kind & friendly. Fries were good. Didnt use arcade. So glad I had a groupon for our family. It's clean and if something goes wrong w lane they are quick to tend to it and get you back in the game. They have these dinosaurs to guide your ball or choice of having bumpers. We had fun, we have always enjoyed bowling here. Friendly staff, clean bathrooms. Not a fan of the food but to some it's fine. 4 people can easily play 3 games in 2 hours. Now Go have some fun y'all.

Brought my family for Sunday Funday (Fathers Day) It was my kids first time bowling. While we were there we ordered pizza (delicious) and played in the arcade. We had a great time. Zero complaints.

Went with the family today, such a fun experience! The GM, Roger(I believe is his name), was very sweet. It had been about 10+ years since we've been bowling, so prices had gone up a tad.. Came here for a kid?s birthday and it was pretty gross. Seemed unclean and outdated. The lanes were warped and uneven, and the pin machine would regularly rack the pins incorrectly. The food was pretty rough, too.

We liked this place a lot! Took my grandson here because he loves to bowl even neither of us are great bowlers. It's nice to go when your tired of being inside and the weather is yucky also. Overpriced nonsense. Bowling is a low cost game for the common person. The prices they charge per game are absolute nonsense and should be condemned by all. Bowling supposed to be cheap for a reason and this location offers nothing but overpriced everything. It throws the concept out the window, and upcharges for everything. Do yourself a favor and go to a more locally run venue and actually enjoy your time for a quarter of the price.

If I could give this place a 0 star review I would. I've never been talked to and disrespected by a manager the way your manager Dee Dee has. If you don't want to work somewhere then go find somewhere else to work. We drove from Farmers Branch to come to this location. The bartender cracked down on someone sharing drinks with a minor, so it's a great place in my opinion. The place was clean and the staff nice/polite.

We had our Christmas party here and were very pleased! Joseph, Bailey and others took great care of us from the time we walked in until we left. They were friendly and attentive. The set up exceeded our expectations. I will recommend it to others for sure. Thanks for a fun night!

I bought a groupon for the Bowlero in order to take my grandkids bowling. When we got there we were told that they could not honor the groupon because they had several leagues coming in. They had prices posted for $5.99 per person including shoe rental so considering we had driven over an hour to get there I was willing to pay that price. However when I requested to do that they informed me the cost would be $7.00 per person and $6.00 each for shoe rental. W I pointed out the sign that advertised the price

My experience at Bowlero was fun and fine. I think the staff could be a little more forthcoming about the nighttime unlimited bowling option- you have to specify you want this or you will be charged per game. After my last experience here I wanted to leave a review as the staffs attitude really stands out. The front desk person is very always very nice personable, even if she is dealing with a rush of people. We have also noticed the manager is constantly doing things to help their team members and joke with customers. You can tell they are always doing their best to make sure the customers are having fun!

Staff was very professional and friendly! We arrived about 30 minutes before an expected birthday party, instead of turning us away, they still allowed us to play. When the party finally arrived, the general manager kindly asked us to switch lanes or to get a pass for a free game next time. She handled it very well and made my family feel very appreciated. Very large and empty. You don't have to wait in line for anything. Don't go there looking to eat or drink. They didn't have a can opener for the pineapple juice which are advertised as signature drinks. Looked like two people running the place and neither very happy to be here. So if you just come to bowl, it's fine.

False advertising. They have a price listed on the counter for Monday-Thursday. Today we tried to bowl; it's Monday July 3. They increased the price per person. When I asked why, they said because it's a holiday weekend. It's Monday. I asked that he take the sign down or honor it and he said he couldn't. We left and went across town to bowl.

Me and my husband were in Denton visiting family and we came into the Bowlero lanes. The employees were very friendly and showed us how the scoring machine worked. We really enjoyed the snack choices and the bar selection. We had a lot of fun here. Over all this was a great experience and we will be back!!

This is a bait and switch. The images online looked so nice, this is a run down bowling alley that smelled like smoke. They took my nearly $400 party money up front and promised fresh made food. When we arrived nothing looked like the pictures. The arcade was mostly out of order and nothing like online. I actually really enjoyed bowling here. I'm a disabled veteran with severe PTSD. This is a smaller alley. They have a bar/ grill, they have a game room, and they have either individual bowler or league options. The staff is friendly. The balls and lanes are kept in good condition and treated and oiled frequently. All in all this is a great place. Exits are easy to identify and it's very simple floor plan for anyone else who may have PTSD.

I would have loved to have bowled there with my wedding party over the weekend, but in order to make a reservation on the weekend, I have to prepay $120 worth of food or stuff we won't use on top of the hourly charge. I suppose we will take our $300 and go elsewhere. I'm not pre-paying for food and drink. That is absolutely ridiculous that you need to charge $15 per person just to plan an outing on the weekend, on top of the service fees. Let US decide what to eat.

Very disappointed with the direction this place seems to be going. They cant or won't hire enough staff to effectively run the place. They are not keeping good maintenance of the lanes or the kitchen. It's not the quality of the staff, they just dont have enough. Almost every time I come here there is some equipment malfunction with our lane. The racks are super inconsistent as well. Have to rerack constantly.

Had the best time bowling here! This bowling alley looks so nice and is very clean! The arcade game area is set up perfectly to allow you to purchase a game card, refill to play longer and even redeem your tickets from a vending machine - never a need to go to the front desk! The manager, Joseph, was great to work with, so friendly and knowledgeable and his team was great as well! For a fun night out in Denton, this is the place to go!

Joseph and his staff were very nice and accommodating for our large party. The decorations and food were awesome. We had a really good time there thanks to the friendly staff.

The lanes aren't bad in my opinion, but the service to get a drink or 2 during a couple hours of bowling was a bit more than they could handle and there weren't more than 15 people in the whole place at 4:30 on a Saturday. Nice facility. Our lane seemed slightly dry but played pretty consistently. Balls got a little beat up and picked up quite a bit of rubber from the ball return. Hands were black but the actual bowling was pretty good. Workers were nice.

Terrible for Reserving events! Their service is extremely bad. Initially paid for reserving 2 lanes for 12 people they charged me for 12 people, then due to Covid we had to cancel, they don't let you reserve again, won't refund, and sent me 2 vouchers and said yeah the 12 people can just roll in and gran 2 lanes whenever you want. We did, but the vouchers were only for 10 people, they forced us to pay for the third lane as well. So disappointing

Bowl here if you want to bowl at one of the most poorly maintained allies out there. I bowl regular for leauges and if it wasn't for the amazing staff and my team, this place wouldn't exist. Guaranteed a lane will fail, score miscounted, or some other error with the terribly maintained equipment while you are here. Multiple lanes are currently broken so capacity is down. We spend most of our time waiting for them to fix the pins than we actually get to bowl. The owners choose not to maintain this place and

This place is very clean and well kept. I took my daughter and her friend on a Sunday afternoon & they had a ball! Concessions are movie-theater pricey, but that is to be expected. The soda was $4+ for a large and the nacho cheese fries were about $9+, BUT they brought it out on a pizza platter. This portion fed 3 of us with plenty leftover. The employees were extra friendly and helpful too. It seems pretty family oriented and has a few video games to boot. Give this place a shot!

We had a blast here! One issue we did have was with the pin return machine, which broke down 3 times while we played in lane 25. I suggest to the staff: maybe add on a few minutes of play time when this happens. Also, don't get the nachos; they were kinda gross.

Bring your Family & Friends here. Call ahead and get a Super Bowl. We had six people for Saturday, our own tables, two lanes, shoes, 3 appetizers (hot) and two drinks per person. The bowling is great, don't get me wrong, but we had to bowl at a competitor because Bowlero isn't open until 3 on Fridays. After bowling elsewhere, we came to use the arcade with the card we got off of Groupon, and it is a SAD little arcade. The equipment breaks down quite a bit which is difficult during league play. The bathrooms are FILTHY. We've brought it to management's attention on numerous occasions but have been told they were cleaned. ???? They've been out of iced teas for weeks. How do you run a business like this? I guess because it's the best we have in our area.

Way to few staff they are nice but over worked. We asked for bumpers but there was along line and they told is several times they would come set them up. They kept taking new customers until I called out we had already paid and had been waiting at least 15 minutes and new customers could wait 1 minute for their lanes. May not be the staffs fault for not having enough help but they do not priorities well.

I was in town with a Women Tournament to watch, tried to get a lane. Was told I was on a wait and was good with that, but when I saw others getting lanes I said something and Amanda the front desk person said I had ignored her when she walked up and said my lane was ready and was EXTREMELY RUDE ABOUT IT. I've been here a few times to bowl and the bowling itself is fine. But keep in mind the employees are not so great. No one is ever at the bar when you want to order, and Amanda the cashier is very rude, condescending, and impatient when she speaks to you. If you hate where you work so much then leave, but don't take it out on customers who have been nothing but friendly to you.

Haven't been here in 20 years until recently. I just didn't really feel nostalgic while there. I was too disappointed in the cleanliness, or lack thereof. The floor seemed like it had a layer of nastiness on it that could use a good de-greasing.

We went there this Saturday 2-27-2021 The women behind the counter was so rude. We well never go back there again. Food cost so much there.. we well go to the other bowling alley from now on. People are nice and food dont coat so much there. Your place cost to much. And the workers are rude.

So, my wife and I always enjoy our datenight. We work hard all week and bowling is one thing we love to do. Last night we went bowling, at the same place we always go, and the manager on duty was horrible! I dont want to go into the detail but we will never go back again. We spend 100 a weekend with food and lots of beer. So sad that one of you ruined our night. And you lost a loyal customer.
