We planned a party for my 9 year old's birthday yesterday. I hadn't been to this bowling alley in years and not since it changed ownership, so we did this cold. My past experience with bowling alleys left me with very low expectations and I was balking at the price for what I was expecting. To say I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement. First time in this bowling alley, stunned of how the tables and chairs setup compare to the other bowling alley. also, we noticed that the Employees here are more Involved and welcoming to their guests. Our servers Stephanie helps with that feeling satisfied with the service we received from her. 5star here and absolutely must visit.

Was a really really nice place. Went for my twin cousin's 40th birthday party. The food was very delicious and the drinks were awesome as well. Will definitely be coming back

Used to come here regularly, I was even in a league here. First time coming back in over a year, and the lanes were terrible. Poorly maintained and had no oil. I literally can see dirt accumulation on the lanes. I went back to the front desk and explained the lanes were terrible and asked to be moved. Lady at the front desk already knew they were bad. The front desk staff member had an attitude from the moment we arrived. She told us 3 times we needed to be done by 4:15. It was 1:45, and I assured her the 2 of us would be gone by then. The people next to us were screaming obscenities, and when we complained, the front desk dismissed the complaint. I am an older man - not a prude - but it was overwhelming and continuous. Stephanie gave us such an incredible service. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with everything. The food she suggested was really delicious. And the bowling experience was great. Would recommend to all families. Such a great experience and atmosphere, for all ages.

My family and I had an amazing time last night at the NYE holiday celebration! We purchased the NYE package. Let me tell you... the chef-inspired food was delicious! The dj was playing good music, everyone was vibing and dancing! Getting to watch the ball drop and toasting with champagne and sparkling cider for the kiddos was so much fun. The staff was amazing and catered to all of our needs! We had such a memorable time, and we thank Bowlero and all that made it so special!! ??

I bought a groupon for 2 hours and shoes. It was a great deal but they also have specials on different nights. The location is clean, the food was good! The music video they played were entertaining. The also were showing sports events. The decor at this location isn't as nice as what I saw on the website so that is why I didn't give it 4 stars. The arcade was pretty good. I guess it depends on what games you like. Overall it's a nice spot for a date night or a group. I will definitely go again.

I visited the location in Columbia, MD with my mom and best friend, we had a wonderful time! The perfect mix of good vibes and family time! Stephanie our server was gracious and speedy, she recommended food and drink options and deliver great service. I'll be back!

I love the place, but went tonight and the lanes were not keeping score correctly, did not have enough pins to reset quickly, and the waitstaff was understaffed and stressed. On top of this, despite spending $70 on food, was told they can't serve water from the fountain machine (free) and water must be purchased by the bottle. Management/ownership not doing well?will likely look to other nearby establishments next time I bowl.

Lanes broken, balls not replaced, bartender with an attitude on approach, no atmosphere, screens not working, drinks mediocre... kinda disappointed for my friends birthday.

Server was amazing! Did everything she could for us and attentively. Need better management of staff for busy weekends. We all felt bad for Stephanie but she was amazing!

Front desk was great. The bartender was amazing. Kitchen was on point. Prices are outrageous. We got a Groupon but still spent an arm and a leg. Your waitresses are a joke. We had an awesome experience at Bowlero Columbia! Stephanie was an awesome waitress, and ensured that our food was hot and our drinks were readily available. We'll definitely come back for another night of fun!

Very overpriced. Hard to enjoy when they sandwich you between kids' birthday parties with little kids that are running all over the place while they play overtly sexual music videos on the screens. What a joke. They also did not bring us our drinks when we ordered them. Never going back.

It's a very neat place. I came for an event so I don't know how it normally works, but the staff were helpful. My son loved the bonus arcade room! Highly recommend.

We had a great time bowling at Bowlero Columbia. Stephanie assisted us during our night, and made sure that our food arrived at our lane (we ordered at the bar) and our drinks were always refilled. We'll definitely be back.

Fun spot to go bowl with friends. Some nights it's league night so they turn on the lights and turn off the music. There's arcade games, food and a bar. Tipping is minimum 18% here with Covid. There is plenty of parking in the front. They also have unlimited bowling some nights after 8 pm

The pins lever kept freezing up, wouldn't go up or them would reset the pins, the screen would freeze, delay after delay, issue after issue every 5 mins. Just a terrible experience would not recommend to anyone. We wasted more time getting help than bowling.

Bowlero in Columbia is a great family bowling establishment for the whole family. It is so much more than an bowling alley. It has plenty of lanes plus a bar, kitchen, arcade/game, small space to dance , table and chairs to eat, lockers for regulars, clean bathrooms and a nice photo opt area. They are able to host corporate, private, school and camp events. My whole family had a great time (ages 3 to 55 were in attendance). All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Mr. John W. Waited 30 minutes for a pitcher and soda. Waited 15 minutes for someone to come fix the lane after it went dark and it continuously dropped pins and was missing pins. Staff was not helpful with issues or attentive.

There were problems 3 times and we waited more than 1 hour with these problems until they were fixed and the service was terrible with grumpy employees, I do not recommend this place!!

Made reservations online when the snowstorm came we tried to cancel the reservation, but they will not refund us so we scheduled for another day. Considering this costs $80 for 2 people to bowl, you would expect the machines to work, but you'd be wrong. Employees don't care and just say "we'll take care of it" while chatting it up at the counter. Wasted about half of our 2 hour reservation. If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. Never coming back.

Our lane kept getting out of sync or would just stop working during bowling. I had to go up and get it fixed 4 times in just one hour. Bowlero Columbia is one of my favorite spots for family bowling! The staff is always friendly and professional, and Stephanie, our server for the evening, went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. Then we added my daughter, making it three people playing two games, and they charged us $67. After that, I asked for two more games and mentioned adding my daughter. This bowling alley is great. They have an arcade, an amazing menu full of food and adult beverages. The decor is awesome and just puts you in a happy mood. Lots of large screens with different things airing on each screen. Basically, there is something for everyone in the family here! Best bowling alley ive visited in my days.

It's almost always busy there. Staff is very friendly but sometimes it takes time to get help. The alley itself needs to be updated. Every time we're there something breaks and then we have to wait or be moved to a different lane in the middle of a game.

Terrrible experience, went from. One broken lane to a less broken lane. Most lanes were broken and closed. Had to manually reset for every frame for every bowler.

Went on a Saturday night as a party of 2. The bowling was fine. Our lane had to be reset 1 time out 3 games. The balls are very old and I couldn't find a 7. The non optional server greeted us quickly but once we placed our order they were no where to be found. The drinks and food took an extremely long time. We only ordered 2 drinks and pizza it took almost and hour for each. I ended up getting our drinks from the bar myself. Asked for a ranch and watched the server clean several tables around us before I

Mariana and Yhamani were our servers and they both did an excellent job. We had no complaints.

Shoes were horrible, the approach was sticky, employees mopped up a spill and left the lobby floor wet, 2 non-alcohol beverages and a pretzel was $24+, and there is a reason they want you to pay at the end. So they can stick you with a huge bill. Also probably the reason there are no rates listed on their website. (You can say "standard rates" and have Holiday rates may be more but there is nothing I could find listed besides group event rates starting at $35 pp).

It's better to go bowling here as it's a bowling alley but if you're on a break and want to play a few games, it's not bad at all. I was expecting a large room with a lot of arcade games but it was a smaller room sectioned off from the bowling alley. Still the selection was pretty good. It'll be fun for the kids.

We had a very bad experience. The girl name Collins was not very professional with us. We ordered fry after one game and she took the order and didn't send this to the kitchen. After 3/4 games when we asked about it she didn't even sorry and told us she forget to tell the kitchen. Then she refunds us the money but cut the service charge. This used to be a nice place to bowl, but I've increasingly been getting frustrated with this Bowlero. The lanes are constantly breaking down. Not just one or two lanes, a bunch of them. I'm a league bowler and they had to move us due to broken lanes. We moved and still had issues. Another team (same day and league) was moved TWICE. Our balls returned filthy to the point where we were wiping them off after every bowl. Oh! And we were scheduled to begin bowling at 9:30. No one opened the doors until an hour

Expensive to bowl , lanes had problems constantly where our ball would not return. Lanes were dirty, i had my own shoes to bowl and found them black on the bottom after bowling. There has to be somewhere less expensive to bowl.

When there for a field trip everything was perfect but the one thing was how the it took to get the food. But everything else was great. The LED LIGHTS great, THE FOOD great, THE BOWLING ALLIES great.

Only half of the lanes are operational so there is always a wait list. No maintenance on lanes and extremely slow service.

Waaaayyyyy overpriced... drinks, bowling and food. Only got to play 1.5 games due to equipment malfunction and was charged full price and offered only free shoe rental on the next visit. Place is poorly run, by less than enthusiastic individuals. Only silver lining was the bartender whom was pleasant.
