Took our kids here after finding a deal on Groupon. The lanes were clean, the staff was super kind and helpful and the kids had a blast! Food was priced a little high, but it was to be expected. All in all, would definitely come back - would recommend checking Groupon beforehand to get a good deal though!!

The staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating. They are willing to help in any way without troubles. The arcade is equipped with games available and centered towards younger age groups. The food there is a little pricey but still enjoyable and the variety available is excellent. Overall, a great place to go have fun and get some good food and camaraderie with the community.

So much fun! We went as a family and did the unlimited bowling. Delicious snacks and the lighting and atmosphere is great for cool pictures. The scoreboard is really nice too. Seriously great family fun. And clean!

The establishment has a good amount of lanes. The staff are very helpful and kind when you have troubles and questions. The technology there is great and up to date to help have a better experience. The selection of bowling balls they have available, are lacking. The lightweight balls are only accessible to children due to the size of the holes. Overall nice clean place, great place to have fun and lose track of time.

My wife and I bought the summer pass for something affordable to spend our time doing something fun. We have really enjoyed coming. Last night my wife forgot her phone in the arcade so we called when we got home. The manager was very professional and helpful making sure to tell us that we would have to identify it if he found it to show it was ours. What a great opportunity for family fun!! I definitely would have given 5 stars but somewhere in the beginning of our second game- the screen went black and our lane lights went off. It took at least 20 minutes for someone to get us back up and running and we were running out of time. Disappointed that we didn't get to finish our second game- so for the price it could have been worth it if it all went off without a hitch. Food was tasty- beer was cold. It's a nice atmosphere. Good friendly people. I left my phone there and called to see if anyone turned it in and the Manager said if he didn't find my phone they would check the cameras, but it was right where I left it.

Sunday , Monday and Wednesday is discounted bowling and it is REALLY a great deal for a family on a budget . We were there on Wednesday night and there was a high school couple there on a date and it brought back some great memories for me when I was their age . Loads of fun and everybody was so friendly

Great Service. It stormed and the staff was exceptional. They had everything back up and running within minutes. Definitely recommend to being ur kids here for a party or just to have fun.

We came here after being on the springs. Absolutely terrible, the loaded fries were $15 for some small amounts of bacon and ranch. Definitely not worth getting for that price. The kids only bowled and were done in less than 15min. This place is dirty and cost so much for not a lot of activities. Never going again, not worth paying $70+ for about 30min.

Bowling ?? used to be a family fun pass time. Well, we thought after going to Bushnell National Cemetery, we would take our great Nieces Bowling. Well, I had NO idea Bowling became SO expensive ?? 2 Adults and 2 children Bowled ?? 2 games each got shoes & The Bill was $76.00 WTH ?? The girl behind the counter Was Very Rude. Ignoring us cause she was busy on her cell phone. We went up to get 3 small sodas & something to snack on. We waited & waited ??( Now there was Only a handful of people here ) No one

Came here for our Christmas thing to do this year while visiting and it was amazing ! Really love the atmosphere and the people they were very polite while my little 2 year old kept causing messes to fix ! Beyond appreciated of their time on this Christmas ! Went for Spring break special?the kids had a great time bowling and playing in the arcade. My only complaint would be that the gentleman behind the front desk was more focused on his cell phone than the customer standing in front of him.

Fun times! There are a lot of lanes. We were a party of 7 and had 2 lanes. We played 1 game, ordered beer, drinks, cheese fries and mozzarella sticks from the snack bar - everything was good. The staff was attentive and friendly. My complaints - the bathroom was out of order and the place needs a little cleaning. We would definitely go back and try the arcade section.

We came to the area for our honeymoon. Jennifer was our make shift bartender. We had a minor problem that she went above and beyond to correct. She stayed after her shift to make sure we were happy. Pool was good, drinks were excellent and Jennifer's service was superb. We will definitely come back when we are the area again.

We have moved to Crystal River a couple of months ago and have been enjoying checking out the restaurants in the area. Went bowling with my adult son for the first time in years. We had a couple of pitchers of beer and bowled four games and had the best time just bonding again. Life gets too stressful and just getting away to unwind is awesome! Also got to watch my son set the record on the punching machine! Great night!!

I love how they are starting to do more family focused activities. Like Sunday Funday Karaoke and unlimited bowling afterwards ( just pay for shoe rental) The sports bar offers pool tables , corn hole and multiple televisions to watch all games , races , baseball ect The staff are extremely friendly and remember you and what you you usually order from day 1.

Best bowling expirence was at the bowlero! I personally think everyone should come here if they wanna enjoy their day bowling!!

Place is fun. Music isn't quite loud enough to hear over people bowling even when it's not super busy but the food is pretty good and drinks are cheap. It's also not too expensive to bowl if you do their unlimited until close which I think starts at 8 on weekends and 7 on weeknights. Makes a date night pretty cheap and a lot of fun. Been here several times and will make one of our primary go-tos for hanging out.

Low stars for being WAY overpriced. It cost $120 for two lanes and two games. They opened us a ?tab? and didn't explain anything further, pricing, cost for shoes,etc. one of the lanes we played on (lane 30) was also broken?. Which is fine because the kids played on it, but after seeing our tab was $120, I'm a little taken aback. We also bought no food or drinks. I heard new ownership did this. Last time my family came here, we played a few games for $40-$50. So I won't be back whatsoever, i can't be paying

This machine had no out of order sign like the other four machines that are broke down in the arcade. I went to use it and it was broke. Didn't even spin the wheel. So I notified staff that they needed to put an out of order sign on it. The guy came n tried reset it. And while he was working on it I asked him since it was broke and didn't have an out of order sign on it. If he could refund my 4 credits back. Great place, went there with the family for a birthday party, food is ok had pizza. Game room is a plus, if you are using the game pass it is on a time limit, it starts when you use it so I recommend don't stop playing till the time limit had ended. Also kids blowing ball are behind the counter.

Great experience and the best customer service. Jennifer was so friendly and helpful to make sure we had the best experience. She was so helpful in going over all the deals and specials so we could experience bowling, the arcade and some good food. Definitely will be back!

Unauthorized charges to credit card. Double charged for a couple hours. Repeatedly went in trying to resolve it. Ultimately they gave me cash after I kept explaining the bank that has overdraft from their unauthorized charge isn't local, so the cash is useless in resolving my issue. Got my money back but can't do anything about my overdraft fees from their charge.

This place is so fun, and family friendly. I went with my parents and sister. And the vibe was amazing. Their drinks are good with refills. Their food is as well. And their prices are really good. I would definitely recommend coming , there's so much to do. You can do bowling and there's also an arcade. They have music which is so fun to dance to, and they also have sports games that you can watch. Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience and would come again

First time I went last week for my husbands birthday and incredible is the least I can say about this place. This place has the most amazing and fun atmosphere for all ages and the prices are also at a great rate. I also Want to mention Jessica the manager, she really made us feel so special and taken care of, she brings an incredible energy to her and the place and ensures that everything is taken care of and that things are done right. I will always prefer this Bowlero over any others from here on out!

Between forcing you to rent shoes and one game of bowling it was 75$ other then that we had fun shoes should be included or should be like a deposit when you return them you get it back I didn't even use them

Tons of fun and very kid friendly. Staff was great. The lanes were nice. We played on one lane while the kids played next to us with bumpers. Very affordable with options. The snack bar had good food. The arcade was fun and you can cash in your tickets for prizes. The photo booth was fun for the family too.

We had 8 family members and had a great night out. The service stood out. The woman behind the bar was so genuinely friendly and down to earth. She replaced a beer without even being asked because it didn't pour well. The staff at the desk were also super friendly. How a bowling alley should be.

I love that they gave our group an end lane, it gets loud and busy! Servers for drinks and food were incredible and went above and beyond.

I haven't been here in a long time. It's gotten a face-lift, and new management. Bill The new Mgr. Is super friendly and helpful. He's a great guy who I believe will bring great changes for the place. He has a family himself and is driven to bring a great affordable place where families can enjoy themselves to Citrus County. Already offering "Family nights", and an affordable game room with prizes for the kids. Keep your eye on this place, great things are coming.

It's super cute inside, however, I ordered no food. Just two shoe rentals, and we got the buy 2 games get one free. It was $52. I didn't realize they charged per person per game on top of the shoe rental. A nice time with food would been over $100 for 2. This doesn't seem like a economically family friendly place.

Edit my original post was from years ago**** New owners, and the food is terrible. Our chicken wings were nothing but breading... asked for hot/ garlic parm mixed, they seperated them. Asked for cheesy bacon fries, we received what looks like soggy garlic parm fries. Wasted money. Food is going on the trash. Tiffany and the staff were amazing for our birthday party that we booked there. We thank them for such a good and affordable time.

This place needs work!! I don't understand why it's so highly rated. We played 2 games and it was $120!!! I had my two kids with me (one and two year old).
