Bowlero Dallas

Bowlero Dallas

Reviews Summary

The bowling alley offers a fun, family-friendly atmosphere with good service and clean facilities, though some find it pricey. Many enjoy the arcade, music, and overall vibe, praising staff attentiveness. However, lanes can be inconsistent in quality, and food/drinks are often overpriced or mediocre. Weekday deals and unlimited bowling are highlights, while weekend crowds and high costs draw criticism. Ideal for casual outings but may disappoint serious bowlers. Ratings skew positive (mostly 4-5 stars), with occasional complaints about lane maintenance, pricing, or service delays.

Customer Reviews

This was our first time at this location and it was a great experience overall. The concierge was helpful and made the check-in process smooth and easy. Our server was attentive and friendly, which added to the good vibes. The atmosphere was fun and lively, and we had a really enjoyable time bowling. Definitely planning to come back!

Fun arcade place! We enjoyed visiting and a great variety of games and bowling! Just wish they had at least one vegan option, we couldn't eat anything here. :/ fun to play the games tho!

This location of Bowlero is fantastic. The staff is super friendly and the service is good. The bowling lanes and entire place is always very clean. Food is hot and fresh also.

Jose and the local staff at Bowlero Dallas blew it out of the park, making our son?s Bar Mitzvah party extremely special to us and our guests. They even dressed in rock ?n? roll T-shirts supporting our theme without us asking! They were extremely accommodating, and took care of all of our needs throughout the night. Jose went above and beyond as we were planning the event working with us on logistics, decor, set up, etc. We can't think him enough. Our son said it was one of the best nights of his life! Mich

Decent bowling place, but it was hard damage to the wallet. Nice looking atmosphere. However, expect to pay a lot if you are ordering food and drinks. Went for bowling, lanes are okay, not too slippery. They do have some specials on drinks, but its all the low-cost plastic bottle drinks and trashcan stuff. The bartender wasn't too knowledgeable on the cost of drinks, so she had to look at the machine constantly. The food was okay, not that good. Also, it was definitely not worth the cost. The sampler was $

I had my son?s 7th Birthday here and booked a party package. Food selection was great and highly complimented. Bowling, arcade, and customer service was absolutely amazing. The kids and adults all had a great time. I would recommend this place to anyone and look forward to booking again.

Fun enough place. We didn't have time to hit the arcade so I can't speak on that portion. Looked decent. Lanes were fine. Bowling alley food was super pricy. It was sufficient in quality. Not surprised, same anywhere else. Staff was good to us. Clean place. Worth an afternoon. Groupon deals...

First time here. Little hiccup at check in even though I had reservations but they were quickly resolved. Great time here... Ordered food while we bowled.. Our server was WONDERFUL and attentive... Got the wings, parmesan cheese fries and 2 drinks.. cost around $50.. Food was good-nice and hot.. No complaints.. Will definitely return.

Family friendly but a bit pricey. Check out their deals and off times to bring the whole family. Once you're there, you're sure to have fun!

I've been coming to Bowlero Dallas for about 10 years now, and it used to be a favorite spot for me and my wife. We've had a lot of good memories here and even brought in outside food many times in the past without any issues?at least 10 times or more. It was never a problem. Unfortunately, during our most recent visit, we had a very disappointing experience. A waiter approached us in an extremely aggressive and disrespectful manner regarding the food we brought in. While I understand rules can change, the

Food and bowling was decent, service could be better. They overcharged me for one of their pizza and pitcher specials, but when I asked them to fix it, they said the beer we chose was a ?premium beer? and costed more, even though that was not clearly communicated. Instead of giving me my money back they just gave me an arcade card instead. Very disappointed.

A perfect time with the family. Took my parents and had a blast. Service was great, staff make sure we were OK without been annoying. It's definitely a must for any occasion.

Bowlero was a blast! We arrived right at opening on a weekday and were literally the only ones bowling. The bowling alley is huge, really clean and had a large selection of balls. Pricing was reasonable and we played 3 games. They have food and drinks but we only had drinks. Our server was really good and attentive the entire time. It's worth mentioning that Bowlero has a good sized game area as well. If I lived in the area, this would definitely be my go-to spot for bowling.

I planned my daughter?s birthday here. Nicole from sales team was really helpful. Location is really good. Party host and staff were really nice and helpful. Food was awesome. Kids and guests had fun.

Customer service was very good, lanes were well kept, and No Old Dirty Smoking Look. Great place for parties and events. Sundays Nights Bowling with DJ Chill Atmosphere

Thank you so much for allowing us to have fun for all the couples that gathered. This was so much fun!?? ???? Food was great. Atmosphere super. Everyone if you want a place to have fun with family and friends. This the place!?? We will definitely tell others. Thank you once again. ??

Good place to have a team outing. Bowling, billiards and arcades were fun. Price is reasonable , food and service is above average. Overall, staff looked a little low on energy and service was slow. Hey but May be as it was a Monday afternoon! So will give it another shot for sure ??

Family Reunion family bowling night. We had a great time the food for our evening was tasty. We had pizza, pepperoni and cheese burger sliders, chicken tenders, fries and all sauces salsa and chips.

I went for Friday R&B night. Dj was good, vibes were fun, bartenders and service is terrible. I was charged for other people who were standing by me at the bar?s drinks TWICE with two different bar tenders. Just strangers drinks on my tab! Watch your receipts. They gratuity everything so service is terrible.

The lanes need to be fixed. It would give someone a strike even if you haven't hit all the pins. The strawberry drink tasted bad. The wings were not bad. Fries were too salty

Great place to have some fun during summer break. We went during the week and it was not crowded at all and the place is super clean and has a great arcade too. My 11yo son and I had fun !

Don't bother if you want to shoot pool. It cost an outrageous $15/hour for what you get: no bridge, poor lighting, warped tables, etc. Pizza sucked too, but I wouldn't have cared too much if the pool experience had been better.

Went bowling with my Sunday school class. Bowling shoes were a perfect fit. Pizza was okay, not great. The worst part was the music was too loud-thankfully, I brought earplugs. I also didn't care for the raunchy music videos on the big screens above the bowling alleys.

Today we DJ'd a BarMitzva at the Bowlero in Addison. We were so very impressed with the staff and the facility. The staff was on top of every detail throughout the entire event. It has a great setup for private parties and we hope to DJ many more events there!

The pins are on strings, so good luck trying to bowl a good game. It is to damn hot. Drinks were weak. The price to bowl is also ridiculous. Wasted over $100.00. Do not recommend. If you want to bowl. Go to a real bowling alley.

Can I give less than 1 star? This is easily and by far the worst - THE WORST - lanes I've ever bowled on. I'm returning to bowling after a long break, but I've bowled several Corporate tournaments over the years and still managed to be close to or above my old league average (~185-190). So I joined a league here to try to get back into things. BAD IDEA. 4 weeks in and we've had 2 weeks with no oil at all (LOOK OUT left gutter), 1 with way too much (no reaction at all), and one that was about OK. This w

Food and drinks are tasty, manager checks up on everyone at least 3 times. Jose the manager is very friendly and very communicative with people. Service here is 10/10 I love the people that work here. Great experience overall would come here again ????

Cool place but who tf invited this guy? (Definitely a deer, not a kangaroo btw) On a serious note very overpriced.

This place is so overpriced. $73 for 3 sodas and sampler. $90 for u limited bowling, which was ok. And $2 for cards for the arcade. Some how 1 of the cards had 0 points but we played some games that we got tickets for and didn't get those tickets. We will not be returning.

So much fun!! Pearson online school did an outstanding job of hosting 2 bowling events here. The students, parents, faculty and Bowlero staff made it great. Bowling, games, pizza, fun!!!

I think this place is on a downhill trajectory. Several different lanes had problems during the 2 hours we were there causing us and others to have to switch lanes. Then new customers would get assigned to lanes that had gone dark on us about 15 minutes prior. One of the lane changes had an employee escort us to the new lane, but didn't remove not one ball from the completely full ball return while we (4 of us) each had a ball in our hands. We ended up taking a total of 15 balls back to the racks ourselves.

Great prices on Tuesdays. Menu posted in pictures. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was service was bad. We were one of two groups and still had to wait 30-45 minutes for orders.

What a place. Amazing experience . Very good food and tasty. The bar counter is best among all areas and the var tender is also very friendly and supportive. I feel that everyone who want to enjoy must come here. Moreover. The gaming arena is best. They have 3d, 4d, 5d games which really feel good they have ice hockey which is really fun to play. The bowling area is very neat and clean. They also play best songs and you can enjoy their music. They also have huge screen in bowling arena so while u do bowlin

Family Friday Night is great at the Addison location. Mikey at the front desk was great, super friendly. Ask for Maya if you bowl, her customer service is 10/10. Sampler player was a hit with the kids.

Great fun place, very clean. The bartenders were absolutely awesome, big kudos to Alex...the drinks were great! My only complaint was that the giant claw machine with the huge Gizmo was out of order. That's small fries though. It was a fun time, with a great staff.

Bowlero hosted a group event for us and did a beyond outstanding job. From the quick service to the friendly employees to the beautiful location, I was very pleased with the visit. I can highly recommend the drinks, although a little expensive. They made a special event menu for us with specialty drinks that really made us feel special. The food was medium-good, but I don't expect much from bowling alleys, so it was definitely better than most others I've been to. All in all, I can't wait to be back, and

A solid place to just come and bowl for a bit. I brought my team here after we got off our flight from Utah to go and have some solid fun time together instead of going to a bar. Since we came in on a Sunday we had to miss time with family so we needed quality time together. Besides the hilarious alternatives to names they gave us because they didn't hear or couldn't spell them we enjoyed ourselves and it was only a minor level of competitive. I will Definitely return the next time we are here for work.

We did the $22 unlimited bowling we loved it. Very fun they have music playing and videos as well very family and fun vibe Mario was our waiter very gracious and attentive and great all staff was good we played from 7 to close

The pin strings are terrible. Several throws should have been strikes and a few strikes due to strings pulling pins down. HATE it. The bowling balls are all beat to hell and the lanes aren't properly oiled. Could overlook everything except the strings. So sad.

Seriously one of the best bowling alleys I've personally been to in a long while. Staff was super friendly and very attentive. Can't wait to return again

I had a great time, friendly service, clean environment, lots of games

Lamar was great, me & my grandkids had a great idea. He checked up on us seeing if we needed anything. Everytime my grandkids threw too many bowling balls down the lane or my grandbabies knocked the bumpers down , he fixed it with a smile. Thank you & we will be back. The ladies at the bar were helpful & great suggestions on my drink. & food was good too!?? I think the managers name was Jake. Very outgoing & appreciative of us coming in. Thank you. If I got shift managers name wrong. So sorry????

This was such an incredible experience with my co- workers . Upon arrival we were greeted with open arms from management Jasmin, Mikey , Jose they were so professional and kind to us . The whole staff at the front desk were so quick and very detail in accommodating us . The place is so clean and so alive ,we enjoy the music and all staff working there. We were greeted by server Connor who was so amazing and quick to get our party sampler and Dunk tunk ,so delicious . Highly recommend coming here and have a

I joined a social bowling league. It's fun!! I enjoy the ppl on my team. They're really cool and i felt welcomed!

I forgot how much fun this place is!! The adult birthday package was nice! We had a good time!!

It's frustrating when there's only a couple bowling lanes being used on a Tuesday afternoon and yet we still had to share a booth with a family of 7. Then an office party group took the lane on other side of us. Empty lanes as far as I could see in both directions yet we are all crammed together.

We had a great time. Easy and fast service. Just at the score is something wrong, like missing points . The sensors, or idk. ??

This is definitely the worst bowling experience I've ever had in my life. Ive been bowling for over 20 years and I'm a league bowler at Plano Superbowl so I'm just some casual bowler. Let me start with saying the wait staff was very good, and I appreciate the service they provided. My issue with this place is the condition of the approach and the condition of the lane's themselves. The approach was dangerous, very slick, couldn't get any traction. I had to adjust the way I bowled so that I didn't injury mys

It was fun. Would be a great place to take your family for bowling and arcade games

There is bowling, arcade games, pool, a bar, and more. The employees were friendly enough. Overall it was a fun place. I only give it three stars because of the price. They have a decent food and drink selection but the foods are expensive. The prices for bowling are per person per game and there is an option to do per hour. One other thing I didn't like was instead of paying up front for your bowling games (I was with a large group of people) they have one person put a card on file and everyone pays after

My coworkers and I had the best time here. The drinks and food was exactly what we needed. It was great. Our service Conor was super friendly and had everything on point. Thank you!!

I went on a Thursday night. I was still lanes available, and no wait. I was very pleased with the drink selection. Most of the drinks are really sweet. If you are looking for a less sweet option, try the Moscow Mule cocktail.

Great place to visit! Amazing service and love the arcade. I've been here a couple of times, never disappoints. We even hold my office corporate events here. Amazeballs!!

If you are looking for great place to hang out with family or friends, then try here! It's one of the best bowling alley in Dallas, not too pricey. If you love to take pictures like I do, you will love it here. I'm definitely visiting again!

Decent spot to roll. Lanes could be maintained better but this is more of a non-bowler hangout. Almost always a good time.

So much fun!!! The bowling lanes are outstanding, and the music videos are a bonus. The arcade games are so much fun ??

Good redesign. Awesome for party?s or just hanging out any night of the week. Don't let the outside fool you it's much bigger in the inside:

What a fun plave for the family. It's got e everything for a complete outing. From bowling to video games to food and drinks. We spent a great afternoon there with the family. Love the decor too.

Really enjoyed the bowling experience, but the arcade area is very small. Many of the games were out of order, and if we hadn't come on a Tuesday ($2 everything, including game cards worth $5 only cost $2! Great deal) it would have been very expensive. Highly recommend coming on a week day for less crowd and great special pricing

We have enjoyed our time and their service so much that we have promoted it to our employers. We have now enjoyed a couple of corporate events there as well and everyone loved the food and had so much fun that they have requested for our team events to be held there two years in a row.

Visited Bowlero Dallas and had a blast! The bowl special was such a steal, and the atmosphere was fantastic. Definitely recommend for a fun night out!

The bar tender I felt should alert the pool players when their playing time has ended instead of letting the time roll over. Also the food wasn't to good.

I love this place! It was my first time here and I'll definitely be back. It wasn't too crowded. Full bar. Large menu. Plenty of arcade games if the 36 lanes aren't quite enough! Employees are very friendly and helpful! Seriously this place is fantastic! Five stars across the board ?????

Our company had an event here last Friday and it went perfectly! The entire process of booking was very communicative and accommodating. We loved room we picked with games and a projector for our meeting. The entire staff was amazing! The Manager, Jasmine, really took care of us!

They switched to string pinsetters and they SUCK. Unnatural physics, dropped pins that shouldn't and undropped pins that should. Lame.

Pretty good place. It's cheap. Had a fun time with friends. One game its less than $7 on a Saturday night and the rental of shoes is $4.65 per person.

Fun but expensive! Got right in at 7:30 p.m. on a Saturday, despite having been told me night have to wait an hour for a lane to open up. When we told our waiter we only wanted water, he disappeared and never came back. No biggie, we got our own. Had a great time, so it might've been worth $100+ for the 4 of us.

Definitely not a place for people that truly bowl.. it's a family fun place for arcades and "bowling" on very dry and dirty lanes. ????

Had a blast here! The people who work here are really chill and it's great for any group or party.

The women's restroom on the right side of the building reeks of urine. They charged a $5 service charge on drinks at the bar, and the bartender was moving snail speed. Sloth at the DPS rate. Our lane #14 inaccurately counted the # of pins almost everytime. If you hit a gutter - it counted as 2, sometimes 3. Sometimes it counted less, some more. Also the screen is blurry. If you want to know what it looks like to have bad eyes, that's how it looks. We paid for 2 lanes, but only our lane shut off mid game.

Nice family friendly place! Very clean, good food and drinks. We all enjoy it!

Lots of fun. Really clean. Attentive staff. Best work outing/team building event ever!

First time customer. My company did a team building night and I had the best time ever. Food was good, drinks were better. The music was also good. Loved this place.

Sensors were off (counted extra pins being knocked down that weren't) but a good time was had by all.

Great family entertainment, bowling, arcade & and playing a game of pool to top off your evening.

Today, is usually a special day because it is my nieces birthday. However it was absolutely RUINED because of the lack of service provided. 0/0!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! First, I want to acknowledge that you cannot bring ANY outside food even if it is for a kids birthday party. This information was not stated to myself when reserving at this particular establishment. Second, I was basically hounded and harassed the ENTIRE duration of the party. Ashley (didnt get her last name) came up to our section and

Where do I start, I didn't know it was so expensive to go bowling. ?? $300 plus for 4 people. Including an $80 food voucher. Bowling was great, but the service took forever. I wish I could remember our servers name because I believe she was the only person to show up to work on a Saturday night. Do better Bowlero!

Bowling lanes are very nice, staff were helpful, and there are some arcade games as well.

Fantastic and friendly service! The past two trips have been amazing! Love this bowling alley!

Customer service is absolute trash. Spent nearly $500 for a kids party and the people were so rude. Didn't want to help, were extremely rude, purposely put in the kids' name spelled wrong onto the bowling screen and did whatever else they could to make our experience HORRIBLE, due to us bringing in 'outside food.' We brought a fruit plate..... that wasnt even being eaten. We ALSO purchased over $80 worth of THEIR food. Horrible!! Manager didnt care.

Had a pretty fun time bowling was fun but finding the right size bowling ball proved difficult since they are all scattered about at each ally. Otherwise was really enjoyable!

Jose and his team were outstanding. Great service and food.

This place is great. I have been bowling weekly for the past month on a bowling league.

This place was clean, great staff, and great for our party of 23. Food was tasty too

Wanted to get a group together for a little outing and the night was perfect thanks to the cutest bartender Amaya! She was very attentive to our group, from getting our drink and food order to checking on us throughout the night! Tonight was definitely a 5 star experience!

Nice bowling lanes and other interactive activities. We asked the server for water while bowling and after 20 minutes we asked again. It didn't seem busy so could have just been an off day that she forgot.

Big place! Easy to walk up and get a lane or pool table.

Not a fan of the new pins but great specials for a night out on the lanes.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
