The bowling aspect of this place is pretty awesome. Cool lighting . Music bumping . They have some good deals on games ...pricing is fair. And the shoes are not all beat up and worn out . However , something sinister ... happened on those grounds at some point in the past . I had to pray the blood of jesus over myself and my wife just to finish our game . No joke . It was intense ! Very heavy .... It was caught in pictures . So , I will round my review of this business by saying the Bowlero

The guy at the counter was courteous considering we had to wait. Call ahead, especially if planning with your soldiers due to leagues. Balls are in ok shape, but some need to be retired. Our lane functioned properly 99% of the time. Would come back. Check out the specials!

Went to enjoy the 7:00pm unlimited bowling deal on Tuesday night. What they don't tell you anywhere is there is a Summertime Pass for kids that are the only ones allowed to bowl until 9:00pm every day! So you have to wait 2 hours? For a special that supposedly started at 7:00pm, but they won't let anyone actually use it until 9:00pm??

Took my son here for his birthday and we had a great time. We went on a Tuesday and had we not called we wouldn't have known that the bowling league is there every night after 7pm so lanes are limited. Thankfully we still had room for everyone. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and we will definitely be back!

Amazing place with amazing staff to come enjoy with family. Come here every Saturday and always have a fun time. Mr.Frank always makes sure we have a great time.

It's gets a little crowded on the weekends but it's a great place to bowl with family and friends. Good food, a variety of drinks, and a great atmosphere.

Visited Bowlero with my family while on vacation. The staff were pleasant and the facility was clean. The bathrooms were clean as well. They had an arcade which the kids loved after our bowling experience.

TONS OF LANES AND CLEAN!! My son and I went here for afternoon bowling and had a great time. Tons of parking, decent selection of food, shoes that appeared clean, lots of balls with a wide variety of finger holes, and tons of lanes. Most importantly, staff was great. They told me the food/bar closes at 12:15 I came to the food place before that about 12:10 and the lady said ?hold on? I did and once she came back RIGHT AT 12:15 she decided that they are no longer serving food. The bar still serviced us as they should so thank you. Although everybody for food should be FIRED.

This place is scammy, the family went out here after a graduation, we had to place a card to hold our lane when we got there, stayed for a couple hours. I proceeded to the counter when we were done and proceeded to pay in cash so the card on file was not charged. We had been there for roughly 2 hours and it was like 140$ and they charged it out to us 2 times. We living 1300 miles away called and they denied being paid cash and absolutely refused to refund the card. Please do not let these people have access

It's been a few years since I went bowling here (probably 7 tbh). Son, bf, and I bowled 3 games and rented 3 shoes, and it ended up around $110 which is kinda insane (it was something like black out or no light time, I don't know). Kinda crazy to charge extra to turn off the lights to bowl but.. regardless we had a good time. The shoes seemed brand new so that was really nice. It wasn't super busy, we had minimal issues bowling (had to service call once for reset but they were quick). Overall super satisfie

Specifically, regarding the Pro Shop at this Bowlero, these guys are great! Brought in a new ball, they measured me and watched me bowl a few to get my throw down, drilled my ball same day while I waited, even let me try it out for a while on their lanes. Will go back for all my bowling equipment needs and questions.

Bowling was so fun but Mike at the front desk is awesome! He's committed to great service and is very friendly! I definitely recommend coming to Bowlero!!!! Such a great experience!

This is our 3rd year having our school staff party here. We really enjoy it! The staff went all out decreasing for us! Only complaint is the wait to get nachos refilled. But they were amazing!! Awesome fun time! Laser tag had great memories and many laughs.

Insanely understaffed. Like maybe have more than 10 people on shift to deal with 200 customers? I mean paying $200 for 5 people to go out should give them the funds to be staffed but what do I know

I've he never heard newly (not sure the date) renovated. 48 well manicured lanes. 2 full service bars at each of the alley. Full arcade for family and childrens/kids fun. Conveniently located right off the interstate and in a quiet area of Columbus.

It has been years since I went bowling. They were pretty clean, organized, and very friendly. I had a great time with my family. The pricing wasn't bad at all, except the food price. That's a different story.

Great bowling alley, very clean , well lit and kid friendly. A couple bars , pro shop and an arcade. Bathrooms were nicely kept, the staff was extremely good, especially the guy at the check in counter ( wish we knew his name) . NOW.... the bad, the prices!!! Everything was extremely high and we witnessed other patrons questioning prices. From adult beverages, soda and even the milk shakes ( our wives had one). Great for a fun night out. Can't wait for the weekend....Friday and Saturday starting at 9pm for around $30.00 per person, unlimited bowling with shoes included. I'm not sure how long this will keep going, but I will get the most out of it.

Why even be open on Wednesdays and Thursdays if you're gonna have a full house of leauge. Just close on those days instead of letting people drive up here for no reason.

Lanes break down a lot, pin setters drop pins regularly. League bowling is a challenge to be on good set of lanes. Lanes are not oiled consistently & pattern changes from week to week in league play. With the amount of bowlers in Columbus GA area there's a great market for new bowling center. Not one named bowlero.

Enjoyed bowling with my family, we had an amazing time, the staff was awesome and it lasted far longer than I expected. We're still talking about it and can't wait to return.

We went for my sister's 27th Birthday and we had a great time. It wasn't too crowded, the food was good. We had the large pizza. The waitress came around with a new tube drink and it was sooo good and it was only $2. We're going back for my dad's birthday.

Pretty good bowling alley, great customer service. I went bowling with friends on a busy Saturday night. The alley and all equipment were clean and well maintained. Had to wait quite awhile for food due to how busy it was. We bowled two games and had a lot of issues with the pins resetting. However, Frank took great care of us and ensured we were able to finish our games with minimal delays. Give that man a raise!

The bowling experience was fun, only problem is there were no small balls available so my niece has to use one that was too big. Game area looked nice, had something for everyone. Also, not sure if it's normal but the kitchen was already closed by the time we got there(10:30-11ish)so we couldn't eat.

This place is pretty awesome. It's also very clean for such a large bowling alley. The manager (I think his name was Frank) was very cool and had a very smooth but knowledgeable approach. They made our group (8 of us) feel like we were never a burden when getting shoes or drinks or food during our stay. Plenty of lanes, it's a good place for a planned party or a random stop. I'm going to make this place a regular visit anytime I'm in town.

Tristan went above and beyond to help make our experience at Bowlero a pleasant one after a chaotic experience with our home state's location would not assist us. The customer service was fantastic! The place was clean and was well worth the visit.

Awesome experience been here many times with friends and family. Longer lanes then stars and strikes which is great. Definitely recommend if you want a chill non crowded place to bowl you should come here.

I go to Bowlero pretty much everyday. Everyday I am greeted at the counter and when I am bowling I am always asked if I'd like a drink or some food. The pro shop is amazing and James is a top-notch PSO. I would not hesitate to go to this location for some daily fun or a party!

I had a horrible experience there today. The lady at the desk was very rude, on her phone the whole time. We asked for help and she said she can't help us if she don't know what the problem is, but she didnt even come to check to see if we needed help. To top it all off she put a kids birthday party by out lane and another man lane and the kids was running and playing through your lanes. So inefficient, lanes have been like this for literally 45 minutes and can't get a lane. Waist of time this is the first negative review I have ever done.

Finally a decent bowling alley. A lot of lanes with good seating. The house balls are okay but that's to be expected. They do serve food but it can take a long time to get it. It took like 20 minutes to get chips and salsa (it wasn't busy either). Overall it's a nice place, even has a good arcade and I believe laser tag.

Waited for employees to finish conversation then to ring up their food. Shoes are together with tape. Waited for more then over 15 minutes for pins to be reset. So went to get a refund. Then the young lady seemed concerned and wanted to move our lane. Will not be back.

The bowling alley had great food and service available. What I did not like was the fact that you had to wait between squads for all of the lanes to be oiled. This time should have been built in into the schedule so that no one had to wait an hour after check in in order to start bowling.

Not a good experience at all. Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. It was something out of an horror movie. They had one person attending the bar with a line of people. No waitresses at all. Stars and strikes is way better than this . This place needs to be shut down. I felt like I was going to catch hepatitis b or something. I didn't even put on the nasty bowling shoes afraid I was going to get athlete's feet .

The bar was quite and enjoyable during the weekday.The drinks are not as high in price as most places.They have 1 pool table.The bowling area was clean and well kept.The ladies bathroom was clean and didn't stink.The mens bathroom, I was told, was a disgusting mess.It was not clean and stunk.I recommend this place but bathroom needs care.

Such a wonderful environment. It really has a throw back vibe. I've always went to Stars and Strikes but for bowling, I definitely prefer this place for the nostalgia alone. Also, this may be a negative to some - if you have children, the bumpers either are up for everyone or up for no one. Personally, I suck so this was a positive for me to not have to have everyone know that I probably needed them more than the 7 year old.

GREAT TIME W/MY KIDS...(ages 21,23,34??) GOOD MUSIC, DRINKS & ATMOSPHERE. Downside: balls getting stuck, returning several minutes later(some didn't). Had to change lanes. Same problem. Not even offered a complimentary drink, discount, arcade card NUTHN. Go with the people u love the most (@ least 3 besides urself Spend $100 to get in. Another $60 on drinks & overlook the aggravation of horrible customer service for tech problems. ????

We use to really enjoy our time here but I can tell they've changed management. It took 30min and 2 calls to get our ball unstuck and half of the arcade games were not working properly. The staffed seemed too bothered to help us. Customers can see employees when they are called for help, look in our direction then shrug their shoulders and roll their eyes and continue working behind the desk. 2 stars only because they put so much effort into the remodel but it's quickly going back down hill.

OMG, my group had an amazing time. From booking to setup, I really don't know where to begin. My son wanted to go bowling for his birthday, and I'm so glad we chose to book here. Had a blast with the kids the food and drinks were ok for it not to be a resturant. Was able to watch my babies bowl. My 4 year old was running all over the place and nobody was rude about it at all.
