This was our first time at this location and it was a great experience overall. The concierge was helpful and made the check-in process smooth and easy. Our server was attentive and friendly, which added to the good vibes. The atmosphere was fun and lively, and we had a really enjoyable time bowling. Definitely planning to come back!

Fun arcade place! We enjoyed visiting and a great variety of games and bowling! Just wish they had at least one vegan option, we couldn't eat anything here. :/ fun to play the games tho!

This location of Bowlero is fantastic. The staff is super friendly and the service is good. The bowling lanes and entire place is always very clean. Food is hot and fresh also.

Jose and the local staff at Bowlero Dallas blew it out of the park, making our son?s Bar Mitzvah party extremely special to us and our guests. They even dressed in rock ?n? roll T-shirts supporting our theme without us asking! They were extremely accommodating, and took care of all of our needs throughout the night. Decent bowling place, but it was hard damage to the wallet. Nice looking atmosphere. However, expect to pay a lot if you are ordering food and drinks. Went for bowling, lanes are okay, not too slippery. They do have some specials on drinks, but its all the low-cost plastic bottle drinks and trashcan stuff. The bartender wasn't too knowledgeable on the cost of drinks, so she had to look at the machine constantly. The food was okay, not that good. Also, it was definitely not worth the cost. I had my son?s 7th Birthday here and booked a party package. Food selection was great and highly complimented. Bowling, arcade, and customer service was absolutely amazing. The kids and adults all had a great time. I would recommend this place to anyone and look forward to booking again.

First time here. Little hiccup at check in even though I had reservations but they were quickly resolved. Great time here... Ordered food while we bowled.. Our server was WONDERFUL and attentive... Got the wings, parmesan cheese fries and 2 drinks.. cost around $50.. Food was good-nice and hot.. No complaints.. Will definitely return.

I've been coming to Bowlero Dallas for about 10 years now, and it used to be a favorite spot for me and my wife. We've had a lot of good memories here and even brought in outside food many times in the past without any issues?at least 10 times or more. It was never a problem. Food and bowling was decent, service could be better. They overcharged me for one of their pizza and pitcher specials, but when I asked them to fix it, they said the beer we chose was a ?premium beer? and costed more, even though that was not clearly communicated. Instead of giving me my money back they just gave me an arcade card instead. Very disappointed.

Bowlero was a blast! We arrived right at opening on a weekday and were literally the only ones bowling. The bowling alley is huge, really clean and had a large selection of balls. Pricing was reasonable and we played 3 games. They have food and drinks but we only had drinks. Our server was really good and attentive the entire time. It's worth mentioning that Bowlero has a good sized game area as well. If I lived in the area, this would definitely be my go-to spot for bowling.

Family Reunion family bowling night. We had a great time the food for our evening was tasty. We had pizza,pepperoni and cheese burger sliders, chicken tenders, fries and all sauces salsa and chips.

I went for Friday R&B night. Dj was good, vibes were fun, bartenders and service is terrible. I was charged for other people who were standing by me at the bar?s drinks TWICE with two different bar tenders. Just strangers drinks on my tab! Watch your receipts. They gratuity everything so service is terrible.

The lanes need to be fixed. It would give someone a strike even if you haven't hit all the pins. The strawberry drink tasted bad. The wings were not bad. Fries were too salty

Great place to have some fun during summer break. We went during the week and it was not crowded at all and the place is super clean and has a great arcade too. My 11yo son and I had fun !

Don't bother if you want to shoot pool. It cost an outrageous $15/hour for what you get: no bridge, poor lighting, warped tables, etc. Pizza sucked too, but I wouldn't have cared too much if the pool experience had been better.

Went bowling with my Sunday school class. Bowling shoes were a perfect fit. Pizza was okay, not great. The worst part was the music was too loud-thankfully, I brought earplugs. I also didn't care for the raunchy music videos on the big screens above the bowling alleys.

Today we DJ'd a BarMitzva at the Bowlero in Addison. We were so very impressed with the staff and the facility. The staff was on top of every detail throughout the entire event. It has a great setup for private parties and we hope to DJ many more events there!

The pins are on strings, so good luck trying to bowl a good game. It is to damn hot. Drinks were weak. The price to bowl is also ridiculous. Wasted over $100.00. Do not recommend. If you want to bowl. Go to a real bowling alley.

Can I give less than 1 star? This is easily and by far the worst - THE WORST - lanes I've ever bowled on. I'm returning to bowling after a long break, but I've bowled several Corporate tournaments over the years and still managed to be close to or above my old league average (~185-190). This place is so overpriced. $73 for 3 sodas and sampler. $90 for u limited bowling, which was ok. And $2 for cards for the arcade. Some how 1 of the cards had 0 points but we played some games that we got tickets for and didn't get those tickets. We will not be returning.

So much fun!! Pearson online school did an outstanding job of hosting 2 bowling events here. The students, parents, faculty and Bowlero staff made it great. Bowling, games, pizza, fun!!!

I think this place is on a downhill trajectory. Several different lanes had problems during the 2 hours we were there causing us and others to have to switch lanes. Then new customers would get assigned to lanes that had gone dark on us about 15 minutes prior. One of the lane changes had an employee escort us to the new lane, but didn't remove not one ball from the completely full ball return while we (4 of us) each had a ball in our hands. We ended up taking a total of 15 balls back to the racks ourselves.

Great prices on Tuesdays. Menu posted in pictures. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was service was bad. We were one of two groups and still had to wait 30-45 minutes for orders.

Family Friday Night is great at the Addison location. Mikey at the front desk was great, super friendly. Ask for Maya if you bowl, her customer service is 10/10. Sampler player was a hit with the kids.

Great fun place, very clean. The bartenders were absolutely awesome, big kudos to Alex...the drinks were great! My only complaint was that the giant claw machine with the huge Gizmo was out of order. That's small fries though. It was a fun time, with a great staff.

Bowlero hosted a group event for us and did a beyond outstanding job. From the quick service to the friendly employees to the beautiful location, I was very pleased with the visit. I can highly recommend the drinks, although a little expensive. They made a special event menu for us with specialty drinks that really made us feel special. A solid place to just come and bowl for a bit. I brought my team here after we got off our flight from Utah to go and have some solid fun time together instead of going to a bar. Since we came in on a Sunday we had to miss time with family so we needed quality time together. Besides the hilarious alternatives to names they gave us because they didn't hear or couldn't spell them we enjoyed ourselves and it was only a minor level of competitive. I will Definitely return the next time we are here for work.

The pin strings are terrible. Several throws should have been strikes and a few strikes due to strings pulling pins down. HATE it. The bowling balls are all beat to hell and the lanes aren't properly oiled. Could overlook everything except the strings. So sad.

This was such an incredible experience with my co- workers . Upon arrival we were greeted with open arms from management Jasmin, Mikey , Jose they were so professional and kind to us . It's frustrating when there's only a couple bowling lanes being used on a Tuesday afternoon and yet we still had to share a booth with a family of 7. Then an office party group took the lane on other side of us. Empty lanes as far as I could see in both directions yet we are all crammed together.

I went on a Thursday night. I was still lanes available, and no wait. I was very pleased with the drink selection. Most of the drinks are really sweet. If you are looking for a less sweet option, try the Moscow Mule cocktail.

Really enjoyed the bowling experience, but the arcade area is very small. Many of the games were out of order, and if we hadn't come on a Tuesday ($2 everything, including game cards worth $5 only cost $2! Great deal) it would have been very expensive. Highly recommend coming on a week day for less crowd and great special pricing

We have enjoyed our time and their service so much that we have promoted it to our employers. We have now enjoyed a couple of corporate events there as well and everyone loved the food and had so much fun that they have requested for our team events to be held there two years in a row.

The bar tender I felt should alert the pool players when their playing time has ended instead of letting the time roll over. Also the food wasn't to good.

Our company had an event here last Friday and it went perfectly! The entire process of booking was very communicative and accommodating. We loved room we picked with games and a projector for our meeting. The entire staff was amazing! The Manager, Jasmine, really took care of us!

They switched to string pinsetters and they SUCK. Unnatural physics, dropped pins that shouldn't and undropped pins that should. Lame.

Fun but expensive! Got right in at 7:30 p.m. on a Saturday, despite having been told me night have to wait an hour for a lane to open up. When we told our waiter we only wanted water, he disappeared and never came back. No biggie, we got our own. Had a great time, so it might've been worth $100+ for the 4 of us.

Had a blast here! The people who work here are really chill and it's great for any group or party.

The women's restroom on the right side of the building reeks of urine. They charged a $5 service charge on drinks at the bar, and the bartender was moving snail speed. Sloth at the DPS rate. Our lane #14 inaccurately counted the # of pins almost everytime. If you hit a gutter - it counted as 2, sometimes 3. Sometimes it counted less, some more. Also the screen is blurry. If you want to know what it looks like to have bad eyes, that's how it looks. We paid for 2 lanes, but only our lane shut off mid game.

Customer service is absolute trash. Spent nearly $500 for a kids party and the people were so rude. Didn't want to help, were extremely rude, purposely put in the kids' name spelled wrong onto the bowling screen and did whatever else they could to make our experience HORRIBLE, due to us bringing in 'outside food.' We brought a fruit plate..... that wasnt even being eaten. We ALSO purchased over $80 worth of THEIR food. Horrible!! Manager didnt care.
