My son had his 10th birthday party at Bowlero. I chose it because it is a clean bowling venue with an arcade, high-end snack bar and full beverage bar, and a modern bowling experience. The manager, Jenni, was so accommodating. They worked with us on menu selection and ensuring we had everything we needed for the party. I had a great time at this bowling alley! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They were helpful, attentive, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. It's always nice to be treated with such kindness and professionalism. We had a company holiday party there. My time frame was not conducive to their hours. So they let us organize a party and come in 3 hours before they normally open. They set up a buffet and a holiday table that was just wonderful and the two staff women were phenomenal. They had a drink ticket option and the bowling and shoes were included. We went to bowlero Deer Park over the weekend and we had Matt B at the front counter. He was super nice! He was attentive & was cracking jokes with us. Love to bowl there & we are definitely going to go back to see him next time as well!

To charge the prices they do and still have the same ball return, tables/chairs, etc from 20+ years ago is a crime. Thought we had a time limit, but it was actually per game? so why show the time remaining on our screen? Got charged per game instead of time. Ridiculous, won't be back.

I went to Bowlero with a friend expecting a fun night of bowling, but instead, we got treated like an inconvenience by the staff. A short white male with glasses, who was working there, had a terrible attitude every time we asked for help. Love this place. It's a full fledge entertainment center for singles, couples, and of course the entire family. The have a full bar for adults naturally, food, you can play pool, and you can even play a game of Jenga there (the individual pieces are huge). Of course this place is great for bowling as well. This is a clean bowling alley with friendly staff. We bowled around 1:30 on a Wednesday and they had half the lanes lit up for cosmic bowling which was a nice surprise. They have daily deals and their pricing per game changes after a certain time of day, i.e. cheaper to bowl before 4 p.m. There is a large sit down area opposite the lanes where you can eat food. Staff is very nice and responsive, like really nice and that's why we still visit. But Bowlero isn't giving them much to work with... It's clear there has been zero investment in this place for decades. The bowling lane has had some kind of technical issue pretty much every time we visit. The arcade always has at least one game not working but not marked as out of service so you lose your credits. The arcade area smells of sewage - sometimes faintly and occasionally bad enough that you can't stand to be in

Amazing time to be had at this Bowling Alley! From the Managment to the Snack shop and Bar. We were treated so well from everyone. The food was great and the drinks were even better. I have been frequenting this bowling alley for many years. The staff here are always very friendly and helpful and ensure everyone is taken care of and the facility stays clean. My family and I would highly recommend this Bowling Alley for a fun day out. On a busy Saturday we were well taken care of from the minute we walked in the door. When I lived in Illinois, my husband and I would always come here! We were involved in leagues, and always had a wonderful time. The staff is amazing, and it's a very close knit group. Never had a bad experience here!

The lanes are in great shape. $5 for shoe rental, $10/game/person seemed a little high.

Great classic bowling alley with reasonable prices! We were there at 7pm and asked about cosmic bowling, but they stated they couldn't do it yet because a league was playing. Personally, I feel leagues should be playing during the day on weekends - weekend evenings should be for families and friends wanting to play for fun.

Had a birthday here for a friend who turned 37. The staff/manager did AN AMAZING job from communicating with me beforehand, explaining everything (price/what comes with price etc) and set up was so cute. They displayed little lights for us and when I got there the manager asked when I would want to eat so they could make sure food was served hot. If you're doubting whether or not to pay ahead to reserve a spot, DONT. I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you Bowlero for making it such a fun and stress free

My family has gone in a few times to bowl and play in the arcade. We always have a good time. It's a solid place to have fun. We've eaten there a few times as well. The food has been pretty bad. So eat before you go or after.

We had a large group... There were 15 of us. The manager was super accommodating and made sure we had three lanes all next to each other so we could all be together. He also made sure to let us know that if we needed to put bumpers up for the kids we could do that and it would automatically put them up if we asked him. They also will accommodate you if you want to do pitchers of drinks. As I understand that they don't normally do that but when you have a large group they will accommodate you. Great experien

Been coming here to bowl for over a decade now. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and always welcome me back like an old friend. The GM Chris has worked there many years and is always accommodating to anyone?s needs. Additionally, the leagues are a great way to go out and meet new people (or see old friends once again). It's great by Bowlero standards not a bad league house but way too many breakdowns they need the open house and money to actually do maintenance.

I live a fair distance from the Deer Park Bowlero, but I always make the trip instead of going to the closer centers. The employees there are always so nice and fun and enthusiastic. It makes for a much more personal and enjoyable experience. The manager Chris is especially welcoming and he always treats us really well. If I could give more than five stars, I would.

My friends from the city wanted to hang out in the burbs. So we went to a home away from home for me. We went bowling at Bowlero Deer Park. Everyone in our group were very impressed with their safety measures and social distancing. The front desk staff were so welcoming! The food at their snack shop was great! Truly the most incredible bowling experience of my life, on par with the birth of my son. Tangentially, I would like to note one fantastic employee, Chris, who essentially served as our bowling midwife. He gave us some amazing tips about finger placement and aided us through this religious experience with a smile. He even gave me a few pointers on my angle of entry to hit the pocket next time my wife leaves me another 7-10 split!

Dropped my son at a friend's party in the early afternoon. Very helpful and kind staff in a super clean facility. Felt great about the kids spending time there instead of having the sense that they were treading into a grimy adults-only space.

The BEST Bowling Alley Food I have ever had. Garlic Parm. Fries and Wings w/ Beer made my day. Went for diner and decided to Bowl while there.

Great atmosphere and good pricing. Dropped by at around 7pm and it wasn't busy, but the crowds did come at around 9pm. Bowling on Sunday are $5 a game, while regularly it costs $7 a game. There's a small selection of food and beverages, but alcohol is available. There was a pool table in the back, but I didn't get a chance to have try at that.

We took two of our young grandchildren and we all had a blast! The food was good, arcade gave the kids plenty of entertainment and the bowling set up was more up to date than I've seen. The women (manager +) helping us were fabulous. They helped the boys put on their shoes, delivered leftover food to our bowling cluster, showed the boys how to refill the arcade card and patiently helped them choose prizes from points earned from arcade. They had great fun and we will go back!

My son would live at Bowlero Deer Park if they would let him. Not only does he love to bowl but the staff there make him feel so comfortable and at home. Awesome and friendly staff. Some of them have been working there since I was kid! Lots of awesome benifits for joining a league. Minus one star for the occasional smell....you'll know what I mean when it hits you. Also, they could use some updated electronics. However both points are not their fault as it's been brought up numerous times by the employees. These suggestions go to the big guys.

My wife and I have been coming here since it WAS Brunswick Zone Deer Park BECAUSE of Chris! He is always extra friendly and makes sure the lanes are greased perfectly every time for those strikes! This is a great place to go bowling, however the food here is really not great. The service is good. Staff is friendly for the most part. This is also great for events. My fianc? and I bowl with friends on Thursday nights at deer park and have truly loved the atmosphere and the staff. Jenni and Cym have been amazing and helpful as we have had some special requests due to dietary restrictions over the last couple weeks. My family and I went here on a whim one Saturday morning. The staff was actually really nice and talkative. It was super simple to start bowling and they asked us where we wanted to bowl since there were multiple parties going on. I figured staff would be unenthusiastic but I was wrong. It was a pleasant surprise. I like.gow you just set up a table and bowl as much as you want then pay when your done. Nice touch. The shoes looked new too.

Definitely not an upscale bowling alley for the cost and required down payment. The website made it seem more upscale then it actually was. Seating at the lane was meh, food was a bit over priced for regular bowling alley fried "bar food". Its not a dungeon but for the price I'd rather head to Northbrook or Barrington. Good chance we won't go back.

Renting shoes little bit too old. But all together experience was good. Employees friendly. Been there around 1:00p.m. on Sunday building was almost empty, by 3:00p.m. people start coming in.

I brought my whole family in for a Sunday bowling and had a coupon that we were all excited to use not realizing that it had just recently expired. Erin at the front desk honored the coupon which was so kind of her. We will be back!

We had a neighborhood party at the bowlero bowling alley in Deer Park. We had an amazing experience. There were eighteen kids and several adults. The food came out right on time, the managers were very friendly and so were the staff. We will definitely return.

This bowling place was super awesome. There were about 24 of us and they gave us 5 lanes and only charged us 12.78 a person for unlimited bowling for 3.5 hours. Unfortunately we had little kids and I did not get to finish my 3rd game. They also had a well stocked bar. They also had a little arcade for the kids. It also wasnt too busy for a Friday night.
